We visited here on a day trip from Barcelona, and I am so thrilled we chose to! There are 2 very strong reasons to visit...the first are the vast collections of flowers/ vegetation are unmatched. You will see plants you have never seen, and then some. The 2nd, and my personal favorite, are the unbelievable views of the sea. I have never seen water so clear, and cliff faces so beautiful.

Very beautiful place, close to the sea, that includes super beautiful views. Great for photo shooting or for a walk closer to the nature.
It has a parking in front, but the area has very narrow streets, so watch out for cars passing by.

Absolutely amazing! Stunning views, friendly staff who do speak English and were very helpful - it rained the day we booked our tickets and they allowed us to change the date despite it being passed the time limit which we were so grateful for. My boyfriend and I were walking around for hours. Definitely worth a visit! So close to the beach also.

Amazing place to visit for the views and for the plants. We've been in a group of 4 adults and 5 children. Kids were excited to discover different types of cactus, they say a lizard, and spotted some red fish in the pond.
Personally I enjoyed the views the most.
It took us about 2 hours to go all the site, this includes numerous stops for pictures and reading the plants.
Highly recommend to visit this place.

Loved this botanical garden! 😍 It has breathtaking sea views, which reminded me of the Cinque Terre of Italy. There is a creative design of the garden with amazing panoramas and view points.
Simona Tiplea — Google review
Very beautiful and big garden! There was a €7 entrance fee, no discount for students or elderly. Although it seemed a lot at first, it’s very much worth it. The views are amazing and there is a little café in the middle of the garden. Would recommend going here!
Laura Lambrecht — Google review
We have been to the gradens twice in two different seasons and it has been worth the visit both times. The walk around is so relaxing as you enjoy a large variety of trees, flowers, cacti...there are insect hotels and a lily pond ...and amazing views of the sea from the elevated position of the garden.
Entry ticket is 8 Euro and you get a voucher for 2x1 entry into two other nearby gardens!
zawadi oils — Google review
Can't describe how perfect these gardens are. The most amazing views, so many varieties of plants that are so well cared for and are clearly thriving there. It's cheap to enter for what you get to see, and even being there at the same time as a school trip, it didn't get too crowded. Well worth the steep walk up from Blanes seafront although I believe it is easy to get a bus here if preferred.
There is a stall where you can have your photo taken with some very lovable parrots. My only negative comments are that the photos from this were expensive to purchase, and that the toilets could be improved and additional drinking water points could be added throughout the gardens.
A must see when in Catalonia!
Jemma Sharp — Google review
Pleaseeeeee💓if you visit Blanes, promise me to visit this amazing garden with the best sea view I’ve ever seen.
Scarlette Fong — Google review
An oasis of peace. Very nice to walk through at your leisure. Many special plants and trees brought together and arranged by region. There are toilets and you can have a bite to eat. Magnificent views over the coastline of that part of the Mediterranean.
Edwin Tropper — Google review
Wonderful garden with amazing views on sea. It is full of plants from the whole world shaped in a very special way with a lot of architecture details: stairs, towers, bridges, lakes, buildings. There is a nice bar in the garden and a souvenir shop at the entrance. There is also a photo service with parrots.
Yury Fedorov — Google review
A very nice botanic garden with a huge variety of plants and areas. Just incredible how larger the are, so make sure you have some hours time to make the visit. All the plants were labeled for easy identification, all the areas nicely maintained, nice but still very naturally. The location is nice along the coastline and has some photogenic points to visit.
Soeren Gerlach — Google review
8 Euro entrance, they ask you what language you speak and surprise you with fluent German. That's amazing. Very friendly service. Amazing botanical garden. Very clean and the spots where you can take pictures are amazing as well as the flora. There are not enough words to describe how great this palace is. Also take the little train-like-bus to bring you back to the train station for 2.50 euro. it's worth it soooo much!
Stine Andresen — Google review
Beautiful botanical garden on the mediterranean. 8 euros is the admission price. Last entry is 1 hour before they close, so the hours you see on Google is the last admission time. They have a few parking spaces up front, but there's more parking within a short walk.

Beautiful place, really special and so worth visiting. Spectacular views and some very special plants, the smell of the flowers is amazing. It has some steep hills and steps so be prepared for a walk but it is so worth it. We took the little road train up to it which was €5 for a return. €8 for entry to the gardens and it was worth it. Very clean, a lot of care taken with the gardens. There is a small cafe stand inside, quite expensive. Lovely atmosphere and nice staff.
J K — Google review
Very cute although I don’t know if it’s worth the price it has a nice view over the sea at some point but me not being someone who posts many pictures I don’t know that I would say that I would pay for this again.

One of the most stunning and hidden places I was able to see in Catalonia. Its all too well worth the price and the time, and the a bit of walking to get here.
Floral and botanical views were (are) just outstanding here. Perfect place for taking photos among nature beuty.
Highly recommenden. Will be a cherished memory in my mind and in my photos.

Hams' Caves, also known as Coves dels Hams, are subterranean grottos featuring a botanical garden and a captivating underground lake. The name "Coves dels Hams" refers to the hook-like formations found inside. Visitors can explore a large botanical garden and witness a mesmerizing projection on ancient rock formations within the cave.
Beautiful caves, great surroundings, a few videos inside the caves with great atmosphere and acoustics help to get more info on the story of the caves, and add to the experience, plus it's nice and fresh inside 😊.
This caves have some very unusual stalagmite formations, fishing hook shape, and hence the "Hams" name in the local language. You can get some good packs and deals booking in advance , plus save waiting time. Highly recommended.
Carlos Ijalba — Google review
The cave is quite small, but very expensive. The situation is not saved by colorful illuminations. The film about GENESIS does not fit into anything. While the second film about the German opera only worsens the perception of the cave as a whole. When I come to Majorca, I want to see and taste the culture of Majorca, not the German opera. I understand that many Germans come here, but do not exaggerate ...
And yet squeezing photos at the exit from the cave.
A little embarrassing.
Besides all those cons, the cave is nice.
cajmer — Google review
Great tour, beautiful caves with increadible formations, good guides, exciting lights and visual effects in the shows. A must do experience and one you won't forget! And the price is reasonable.
I do, however, have a couple of things which bring my review to only 4 stars, in some parts of the caves there is not very nice looking wire fencing, obviously there to protect the formations which is completely understandable however it does spoil the view and looks very flimsy, perhaps glass barriers would be better, with some small holes to take photos unobstructed by the glare of the glass?
There are also a lot of concrete walkways constructed through the caves, which again is understandable for walking on safety, however it's sad that much of the cave floor has been covered by concrete. Wooden or metal walkways would have been much more appealing, however this can obviously not be changed now.
All in all though, I really enjoyed the experience.

We purchased a trip which had Hams’ and Drach caves both in the same day which was well worth it and it ended up a full day out. Hams’ caves are truly spectacular. Probably took us 25-30minutes.Defiantly worth trip to these caves, on exciting the caves there was a place to catch a drink and a bite to eat etc before moving on if you wanted.

Beautiful caves were nature's power really shows off. Fantastic experience. If you never visited a cave before I would recommend to visit. Would have preferred that were could stay longer in the different areas but guess do top COVID people was send around in groups. Please be aware that there are a lot of stairs and that the cave can be slippery.

Beautiful place! My first caves and I really like it. Amazing short classic music concert inside! But be ready that MAYBE u will need to wait a few hours to enter (time of entrance u have in your ticket). I was alone and lucky not to wait too long:)
????? ???? — Google review
A natural wonder. The caves themselves are quite an awesome experience. The accompanying tour feels a bit cheap and like 'tourist mass processing'.
In order to slow down your visit, you first visit one cave system and have to watch two videos. One relevant one about the discovery of the caves, and another rather pointless one just to pass time. Total time for visiting the first cave is half an hour. Then the main cave system is also about half an hour. You are guided from section to section with pauses at each cave gallery. In the bottom of the cave a 5 minute classic musical medley, again just to pass time.
The caves are delicate though, so I understand why rushing a lot of people through would be a bad thing.

Excellent family experience. Interactive experience with two short films and a music show that kept both the adults and children in our group entertained.
Well worth doubling with the Dinosaur Park next door if you have kids in your group for the few Euros extra.
Obviously not great for somebody with limited or poor mobility but you can't hold that against them given what the attraction is!
David Hunt — Google review
Beautiful caves, well worth the visit. Maybe just a bit pricy (19€ on-line ticket or 20€ on spot). Easy wide parking lot. One bar (offering drinks and snacks/fast food), located next to the parking area.
Besmir Dedja — Google review
Visited here after the adjacent dinosaur land, great for all ages. There was a slight delay whilst waiting to go into the second cave area but nothing unreasonable. Great sight to see and well worth visiting for the stalactites that are unique to the caves and the reasons they’re named as such.
Tim Ashworth — Google review
Lovely place for the family. Nice quiet area . Very kid friendly. Dinopark is very good take in the live show is a must. Caves could do with a guided tour guide . Food expensive
Brendan o connor — Google review
Great cave experience for a decent price. 16 euros for a guided tour, with a couple of videos included in the caves, and a good number of caves to walk through. Pair with dinosaur land for an extra 6 euros and you can also eat in the dinoburger restaurant. A really nice setup and it was nice and quiet when we went in late June.
David Meiklejohn — Google review
They're nice caves, very interesting and pretty and the pictures don't do it justice. There's a lot of step to go up and down so sensible footwear is a must as it can be quite slippy. If you struggle with lots of steps (some very steep) then I'd avoid. Whole experience took about an hour and one part in particular was very warm
L Daniels — Google review
Reccommended 100%!Our visit lasted just around 1,5 hrs including some time spend on getting snacks and memorabilia.
The caves are a true gem and a very unique place to visit. The addition of effects, some history around the caves discovery, and the universe's genesis were a great and unexpected addition. Whilst the whole tour was done by foot and we didn't use a boat, having a little show with projected lights and classic music at the last cave, was a truly splendid experience.
Eleftheria Fyrogeni — Google review
What a wonderful place and experience. The origin is presented beautifully in the installation.
Colors, smells, lighting effects.
An incredible abundance of stalactites and stalagmites.
It was amazing and unique.
I will come back here with my family.
Povilas Rutkauskas — Google review
Nice caves not that big though compared to other caves I've visited
Andy Roberts — Google review
All in all it was ok, BUT:
1. The first 'area' takes 30 min to visit because there are 2 videos that takes around 20. The second area that you'll visit takes 35 min because at least 10 you will wait for others to finish their tour.
2. The "blue" cave is blue because of the lights nothing natural about this.
3. Doesn't matter when your group waits in line, the tourists that came with a bus in a trip always get priority and you end up spending more time then it worths (we spent around 2 hours).
4. There is no guide and no one tells you anything besides a short info about the caves/rooms on the second 'area' that you will hear in the stereo.
5. Big groups that will visit, so you need to have a lot of patience. They don't take any precocious about the number of the people from the group, to offer everyone a chance to see something (it's all about selling tickets)
6. Even if you need to wait between the areas, you can’t go to the restaurant and buy something because its outside the waiting area and you are not around.
It is something that you should / might do once in a lifetime, but most likely you won't go back...ever
Cosmin Vladutu — Google review
This was unreal, so pretty caves, and really interesting to see how the nature made theese incredible caves.
The only thing that I wish was different, was that we couldn’t walk around and see what we wanted, we had to walk in groups and get the full guided tour with films and explanations everywhere. For us young people we wanted just to walk around and see.
The price was around 17 euro pr person, you get a guided tour for 45 min. And 20-25 min of them is a film, and talking.

Alcudia Old Town, located on the other side of the island from Palma de Mallorca, is a beautifully preserved medieval town surrounded by stone walls originally built for protection against pirates. This old capital of Majorca offers a strong sense of history with Roman ruins, a Bullring, and charming cobblestone alleys lined with small eateries and boutiques. The 14th-century walls provide stunning views of the town.
So many places to eat and swim. It’s worth a visit for anyone vacationing in Majorca.

A really gorgeous walled town. Lots of free parking on the outside of the walls around the town. We then walked into the walled town, loads of picturesque streets and lanes. Small boutique shops and cafes line the streets. Some lovely looking tapas bars etc.

Photos of parking…
We went at Easter - I’d imagine in the summer it’s way busier…there is free parking a stones throw from the old town - next to Ruines Romanes de Pollentia…
The town is lovely - lots of boutique/tourist style shops. You can walk around part of the wall.
The bull ring nearby is closed to visitors.
The Roman ruins seem to have their own opening times…not in relation to their website.

Set within the old Roman walls this is a great place to visit where you can sit and take in the atmosphere or eat at the popular restaurants. There is a museum just up the hill from the bus station all in Spanish though. If you go to visit the ruins of Pallentia (€4 each) across the road from the church you'll get into the museum free. You can walk along the top of the Fortress walls of the old town which gives some good views.
You can walk here from Port Alcudia which takes about 30 mins or get a taxi for €6.50 well worth a visit

Alcúdia stands as a testament to the island's rich history and stunning architecture. As a traveler, I was immediately captivated by its ancient walls, which date back to the 14th century, and the medieval charm that seems to echo through its cobbled streets.
The Alcúdia Old Town, with its narrow lanes, vibrant market, and iconic churches, tells stories of a bygone era, making you feel like you've been transported to a different century.
No visit to Alcúdia is complete without climbing up to the viewing points on the city walls. The panoramic views of the surrounding bays are simply breathtaking.
Eugene Vakhrameyev — Google review
We went to Alcudia for a walk and to visit the market. I believe it is open twice a week and there was a big selection of goods and local foods like sausages. The market is more or less the same you can see in other places, but they normally have some local food that I like to investigate.
Alcudia is a beautiful town and I recommend to go for a walk in the streets. It is not that big and no need to go for the very long walk. Enjoy the old walls and the church in town.

Alcudia beach is a seven-kilometer-long stretch of white sand and shallow waters, featuring convenient amenities like boardwalks, restrooms, and showers. The crystal-clear water and fine sand create a picturesque atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The beach also offers an array of activities including parasols, sunbeds, dressing rooms, beach bars, volleyball areas, kayaking, SUP and pedalo rentals. Additionally there's an area dedicated to children with playground structures.
A family friendly beach, with warm water (at least mid-July), sun lounges and fine sand. The water goes deeper only far off the beach, making it perfectly safe for the young ones. Restaurants are fairly close, as well as showers & toilets / changing rooms. The long beach makes for a great walkaround. 10/10 recommend

Nice beach, went in January hardly anyone was around. The sand is dense so, it's harder under your feet and easier to walk on. None of the restroom huts were open when I was there (maybe this is seasonal?). There were some people surf fishing, some people with dogs, and others just walking the path or on the shoreline.
Waves were non-existant, so very kid friendly beach. There was some parking available where I went, but not many spaces.

"Alcudia beach – a long stretch of white sand that's simply beautiful. A must-visit! The expansiveness of Alcudia Beach is impressive, providing plenty of room for beachgoers to spread out comfortably. The fine white sand is not only visually stunning but also a joy to walk on, making it an ideal spot for leisurely strolls along the shoreline.
The water is unbelievably clear, allowing you to see the vibrant marine life beneath the surface. Whether you're dipping your toes in the gentle waves or taking a refreshing swim, the pristine conditions of the water add an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall experience.
Alcudia Beach is a haven for relaxation, offering a serene atmosphere that lets you unwind and connect with the beauty of nature. The beach's natural charm is further enhanced by the surrounding scenery, making it a must-visit destination for those seeking a tranquil escape on the island.
From families building sandcastles to couples taking romantic walks, Alcudia Beach caters to all, making it a versatile and welcoming destination. Mallorca's allure is beautifully encapsulated in this beach, and we can't wait to return for another dose of sun, sand, and sea.

Very nice beach especially for kids. We stayed close to small red bridge and there I felt a smell of fecals few times, I don't know where smell came from, the septic tank, canal or the ship
Platja de Muro, located on the north coast of Mallorca, is a stunning beach that spans five and a half kilometers. The sand is fine and the water is turquoise, making it one of the island's most beautiful beaches. It lies in front of La Albufera nature reserve in the bay of Alcudia and is lined with pine groves.
If you're visiting Alcùdia, just take bus and visit this Spectacularly beautiful beach as long as you walk. Water is not deep at all and clear water swimming of course allowed and I loved it to be there inside and walk inside water for longer than expected. The only thing I felt was missing the public WC. Lots of hotels on the other side of the beach.

Beautiful place, white sands and very clearing water. Unfortunately, it was too cold to take a swim and some restaurants are still closed for now. Maybe in a few weeks with good weather things will be different. It's quite a picturesque beach.

