4 member family 5 days Positives: Great location, main beach with calm water and Rocky beach to snorkel or relax in more secluded area. Available seating by the beach or on the floors with view on the beach. Rooms are quite spacious but not 4 stars. Food was good. Supermarket in walking distance. Pool was nice and clean. Bars available everywhere. Staff was professional. Negatives: No free shuttle from/to airport if stay is under 7 days. Paying for water was not pleasant. Also no drinks are included during dinner, everything was extra. I would at least expected water or soft drinks to be included. No special deals on boat rentals which is quite common to do in order to explore surroundings.

Amazing view from the room - superior east (open sea), very tasty breakfast, one of the best beach I have seen on Corfu island with direct access from the hotel. Fast food specialized for pancakes nearby the hotel and opened till late night (we arrived first night at 11pm). Thank you for very comfotable stay!

I almost have no words to describe the amazing time me and my husband had at this hotel. We loved absolutely everything! Location is perfect, our room was super comfortable and with an amazing view, food was great and the staff is just the most lovely and helpful people! The Rocky beach is one of its kind and perfect for couples (children are not allowed there) with great snorkeling spots close by. The infinity pool has a stunning view over the bay and the live music at night was great too. The food was better than average but couldn't compare to local Tavernas.

Really lovely hotel in a beautiful location. We stayed in a beach facing room but I imagine any room has a fantastic view, as the area is very picturesque. The food is really good - I recommend the a la carte, incredible value! Go on a boat trip if you get chance - the water is stunningly clear. And we saw dolphins!

The hotel is fantastic, set in a picturesque location with access to a beautiful beach. Most areas were recently refurbished and the hotel bar, terrace and the beach bar look very modern and classy! The rooms are nice, (our room was also recently refurbished), we had a sea view and the view from the room is breathtaking! The only downside was the air con which was pretty loud. The staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Overall definitely recommend, my partner and I had a 5 star experience!

Fantastic location with great beach options on both side. Crystal clear sea. Hotel was well managed with very nice, friendly staff. The key reason for 4 stars (instead of 5) is the food and drinks. There was a certain level of carelessness in the buffet, the a la carte options and even in the cocktails or coffee in the morning.

Beautiful summer palace built for Empress Elisabeth of Austria in honor and admiration to Achilles. Entrance for the garden is 5€/person. At the moment the museum is closed, so you can only enjoy the garden, which is stunning 🤩.

Since the building is renovated at the moment, you can not go in there. 5€ is a bit expensive for only the garden. View is nice but if you are not near anyways, I wouldn’t recommend to go there at this time.

Interesting and historic place. But it’s actually more a ruin than a palace. ☹️ In November it will re-opened to public it was promised. A beautiful view and a lovely little garden.

Beautiful home with magnificent view. We were unable to explore the second floor of the home due to it being closed for renovations but it was still worth the visit. The gardens... so beautiful and the view of the sea...spectacular! There are steps to reach the gardens.

Visited in 2019. Got the bus from Corfu town to the palace. Only a short walk to the ticket office. Spent a couple of hours looking around the house and gardens. Very enjoyable visit and great views from the gardens. Highly recommended. Didn't have too long to wait for a bus back to Corfu town.

Remove from your visit list "until further updates". The site is under restoration. Just take a sneak peak from the entrance gate and enjoy.

The place isn't fully open. Most of the building is under renovation. You can go through the stairs and see the beautiful view of the panorama. Also there are a few amazing sculptures of Achilles and more others.

The monument is beautiful with very nice gardens overlooking the city of Corfu. Wonderful views!! There were renovating works during our visit in the 2/3 of the building. They should not charge the whole price of the ticket during the renovation stage.

Great place! Maintenance works were in progress during my visit and couldn't enter the museum. The green was perfect maintained as well as the sculptures and the common areas. The view to Corfu town is magnificent.

Completely closed, nothing to see.. the info display at the entrance says that gardens are open - but they are not. One official guy sitting there just telling you that it’s closed. Don’t waste your time to go there

The palace is under renovation. As a result, the interior is closed off and the exterior is littered with construction material. While you can see the statues and the (beautiful) view, it is worth neither the trip nor the ticket price.

The statue and gardens are quite well maintained and the interiors are under renovation. 5€ per person isn't a lot but there wasn't much to see because of this. Plenty of steps to get to the garden. There are 2 beautiful statues of Achilles and one of them overlooks the panoramic view or Corfu. If arriving by public transport the bus stop is right opposite the souvenir shop + cafe.

We were there at the beginning of September and most of the monument is under construction (especially the inside of the building), there's really not much to see outside and even that is quite poorly preserved. The entrance fee for what you see is absolutely too high (5,5€). It's a shame to see such a work of art in such a state, I hope they are working on restoring the exterior as well. But the view from the garden is beautiful :)

Such a stunning place to visit. The view is beautiful, and the water shallow and clear. You can actually swim in the canal, which is like a cave (you can’t see it in the photos, you need to swim there). The myth about the canal is cute and interesting. Such a romantic destination!

Very small little bay about 10 metres wide fenced in by 2 outcrops of beige stone. The Canal D'amour has a local legend. If you swim out through it with your loved one, you stay together forever, or if you swim it single, you meet the love of your life within a year. Nice legend reality is not so good bars built almost on top of it and way too many people and loud music Picturesque if you look out towards sea not so looking back in land from the water

There is a car park here. A large area of layered rocks with footpaths and walkways on it. A few beaches inside but the majority of it is an inlet of fast waves which splash up the walls. There is an area to get from one side to the other which I imagine would be very slippery. It’s a very scenic place and an interesting destination if you were to visit the north of the island

This is a wonderful nature reserve. It's not very well-known by tourists or else they aren't too keen on walking among the amazing sand dunes. We loved the wonder of how the sea meets the lake.

Nice to see the views and take a couple of pictures (if not crowded). Not to spend the day as the place is crowded with low quality tourism attractions.

An amazing spot to spend some time. The canal is very beautiful looking and surrounded by rocks that offer a breathtaking view over the Ionian Sea and Albania. Don’t hesitate to jump in the water as the waves give it a pleasant experience. There are many great restaurant nearby that offer lunch with a great view. All in all it is a great experience that is worth the drive from Corfu town.

It’s nice , if you are on Corfu it’s not a waste of time to see it - but there was so many people that we didn’t had the nerv to go into the water. Overall it’s a nice place

This was by far my favorite beach during my visit in Greece. I wouls love to go back there. Rather than a beach it is more like a cliff surrounded by blue water. It is fun to jump and dive from the cliff if you are not afriad of it.

The place is beautiful, you have all the conditions for a nice vacation. In this location there is also a small cave, you will surely be impressed by this location. Next to the beach you have a coffee bar where you can have the tastiest drinks.

Beautifully Corfu landmark and a must go if doing a road trip! You can walk around and swim. We went in April and there was some people but mostly empty… I can imagine that in summer it gets crazy so try to go very early to see the beauty of it.

The road to the beach is muddy so be careful, I’d recommend wearing shoes. I don’t think there’s an actual beach bar so be well prepared to bring umbrellas and towels. It’s way too overcrowded, you can walk and sit on the rocks but be careful. It’s a unique beach and it’s worth visiting. The day we went there the water looked a bit dirty cause it was windy. It also has a cave and it’s really nice for jumping into the water.

Only worth one star ⭐ due to the potential. This place could be a lot better but the beach is really more like a mud pen and the waters are cloudy, probably due to sediment cliffs crumbling into the sea. On the journey to the beach you are greeted with an apocalyptic looking hotel with a smashed glass window barrier which is dangerous to anyone with wandering kids. Check the photos. Overall, disappointing, try one of the many other much nicer beaches like Porto timoni.

Quite a lovely place to spend a quite afternoon. The ticketing staff at the entrance was rude but I appreciated the service of the others. It’s lovely during the sunset where one can see the colours of the sky from this high point. The entrance is free before the official operating hours - 8am and post 8pm or depending on the seasons without the entrance to the tower and the church.

Beautiful views, lovely places to eat and drink. There is so much to see that you can spend a good few hours here. Just beware, some of the foot paths are very slippery so wear footwear with a good grip!

Off-season visit was nice. No large crowds and various vendors and attractions were open and available. WC were open, available, and free. Several student education groups or various ages were also in attendance.

Fortress is really impressive talking about size, but the way it’s built as well regarding the one and only bridge through which you can get inside it and the canal which is separating the fortress from the mainland. Nicely organized, everything is marked. View from the top of the fortress is magnificent and it’s really worth it going all the way up, just be careful to organize your return from the top areas of the fortress before 8PM when they close the gates which leads to the top. There is also St. George church which is beautiful talking about exterior appearance of the building. All in all, fortress is really a must see.