Lovely beach.
Sand is great, sea is very shallow so water is a good temperature, not too cold. Sea is clear and blue.
Beach becomes busy, a lot of children.
You can hire sunbeds and umbrella if you are lucky and go to the beach early.
4€ for one bed, 12.50€ bed with umbrella-price for June 2022

Nice long beach with plenty of space. Water is not the clearest in Mallorca and quite big waves.
There are lounges which you could pay for but there are occasionally people who walk around and try to sell you stuff…

Our favourite sandy beach in Mallorca, very clean crystal blue water, and you are literally swimming with the fish! Paella from the beach side restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced.

Plaits de Muro is a long sandy beach with beautiful turquoise blue water. It is a great beach to go for a walk on the soft sand or swim in the water of the sea or even just relax in one of the beach chairs under an umbrella along the beach in the warm sun. There are many hotels along this beach just steps away.

Amazing beach. Very long. Very busy!
This beach is on one of the busiest strips of the island. The beaches were packed however you can always find a spot.
The water was very clear and shallow.

Beautiful clean beach with lovely warm water.. nice c and shallow, which is great for kids.
Sunbeds and parasols far too expensive and nobody using them in May...
Ciaran Tracey — Google review
Nice clear water. Sometimes it can be a bit colder and with some seaweeds and tiny wood sticks.
If you want sunbeds, you need to pay 14€ for 2 sunbeds and sunshed.
It’s a bit crowdy. But overall nice calm beach.
Barbora Šlesingrová — Google review
Beautiful clean beach with toilets and showers. 2x sunbeds and umbrella cost 15€. Lots of people pass by offering massage which can be annoying sometimes 🙃 Other people offer sunglasses/beach sheets, fruits and cocktails. Around you have many shops/restaurants/bar you can choose.

Beautiful beach and the water is very warm. However, beside public toilets and showers i do believe some changing stalls could be practical.
PDSOTMF — Google review
beautiful beach, calm sea when the tide is low it looks like a swimming pool this is a great time for the children, we went twice to the beach good for walking and there are tables with chairs you pay or simply lie down in the sand as many of us do. 😎
take plenty of water and a snack if you plan to stay for a few hours. In these photos, the tide was coming in, but you can go in if you don't know how to swim, it's not deep
this unfortunately was the best beach I found many others you can't get into the water or have a lot of stones. There are a lot of people, but it's very quiet. Thanks 👍
I couldn't take more pictures due to the topless people and children, there were a lot of families. 🙋🏻♀️

The sand isn't the best, it's crowdy but the sea is warm. This beach has also a great view.

Great beach in winter (can't comment for summer). You're likely to have the whole beach to yourself, so dogs are free to roam undisturbed (and, more importantly, without causing a disturbance to others!)

I'll never travel to Seville without this trip planner again
The Parc natural de Mondragó is a coastal natural park spanning 1,893 acres, characterized by grasslands and pine forested ravines interspersed with dunes. The rich birdlife in the park offers an opportunity for bird-watching amid the dry landscape. The agricultural activity that shaped the land has left its mark in the form of dry stone walls, irrigation ditches and waterwheels creating a rustic appeal.
These two bays are the best in the area to visit : the best way by far is by boat , after that cycle or walk from Portopetro, it’s not so far. Driving is difficult: the car park is often full and it’s not allowed to park on the roads. But the journey is worth it; perfect beaches nice restaurant and bars, beautiful water, lovely nature walks through the trees ❤️❤️
Richard Dennys — Google review
The clearest sea water with loads of fish you will ever see.
The beech has very little shade so if you visit on a hot day you will be burnt to a crisp.
We did a 4 hour trip here and were not disappointed.

Fantastic hiking place surrounded by inaccessible land. Super clean and well preserved. Trails could be better marked, though. Simply, make it larger!
Filip Jasinski — Google review
We visited the parc in early April and were really surprised by the beautiful nature.
The water looked like we were in the Caribbean and the first routes we wanted to "hike" were easy to find.
The signs on route 5 unfortunately were miss leading us apart the official path. It was not our intention to leave the official paths...
According to the advice signs you can see rare animals here (Hermann's tortoise and a rare mammal) but I doubt that they survive the mass of tourists :(
AND: It's a parc natural (!) which allow motorboats to come close to the beach in this small but beautiful bays...
Ruben Pudor — Google review
Cute little beach. There is a small stand with snacks and drinks on the beach, which was clutch. It was beautiful, albeit a bit crowded but understandable since they have convenient parking. Great walk on the rocks along the beach! Only gave 4 stars because I had the opportunity to see nicer beaches, but don't be deterred- this is a nice beach. Fyi- no free parking, but is discounted in the later afternoon (I cannot recall if the discount starts at 16:00 or 17:00).
Victoria — Google review
Very big for so many people. You have to leave your car at the beginning of the parc. They want on that parking 10€ for a car and 2.40€ per motorcycle.
Then you have to go a few minutes down the road. You are gonna find there some bars and restaurants.
The beach is full of dry seaweed but clean. The sea is clear too.
David K?iv?nek — Google review
Crystal clear water, white sand, amazing views. Loved it! 😍
There were two restaurants and a beach hut selling burgers and fries. Lots of trails to walk around with clear signage.
Only negative was the water to rinse off has been disconnected.

Excellent and worth seeing. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to explore more, but alone route 1 and 2 have wonderful viewpoints and interesting fauna and flora to see (if you take some time and don't just rush through) .

❗️Please don’t forget to take your trash to the bins — including wet wipes which are made of plastic. Sadly, a few visitors left their trash, and you can see it everywhere — on trails, beaches, under the vegetation.
Otherwise, amazing natural park, beautiful hiking trails along the coast, lovely beaches.
Hiking trails are partly under the shade from trees, but there are also open sections.
A couple of parking spaces are on either side of the park, at 6 EUR as of 2023.

Clean beach and astonishing scene!
I love the beautiful colour the sea.
Fantastic!
The most beach and bay I have ever seen.
Even better than Margate.
Enjoyed our hours spent in the sunshine and on the beach. Hope we could have rent a paddling panel there. As tourists from abroad, it’s hard to bring your panel there even packed in your bag.

Wonderful place. Crystal clear water. Nice hiking trails, but signs are misleading. We accidentally found ourselves not on the right way. Parking is big, but place is popular so it could be full anytime. Beach is not too big, but quite nice.

This beautiful beach offers stunning natural beauty, with its soft, golden sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. However, the presence of debris such as small cores and tree leaves detracts from its pristine charm. To truly appreciate its beauty, efforts should be made to clean the sand regularly, ensuring a more enjoyable and picturesque experience for visitors.

Really nice place to for the beach and nature time. I was here outside of the peak season, so the parking was free of charge.
There are two beaches you can access here.
There are a couple of small restaurants where you can grab a bite.
I also saw showers, but not sure they work during this time of the year.
Oleksandra Lazarchuk — Google review
The beaches are quite full nowadays but we found a place. There is currently single one working toilet which was really messy. The toilets in the beach restaurant was closed.
Anyway, water is crystal clear, views are outstanding, trails are nice.
Pristine, seven kilometre-long beach that is considered one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. With crystal clear waters and fine sand, it has no buildings nearby and is located in a nature reserve.
Very nice beach. Clean and protected. Convenient with the parking space so close to the beach. The beach is big and you can easily get a less crowded space if you walk like 1 km. Water is crystal . Lue and sand white! If someone says otherwise, they probably just want the beach for themselves;-)

We were at the end of April '22 at "Es Trenc",supposedly one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca.
We're very disappointed.
We're aware that it is a natural beach, but these mountains of algae and seaweed have prevented any access to the water.
In addition, it smelled bad all the time.
The remains of the bunkers of that time also do not make the beach more idyllic.
For us, there are definitely more beautiful beaches on Mallorca.
Dani Giswil — Google review
The beach gets crowded but it is very long and wide enough so you can find a spot to settle.
The water is very clear, the color is dreamy, depending on the day you can find spots without any algae in the water.
The sunsets here are magnificent

Dirty beach, with lots of people. Parking is 7€ and if you are not carrying a beach umbrella expect do be burned. There is a bar to buy cocktails from but no place to sit or drink coffee. Getting to the beach is very hard as well. What is on the pictures is definitely not there now…
Mirza Gazdic — Google review
Beach is extremely dirty with full of seagrasses. It is almost like a mud inside water and over the beach.
There is no shower. There is only one toilet which is not working.
No need to go. There is nothing to see. Water is very bad.
This beach is a kind of nude beach.

This beach has been a huge disappointment. After driving for one hour from Palma, we were eager to discover the beach shown in all the pretty pictures. However, the beach was extremely dirty as shown in the video, there were mountains of algae. It was clearly not cleaned.

The beach is very large but quite narrow. It does not have sunbeds or umbrellas, so bring your own if you want some shade. The parking for car is 8 eur/ day. Keep in mind to arrive before 10 am, afterwards it gets really crowded and it's difficult to leave - on a one lane road.
Raluca Diga — Google review
TOP, beautiful beach. One of the most beautiful in Europe. No hotels, restaurants..👍. Parking fee €7 per day. Good access from the parking lot to the beach. I recommend taking an umbrella or a tent for shade. In some places, a lot of silt-algae. But that's beautiful..🏝❤️

Absolutely amazing beach. There are about 5 bays from one end at Colonia and La Rapita.
It used to be commercial with sun beds, beach bars but more recently it has reverted back to it more natural form.
Beautiful waters, white sands and not too crowded especially away from the two ends.
Bring your own food, water as there will be no where close to get some.

€7 for the car entrance ‼️ CASH ONLY! Total rip off to the beach which is not cleaned, doesn’t have any services ! You have to queue for at least 30 minutes to get in and only at the entrance they tell you the entry is €7 ! Luckily we just turned round and went towards the beach near by, 5illes BEACH&SUNSET direction where you can park for FREE near by and enjoy all the services.
Elina Evelina — Google review
Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. You sit in a traffic jam for half an hour on a narrow and bad road. In a crowded parking lot, they let you in individually for 7 euros. It is difficult to find a place in the parking lot because everyone parks in such a way that two cars don't end up in two places by accident. From here you walk down to the beach, which you only see at the last moment. Unfortunately, after the torture, the beach is also a disappointment. It is covered in black rotting plant residue. If you managed to get through this, the water is warm and nice. But is it worth it? There are much more beautiful and easily accessible beaches here.
Lajos Busi — Google review
Very nice beach with an lgbt friendly and nature friendly section around beach 3 and 2. I wish there is a better public transportation to get there. If you don’t have a car and scooter, taxi is very expensive from Palma.

The coast has a nice scenery. But it is not worth the waiting times for a parking spot especially in days with many sea seeds. On a positive note you get the chance to see flamingos on your way to the beach.

Es Trenc Beach in Mallorca is a captivating destination with its expansive white sand beach and crystal-clear waters. The natural beauty is undeniable, making it a hotspot for beachgoers. While the beach attracts a considerable crowd, the positive side is that the parking process is acceptable. The convenience of accessible parking adds to the overall experience, allowing visitors to enjoy the stunning surroundings without hassle. Es Trenc Beach is a wonderful blend of natural splendor and accessibility, making it a must-visit for those seeking a vibrant beach atmosphere.

This is The Best One. Beautiful facility, beautifully designed & full of Beautiful brands. Although I am not here for promoting brand culture.. but here you can do alot. eeling stressed or want to spice your holiday? Well, shopping is one of the answers. La Roca Village, a shopping outlet in Barcelona, is the place you must visit in Barcelona, especially for shopping mania.
Over 100 boutiques and stores welcome you to spend your money and shop till drop. Popular fashion such as Gucci, Prada, YSL, Loewe, and many more are available at a special or discounted price. On top of this, you are still entitled to claim a tax refund, and all do it in online way for the tax refund, which makes it all become more manageable.
Outside of this shopping village, there are two huge factory outlets of Nike and Mango. Cafe and restaurant are available here, and free wifi.
Happy Shopping!

So… this is only for those who crave branded shopping outlets. I got almost 70% of the rack price but not all brands have similar offerings. To each his own. Your VIP 10% does not apply to the premium brands. So do not embarrass yourselves. I was last here pre Covid and the place is very nicely maintained and is great for 2-3 hours to kill. Also impressed by the cleanliness of the lavatories!
I definitely had a great time.
Only unpleasant event is that the bus only departs now from the central station instead of Passig De Gracia where I used to hop on. There is no signages at the station and you need to ask around before knowing where to find the operator.

La Roca Village is a must-visit shopping destination for anyone exploring Barcelona. Situated just outside the city, this luxurious outlet village offers a wide range of high-end brands at discounted prices, making it an absolute haven for fashion enthusiasts. However, there are a few important factors to consider before embarking on your shopping spree.
Firstly, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of planning your trip carefully around the bus timings. While La Roca Village is easily accessible by public transportation, it's crucial to keep track of the last bus departing at nine. Missing this bus can result in unnecessary complications, as alternative transportation options may be limited and costly.
Once you've ensured a smooth journey, prepare to be amazed by the extensive selection of footwear available at Armani. With a large collection to choose from, shoe lovers will find themselves in absolute bliss. From elegant formal shoes to trendy sneakers, Armani offers something for every taste and occasion.
Another brand worth mentioning is Paul & Shark, which provides exceptional value for money. Their prices are noticeably lower compared to ordinary stores, allowing shoppers to enjoy the best of luxury fashion without breaking the bank. Don't miss out on the opportunity to snag some incredible deals at this store.
While La Roca Village offers an exceptional shopping experience overall, it's worth noting that the perfumes sold here tend to be quite expensive. For fragrance enthusiasts, it might be wise to explore other options before making a purchase. There are numerous perfume boutiques in Barcelona that offer a wider range of choices at more competitive prices.

Really nice shopping place for women, and fortunately there are many good places where the man can go and relax. There are nice places to eat, and their toilet facilities are good. You are allowed to bring your dog and there is a smoking area "but be considerate of other non-smokers" You can spend half a day here, but it can be a bit boring for men. There is a lack of real men's shops, the only type of shops they have out here are sunglass, bag and clothing shops. But can still recommend visiting the place if you like shopping. 4 stars ☀️☀️☀️☀️

The Ferrocarril de Sóller is a vintage electric tram that has been operating daily since its establishment in 1912. The train offers a scenic trip through Mallorcan landscape from Palma to the seaside town of Soller, which boasts a charming harbor and beach. While it may be considered an expensive tourist attraction, the efforts to preserve its rustic old-world charm have been successful. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, trains only run once daily and return in late afternoon.
Great experience. We had to wait in the ticket qur for maybe an hour but the ride itself worth every minute. Great scenery along the route and the city of Sóller it is a must see.
Florin C — Google review
Great experience! A wee bit expensive for the shorter ride. It was €8 per person including kids when we went. The ride is about 25 mins from the port to the main town. But I would say, if visiting either area for the day, this should be done. It’s just a scenic beautiful experience and a convenient way to get from point A to point B and back again.
Kevin McCabe — Google review
We visited here as part of a trip organised by tui arrived by boat then travelled by tram to the village and took the train through the mountains towards palma. highly recommended don't even have to be a old train enthusiast to enjoy the experience
Darren Nimmo — Google review
Loved the ride through Soller to the port. Sometimes the trams was really full, but since we didn't catch the first one right off the train from Palma, there was more room on the next ones. Coming back was really crowed. And we had to stand. But that wasn't a problem since the ride is not too long. The timetables were a bit confusing, but I guess since there were lots of people the tram ran non stop and was easy to catch this way. Loved it!
Aino-Kaisa Lonka — Google review
The trip in itself isn't much to write about. The tram line is either going behind high walls or next to a quite busy roadway. The destination on the other hand is wonderful. The waiting line to get on is long, you might have to stand the whole way if you are not fast enough to grab a seat
Gabriel Alexandru Cristea — Google review
While it's definitely a tourist trap and overly expensive, it's still a fun ride from Palma to Soller. Plenty of seats. Due to covid the trains only run once a day and return in late afternoon. Still a fun thing to do.
Paul Heller — Google review
Well worth getting this tram if you have completed the train trip from Palma.. this smaller tram is a nice experience and brings you to a beautiful port village (about 15 minutes).. I'd recommend getting off at the second last stop (the first sea view stop) its a short and pleasant walk towards the last stop, plenty of nice places to eat and even a small beach to dip your toes. Once at the last stop that's about it for the village. There seems to be nice treks and trails but we were just on a day trip so didn't go further. Its nice to be at the last stop (first stop for the return journey) to guarantee a seat for the return trip back to the beautiful soller.
Rua Cuail — Google review
I only did a quick walkthrough of this beautiful village
Note the streets are skinny and pretty curvy I'm not sure if it's all one way traffic but there were a lot of motorcycles which I'm guessing would be a lot easier to drive
Everyone I met were super friendly and very helpful getting me back on track when I got myself turned around like I'm known to do - the extra large circle I did to get to the church where you grab the tram showed me so much more than if I had just walked straight there!
One thing I found and I wish I would have had more time to explore was the botanical garden...next time 💯

Lovely. The wooden train is so cool. My sons love the whole experience. We also got the tram experience to the harbour, highly recommended.
Price is a bit high, but, it worth it in my opion.

A beautiful ride through the mountains and about 9 tunnels. It's not cheap but quit an experience. Once in Soller you have to take a tramride to the beach/harbour.(inclusive in the ticket as it is operated by the same company). Ride +visit will take a least half a day.
Peter Van Ruyskensvelde — Google review
Best is to book tickets few days in advance as this is very popular attraction. If you buy tickets online you still need to go to the ticket office to receive tickets. There is a designated queue to collect online tickets. For additional cost you can buy journey to port du Sóller and that place is absolutely amazing.

We loved the trip, whole day outside, nice works of Joan Miro on the walls of the train, seamless travel, very relaxed and nice, even for a rainy day it’s worth it

Very beautiful town very busy with people visiting on daily train rides so can be overcrowded. The square was very old architecture buildings surrounded by mountainous rock faces. The tram will take you down to the beachfront which again was stunning

If the stairs are shut up to the platform, you go up via the side of the building. Small cafe on platform toilets are back in the main building.
Leave plenty of time to make sure you get a seat.
You have to go on the train which you purchased. You can't go earlier or later fyi.

Palma Aquarium, a renowned marine attraction in the Balearic Islands, boasts an impressive collection of water tanks housing 8000 fish from 700 diverse marine species. Recognized with the prestigious 'Travelers' Choice 2018' award by TripAdvisor, this aquarium offers interactive touch screens to educate visitors about various types of fish. The captivating 'Big Blue', Europe's deepest shark tank at 8.5m, provides a mesmerizing spectacle for all.
Wonderful place! My kids really loved the experience. So many different areas to enjoy. Peaceful and calm atmosphere, pillows on the floor near large aquariums. You can take your time and observe. They have a fun room where kids can draw and scan their pictures, and later on the pictures appear in the big virtual aquarium.

Brilliant morning out! Was the first in the door at 9.30am, and I'd bought the shark boat (11.40) and backstage (12.00) extras, so expect to be there for a few hours. Well worth the money, so happy to finally see a sea turtle! Loads to see and learn. Recommend backstage to see and learn about the marine 'hospital' and their work saving turtles. Our guide was lovely, extremely enthusiastic, and was bilingual. Would absolutely go again!

Nice aquarium, very interesting and educational. The best part is the biggest tank with sharks. 🦈 Food: big central restaurant with many options and a small green one with smoothies and pizza. 🍕🧃If you have kids, they are going to love it here because its pretty much kids friendly: there are children tours with really funny guide and outside playground. You can also take a pic with Ara parrot 🦜At the end, you can buy souvenires in really cool shop. I am giving 4 star review only because shark part was the most interesting and some of the really cool gadgets didn't work so we couldn't use them.

There is a great playground outside, my daughter was delighted with it. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a cool idea to take a photo with a parrot. There is also a small soft play inside. The only minus is the average quality of food in the restaurant.

Beauties of Sea and Ocean. Fauna and Flora. Brilliant organized place.
Easy access from motorways, close to the beach and airport. Recognizable location. Everything is wonderful except prices for food and drinks at relax area. 😒 Prices are same,, even more expensive then London and Dublin.
Rest of the things are 10of10. Need some more Tents and Umbrellas for relax area. 😌

Great place. So much better than we thought before getting there. Huge place with a lot of small and large aquariums with everything from big sandsharks to small seahorses. Loved it, the kids loved it. They also works a lot with animal protection and cleaning the oceans from plastic and other waste we humans put into the oceans 🙈😭
BTW. Please stop throwing things in the ocean and on land 🙏
Only downside was the restaurants. At the moment the food/menu did not match the rest of the facilities unfortunately. So this can be better for sure.

The aquarium is very nice. It has a huge aquarium with sharks and other fishes. Also there is a big interror playground situated close to the shark aquarium, at -2. They also have a nice playground outside in the form of a ship. We watch the 4D film (aprox 10min) with the whales which was really nice and interesting, so it is worth to pay the extra price. However, I expected the whole place to be more big for the price they have for the entrance. I visited other places, which were huge compared with this one and less expensive.

We recommend this place to visit, because it is possible to see not only sea life but also different kinds of tropical species in a tropical section. Sharks are amazing in a big tank, corals are so different also. A kids room is available, but note that there is a limit of families inside the room so you should wait in a queue.
Buy tickets in advance for the Aquarium as well as for 3D Whale cinema. Different scientific attractions will be interesting for kids.

Visited Palma Aquarium and had a fantastic experience! 🐠🌊
The diverse marine life and captivating exhibits offered a fascinating journey through the depths of the ocean. From vibrant coral reefs teeming with life to awe-inspiring sea creatures, every corner was a visual delight ✨🤩
The staff's expertise and commitment to conservation added an extra layer of appreciation to the experience 🦑🐢
The immersive 3D cinema experience, showcasing the incredible life of whales, was mind-blowing. 🐋✨
Additionally, the shark boat adventure, featuring a bottom transparent boat that allows you to see sharks below you, provided a unique and thrilling encounter with these majestic creatures. 🚤🦈
A day well-spent in the magical world beneath the waves, combining wonder and education. Highly recommend Palma Aquarium for an unforgettable marine adventure!

A good place for small kids. I got it confused with underground sea world. They do have a lots of collection from fishes and sea life. The main highlight is Big blue where they have big sharks swimming freely. They do pass really close from the other side, so you get really good pictures too. You have to pay for Shark vision but it is a good experience to watch some sharks swimming under your feet. They do have a big cafeteria where you can have snacks and meals. The entrance has a little waiting time based on your booked slot. The place can be overcrowded during the weekends. We were little disappointed but the experience was good.

Fantastic place for an amazing experience with aquatic life. The sea life on display was really wide in variety and full of facts. The jungle area was also very nice. The infrastructure in itself is really good maintained...spacious and tidy. It took us almost three hours to see the entire place properly. The tickets are slightly expensive but totally worth it. We got a chance a photo with a huge parrot too. There's a group photo that is taken at the start which can be bought as prints. Nice souvenir to have. Would really recommend to visit this place when visiting Mallorca.

Surprisingly nice aquarium.
Had no problems with parking on Saturday 11h.
There are interactive games for kids (also interesting for adults).
Playground for kids (the one indoors) was just great! Kid loved it.
The one outside also looked super, with few bounce castles, but it was too hot to be there.
Overall good aquarium.
Spent there ~2,5h.

Great to do on a rainy day. Entrance fee is a little pricey, maybe best to buy online before hand. The aquarium is well thought out and great day out for families or couples

The place is amazing. The jungle with the waterfall was my favourite. The ticket might be too pricey but I think it’s justified considering all the attractions inside. The perfect place to pop in when the sun is burning.

Tons of family fun. Purchased through the TUI rep, we got the silver package which included a meal, a free gift and the 4D whale cinema experience. Upon arrival you have a photo taken, so be prepared. I'd recommend following it through 1-5 [you'll know what I mean when you seen the map] - at this point we went for food and then made our way to the 4D whale experience. This was breathtaking. My daughter was overwhelmed with emotion. We have never experienced anything like this. Food was solid, the burger and chips was great quality. We then finished the aquarium off, with the whale room, shark tanks and by far my favourite - the jellyfish room. Would definitely recommend this to anyone considering. Also a great big playground with inflatable bouncy castles.

I booked a ticket which included the little tourist train and aquarium entrance. Both the chauffeur of the tourist train and the staff in of the aquarium had no idea how to deal with this.
The Palma Aquarium itself is beautiful and, in my opinion, something you shouldn't miss out on.
Do bring your own food if possible. The fried food tastes horrible.
Also make sure you do not exit the aquarium the same way you entered it. You really need to take the stairs going down through the souvenir shop. Really weird.
My conclusion. The aquarium is totally worth the visit, but the organizing really isn't up to par.

Palma Aquarium is a marine park with 24,000 m2 of facilities where more than 8,000 specimens of 700 species of fauna and flora from all over the world live.
We paid 57€ (online tickets) for 2 adults! Beautiful and fascinating. It is amazing to see all the different types of fish and organisms that live in the ocean, especially the sharks!
Definitely worth the visit.

We saw a lot of aquarium, but still it was worthed to go on this one. Children loved it and had a lot of fun. Had a nice playground. Have few 1 euro to be able to feed the fish! :) and be aware that you are going to pay 20 euro for one photo with big parrot! Children would Definitely wanted to have it. :)

We arrived here 09.30 AM, because we know there's a small parking lot with free parking. We bought the tickets online: The entrance + 3D cinema + extra 2x snack & drink (54 euro). There were 9 areas. The 3D cinema was impressive but unfortunately very short. The noice of the whales were also very loud, so be prepared. We really liked the jungle with the waterfall.

Our family visited Palma Aquarium on 21st January, and it proved to be an extraordinary experience, surpassing any other aquariums we've explored in the past.
The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the colossal tanks that housed an impressive array of marine life. Witnessing at least 10 adult sharks gracefully gliding through the water was a breathtaking spectacle. The aquarium's commitment to creating an immersive experience was evident, and we were particularly captivated by the unique Shark Vision Board. Floating on a tiny boat above the shark tank provided a thrilling perspective that added a sense of adventure to our visit.
The facilities at Palma Aquarium were top-notch. The entire layout was well-designed, offering plenty of space for families to explore and enjoy the various exhibits. Our little ones were delighted to discover numerous play areas that provided a perfect balance between education and entertainment.
While the majority of the facilities were exceptional, we did note that some of the restaurants were closed during our visit. However, this did not dampen our experience, as the available dining options still met our needs with satisfying choices.

Went there on a very rainy day and it was packed with people. Recommend buying tickets online in advance, the queue for online tickets goes really quickly. The aquariums were beautiful and they contaied a huge variety of species of both animals and plants. There was a big interactive room with lots of opportunities to learn about sea life. They take a picture of you at the beginning and on your way out you are repeatedly asked to buy it. You can take a picture with parrots for an extra fee but are not allowed to take pictures of them.

We had a great time and there was lots to see for us and our 2 year old, we went whilst it was raining so couldn't properly enjoy the outside jungle experience as on holiday we hadn't prepared too well for rain but what we did go see was excellent, outside koo pond and some baby sharks and barracudas s well as a shallow stong ray tankI think though there weren't many signs for that as far as I could see but still excellent. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars for me was that it was extremely busy both inside the aquarium so my 2 year old had to sqeeze in at times past adults to get a viewing spot and the food areas couldn't cope with that many so there were queues out the door, in the end we ended up eating when we got back to our hotel as we wouldn't have been served food before our coach shuttle arrived. Though good, I don't know if I'd go again.

Love it!!!! Absolutely love it! Price for the tickets is a bit much, but once you are inside - it's worth it. I spent 30 min admiring sharks. Honestly, you can spend all day there. The jungle is fantastic theme. Go,go,go and see.

Really excellent aquarium, with many species and varieties of animals to see, including an outside jungle with macaws which was unexpected but fantastic. The UK could definitely learn a lot from the layout and design of this aquarium.
Improvements:
- Need to install water refill points around the site so people can refill their bottles (more environmentally friendly) and not pay €2.20 for a water (especially being so close to the airport where a lot of people come/go to the airport).
- do not print peoples photos first without asking them if they actually want a copy. We refused our copy which was already printed (very wasteful), they should remain digital until the point of the customer actually wanting a physical copy. (Not very eco friendly).
- 10 sections of the whole site to see but very poor sign posts directing you to the next area. Needs arrows with numbers on.
Otherwise a 10/10 aquarium.

Great place for families with kids. Clean, now very crowded (we visited in February), aquariums look as well maintained, nice collection of various fish. In the price of the ticket you have a playground (under rook and outside) included. Classical music plays from speakers, which is a nice change as compared to other public places similar to those. If you buy tickets online, it is a bit cheaper.

Beautiful and super cozy place.
To go with children, the experience is incredible.
Charming all the aquariums, all the marine life there sheltered and that well cared for.
Excellent change of atmosphere within the same aquarium in the jungle area.

The Sagrada Familia, a controversial and majestic unfinished Roman Catholic basilica in Barcelona's Example district, is an iconic UNESCO World Heritage site. Designed by renowned architect Antoni Gaudi, it stands as a testament to his unique vision and artistic genius. Combining late Spanish Gothic, Catalan Modernism, and Art Nouveau styles, the basilica aims to depict the life of Jesus and the history of faith.
If you come to Barcelona, go here! It might feel like a hefty price tag for a cathedral entrance in Europe, but it is 100% worth it!
The church is gorgeous outside, but the superstar is the inside. It literally took my breath away. Huge and clean and with capacity restrictions, it doesn't feel packed full of people.

In addition to being a stunning structure the process to enter is very easy. Easiest attraction I’ve ever been to. Show your ticket and go through security. Then your tickets get scanned and you can start the audio tour with your app. The tour leads to the museum and never fear - it leads you back to the Nativity facade where you started so you can look through again before leaving. I appreciated that it was not super busy - they didn’t seem to pack people in like i have experienced at other religious sites *cough* the Vatican * cough* but I can obviously only comment on the day I attended. The inside of the Sagrada is extremely beautiful. Bathed in light it feels calm even with all the people there with you. Amazing.
Note: you must buy your tickets online and have the app to enter.

Amazing of course. I particularly liked the way the light came through the various windows. Cool colors on one side and warm on the other. Every detail, such as the colors or proportions of the hall have meaning. Leave time for the quite extensive and interesting museum in the basement. The queues and security process are quite well organized and people working there are pleasant, asking you which language you would prefer to speak with them. Some airport operations could take away lessons from these nice but efficient and professional folks. I was very impressed by the amount of progress since my other visit, in 1983! There was no color ( just stone) and not really any fully enclosed spaces then. I hope to come back in another 40 years!

It's incredible and incredibly beautiful. If you come to Barcelona, you should definitely plan to visit the Sagrada Familia. It's best to buy tickets online so that you can get in and be sure of your preferred time. The best time, in my opinion, is in the afternoon, when the sun shines through the windows and the colours come into their own. A visit to the towers is also recommended. We went up the passion tower and had a great view to the ocean side and sun setting.

As an architect, Sagrada was a dream come true to experience. I recommend booking tickets in advance to secure your spot according to your preferred time slot. Personally, I’d advise mid to late afternoon is, however during peak season it’ll constantly be busy.
I’d suggest sure to allocate around 3-4 hours to explore and soak in the sheer size, history and detailing of the structure - both internally and externally. Lastly, make sure to download the Sagrada app beforehand, to follow the audio guide as your explore on foot.

Must visit. Our guide said we had really good sun that day so it really depends on the good weather to enjoy the kaleidoscope colours illuminated into the church!
If you like cool colours like blue and green, come in when the morning light shines. If you like warm colours of autumn, come towards sunset timings.
Suggest to join the tour to learn the significance of each structure. It looks complicated n stern but is filled with symbolism and stories. Wonderful.

Breathtaking experience. You expect a classical church but this is completely different. Modern and classical art combined. No boring golden altars or statues but brilliant architecture and philosophy of a genius. The best monument i have ever visit. The 45 min audio guide (there is also an 25 min express option) is a very inspiring and extremely informative enabler. I fully recommend it, it makes the experience complete and gives you all the astonishing context to really enjoy this piece of art.

A amazing building, but also a very expensive exhibit. The app was very well designed and the ticket sharing was also high quality. May I suggest providing a more detailed audio guide in the app for those people wanting even more detail, including for those walking around the outside and the towers. The towers were also very limited in the length of the walk, which was not well communicated. Very friendly staff and an astonishing space.

Exceeded my expectations. Pictures don't do it justice. We bought tickets ahead, and went when it opened. There was no waiting or crowds for the first hour. It was quite busy when we left, so glad we took the approach we did. Absolutely loved the free audio guide/app, it describes things like how Gaudi used nature as inspiration. The columns, for example, look like trees. The reflection of the colorful sunlight through the glass onto the floor, ceiling and columns is absolutely breathtaking. Don't forget the museum downstairs.

Needless to say, this place is a must see in Barcelona. Regardless of your religion, you would enjoy the great architecture of the place. The place is truly unique and does not resemble any other church. You have to order tickets in advance and I highly recommend adding one of the church’s towers to your visit. You reach the top by elevator and go down by foot. When entering the place, there is an airport like security check and bags scan, but the process is very smooth

Absolutely breathtaking, I have never seen anything like it! The immense amount of thought behind every little detail is incredible, the audio guide was really good for getting all the information. About the different colours of the mozaïek, the pillars and the statues. We did not go up the towers so I can’t say much about that, however the cathedral is truly amazing and I really recommend buying tickets in advance online.