It looks impressive, the views were very nice. They even had a small exhibition commemorating 100 years since Italian occupation. As well as some Byzantine historical pieces. Didn't manage to explore much, as was travelling with a suitcase in tow and it was hot and I had to carry said suitcase.

Definitely worth visiting just for the view from the top of the fortress (even more so if you're an EU citizen under the age of 25 (so you have a free entrance)). I recommend visiting in the morning or in early evening, you will not enjoy the heat from the summer sun. The sites were quite poorly labeled and a lot of places were closed due to poor maintenance.

The fortress you need up to 2 hours to have a good look around. Once you get there you go through a tunnel that leads to an open area with cannons. There are 3 levels to go exploring in. The climb is fairly easy as it is is sloping steps and normal steps. The views are excellent and worth the trip, there are areas that look good but unfortunately are closed.

It is a good place for a panoramic view, probably the best "belvedere" place from Corfu, but you need some climbing on stairs and in +35°C could be a bit difficult if you are out of shape. Except for the view, there's not so much to see, but for 6EUR, if you are not tired and if it's not that hot outside it is worth it. I've attached the best views and places from the fortress. Entrance: 6€ Time: 1.5 - 2h Recommendation: 1. Visit in the early morning or after 17, as it will be extremely hot 2. Wear comfortable clothes, use sunscreen, and bring some cold liquids to drink 3. Enjoy!

Absolutely stunning 🤩 It’s quite a climb and extra slippery because the floor has stone & marble if I’m not mistaken. There is handles to hold on to do nothing to worry about just take your time and don’t rush yourself. Your patience is going to be rewarded! Take enough water for both ways! There is not much shades up there but enough for 5-10 people max. The view is simply stunning, don’t miss out on it I can definitely recommend, it was 6€ p.P. which seemed very fair!

Keep in mind the top portion of the fort (with the good views) closes at 730, even though the fort closes at 8pm, so you will likely not be able to get an elevated view of the sunset. I recommend going in the morning and getting it all done in 45 minutes. English signage is not everywhere, it's sufficient, but not everything is translated. Church of st george which is on the grounds is impressive, huge columns and overall this is worth the 6 euro price of admission.

Tracks are uneven and gets quite steep towards the top, there's a handrail but if you're unsteady on your feet you may need to give the last section a miss. There's a decent cafe also which is great to sit and take in the scenery.

If there wasn't for the "Canal D'Amour" I would evaluate the beach a lot less than 5*, but that natural beauty deserves it and it is worth seeing it. The beach is big but common one, with a slow entrance in water with sand. For me not the best since there were a lot of kids and not a spectacular water to be able to do snorkeling.

A beautiful beach, sunbeds here cost 15 euros, but if you have a drink and fit within 15 euros, you don't pay for drinks. They have it well thought out. Otherwise, the beach is beautiful, big, the sea a bit cloudy, but for me a beautiful place.

Long Beach has many sunbeds, but it's nothing special. If you're looking to rent a boat, I highly recommend Sidri Original Yellow Boats. The owner provides excellent service (see pictures).

Love this beach the water is so warm shallow and safe for young children (supervised) if you swim (snorkel) along the cliff side on the left towards deeper water we saw numerous fish and even two different shoals of fish of different sizes

It's ok, not the best beach on the island and Sidari is not the most upmarket town. It does however have a few interesting rock formations, caves and coves.

I wasn't expecting much compared to Canal d'Amour, but I was surprised. Sidari Beach is a scenic, sandy beach with great views over the Ioanian. Further up the beach, you can see the rock formations that make up the D'Amour beach. It does get busy since it's closer to the main strip, though it's quite a large beach, so you shouldn't struggle for a space. A little run down in certain parts (some litter and exposed wiring near a building), but it didn't ruin the experience. The sea is actually quite warm at this beach! Plenty of bars/restaurants back onto the beach.

My favorite beach in Corfu from the ones that we have visited, of course. If you are there, try Greek Village, they have free sunbeds, good cocktails and amazing food, also the stuff is very friendly.

A large sandy beach with plenty of bars and restaurants backing onto it. There is a jetty with benches on however when I was there today the sea was rough and waves came over and covered the benches.