This is a monumental place steeped in history. The building's architecture is breathtaking and arguably one of the best in the world. Rich in history, you can feel its significance when you step inside. Make sure to bring headphones to listen to the audio recordings if you're visiting alone without a tour guide (as they can be expensive). Arrive early and book tickets in advance, and try to avoid weekends if possible. Restrooms are located outside along the side wall.

You already know how amazing this was. I wasn’t that excited about going to “another cathedral,” but this was totally different. It was modern and more a work of science than art. I mean so cool. You have to go when the sun is coming through the glass. Get the free audio guide downloaded onto your phone. It’s really enlightening.

Stunning unfinished cathedral. The inside is the opposite of a normal „boring“ church and really brings a special beauty into this building. There is a reason why Gaudi is called one of the history‘s greatest architects. The whole concept is so creative that even I‘m not a big fan of churches was impressed and spent longer than expected here. Would also recommend the passion tower facade to climb.

I know it’s top attraction of Barcelona, but I am not 100% sure I totally enjoyed and understood such a mixture of different styles and ideas. You definitely need to go around just to get an idea, and it’s up to you to decide how you like it. We couldn’t get in as all online tickets were sold even for the upcoming several weeks. Some people say it’s more beautiful inside than outside, so I guess it’s for the next time. In any case, I personally cannot imagine standing outside for hours in order to get in, especially if it’s hot outside.

What a beautiful experience it was to have visited this place. The outside of the cathedral is amazing no doubt, but the interior just touched my soul. A must see in Barcelona! Definitely purchase a guided tour well in advance to make sure you get in and to learn about the history. Because we had a scheduled tour at 9 am, we did not have to wait in a line to enter.
We did the optional tower tour, which I found well worth the cost and the time. The spiral staircase coming down is quite narrow and steep. I recommend putting any bag you may have in one of the lockers and having your hands free when you descend.
Allow 2 to 3 hours for the visit.
I can't begin to describe how beautiful the stained glass is and how inspiring the design and architecture are.

The Gothic Quarter, also known as Barri Gòtic, is a picturesque neighborhood in Barcelona. This charming and historic area features narrow medieval streets that are filled with trendy bars, clubs, and Catalan restaurants. Tourists can explore the remains of the ancient Roman city at the Museu d'Història de Barcelona. Street vendors sell leather products and jewelry near the Cathedral of Barcelona while flower stalls and food vendors line La Rambla avenue.
La Rambla is a famous tree-lined pedestrian walkway in Barcelona that is often filled with street festivals and historic buildings. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the city, and has been a target of terrorist attacks in recent years. A unique architectural experience. If you can afford it it's worth upgrading your ticket to get the augmented reality tablet and the cube experience. This place is incredible, I cannot imagine someone designing and created it since the 1900s, must be a forward thinker! I was amazed by its beauty, and all every single details of the house. I got a Silver ticket, which allowed you ti skip lines and has access to some areas that the Blue ticket does not. This place was recognized as World Heritage Site, although the money we paid was pretty high, 36€, they say it is dedicated to renovation plan of the house, so I guess it was worth it. Highly recommend buying a book about Gaudi in the end of the tour!

Another amazing Gaudi’s creation - this Casa is like a miracle in the heart of the city! The details, the materials, the ideas- incredible. And when you get to the top you see the chimneys that look beautiful. The central one looks like a dragon with its multicoloured scales. And there is a bar on the top so you can sit, rest and admire all this beauty. There is an option that you can take a photo on one of the balconies and it is a great opportunity to create more unforgettable memories.

We went early in the morning as it was less crowded and the morning sunlight shines on the front of the house which highlights it stunning colors. So glad the place is preserved and available to the public. Allow 2-3 hours to enjoy the house. Get tickets in advance as they sell out.

If you like architecture you'll love this building, if you don't like architecture you'll love this building. It is very expensive to get into, I did a group tour of a few of Gaudi buildings which worked out cheaper but you don't get to spend as long as you want on some of the buildings as there is A LOT to take in visually and informatively. The tour I did I thought was more informative as she mentioned some information that wasn't in handset of the self guided tour although she would've missed some things that would be in a self guided tour as well. Doing a tour you also skip the line which I did see was quite long as times.
Hope you enjoy the building as much as I did if you do see it

We so loved visiting Casa Batlló Highly recommend. The architecture and design are amazing. The virtual experience at the end is a great surprise to finish with. It’s about one and half hours to explore
Lisa Perry — Google review
The house is stunning, the experience novel, the price steep. We bought the Gold tickets (kids free) and it was worth the little extra to skip the line. You don't want to be in a crowd of people if you can avoid it. The audio guides were informative and the augmented reality tablets kept the kids engaged. The architecture is second-to-none, especially the woodwork.

This is one of the best places to see in Barcelona. It was an amazing experience going inside with Gold level tickets that gives you full access to all rooms and a nice set of tablets with good headphones, plus you have a fast line pass.
They do not let you in earlier than your ticket time.

A must visit, definitely worth the price. I wasn't sure what to expect but the audio tour and house in general is really awesome. I've never seen a house like it and it's very impressive.
The best part for me was the basement where they have a full room / screen experience to finish off the tour which is really good. Definitely a must visit for all Barcelona tourists.

Do recommend paying for the highest pass level you can afford (Blue < Silver < Gold), since the difference between Blue and Gold is only 29Euro vs 39Euro.
AND BUY TICKETS BEFOREHAND!
Check out the official site for the differences between pass levels (mainly AR tablet, Gaudi Dome, access to specific rooms, etc.)
Crowd management could've been done better, as all pass levels converge and you don't get special treatment once you're inside areas where everyone can access.
The team-lab-esque Gaudi dome experience was nice, although I can't say too relevant to the actual Casa. Worth the extra difference in pricing though
The casa is quite interesting, esp. considering it was an actual residence.

It's a very beautiful building, one of the most famous in Barcelona, with beautiful majolica on the walls designed by Gaudi. There is a terrace on the roof with a beautiful view of the neighborhood, you can take a "tourist" photo on the balcony and they will print it out and give you a digital version. It's such a stupid thing for tourists, but it costs 14€, I liked it. You should already have tickets, although if you come in the morning at 8-8.30 on weekdays, you won't have to stand in line for long. I also noticed a ticket office near the entrance to the building where you can buy 3 groups of tickets at once. And the "golden" group is very profitable! 6-7 houses for 60€. I liked it, I highly recommend it. One of my dreams))

We purchased tickets online and were able to go right in. The gold package allowed us to see everything and included an informative interactive audio guide. It's beautiful inside and out. Just be patient as there were many visitors when we went and some areas in the home got congested. Highly recommend visiting.
Trudy Edwards — Google review
Great experience, however quite pricey! The audio tour was integrated seamlessly as you walk around the house and the house is truly beautiful and well preserved. For a one time experience I decided to pay the 35€, but maybe not worth it if you’re visiting Barcelona on a budget. There was no queue and no crowds when I visited on the 3rd of January, but I did get my ticket online.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
I was very disappointed with my visit to Casa Batlló. The place was overcrowded with people and I could barely see anything. The tickets were expensive and not worth it. The AC was not working properly and it was very hot and stuffy inside. The architecture was nothing special and I felt like I wasted my time and money. They sold ticket ten times more than building capacity , I do not recommend this place at all.
Alistair — Google review
Great spot to visit and is worth at least upgrading to silver. The line is shorter, and the interacting tablet is very cool and has some funny interaction. Make sure you don't miss or skip the last video! Was really cool and a highlight.
Zoe Lisson — Google review
Purchased the gold ticket which allowed direct access at chosen time. The tablet and headset were helpful to navigate the house. The house itself is a work of art - so beautiful, intricate and artistic. Definitely worth a visit. Thoroughly enjoyed the immersive experience in the 'cube' at the end of the tour.

I love this place. A lot of opportunities to take great pictures. It’s a good size so you could spend a lot of time here, just admiring the works of art. We did the silver pass, which featured almost everything the gold one does except for like one small area. It was very busy but not like shoulder to shoulder. Employees were nice and helpful. Plan to spend 3-5 hrs.

I visited Casa Batlló in 2021 and it still is undoubtedly one of the most stunning houses in the world. However, what Barcelona has achieved with this museum is truly remarkable. They have taken a regular museum visit and turned it into an unforgettable EXPERIENCE. The visuals, storytelling, and branding are all flawless. If you love museums and are creative, you cannot afford to miss this experience. I would visit it a thousand times and still be in awe of it, and fall in love deeply. I know it's pricey, but it's worth every single penny. Yes, buy the audio guide.

I’m impressed by all the work, art work, how creative and talented people can be. It’s definitely a must if you travel to Barcelona. I personally love the experience of seeing the Casa Batlló (and generally every work of art made by Gaudí). At least once in life you have to see it.😍
Lavie Anic — Google review
We were completely in awe of the architecture here. We were so grateful to have an audio tour we could follow at our own pace. If you don't want to hold the wand, you can plug in your own headphones. The building is beautiful and even though we took our time going through the building I'm sure we still missed stuff. I would recommend this stop when visiting Barcelona. There was even a balcony where you can get your picture taken and purchase it, and there were so many fun facts as you walked through each floor. Get tickets early to avoid large crowds and make sure to take pictures at night of the front of the building as the lighting changes colors and adds a spectacular new view of the Casa. Definitely buy your tickets ahead of time online to save time.
Even though they had a "cube" show at the end of the tour, please be aware of fast moving lights, and lots of moving video especially if you suffer from vertigo. It was a bit much for me because I get dizzy easily from this type of exhibit. But it's short and you aren't missing much if you skip this.

Casa Batlló is a stunning monument in Barcelona. The building's unique architecture makes it well worth a visit. Not being a big fan of monument tours, I absolutely loved this visit, it was very exciting and full of history. I recommend buying tickets in advance.

Architecture beyond compare! Indescribable, but I'll try.
Gaudí had amazing vision. He designed and had this home built to resemble nature and the sea. The attention to detail is exquisite. The wooden shell depicted on the stairway, the bubbles of glass everywhere catching the light, the blue hand-made tile surrounding the ventilation shafts that make you feel like you could be under water are all well thought out details that make Casa Batlló my favorite attraction this trip. Just beautiful and amazing too, the grandeur, without being pretentious.
Yes, it's busy with people but it's a self-guided tour so just being still for a bit allows you to see without too much interruption. If you go, I recommend you don't rush!

The cathedral is an amazing and awe-inspiring architectural masterpiece with a vast rose window and wrought-iron canopy by Gaudí. The interior features stunning abstract ceramic figures designed by Antoni Gaudí and Miquel Barceló, making it unlike any other cathedral in the world.
A beautiful Cathedral and well worth a visit.
But save yourself €4 and don’t bother with the audio guide. I never get these and prefer to just wander around, but my wife got them. Audio quality is fine, but an hour later and I’m still looking for the effin’ bell tower it tells you about at the start and mentions over and over again.
Some good info on it you might not otherwise read though.
Rant over, come and see this beautiful building, it really is worth a visit. 😎

We booked our tickets through getyourguide so we can enter very quickly.
The cathedral is absolutely stunning, the most beautiful stained windows I've ever seen! Very worth it even if the entrance ticket is slightly overpriced.
We were there on a Tuesday so there weren't that many people inside the church so you could really enjoy it.
The gift shop of the cathedral had some very nice items as well.

This is a must see if you visit Mallorca. I have been here many times and every time I come here I am amazed of this building and the views of the ocean and city from there. I really recommend anyone to visit this place if you get the opportunity.

An absolutely beautiful cathedral. So impressive.
If you go late morning (in summer, probably earlier in winter) the sun hits the massive stain glass window just perfectly and lights up the cathedral like a kaleidoscope.
Beautiful sea views also from outside.
Recommended you buy your entry tickets online prior so you can skip the main queue.

Magnificent cathedral. Absolutely zero doubt that this is one of the most impressive cathedrals I have ever seen in my life, what a total pleasure and privilege. The colorful mosaics, the architecture inside and outside, its breathtaking the entire time. Definitely worth the few euro to enter, gothic and stunning.

Definitely a must visit if you come to Palma on Mallorca. This beautifully crafted building is awe-inspiring. Take your time to absorb the atmosphere and the amazing level of the detail.
I can definitely recommend visiting the terraces too. Not only do they give you a different look at the building, but you get an amazing view of the city too.
I recommend ordering some tickets online, we were inside after only 5 minutes ✌️

This is a wonderful, tall building.. 1st class..The stained glass windows are magnificent and the mobile phone, doesn't do the pictures justice.. so much to see.. The altar is spectacular and the wooden carvings too... It's a must visit.. There's also the Cathedral shop, when you exit the Cathedral... very popular and very busy.... We were lucky to get a tour guide, so went straight in, otherwise, you have to wait in the queue..

Absolutely stunning architecture, gardens, and sights to see. When walking off the shuttle bus you are greeted by this amazing building and it's surrounding gardens. There really aren’t sufficient words to describe the true absolute majesty of ‘La Seu’, the Gothic Roman Catholic Cathedral located in Palma, Majorca. Worthy to note, if you possibly can then visit ‘out of holiday Season’. We were there in February Two merits, it’s quiet and the ambient temperature of circa 15C-20C (with sunshine ☀️ and blue sky) enables comfortable walking around the wonderful city.
Dai Davies — Google review
First the actual building is phenomenal. Such a beautiful building with its entirety of characters and strong features, surrounded by the fortified walls and cannons, over looking Palma seafront.
Inside is as grand as expected, from the gold guilding, the marbled floors and walls, to the heavily artistic tombs, crypts and pictures laid about the Cathedral. It's a picturesque collection of art, religious artifacts and history all within the impressive stone walls.
The admin however to enter is less than delightful, it's a QR code to pay through the main door at £18 for 2 adults less balcony viewings. However the QR code is intermittent at best, and once through can take up to 30 mins for receipt of tickets. We got sent to the main front desk 300m away then back to main door 2x as each "aide" said it was the others area to solve. Finally sorted when a manager listened and saw our confirmation text even though no tickets had come through. Over 20 people had this issue about us.
There is no facilities less toilets( it's a cathedral not a mall) however 1 small shop on exit for the gifts for the visit.

Beautiful cathedral, just breathtaking. The interior is quite dark, because the windows are all stained glass, but incredible. We visited in late June 2023, but were just disappointed because at night the cathedral is only lit up for a limited period (apparently for eco reasons)... but it was only lit up from around 21:30 to 21:56 (website stayed until 22:00) and only one half was lit up! I understand that in these austere times we have to save money + the planet, but maybe light the whole cathedral for 10 minutes instead of half of it for 25!!??

Huge cathedral this amazing feeling inside from both historic and architectural perspective.
Highly recommend to visit if you are in Majorca.
Try to do it on in the middle of the July day as we did as many steps to get there and get too hot. Otherwise, you can take your time and enjoy every piece of this beautiful cathedral while sitting on a bench in a cool environment.

Went for an evening walk around here. The place is huge and you can walk the full exterior.
You could go inside during opening hours and I assume for a small fee.
There is a small play park near the entrance for children.
Great place for a photograph and there is a huge pay to park carpark

One of Europe’s tallest Gothic structures La Seu, is 14th century a golden sandstone building and Cathedral.
The ‘Cathedral of Light’, has 61 stained-glass windows in La Seu - the most spectacular being the central rose window, which harnesses the morning sun, flooding the building with beams of coloured light.
Ascend the stairs for an unrivaled panoramic view of the city and sea. Prepare to be utterly mesmerized by this enchanting experience. La Seu beckons with history, stunning architecture, and a view that etches itself into your memory.

The Cathedral just dominates everything around it overlooking the moat, the park and then out to sea. It's just huge and it takes a lot of steps to see it all. When you've scaled the steps to the top you can then meander yourself around the walls and then down into the old town. When you find the main door into the cloister's it will cost you 10 euro to go inside. Its truly amazing.
Michael Soanes — Google review
An impressive cathedral with fair admission prices. Definitely worth a visit. You can spend ages marvelling at all the paintings and stained glass windows. A truly remarkable piece of architecture that is a mix of Gothic, late Renaissance and Baroque! Make sure the sun shines brightly so the entire cathedral is bathed in a colourful play of light.

Absolutely stunning!
The cathedral was magnificent. Its architecture blew us away. The intricate stone work, just its shear presence.
We were able to wander around the outside, seeing the building from every angle.
We went on a Sunday afternoon, and it was busy. There were plenty of spaces to sit down. The Cathedrals outlook was also amazing. It was hard to know the direction to look, the building itself, or the sea, and the coastline.
Definitely a highlight of our visit to Palma.

Huge, really huge cathedral with beautifully decorated Altar and nave. They do have a paid entry to the top of cathedral from where you get a very beautiful 360 degree view. But if you have knee problem, then please avoid because the stair case is very narrow and steep. But the views from the top are too good to be missed. It is worth all the effort you will put to reach there.

Purchase tickets prior to going so you can skip the line. This is a beautiful Cathedral, you'd want to visit while in Majorca. I got a little emotional with how beautiful it was. The sun shines in and makes the floor looks like a kaleidoscope of color. Don't miss it if you're in town.

It was very much a must-see when coming to Mallorca. After walking around Palma, I noticed quite a few large old places of worship, but this is definitely the crowning jewel. Park Güell, located in Barcelona's Gracia district, is a renowned attraction showcasing the artistic brilliance of Antoni Gaudi. This verdant park, with its mosaic-covered buildings, sculptures, and staircases, offers panoramic views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea. Originally designed as an upscale residential complex by Eusebio Guell, it was transformed into a public park in 1926. The park combines natural beauty with Gaudi's distinctive style, fusing architecture seamlessly with nature.
This park has some great view of whole city and also all in sudden you feel like you are some different world surrounded by palm trees. I don't know how to describe the architecture of this place but it looks like to me like I am in Morocco. It's beautiful.
Sonika Prakash — Google review
The park sits on a hill top which provides a spectacular view over the city. The architecture, the design of the rocks , the benches decorated with colorful mosaic were beautiful and unique. The entrance fee is a reasonable €10.
But be aware it requires quite some walks. From the metro station it is about 15 minutes walks. There are lots of stairs to climb. Although there are escalators from the street to the park entrance, some sections do not work so you will have to take the stairs. After we reached to the top of the stairs, there is no clear sigh pointing to the park entrance. We ended up going to a wrong entrance which is for residents only. In the park some sections are not accessible so you will have to return back. The park could do a better job with signage.

This is a must in Barcelona! What an amazing park! The lovely views and incredible architecture make it a must-go-to place. Make sure to get tickets ahead of time and be there at the time marked on your tickets. This park has a limit on how many can be there at a time. You will not regret going!

The park is rich in trees and clean. No map is provided at the entrance. It was suggested to use the app. Routes are not all suitable to pass from if you have a stroller or wheelchair. There is a slope at the beginning and a good number of steps are to be taken to visit and access the whole park. In my opinion I think it should be free to go inside. There are no animals so far. I saw only pigeons and three small parrots flying around. The restaurant inside was fully packed and the service is slow and the servers needs attention. Food is not expensive however the portions are small. It would be wiser to take a packed lunch with you. Take a good walking shoes and non slippery.

We had a local take us through the park and its important sights. We were here around sunset and ended up getting some great lighting as we hiked through the beautiful columns, the mosaics and sculptures. It’s always a breathtaking experience coming here. As an architecture student it’s one of my favorite places to go. The ticket it's cheap, the experience and the view are amazing. I was at the beginning of February and it's was crowded but not so much like we could still take photos, enjoy the nature and the view. An absolutely incredible park with some amazing structures and mosaics by Gaudi. We somehow went to an entrance which was at the back of the park up a massive hill, so I wouldn't recommend going to that entrance if you have a problem walking up very steep steps in the heat. A wonderful experience, slightly different than almost 20 years ago when I saw it for the first time as you need to pay an entrance fee and most importantly you must book in advance as it sells out easily. A different type of park where the nature gets Gaudi's touch. Highly recommended.

It is a shame a 'park' is being turned into a tourist attraction with gated entry. Would've been the perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon if not for
i) the traveling time/cost
ii) ticket costs, and
iii) dealing with massive crowds
Manage your expectations and you might have an enjoyable experience

Walking shoes are a must.
The entry is on the right of the grand entrance. There are many ways to follow and look around. This amazing park. The grandeur, the architecture, the views and the photographs you can take are just spectacular.
There is a cafeteria and WC so you're sorted for the next few hours.

Book the earliest tickets. When entering the park(entrance #3 -the most easiest way to walk-downhill), go straight to “ginger houses”. It will be a huge queue after 9:30 there. OMG! I can't say enough amazing stuff about this place!!! It was so interesting learning about the original plans for the park and seeing all the amazing designs. I LOVED IT! Definitely a highlight of our trip to Barcelona.
We got there early, which I recommend to attempt to beat some of the crowd. It fills up quickly. If you want to take pictures, get there before it opens and stand in line. When I go back, I'll know what areas to go to first because the area really does fill up fast.
I scheduled about two hours for us to spend there and wish I'd done more. In fact, I'd at least double that if you enjoy architecture and being outdoors even a little.
There's also a small bakery on site so you can grab a bite while you wander.
Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is a WINNER!

The place is unique and the architecture is interesting. The place looks nicer in reality and pictures kinds don't make the place justice.
The disadvantage is that the place is almost always crowded, the if you want to take pictures in the main spots, you will most probably have to wait in a queue for a few, or if unlucky, for over 10-15 minutes.
I'd say it's worth visiting if you are patient and not in a rush.
Located on a wooded hilltop overlooking Palma, Castell de Bellver is a 14th-century circular castle that stands out as one of the few of its kind in Europe. Originally built as a residence for the Kings of Mallorca, it later served as a military prison from the 18th to mid-20th centuries.
Located not very far from the city center and you can either take a bus or car. If you go by bus then you need to take some 500 steps to reach the castle. The castle has a good view over the Palma city and port. They exhibit inside the castle all it's history.
When you go by bus and reached by steps to the entrance, first go to the parking area where the tickets are sold and then you can enter the castle.
Gnanavel Chandramohan — Google review
Nice castle with exhibits throughout. The castle is located just outside of Palma on top of a hill. We caught the bus from city centre which brought us to the bottom of the hill. The bus going back is also just as easy.
It is a bit of a hike up the hillside but nothing drastic. But if you struggle with steps and climbing then it could be problematic. Once you get to the top, just stroll around and enjoy the architecture, the views and the history.
The price was €4 which I found to be very reasonable. Just keep in mind that because Palma is absolutely saturated with tourists that the buses can get very very full and you may need to wait for 1 or 2 buses.
Corbett Fertig — Google review
Great view of the Palma from the top of the castle. On the first floor is a gallery explaining the history of Palma.
Cost 4€ at the ticket office - it is a bit of a walk from the entrance of the castle.
We took the bus to get to the neighborhood and hiked to a bunch of stairs to get here. Straight forward path but slightly brutal if you go during summer in the early afternoon when the sun is hottest.

Just coming up to the castle is an experience worth living on its own. The breathtaking views, the hike, the playground on the other end of the hike, the history worth learning… I could go on and on… the castle is kept clean and in prestige condition, the price of the ticket is just 4€ per “non Palma resident” visitor or 2.5€ if you are a Palma resident. Highly recommended.

A pleasant walk from the bottom of the hill, and a nice city view alongside the steps, The view is just mesmerizing towards the cathedral and city ports. This castle is one of the nice architecture, I loved it surely you will love it. When you go on top of the castle, you will fall in love with the place you are standing and staring at.

The little hike up to the castle is short and surrounded by nature (even though you're so close to the city). Once reached the outside of the castle you have great views of the Palma's landscape. At the time of this review I didn't have to pay for a ticket. Once inside, you have 3 floors, all converging towards the inner courtyard with rooms all around. Must go: the rooftop from which you can admire the beautiful surroundings!

The entry price is incredible for the amount of information there. €4 each got us full access to the castle and the grounds.
There's a history museum there too and told us all we needed to know about the island.
The view of Palma is worth it for the climb alone. It's not too bad a climb, with a shallow winding road climb or steps if you want a more direct route.
Highly recommend

Well-preserved castle of the XIV century. The location is located on the highest hill in the Palma area, so the view from it opens simultaneously on Palma and the forests that are located to the west of the capital of the island.
For unprepared people, I warn you that in order to climb the castle you will have to climb several hundred steps, be prepared)
In the castle itself you can see the Mallorca Museum (which briefly describes the history from the founding of the city by the Romans until the 20th century.) The museum has many beautiful statues (such as the statue of Venus and the statue of Gaius Julius Caesar. And for lovers of Greek mythology, there are also many statues of gods and mythological characters) There are also a huge number of models of what Palma looked like at one time or another, which also cannot be overlooked.
For those who want to drive to the castle by car, I advise you not to rush to immediately go up to the castle, but to go down just below the entrance to the castle, in order to see magnificent views of Palma (similar views can be seen at the top of the castle).

Amazing view of Palma city from here. Car parking is available at the site. Small entrance fee of Euro 4. Amazing history!

What an interesting castle. It's round shaped with a courtyard. When we went, on a Sunday, it was free. Not sure why. There are some renovations going on. Inside the castle is an exhibit on the history of Palma. When you climb the top you have magnificent views of the city and harbor. Definitely recommend visiting. Can drive and park at top or take a taxi.

Fantastic, historic place to visit. Excellent 360° views from the top viewing area. This castle is on the hop on / hop off bus tour route if you want to save your legs or you can walk up if you're feeling full of energy

The Bellver is a super beautiful building with historic value. The view and park are great. Just walk up: the air is sweet of flowers and filler with pine. If you really like hiking, walk from behind the ticket office to Genova and then up into the Tramuntana! From there, you can hike for an entire week up to the Northeast. I walked for about 5 hours. Amazing. The way into the Tramuntana is steeply up. But once you are there, it is amazing.

Beautiful hiking area with many marked trails. Just the right amount of people around to feel safe. At the top, you get a view of the castle and the city.

Thw Bellver is an immensely beautiful building. The view is great.... but the park is greater. Don't go there by car or bus - instead, walk up to the Bellver. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the forest and great sweat smell of pine and flowers. However, if you really love hiking... you can hike from the ticket office to Genova and then up into the Tramuntana!!! Yes yes indeed: you can start from La Palma and walk for a week! See another post related to that...

Well worth a visit if you're in Palma. Extensive grounds that are great for getting some exercise or walking the dog. You don't have to pay to park or get an eyeful of the views but 4 euro seems reasonable to get into the castle itself. Loads of stray cats wandering around but they're not very friendly.

Entry was €4 and for that price well worth it. Not very much in museum exhibits but a very well kept and interesting castle with AMAZING views over Palma. Definitely not suitable for disabled or wheelchair users. Keep young children close when on the roof terrace as the edge walls were quite low with a very long drop. Toilets were available on site and lovely (as far as toilets go). This castle takes about an hour to see it all.

Definitely worth the visit, the views are amazing! There's lots of cool info about the history of the city too. I got the City Sightseeing bus which includes entry and a few other things, although it would be possible to walk; I walked to the next bus stop through a lovely little forest, and it took maybe 10-15 minutes.

Very cheap at 2 euro for over 65s. But we there is no bus service there apart from the city tour bus.our taxi dropped id ar the entrance steps but to our horror the tather officious security guard tod us to go to the ticket office in the car park. Finally in it's was very interesting with striking views. After we thought we would grasp a coffee at the. Cafe but it was closed (it was 4pm). Sat on a wall and got an Uber.

The best place in Palma in my opinion when it comes about history . Lovely place inside&out. A bit difficult to get here if you don't own a car. The entry was paid right before getting inside ( 4€ ) . Lucky to find it open one day before Christmas 🙂
Camp Nou is the renowned football stadium in Barcelona, hosting regular matches and offering stadium tours and a museum. It is the home ground of FC Barcelona, a highly prestigious football club with over 100,000 members. Situated in the eastern part of the city, around 5 kilometers from the city center, it can be easily accessed by metro. Following the Sagrada Familia, Camp Nou holds significant importance as one of Barcelona's major landmarks.
Really exciting place to be in if you love football. The stadium is deeply connected with the history of this sport. The museum inside tells the story of the club in good detail. I would advise to not rush through, and make sure to have at least 2h of time to visit. It was especially enjoyable stepping on the field around the bench area along the sideline, perfect spot for taking pictures. Walking on the playing pitch is not allowed.

Absolutely loved it! What an experience for me and my wife! We had a blast. Lots of bathroom at almost every entrance to the seats. The views were great from the second balcony in the corner. Definitely a MUST visit for the museum but if you can also catch a game you have to go!!

Very exciting place to visit. It was great. Just make sure that there is no a game the next day, as you won't be able to experience the full tour and visit most of the places as they are closed. And also everything is super expensive: gift shop and all coffee shops around.

We bought the tour around the stadium and at night we went on game. There are a lot of things to see in the stadium like golden shoes of the players, their trophies and clothes. There aren’t any interactive places so I would not recommend this for younger children. The game night was something totally different because of the atmosphere. There is a big parking space and everything is good explained and marked so you will not have a problem with orientation.
Nastja Prodanic — Google review
We signed up for the tour when you walk in, which is €6 and they hand you a mobile device where you input certain numbers (located on the walls etc) and a video appears talking you through said section. It was incredibly difficult to find the numbers and it was too busy to listen to the device unless you purchased a headset also. So we gave up on this, wasted €6.
I also wasted €6 paying for 3 shots against the robot keeper. The machine was not open and being worked on by maintenance men. I wasn’t told this on purchase or on arrival so I left with no experience and €6 down.
The displays themselves were incredible. Just the vast amount of trophies and memorabilia on display is overwhelming. Especially if you’ve followed the team over the last few decades. You start linking each trophy to certain games in your memory.
The best bit of the tour for me was being able to sit in the stands and take it the size of the place. Also watching 200 people sit and take selfies and profile pictures on the balcony 😂
Another down side is that when it comes to having to go downstairs it is some walk to the next section which is an elevator lift away. Nothing it signed so you just kind of wonder around.
We thought we had finished after the trophies and the stands but after roaming around we found the away changing room, the conference box, the pitch side and commentary gantry. Would have been nice to see the home locker room but I can understand if they charge more for this.
Overall I would recommend visiting and doing the tour as it is a part of history.

The best club museum, all trophies, champions league and laliga titles in one place. And the best 360° Camp Nou room that feels like you're in stadium and Barça wins a trophie. But if you don't want to return after being there go in 2024, because the stadium is in reconstruction and its closed, but the museum, store and cafe are working.

We had an amazing experience here. I particularly enjoyed the Barca immersive tour. Lovely. The guides are great. Camp Nou stadium is still under construction so we never felt it. Overall great experience.
Henry Ericks — Google review
Absolute fantastic tour, take the player experience, absolutely worth it, we got lucky with a super awesome tour guide who was speaking Spanish, Catalan, Italian, French, English, and even a bit of Arabic, he made the tour so much fun.
Part of the player experience is visiting the changing room, but they do undersell it a lot. It isn't just about the changing room, it is about understanding the journey of the players, how they prepare days before the game in the technical room, how they have their meetings, their super tremendous pressure they have to play well. It is definitely an interesting perspective that none of the people on the tour had before.
The visit includes the tour, the store (Which is actually a mega store), and the activities outside, so we spent around 3 hours on premise. Highly recommended

It was always my dream to see lewandowski play and i did just there, the best place to do so. I watched Barca face Mallorca and it was great, the atmosphere and the fans are also great. The stadium was almost full and then there was Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquests presentation as they were leaving after a long time.Overall, great and iconic stadium, could not give it less than 5 stars and will forever be remembered.

As a football fan, this should be on the bucket list, but wait,.......
It is a building site, no stadium tour, no walk around. You can only visit a makeshift temporary museum, and the Barca shop. There is not much else to see. It is expected to be complete 2024, 2025 season. Just wait till it's complete. It's a shame that this historic, beautiful stadium is now gone.

I'm not much of a football fan, but my visit to Camp Nou was truly captivating. Even though the sport isn't my passion, I found it to be one of the best attractions in Barcelona. As I explored the stadium, I couldn't help but wonder about the incredible vibes and atmosphere during match days, especially during big matches. The energy and excitement must be truly electric. I can't quite imagine it, but I do hope to experience it for myself someday. The stadium's grandeur and history make it a must-visit, even for those who aren't die-hard football enthusiasts like myself.

We were in. Barcelona for a short city break and were going take the cable car up to the Olympic park but it was not running so decided to go to the Nou Camp. Whoops did not realise it was being knocked down and rebuilt. However the currently have a virtual tour and trophy room and although over 30 euros we actually really enjoyed learning and reading all about the clubs history. All in all enjoyed the visit and will need to return in 3 years when the stadium has been built.

I went to the stadium in December and i got to say its an amazing place to go to. Sad part was that the stadium was under counstruction, so i couldnt see the complete stadium. But in December, not many people come here so it wasnt too crowded. If your planning to come to Camp Nou sometime soon, i recommend going in Winter.

Whether a football fan or not, this is an experience. I’m not a football fan, but wanted to see the grounds progress and also was keen to have a shirt printed. (10 years after my previous one). The store is alive, buzzing and great to experience. As you would expect merchandise is not cheap, but worth it. The experience of having your name printed is amazing. I loved it! It’s not too far out the city, easy to get to and you can’t really miss it. Currently under construction 🏗️ but I’m sure will look phenomenal when finished. Definitely worth it if you’re in the city!!!🌆 💫

The Abbey of Montserrat is a historic monastery located in the Catalan province of Montserrat. It is one of Catalonia's most renowned tourist attractions and functions as a monastery for over 70 monks. The abbey is set against the backdrop of the majestic mountains of Montserrat and its interior is stunning, with ornate architecture dating back to the 15th century.
I booked a tour here from Barcelona. Didn't expect much but got an amazing experience. Great view from the top. Super quiet place. The day we were there was a bit busy because someone passed away. The view was amazing. From the abbey, there's a 20+ min walk to the cross where the view was superb. There were also free wine and cheese tasting at the market. Got a wonderful experience, meet great fellow traveller's here.

Lovely place to visit. Very busy at the time, transport in was easy and an experience. Taking the funicular to the top was an experience and we would recommend going to the top of the second funicular. Amazing views and a nice walk back down. We went on the weekend and watching the local people make human stacks was really good to watch. Again, go early as it was getting very busy around Sunday mass time.

I'd definitely suggest you to visit the monastery. Parking was €7 and it was easy to find and the entrance to the cathedral was €6 for adults and €5 for 7-16yo. Preferably buy tickets in advance.
Take at least half day if not a full day trip here, sit on the bench and just enjoy the wiev and scenery.

We took the Montserrat Monastery & Hiking Experience. It was fantastic. Our guide Roger was the best. He did such a good job of explaining the history, the geology, and the nature. He even spotted a wild goat for us. Hiking was almost all steep downhill, so make sure you are in shape for that. Beautiful vista's. Bus was very comfortable and driver was very skilled. Great value.

For Catalans and in general for all Spaniards, Montserrat is one of the most sacred places, both the mountain and the Benedictine monastery itself. Apart from having interesting architecture and history, it offers a simply wonderful panoramic view of Barcelona and the surrounding area. And if you go up with the small rail lift, you will be able to enjoy a view from above and the monastery itself.

Plan for an early morning arrival to beat the crowds and enjoy everything Montserrat has to offer. The line to the Black Virgin is long, however the rooms and staircase you wait in are visual delights along the wait. Plan to spend 6-8 hours here and pack a picnic. The views are splendid and the gardens and paths are perfect places to eat and enjoy the views. Plan your return trip accordingly if you use the tram/train or you will get stranded.

What a beautiful location. It takes quite a bit of effort to figure out what the best way is to arrive, and it also isn't cheap. The chapel and the Black Madonna are interesting but by themselves wouldn't be worth the effort. If you also visit the museum and do some of the hiking, then it is worth visiting! This excursion took us most of the day.

I was expecting to enjoy this excursion the least, but it was definitely a highlight of my trip. We were able to watch the boys choir perform and their voices were incredible. The interior of the church is beautiful. My favorite part was taking a tram into the mountains and taking in the views. Some of my best pictures were taken on that mountain. 10/10 would recommend you visit the Abbey.

This is a multiple visit place,. First to see it, then to hear the choir. Then to visit and pray to the Black Madonna. Then to train the mountains where the Romans once worshipped Venus. Then to sit on rock platforms in the area that cleanse your negativity. Then to visit the tunnel where the Black Madonna was found. Then to try the cheeses and honey. It's a pilgrimage for sure, one of the best of its kind!

The Montserrat Monastery is an awe-inspiring architectural wonder nestled amid beautiful mountains. The primary basilica houses the revered Virgin of Montserrat and provides stunning views of the surrounding peaks. The monastery is home to a 12th-century Black Madonna statue known as 'The Dark One' or 'Our Lady of Montserrat.' It's a famous local icon and a symbol of Catalan identity. During our visit, our tour guide informed us of Montserrat's world-renowned boys' choir and explained their training process in detail. We hope to witness their performance in the future. We decided to skip the museum since we had already visited all the famous museums in Barcelona before arriving here.

Visited on a foggy day and it was beautiful, not too hot. The views are gorgeous, both architecturally and scenery wise. I had lovely weather on the day to the Montserrat and enjoyed the magnificent view from the mountain. There wasn't much crowd as the tour started early and it was great for photos and appreciation of the monastery. You'll want to spend more time than you have. We spent three hours here and were barely able to take in the highlights. The Abbey, of course, is stunning inside. One of our favorite stops during our visit to Barcelona. Highly recommend the Tot Montserrat ticket: it includes absolutely everything you need-train, funicular, cable car, museum, basilica, and return. The buffet lunch is amazing with items for every taste. We hiked to the top of the mountain and saw the small chapel and caves. The view is spectacular. The cable car going down from the monastery offered beautiful views too. Don’t forget to stop at the little bar by the train station for a drink and ice cream. Such a relaxing spot nestled in an olive grove. The proprietor will not let you miss your train, though I could have stayed to enjoy the view for hours! I decided to leave a review here because I want to give others more specific information ;) the place is definitely worth a visit. religious, natural, climbing a mountain - an incredible feeling and its own atmosphere. definitely recommend. from Barcelona, you can first take the metro to Plaza España, where you can take the P5 train. then there are different options - going up the mountain by cable car or funicular. it is better to go by funicular (more seats, more comfortable and convenient). you should not confuse the station yet, because you need to get to the station earlier to take the cable car. I recommend buying a ticket for 45 euros at the station before the train. there is a return train, funiculars. you can still go even higher up (this is another funicular and it is included in the price). this ticket is called Trans Montserrat. also included is the entrance to the Basilica and the Black Madonna. you have to pay separately for the museum. 20-30 minutes will be enough there, there are paintings by famous artists. there is also a cafe with a buffet (like 2 of them), affordable and fast. if you climb even higher, mountain lovers can climb even more on their own. that's why such reviews are highly recommended, you also need to pay attention to the departure time because funiculars and trains run once an hour.

Get there early. You can park along side the road and at the top is additional parking if you go early. Parking is 7 euros. Make sure you go straight to the guest information center. You'll be able to purchase all tickets here except the incline, which has its own ticket sales area.

Monserrat It's very beautiful, it's interesting the rock formation And to think that the sea used to be up there.
A recommendation is if you want to go up to San Juan or something like that, don't go up on the train (unless you are sick) what I recommend is to go around the mountain and go up to the viewpoint and then get off on the train or on foot which is the same and better. The view is amazing and of course you also get some exercise.

This place is simply magical and mesmerizing! At SKY level altitude between unique rocks set, this is definitely a place to go.
The location is about 90 min from Barcelona, but the train system will take you there with only one switch to the monorail that takes you to the mountains.
Inside, there is a place to chill, to eat, to pray, and to hike. If you go with a tour, you might not have time for the hikes, but everything else will be ar reach.
There is also (at a separate cost) a small little train that takes you from the monastery to the top of the mountain.

A little to commercial for my taste. We caught the ques just right, so the lines were not that long. We didn't purchase a guided tour which would help if one doesn't know the history. As a travel enthusiast, I recently embarked on a day trip to Montserrat from Barcelona, and the experience left me in awe. Nestled amidst the stunning mountains of Catalonia, Montserrat is a treasure trove of natural beauty, rich history, and spiritual significance.
The journey from Barcelona to Montserrat was seamless, with convenient transportation options available. Upon arrival, I was immediately captivated by the majestic rock formations that define the landscape. The rugged peaks, shaped by centuries of wind and weather, create a dramatic backdrop for the monastery perched atop the mountain.
The highlight of my visit was exploring the Montserrat Monastery, a place of pilgrimage and cultural significance. The monastery houses the revered statue of the Black Madonna, attracting pilgrims from around the world. The interior of the monastery is equally impressive, with ornate chapels, beautiful artwork, and stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
After visiting the monastery, I embarked on a hike along one of the many trails that crisscross the mountain. The scenic pathways offer breathtaking views of the Catalan countryside and provide a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
In addition to its natural beauty and religious significance, Montserrat is also home to the Montserrat Boys' Choir, renowned for its angelic voices. Catching a performance by the choir is a must-do experience, adding an extra layer of cultural immersion to your visit.
Overall, my day trip to Montserrat was an unforgettable experience that exceeded my expectations. Whether you're a nature lover, history buff, or spiritual seeker, Montserrat offers something for everyone. I highly recommend adding this enchanting destination to your itinerary when visiting Barcelona.
The beach of Sitges is a popular tourist destination with many restaurants and cafes located along its beautiful seafront. Sitges is easily accessible by train from Barcelona, making it a great spot for travellers in the area. We came to Sitges by train leaving Barcelona from Sants.
The journey was quick and easy; about 40 mins and then there was a short walk from the station to the beach passing lots of interesting shops, bars and restaurants.
It was a Sunday and a sunny day in early April.
It was not only our idea to go to Sitges but also most of Barcelona's as Sitges was packed with people out for a Sunday jolly.
Every bar and restaurant was packed out even though there were loads of them.
Sitges is a pretty town with two beaches with one nicer than the other, spoiled by the constant loud shouts from hawkers selling Mojitos, Beer, Coke and so on.
Every time you shut your eyes to snooze on the beach, one of the many walks right past your head yelling at the top of their lungs the same thing over and over again. No peace on the beach.
The shops are interesting so if you like wandering around, there are plenty of places to go to and look at.
Plenty of choices when it comes to food
Tapas, burgers, sea food...something for everyone.
Train back was absolutely packed, with people sitting on stairs and any spare foot of real estate available.
I liked Sitges but chose a bad day to visit. If it had been quieter, I would have enjoyed it a lot more.

Compared to Barceloneta Beach, there are not many people and it is quiet. There is no solicitation, so you can relax comfortably. The sand is fine and feels good against your feet. The communal shower is currently broken and unavailable. On the way from the station to the beach, there are many grocery and travel stores where you can get the drinks and beach gear you need.

Gorgeous beach, vibrant town, azure waters, Mediterranean charm, sun-soaked days, water sports, lively atmosphere, picturesque beauty.

This is a 99% gay beach with sunbeds costing $25 for 2x sunbeds & 1x parasol that are always jammed tightly together and mainly full by Midday. It has a small restaurant and bar at the back which is good quality but pricey (this is Sitges so no surprise!) and beach vendors selling "aqua, cerveca, Coca-Cola", a call that is repeated every few seconds until you actually want one when they typically disappear! It's a beach for people looking for a good vibe; don't go if noise upsets you as there are, occasionally, a few older men who glower and tut at people but they should go to the quieter beach next door!
Port Aventura World is a world-renowned resort hotel located in PortAventura, just 1 hour drive from Barcelona. Guests can enjoy all the attractions the theme park has to offer without having to pay admission fees, including a multitude of water slides and roller coasters. The hotel also features 4 restaurants and lush gardens, making it perfect for lazy afternoons or romantic evenings.
We loved this theme park
Fun music and themed lands
We went just before Halloween - so many great photo opportunities across the different lands
Great rides and shows too!
We stayed in the PortAventura Hotel. The pool was mostly always empty. Wear good footwear as there's a lot of walking. Buffet options were great as well, lots of variety to choose from

Absolutely brilliant place. Fab rides. Prepare to get soaked on 3 rides. Great for adults and kids. Little short on disabled signage but we managed to figure it out.
From our hotel we can go in and out at our leisure. The parade is great followed by fireworks. Get a place early as it gets super busy spectator wise.
Absolutely love it here.

a very cool amusement park, but it is advisable to visit with a company that can go to the same attractions (difficult if a family with children of different calibers). you can do everything in one day if you take an express pass (queues are quite long). well, their safety is above all else.

We have visited here now six times and each time we have a great time. The prices are very reasonable and there is a multitude of attractions for everyone in your group. I am a fan of rollercoasters and they have some really cool ones here, each with their own little thing which sets them apart from the others. For the first time we went to the live shows and I was well impressed with these as well. We will definitely be back again as in my opinion it's on the same level as Disney Paris, but with more reasonable prices.

We booked 4 nights in the Gold River Hotel. We also booked half-board. Breakfast and dinner. We booked breakfast for 0800 every morning and even though at first it was every man for themselves there was always plenty of food and the kids loved it. Tummies were always full. The variety was good too. As was the same for dinner time. Would give the Grand dining room 10/10 as the staff were super helpful. The room itself was clean and a good size with a kitchenette which provided a fridge and a microwave. Portaventura itself was AMAZING. Would actually put my neck on the line and say it was better than Disneyland Paris for the thrill of the rides there. My only negative would be to beware of the costs for the food kiosks. SUPER EXPENSIVE. I ordered a coffee and in two sips it was gone 🤦🏻♀️. Waiting times for most attractions was 10 to 20 minutes however later on in the Easter week the bigger rides went up to 1hr 30mins.

It was great! Especially for families. The rides ranges from ones suitable for toddlers to extremely exhilarating ones for brave hearts. It was honestly the best time I have had in a while.

Great fun, amazing rides, definitely worth to pay €40 on the express way. We had the most fun of the trip in the park, you definitely need more than one day to enjoy all the options. Buy the tickets in the Website they're cheaper. We pay €53 only for the PortAventura park, but the best ride F1 Ferrari and the Aqua park is a separate. The queues are over 1 hour, the express way its worth because you literally skip everyone and you can go in all the options if you have only one day. It has lota of food options and the park inside its very well done. 😊 love it. I would definitely go back.

If you want to take a coaster ride that's the place you should visit. There are many many many coasters for kids higher 1.4 m. Do not waste your time in queues if you are here for just a couple days in a high season, the number of people in the park is really high. Consider of getting an express pass, otherwise each ride will take you not less than half an hour and even more under the scorching sun. When you are riding Shambala just raise your hands up and try to fly almost the entire ride. The landscape design for the park zones is really enjoyable. When you are entering Polynesia or China zones, believe me you will surely notice it.

Visited Ferrari Land on a Thursday evening. Some really fun rides! Went on the Red Force rollercoaster, it was well worth the 40 minute wait for the 30 second ride! 🤣 Great fun, extremely fast and high!
There was some great entertainment on the stage the evening we visited also... very talented people!
Not overly priced, good value for money!

Worst theme park and hotels in the world. HONEST
This place is awful. Staff are ignorant and very rude. They can’t even get basic food and water correct.
We stayed in park hotel and they never cleaned room.
They made us pay adult price for our daughter 13 but then said she needed to be accompanied by an adult on the rides.!!!!!!
They completely oversell the place. The queues are advertised as 2 hours but more 3/4 hours. The water park being the worst.
The express passes queues are longer than the normal queues
It’s over priced and dirty.
Food is disgusting with the iron horse restaurant being the worst.
Worse hotel and theme park in the world

Nice roller coasters but very long lines. Express pass ultra recommended if you wanna ride more than a couple attractions.
Wanted to visit the new Uncharted ride and couldn’t because it closed 90 minutes before the actual park closing time.
Yenny Villalba — Google review
Good park with excellent theming and a few great coasters. It could use more 'medium' rides because it feels like there isn't much to do between the bug rides. The few that they do have are pretty underwhelming. Avoid staying in the resort hotels though, they claim 4 stars but are actually 2.5 stars at best.

If you like amusement parks, GO THERE 😆😆, there's so much to do. If you plan well your day, you could be able to ride a lot of attractions and roller-coasters. I recommend to bring water and some food, since everything is very expensive. Unless you are going to the water park, don't wear sandals or anything that could easily get off your feet.

I stayed 2 nights in Gold River hotel located inside the Park.
Hotel is just amazing. Seems you are in the far west centuries ago. Everything is perfectly designed and comfortable.
Apart from that, we had half board which was amazing buffet plenty of different kinds of food and tasty.
Besides that, for the 2 nights we had included access to the park 3 different days (check in day and check out day), plus 1 entrance to Ferrari land, all for 627€ for 3 people. Great price and amazing experience

Very busy due to school trips. 3 hour queues for the big rides. Some truly amazing coasters here, as well as a large selection of family rides. Purchased a fast pass and never queued more than 20 minutes. Recommend visiting from 2pm when queues shorten and you will be there for fireworks in the evening. Visited June 23.

Had a great day today. Albeit very hot. The park was crowded but not too stressful. Definitely buy Express pass. It’s not worth trying to beat the queues some of them were up to 3 hours wait. With pass 10-15 minutes

Myself, partner and our four children (6-8) came here on a rainy day in August! The water was cold and there was no sun to warm us up, so we spent most of the day very cold! But going on a rainy day meant there were no queues for the slides. We went on the slides many times and did all enjoy ourselves, minus being cold. There is a lot of walking about to do outdoors, so if I returned I'd bring beach shoes. The lockers are expensive but keep your items safe. We left our towels and drink bottles out of the lockers and took them around with us and left them on a lounger near the slides we would go on. Annoying you can't take your phone on any slides but I hid mine in my towel pile and it stayed safe! The food was pricey, but we had some chips to share and they were very tasty! But small portion for the price. There were plenty of toilets about, which was handy for the children.
Overall, it was a good day apart from the cold weather. But I guess if it was hot and sunny, we would have had less rides on the slides and had to wait about in queues for long time.

Really enjoyed visiting this park, we went early and stayed the whole day before going into Ferrari Land later on. Kids enjoyed the end of day parade and we would definitely return if we were in the area again. Food reasonably price and tasted good and toilets were scattered throughout the park at regular intervals.

At this time of year (November) the queues are very short to nonexistent. All but the water rides are open.
Landscaping is impeccable and the staff are very accommodating to non-Spanish speakers.
The food is pricey and the taste is not reflected in that price, if you have the ability to leave the park to get food, I would recommend doing so.
The park has a lot for children to do, don't let the large rollercoasters on the posters put you off, during peak they seem to have a lot of shows to enjoy to there are plenty of ways to mix down time into your trip.
For all of you traveling to this part of Spain, this time of year, it is jeans and T-shirt weather during the day and hoodie/jumper weather in the early morning and evening, night time you might want to wear a thin jacket.
Daniel Fletcher — Google review
Genuinely a fantastic experience, although I can’t imagine how insane the waiting times are during the peak seasons as I visited over a weekend in February perhaps a fast pass is a must buy during mid term breaks and over the summer. The best theme park in Europe with some incredible rides.

Had a wonderful time in the park lots to do and see . only had time to do some of the rides. Definitely need a few days here to get around it all . Lots of walking. felt very safe and friendly. Went back one evening to ferrari land and that was good . We had late evening meal at the sports dinner next to the entrance and the food was very good. And we walked back into town after it took about 15 minutes.

Beautiful park, well themed, great rides and services. Some problems with direction as areas are not easy to find. Overall operations of rides could be better, avg wait time for half full queues seemed to be longer than expected.
You will need at least 2 days in the park for a full experience so make sure to take advantage of any multi day passes that may be available to you.

Incredible park with amazing thrill rides.
Food prices in the park are fantastic! I'm used to the extortionate prices in UK parks and Florida parks, so this was so refreshing to see! Only improve would be refillable cups that can be self filled at stations.
Very clean and helpful staff. Loved our time here and would definitely return.

Good theme park, and quite large. Was very quiet when went October during week, so all rides went on had less than 5 min wait. Some of the bigger rides are not ‘fluffy’ or tall person friendly. I am 5 ft 7 and the leg room on Stampida was tiny. Did not even attempt Shambhala due to previous reviews advising if over a size 16, you wont fit. Also found that quite a few of the rides were closed (china area especially) which was quite disappointing. Sesame Street land is really good for little and big kids! Water rides were great, we did get soaked, but dried off quite quickly in the Sun. Park was also decorated for Halloween which was really nice.

Simply beautiful. The town around the castle is astonishing with its small alleys and the view on the ocean. We sadly could not go inside the castles as dogs are not allowed but it's also a view from the outside :)

Beautiful sea and city view from all the sides, cheap ticket like around 5 euros. Unfortunately, there are not many things to see except the impressive walls. Most of the rooms are totally empty. It could be an amazing museum if it had better maintenance and some exhibits. Some storytelling videos are projecting in the walls but with kind of poor quality

Coves de Sant Josep offers guided boat trips and hikes through a subterranean river that dates back to the Triassic era, making it the longest in Europe. Visitors can enjoy a 45-minute leisurely boat ride along the underground river, covering approximately 800 meters. Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, guests will explore various rooms within the caves, including the Bat Room, Dianas Lake, Siphon Gallery, Dry Zone, and Cathedral.
Really nice and great place to be out of the sun. We bought tickets in advance but ended up running late and had to wait 30 mins before they had space for our group.
Got lucky and had a boat to ourselves and our tour guide managed to speak some English so was able to tell us about the caves, stalactites some history and how they had yet to find the source of the clear water. Super friendly gentleman 🙂
We loved the light show at the end of the ride and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There are many low ceilings so there was much of the journey where we had mind our heads and dodge.

Is a very beautiful caves. Boat will take you cross the river to see the caves. Only one thing I don’t like is the transit. If you want to go by your self and save time only way can work is take taxi cost around $60euro per each ways. Otherwise can take local bus to go. It will take around 2 and half hr each ways.
Prudence Wong — Google review
A great way to spend an hour, but book in advance to ensure your place or that you don't have a wait for your visit. The wooden boats hold 12 people and you are directed where to sit on the benches along each side to ensure stability.
There is a guide who poles the boat along and provides some details about the caves etc, in Spanish of-course, and our command of the language wasn't good enough to understand, but we still enjoyed the visit.
The caves are very low in places so you have to watch out and duck down to avoid a knock on the head. For this reason, there are only certain places, where the cavern is large, where it is safe enough to take photos.
The visit takes 45 minutes and after a short boat ride, you alight and wander through the caves for 200m. The floor is smooth concrete, but the width and height varies. At the end of this one-way walk, the boat meets you again so you have a longer ride back.
We booked in advance (as I needed to fit the visit into our schedule) and for 14,50€ each, we visited on Friday 28 April 2023. There were many visitors entering 30 minutes apart and I counted five boats of up-to 12 people in each for the trip after ours (as we had to wait for them all to pass).

A very beautiful underground river to be visited when you are nearby Valencia.
Interior cave holds 20 Degrees Celsius and the river holds 17 Degrees Celsius for the entire year.
Amazingly lighted and a beautiful surprise awaits you at the end of the underground journey.
It is kids friendly! I recommend it!

Beautiful experience! It is definitely worth a visit when in Valencia! We rented a car and it was about a 45 min drive, free parking outside. There are some restaurants, shops and an ice cream store next to the entrance of the caves. When visiting the caves you go in boats deep into the mountain. The guide explains everything very nicely and with lots of humor! I went with my teenagers and they loved it too.

It was a wonderful experience. A visit to Valencia without a visit to San Jose Cave is not complete. The staffs are amazing, and the cave is well maintained while safety precautions are adhered to at all times to ensure the safety of all visitors and tourists. Added to this, the ticket is not expensive if you go there by yourself and not use a tour guide. It cost just 14£ to experience this amazing cave. Before you go into the caves, there are lots of cafes where you can grab something to eat. Ice cream, drinks, food, etc. You can as well do this when you come out of the cave.
If you are driving by yourself to the cave, there are lots of parking spaces to park your car safely. Don't ever worry about that. I don't know the price for parking but I am sure it won't cost anything. The car park is not far away from the main entrance and that is why I will recommend you drive there if you can as this will save you some money.
I need to say that photos and videos are bot allowed while you are in the cave. This is to prevent tourists' safety so they don't hit their head on the rock while taking a picture or videos. However, you will be giving some time, which is about 5 minutes at a safe spot in the cave to take good quality pictures. For those who would like to swim, you can do that within the 5 minutes, but who would choose to swim and ignore taking good pictures.
If I ever visit Valencia again, I will do this over and over again.
Adebayo Adepoju — Google review
This place is incredible with a very unique cave where you swim on a boat. The lighting there is spot on which allows to see both the ceiling and the river floor. The only downside is always lowering your head so you don't get hit but that's part of the fun :).
I would recommend buying tickets in advance only if you're 100% sure you'll make it to the time you have chosen, oversize buy tickets when you arrive.

What a great stop for an hour to see some gorgeous and natural beauty.
The caves don’t feel claustrophobic at all even when going through small parts due to the beautiful blue water.

Very nice boat tour of about 40 minutes through the caves. The tour guide didn’t allow us to take pictures on the first half of the tour, but on the second half, we were allowed to take pictures. We paid €10 per person on a group trip, which was a good price.

Probably one of the best underground caves with a river I have ever seen! worth to visit this place for sure! Inside the cave you will use small boats and maybe walking around 200-300 meters. So is accessible for anyone and any age. For tickets is better to buy them in advance at least one day before!

Really great experience it is the longest navigable underground river in Europe, very close to Valencia, they do 2 types of trips, you can go in a boat for 800 meters and then a 250 metre walk, or you can do it in a single or double kayak, which is what we did, you even get the chance to swim in the water. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful caves in a wonderful little town. There are so many great places to eat and drink a beer or wine. Be sure to get your tickets online before you visit as it was sold out our first try. We did the cave tour which was about 45 minutes and then went to eat. After lunch we hiked on a few of the many trails. Our friends drove their camper van and were able to camp easily. Forgot to mention there were a few historic points in the trails and on the lookout.

Discovered after moving to the area in July. Have taken three lots of visitors there as we thought it was excellent. Reasonably priced, well organised tour and the guides (one guy in particular) are so enthusiastic and share their knowledge in a really engaging way.
One of the best visitor attractions we’ve visited since living in Spain.

Very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Floating through the caves enjoying the beautiful sights in the relatively cool surroundings was a great way to enjoy a very hot day. Our only problem was that the guide, although very good, gave a lot of information in Spanish and only spoke English when directly asked a question. We do speak a little Spanish but not at the level he was communicating. I feel we as tourists could have got a lot more from the experience had there been perhaps one of the four boats for English speaking tourists with an English guide.
Thank you so much Ian David for guiding us on a wonderful trip exploring the caves. Very knowledgeable and informative with great English.

Spectacular day trip from Valencia’s. About 45 minutes by car to get here, an hour long boat tour in Europe’s longest underground river, and stunning rock formations. We want to come back for the kayak tour ASAP. There is free covered parking next to the caves. Around the cave entrance there are a handful of bars and restaurants. The fanciest one would need a reservation, though we went to a cheaper one and has no wait for lunch. Alternatively, we found out later about some food trucks in the city center about 5-10 minutes away.

Platja de Gandia is a popular beach located in the coastal town of Gandia, Spain. This picturesque beach stretches over three kilometers and features fine golden sand, clear blue waters, and ample space for sunbathing and swimming. The beach is well-equipped with facilities such as showers, toilets, changing rooms, sun loungers and parasols for rent. The promenade along the beach is dotted with restaurants serving delicious seafood delicacies and cafes offering refreshing drinks to quench your thirst.
The Oceanographic aquarium in Valencia is the largest of its kind in Europe and contains nearly 500 different species of marine life. The building owes its impressive concrete roofing to the architect Felix Candela, who designed it as a magical space of water and wildlife. Visitors are able to explore different sections of the aquarium over the course of four hours, and it is definitely worth reserving time in your itinerary in Valencia to visit!
This is one of the best attractions in Valencia. Some people in their reviews say you will be done in an hour and a half but we spend over 2 hours and we enjoyed every minute. We spend so much time watching each of the animals, they were all so amazing to see. The dolphin show is around 10 am or 11 so get there early as the seats fill up fast. Some of the best parts were the sea lions, the flamingos, and the most unique part was the tunnel where you walk underneath stingrays, manta rays, sharks, jellyfish. You can see their features up close it's amazing.

I visited L'Oceanogràfic on a rainy day in Valencia, and it turned out to be the perfect indoor activity. The aquarium is massive and incredibly well-maintained. The sea life creatures appear happy and healthy, making it a truly enjoyable experience. It was a fantastic decision for a rainy day outing.
The location is awesome, the parking is quite convenient.
I’d recommend to book the tickets in advance. This place can get quite busy on weekends and holidays.

I think it is a bit expensive for what you can see in the aquarium. Some animals, like the penguins were kept in a very small space and the dolphin show was a bit uncomfortable to watch, there are like 18 of them in a pool that is not big enough for them to swim and more so being so many of them being kept there...
I liked the layout, that you can be outside from one part of the Aquarium to another, but for that money I was expecting the animals to be in bigger and better places, sort of like the aquarium in Lisbon.
Also most of the vending machines were broken and it was very difficult to get a drink.
But overall it was good, especially the tunnel where you could enjoy seeing a great variety of sea life swimming around!
Memi GM — Google review
So much more than an aquarium. We spent hours there and didn't get to see it all. The kids had a great time hoping from one creature exhibit to the next. The animals all seem to be top priority and well cared for. So many different animals to see and very up close.
Tye dolphin show was a clear favourite. Lots of fun and amazing tricks. Make sure you arrive early because there is limited seating.

The place in total was really cool, and we had great experiences there. They had everything from tropical fish, to birds to penguins! They also had a dolphin show, which happens every few hours, and that was white cool also, and they also translated everything. Which was good. It does take a long time to visit everything, and I would say you need at least 5 hours to visit everything. The tickets were quite expensive, as for everything, we ended up paying 170€ for 4 adults and 1 child. The food there was also very good, however it was slightly expensive too. Overall, the place was really cool, and I would recommend. But beware, we went here even when it wasn't the crowded season, and it was still pretty full, so you might want to buy tickets earlier, depending on what time of year you want to go.

One of the best aquariums that exist in the world. I’ve been in multiple aquariums in North America, Asia, and Europe. This is simply one of the bests. It achieves a good combination of fishes from different seas and climates, as well as marine mammals, birds and lizards. A trip around the globe of multiple ecosystems in a single place.
The facilities are clean, and well maintained.
I was a bit hesitant about dolphins in captivity, but they seem to be treated very well and responsibly. Staff is nice and passionate about working with all this marine life. It was great to see.
Last but not least, there are good food options, from casual restaurant, to a hot dog hut with multiple options.
At 40 Euros, It’s on the expensive side, considering Valencia prices, but the trip was totally worth it. Good for adults, kids, and families. I was traveling solo, and no regrets.

A magnificent aquarium. You can spend almost a full day in it. An aquarium that hosts animals that you may not see in your life. It is very pleasant to walk in. Every detail is very well thought out. You can also coincide with events inside. There was an event with dolphins. Although I was against the use of animals in these events for commercial reasons, it was a good event. I felt sorry for the small area reserved for penguins. I am saddened by the confinement of living things that were brought from their natural habitats to small spaces.

Boss day out. Kids love it here. Lots to do and seem food is good but expensive. Toilets everywhere which is always a plus with 4 little kids. Not like your usual aquarium can spend a good part of the day here and not go bored. Dolphin show is good. So are the shark area. Lots of good stuff and good staff. 4D show is also good abs with the extra for the shark one.

Huge place that will require several hours for the best visit. Make sure to keep your kids well fed and happy to ensure that everyone will have a good time in yours and the others' groups.
The exhibition will be crowded at times so have patience.
The dolphin show is a must see. I watched it twice because, to be honest, it was a bit hard to follow. Young children around me thought the dolphin show was too much talk and too little action. When something cool actually happened they missed it because they didn't know where to look.I also weren't prepared when and where they would perform a trick.
Penguins would have been so fun to see but the window on that exhibition was a bit dirty and had water droplets all over it making it a bit hard to see clearly. This diminished the possibilities of an amazing, once in a lifetime, experience.
All in all, at first I thought it felt expensive but was actually very good value for money. If you visit Valencia and have the time and the money, go there.

Had a very nice experience with my family here. It was the main thing we enjoyed in Valencia. For anyone that is a lover of animals and oceanic life than I would recommend spending a couple hours here. We also got to witness the dolphin show where they taught us about the latest technology used in research and I found that really interesting.
NOTE: We bought our tickets at the front office like a lot of other people. Definitely don’t need to book in advance unless you want to skip the line.

Amazing place. A must if you can - especially good for children. Sooo much to see. Be prepared for lots of walking both inside and out - place is enormous but very well designed and organised. Huge selection of rays and sharks. Beluga whales were the highlight for us and we feel privileged to have seen them.
Highly recommended buying tickets online beforehand

Recommending buying tickets in advance so you can skip the line. Need to know exact day and time of the visit to do so. There are some discounts if you buy combo tickets with other landmarks in the city. You can google it to see which ones. Also you need at least 4 hours to see all parts of the place, its really big. Dolphins show is worth it.

I arrived on a Saturday almost at 4 pm and they asked me if I wanted to enter because I had about 2 hours left for the visit. They were so kind. I managed to see everything in a bit of a rush, but definitely, I recommend taking more time. I loved the dolphin show, there was one ever hours and they announced it before the last one started. I also loved the rest of the visit, truly a great experience.

Such a great aquarium. I’ve visited many aquariums and this one is definitely top 5. So many different animals to see. I liked how they separated most of them by locations (where they would be found in the wild). They had very informative signs. Even though there were a lot of people, it didn’t feel overly crowded. We had a great time.

I absolutely love this aquarium one of my favorite. Easily my favorite part of Valencia. I would recommend buying the tickets online in advance huge time saver and it will save money. This place is great who all ages and you can easily spend the whole day here. I would highly recommend the dolphin show, it is amazing.

Amazing marine life centre, a must see. Amazing design and layout and plenty to see. Informative and instructional for adults and children. Good restaurant with table service and a reasonably priced food selection of food from the menu. The portions were very large as well. Highly recommended.

I did not know what to expect, but this place is really special. The buildings and facilities are amazing. You really need to 3 to 4 hours to see all well. The Delphine show is good (included as part of ticket price), but not super amazing, however it’s great for kids to learn. The shark tunnel is fantastic!
Roberto Carton — Google review
A diverse range of aquatic life on exhibit. Displays with an environmental theme are located throughout and feature powerful statements about pollution & plastics. Food services were not plentiful on site, but there are many nearby. Entrance price was a bit steep, but comparable to similar attractions in major cities.

This is definitely 100 times better than bioparc. It's got a huge space almost like the Disneyland of aquariums. It's easy to spend 4-6 hours here except the food options are terrible here so some people suggested bringing your own food. The dolphin show also is very boring, maybe it's very humane and kind to the dolphins but there was 70 percent lecture on saving the dolphins and 30 percent show. Kids couldn't even sit through it, the Spanish audience were the best though, they were singing and dancing thru the music which was much more interesting than the disorganized dolphins. To compare, even a tiny aquarium in Hokkaido Japan had a better dolphin show. However they do have some really cool tanks. I
There was one underwater tunnel they had Atlantic fish which was not so pretty bit there was another tunnel with sharks and tortoises. It's very cool. The bird case was a cool structure but looks better from the outside than from the inside. The octopus is totally cool to look at. The whole area is pretty big but it's not too hard to walk it all. Not really sure I saw it all but the kids were too tired to keep going after 5 hours. Highly recommend the sharks, penguins, belugas, flamingos and the octopus. Very very fun place. Worth the entrance.

This place is a true gem, and here's why:
The Oceanographic is incredibly well-maintained, showcasing an impeccable level of care for both the marine life and the visitors. The size of the facility is impressive, offering a vast and diverse array of exhibits to explore. It's like stepping into a world of aquatic diversity and beauty.
One of the standout features of the Oceanographic is its cleanliness. Everywhere I looked, the facility gleamed with cleanliness, making the visit all the more enjoyable. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for both the animals and guests.
The exhibit layout is both extensive and well-organized, with various buildings dedicated to different marine themes. Whether you're fascinated by sharks, mesmerized by dolphins, or curious about penguins, there's something here for everyone. The diverse range of exhibits ensures that you'll never run out of new and exciting things to see.
The quality of the exhibits and the welfare of the marine life were top-notch. It's clear that the Oceanographic is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment for the animals. From playful dolphins to majestic jellyfish, the experience is nothing short of magical.

Hands down the best aquarium I have ever been too - A great variety of spaces and stunning marine life, all in pristine facilities. We went there thinking it would be a couple of hours, but easily spent 4 - 5 enjoyable hours. Dolphins were definitely a highlight 🐬
Would certainly recommend going if you get the chance. Plenty of choices for food if you get hungry too - Great place for a family trip out

An amazing day out! We went In April and it wasn’t busy at all! They had great sections to view; split into regions and it was very spacious to walk around.
So many cafe/food places to eat and drink. Great kids facilities.
Very convenient busy-ness screens to let you know how full an exhibit is.
Staff were all very friendly.
Prices for food and drink expensive but expected in an attraction.

Fantastic place! We spent over 7 hours here, strolling around the outdoor exhibits, watching the dolphin show, and going through the many underground exhibits showcasing a wide variety of fish including sharks, rays and eels, as well as turtles, seals, beluga whales, and penguins. And so many birds - flamingos, ducks, ibis, swans, and spoonbills. Take your time! It's well worth the price of admission.
This aquarium is well maintained and clean. Animals appear well taken care of. Staff are very friendly and most speak English.
We went in January, with no lineups, but still recommend buying tickets online ahead of time. Got to go straight in! Be aware you can bring in water bottles to drink, but no food allowed. This is to make sure you don't feed the animals. Reasonable request considering the circumstances!
This was definitely a highlight of our stay in Valencia. Highly recommend going for the day!

This aquarium is so pretty!
There are a lot to see : beluga, turtles, pingouins, birds, crocodiles and more.
You can easily spend half a day there and there are some restaurants/fast foods to treat yourself.
I visited Oceanographic as an adult but I was as excited as a child. Would 100% recommend it, especially if you have kids.

Awesome. We loved it. The spaces are out of this world. I love how it puts a lot of focus on the environment. We booked the backstage tour that takes you inside and explain how the water filtration works. Our guide Nuria was very knowledgeable and replied all our questions.
Also in case anyone needs it there are lockers, the size might fit a very small carry on, but otherwise I wouldn't take any luggage with you here.
We also tried the 4D movie theater, it was very good. An amazing experience, I believe it was only 3 euros. It's a must see in Valencia.

Great place for the whole family, beautiful surroundings outside and the aquarium itself is really well managed and spacious. Even when busy, it’s quite easy to look around. It’s a fair bit of walking but lots of places to sit down.

Wow what a big and beautiful aquarium.
I’ve visited some aquariums and I’ve never been to one where they pay so much attention to the animals and how big their living environments are.
This is how we’ve ended up spending almost 4,5 hours here, something we couldn’t imagine beforehand. There are a lot different animals to see. Very good of the park to separate most of them by locations (where they would be found in the wild). Must say that the signage in English is very good and placed at every item.

Love the park. We had very nice weather so that is also a plus. But it's recommended to pay a visit. Only the Dolphin show was not what I expected. A little short in my opinion. But a lot fish and beautiful Aquariums to see.

Superb experience for our little one and for us. It was a bit crowded as we visited during the weekend. Parking is paid extra and the spaces are quite small. The show was wonderful, a bit short for what we expected but very friendly and lovely dolphins.

The Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias is an extremely impressive state-of-the-art science complex set within a landscaped park with a huge aquarium & IMAX screen. The architect Santiago Calatrava is largely responsible for the stunning architecture, which has been met with mixed reactions from Valencians. It's well worth visiting for the beauty and scale of the buildings, as well as the variety of exhibits on offer.
Amazing place. One of my favorite spots and definitely a must visit if you are in Valencia. The complex was designed by Santiago Calatrava and the architecture is just amazing. It includes different buildings, each one really beautiful and overall is a great place for pictures and for taking a walk.
I bought a ticket that included visits to the science museum, a movie and the aquarium. I do not think the entrance to all of these it's worth it, but you can try, specially if you come with children.
Andr?s Zamudio — Google review
I provide the review for the complex only.. as we did not have time to go inside the premises.
To be honest, the architectural designs are extremely amazing. I cannot describe how it really impressed me. You can see from the pictures and video. The best is to experience the complex in the afternoon and enjoying the sunset to take pictures.
We love the water entertainment too.
Definitely in love with this place in addition to the paellas 🥳

Much fun for kids and grown ups. The science museum is one of the most interactive ones I've been to.
The aquarium was well maintained, even though a bit expensive.
Took us the good part of a whole day to cover both, ideally they should be done one a day. Buy your tickets in advance for sure, even for weekdays.

Special place, different and a must visit if you are in Valencia. Well served by means of transport and 10 minutes from the center. Futuristic structure, you can visit the botanical garden. the science museum, the innovation pavilion and what is on offer in the period you are in. Unfortunately, we came across a short period of exhibition and we still appreciated the architecture, the beautiful swimming pool with the equipment that you can rent. A moment of relaxation. You can also rent bicycles to go to the park next door or visit the exhibition space which is very large.

Amazing place. Even if you don't visit any of the buildings there, its still a great place to just take a walk and enjoy the amazing architecture. You can take a boat ride, grab a quick drink or sandwich at the small food stand. There is a small park there where you can sit on the grass and admire the view.
I visited l'oceanográfico, it was nice. The kids would enjoy it the most, I think. It takes about 2-3 hours to fully enjoy it, and taking your time at each room.
Vio Banciu — Google review
If you like Architecture, photography, and wandering around in warm weather then this is probably the place for you. The architecture is amazing and provides countless photo opportunities. The only downside was that when I visited (mid June 2023) there was a stage built by the science building that obscured many views and I understood it was there all summer as they had a number of concerts planned in the space. Also, at night it appeared that a lot of the lights went off at 10pm, and only the opera building seemed to leave the lights on later.
Michael Sutherland — Google review
The architecture is incredible. Each of the structures has distinctive features but maintains the space age style of the site.
You can buy a range of entrance tickets depending on which attractions you wish to visit, the oceanographic being the most expensive.
Also, it's only possible to enter the Opera House as part of a guided tour at set times.
If you feel adventurous, you can hire a board or boat and shoot around the lake for a while.
Each place is fascinating and worth a visit. You can also go in and out of the Science Museum as many times as you please during the day.

Absolutely loved this place as the glass and skeleton like architecture goes so well with the water surrounding the buildings. The buildings and gardens are maintained well and they are very clean. We happened to visit when there was a Christmas market which was lovely as they had a variety of food stalls and gift shops. We didn’t enter any of the buildings but a walk around here and the park is a great way to spend the day!

Amazing place. It looks like it’s from the future and I love it. You need to spend a full day there to really enjoy. I spent most of the time in the museum of Science and I loved the concept. There was a section for history of music, for the earth and mars and also different experiments you could try about a lot of scientific subjects. It is very educational and fund for children and people of all ages. I had fun.

These amazing futuristic buildings in Valencia are a must see. We visited on a cruise and the shuttle bus dropped up in the town centre where there are plenty of historic buildings to view. But I wanted to see the HEMISFERIC structure and other "star trek style futuristic buildings" and WOW WOW WOW. Thanks to Google maps and a cheap local bus ride to get us there.
glyn moore (ytgvmtv) — Google review
The low rating is specifically for the science museum. I paid €9 and it was a total waste of money. The building itself is incredible, but you can see it for free from the outside. The exhibits inside are 90% Spanish with no translations. Everything felt disorganized which was a shame given how much space they had to work with. This could’ve been an amazing place to visit, but save your money and just walk through the lobby and visit the outside areas.

Valencia Cathedral is a beautiful Gothic-style cathedral dedicated to the Holy Grail and with stunning views of the city. It is home to a museum with many interesting items, including an Italianate fresco above the altarpiece, as well as two Goyas in the Capilla de San Francisco de Borja. The cathedral also has a famous tower with great views of Valencias Historic District.
Such a beautiful church, full of history and impressive religious art.
The facade is impressive as well as the inside of the Cathedral. It features beautiful Gothic style designs as well as impressive religious pieces, stained glass and much more. We were lucky to attend mass at the Cathedral on Christmas day and we loved the community as well. Such a great place to visit. The Holy Grail chapel was closed at the time of our visit, but I hear it's beautiful as well.

The Holy Grail is here! Believe it or not, you should visit the cathedral. The cathedral, La Seu in Catalan, is situated between two squares. It is built in Gothic style with Roman elements and other. For me, each cathedral is always one of the main sightseeing points. Because it is the history of the city.
You can also visit the bell tower and enjoy the view of the city.

Must see when in Valencia! Entry ticket was around €10, you’ll get the auto guide included ( selection of languages available). Beautiful building inside and out. A lot of Artwork inside which is worth seeing and listening to the history. Cathedral was build in XIII century, so there is plenty history there. You have an option to climb the tower of the cathedral on your way out for an additional €1.5 ( you’ll definitely get your steps in that day ).

Really really gorgeous cathedral. 8 euro entry fees. Really friendly personal. I have a bag and I was allowed to leave near the reception
And a tower about 70m height. Man it was difficult to go till the top and it costed 2 euro plus

The most beautiful cathedral in Valencia! It’s such a precious place to visit and I believe it’s a must visit place for all tourists and visitors. Every angle of this cathedral is photogenic and it’s full of holy paintings and adornments that are worth the visit. The entry fee is €8 which is totally worth it as you can spend hours in there. It’s also quite close from the central station so you can walk there. Also there’s a mini museum inside so go have a visit.

Very beautiful place. We spend there around 2 hours as there are some additional zones with exhibitions around main part church. Inside and for an advanced price like 2-4 euro you can visit the tower. It's 240 stairs there.

The experience was made enjoyable through the useful audio guides and for €9 it was definitely worth it. Lots of other things to see not just the Holy Grail, which was impressive in itself.

You have to visit the cathedral if you're in the city. It's a bit pricey, and to go up the tower, they charge a supplement; but if the cost goes towards the upkeep of the building, fair enough.
They do include an audio tour, which is surprisingly good, and there's a great museum inside that has superb displays and access to the catacombs.

we climbed the tower (207 steps, would not recommend the elderly or inactive) before visiting the church and the 360deg view was worth it! the church itself also exhibited a very interesting concept of mixture in architecture styles.. and one can see the holy chalice here. audioguide also enhanced the whole experience, worth a visit!

The Cathedral in Valencia is an awe-inspiring architectural masterpiece that captivates visitors with its grandeur and historical significance. From the moment you approach its magnificent facade, you're drawn into a world of centuries-old craftsmanship and intricate details. Stepping inside, the interior boasts breathtaking beauty, with ornate chapels, stunning stained glass windows, and the awe-inspiring Holy Chalice. The audio guide provides invaluable insights into the cathedral's rich history and cultural significance. While some areas may be crowded with tourists, the overall experience is well worth it. A must-visit landmark in Valencia for anyone interested in history, art, or architecture.

Went for the bell tower, but ended up staying for over an hour because of the museum in the cathedral. It is a separate entrance than the bell tower and requires a separate ticket, but is well worth it. Not only is the main part of the cathedral beautiful, but the museum is very interesting and actually takes you UNDER the church to an excavated area… which includes a small graveyard. Non-fluent Spanish speakers- everything here is in espanol, so I recommend downloading Google translate (and downloading the offline option, otherwise you won’t get the really interesting info from the sites under the church!).
Courtney K — Google review
Another great example of the church's wealth & power continuing into the 21st century in Europe. A good few interesting pieces, rooms & art. If you're spending a few days in Valencia, this is not a bad place to kill a few hours.
John Keenan — Google review
During my recent trip to Valencia, I had the opportunity to visit the iconic Valencia Cathedral. While the cathedral itself was undoubtedly interesting and impressive, the €9 admission fee seemed somewhat steep, especially since the building wasn't significantly more remarkable than other cathedrals or churches I've visited.
As a non-religious person, I was still captivated by the stunning frescoes, intricate icons, and majestic statues throughout the cathedral. The architecture and historical context were noteworthy, adding depth to the overall experience.
My main interest, however, was the 'Holy Grail,' believed to be the cup from which Jesus drank. Unfortunately, the artifact was tucked away in a small, dimly lit room and displayed in a dark case, making it difficult to see clearly. The room was under renovation, which made it challenging to appreciate the artifact in a serene setting. Furthermore, there was a lack of information or indication about the Holy Grail's significance, aside from a lengthy audio tour that included unnecessary chanting.
In summary, the Valencia Cathedral is an interesting place to visit with its impressive architectural and historical elements. However, my expectations regarding the Holy Grail were not entirely met, and the €9 fee seems excessive for visiting what I perceive to be a public church. If you're in Valencia, it's worth a visit, but be prepared for the admission price and potentially underwhelming display of the Holy Grail.

Absolutely splendid medieval cathedral with significant 18th-century renovations. The prerecorded handheld tour guide was just right in terms of length and detail. There is a super museum accessed from within the Cathedral with amazing artefacts. The Cathedral itself has at least one painting by Goya. And if you like relics, this is definitely your kind of place!

Gorgeous cathedral with lots to see inside. Budget at least an hour if not longer. It's not only the church (which hosts the holy grail and the arm of the patron Saint of Valencia) but there is also a museum attached to the side. Be sure to check out the upper floor that has lots of artwork and artifacts. Clean bathrooms available on the 1st floor. If short on time, I would suggest the Valencia Cathedral over Saint Nicolas.

A very beautiful cathedral in the middle of Valencia's city square. A must visit when in the city. Beautiful altar that opens and closes like a cabinet. One of the best in Spain in my opinion, perhaps just behind the one in Seville.

Right in the heart of the old city centre, this cathedral is absolutely beautiful. It costs to enter, but it's worth it. You get an audio device as part of the entrance fee. There are chapels surrounding the main altar piece that are worth exploring. My absolute favourite is the magnificent and highly decorative baroque altar. Staff are very friendly and I highly recommend visiting.

Well organized visit with relevant short explanations. Beautiful interior, certainly spend time in the museum. The tower is high (207 high steps, no resting place) and the view on Valencia from the top is a bit disappointing. We do not recommend to climb if you are not in great shape.

A very interesting cathedral - 9 euros entrance fee, they give you an audio guide, which lasts about 1.5 hours and tells in great detail and mostly very interesting about the history of the temple, Christianity and Valencia. Costs 9 euros to get in and an extra 2.50 euros to go up the tower that said you do get an audio guide included which does provide a lot of information
Inside is beautiful and there is a lot to look at in particular the chalice which is alluded to be the holy grail as has been tested and it's really old ie 1bc
