Berjaya Megamall Kuantan is one of the oldest shopping malls in Kuantan, offering a variety of stores and eateries. Despite some shops relocating, it remains a popular venue for events with its two spacious atriums. The mall boasts clean facilities, ample parking, and cool air conditioning. While not as crowded as before, it still attracts visitors to its modern environment and diverse range of stores including Watsons, Guardian, Starbucks, McDonald's, and Machines.
Not as crowded as it used to be, makes it even better.
The mall is adequately maintained.
Stores include Watsons, Guardian, Starbucks, McDonald’s and Machines.
There are several hair salons on the first floor.
Azlin Mohamad Noor — Google review
Located next to Grand Darulmakmur hotel. Deserted mall. Not many customers, most probably because there are many new malls. Have a cinema at the third level. There are clothings, shoes, jewellery, gadgets and watch stores. Also, they have McDonald and other restaurants. At the ground level, there is a sale of cheap clothings, a men 's T-shirt for RM29, children for RM19, and babies RM5
Norsa'adah — Google review
The person who designed this mall, especially the parking should be shot. You have to go up a spiral endlessly all the way to the top then make your way all the way down. What a waste of time. No wonder no one comes to this mall.
Y. Lee — Google review
Many empty lots. Not happening even on the weekends. People mostly come here for Baskin Robins or Mcdonald. But, its clean and quiet mall if you want some peaceful time. Many hair salons on 5th floor.
Yichien Chew — Google review
The mall feels creepy due to the fact that it is mostly abandoned, with only a handful of stores still operating. No reason to visit unless you are specifically visiting one of those remaining stores.
Eduard v.d. W — Google review
We were disappointed- there are not many shops open, it is a huge mall, I believe it must have been a busy place in its heydays but just looks abandoned now. There is a cinema hall, a guardian and a few restaurants - I didn’t find anything else. If you are looking to shop - there are better options. Avoid.

One of the oldest shopping mall in Kuantan. But many event still use this place.
It has 2 big atrium for event space. It also has a big surau, clean toilet, plenty of parking space, and has an elevator.
The air conditioning also cool. But a lot of shoplot here moved to another location. It seems to be a havoc place around 2000 but now it just a place where parent come here and visit some indoor playground, hobby shop, and eat.
MOHD SYAFIQ MD FADZIL — Google review
Very nice and modern. But what a pity that most of the shops on the 1st+2nd floor were closed (Wednesday at 4pm). Positive was the nice, friendly and professional advice I got at the Sony shop.
Eremice — Google review
Very less ppl here, but have the stores that I like (TMT, McD and Harvey Norman)...
Alex Low — Google review
The first thing I noticed when entering the mall was the toilet facilities. The toilet facilities at Megamall have been completely refurbished. The toilet here is like a toilet in a hotel and very clean. Megamall is not what it used to be now, as many stores are already closed and moved to big malls like ECM and KCM. Although Megamall is the third mall option in Kuantan, I still like to visit here due to its uncrowded and very quiet. I hope that Megamall will be able to re-establish their name again.

A variety of high-speed slides, rides & a wave pool at a compact local water park.
This place is a little bit crowded during school holidays. But,you still have fun playing in the water park. Very recommended.

The impact of covid really affected them. A lot of facilities need to be repaired and upgraded. The adult water slides are still close. Nevertheless, those with kids under 12 might find the place value for money....

2nd time visited pahang and 1st time coming here with my children.. it is a good place for your children to have fun with water if you don't have another waterpark to go.. the facilities are still good and the tickets to enter the park are still reasonable.. you can find much more excitement park than this place but you need to get ready to spend more money than here.. for me, this place just enough for my children to spend their weekend if we don t have any place to go..

It was hell fun ya. Enjoyed alot. The amazing waterpark activities, the Coco beach, specially slides were much amusement.
One can get relaxation and liveliness there after a tiring routien. The crystal slides were scary but too much fun. The family tub slides we did like more than 4 times it was love.
The kids pool is much more amusement. Coco beach was also awsome. Overall is just awsome place for fun and entertainment.
Very reasonable price and food available. Easy Transport to get to the waterpark from kuantan. Car parking is available.
Shahid Anwar — Google review
Nice water park for kids. Unfortunately 3 of the 4 big slides are closed. And it looks like those slides won't be going on for a while either. The same goes for the waves in the wave pool. They don't work anymore.
The children's pools and slides are working and that was a great success. The Racer was also a lot of fun! The staff are very friendly. It was a pity that the park closes at 5.30 pm instead of 6 pm.
David Engberts — Google review
A nice surprise... But I suppose they didn't expect the turn up to be that much on a rainy day.
The location is a little scary at first... And only the water park is open at the moment. The park is hidden from the parking space so you might be curious on what was in store. The entrance fee was affordable and worth it if you plan to stay the whole day, but for the food wise would have preferred if they have more options and volume.. 😅 But then again maybe they weren't expecting too many guests since it was raining. But very good and friendly service, ample place and space to roam about.
But as usual, bathroom is a bit too dark and can be updated.
I have good hopes for this place, hopefully it will fully reopen again.

Went twice... before covid...in 2017&2016...it was just so perfect that I kept wanting to go... perfect for families and good buffet spread with beautiful rooms to stay in...not sure the condition now

One way to improve Gambang Water Park could be to invest in new and exciting water rides and attractions. This park could offer more amenities such as lounge chairs, and umbrellas for guests. Another way to improve the park could be to offer more food and beverage options, including healthier options, and have more seating areas for guests to enjoy their meals. Finally, the park could also improve customer service by providing more staff members to assist guests and ensure their safety.
The high price of amenities at Gambang Water Resort Pahang is a major drawback for many visitors. The resort charges exorbitant rates for basic amenities such as cabanas, tubes, and even water bottles, which can add up quickly and eat into the budget of a family or group. Additionally, the resort's food and drink prices are also significantly higher making it a less attractive option for budget-conscious travelers. Overall, the high cost of amenities at Gambang Water Resort Pahang is a major downside that may deter many potential visitors from choosing to visit there.

Utama, Bukit Resort City, Jln Bukit Gambang Resort, 26300 Gambang, Pahang, Malaysia
Pantai Teluk Cempedak is a relaxed and picturesque beach that is perfect for walking and swimming. It boasts numerous restaurants and vendors in the vicinity. Although its nightlife can be busy, visitors are advised to adhere to safety protocols and explore less crowded areas. The main bay features fake grass that may disappoint some tourists, but the extreme left end of the beach offers a little-known bridge that leads to Second Bay.
One of the best beach to relax in Kuantan. Clean, safe & cool/windy. Lots of seating places. Can even rent the inflated sofa from the vendor at the beach.
Has few restaurants you can dine in, with the beach view as a bonus. From the posh Starbucks to the local tomyam/seafood restaurant.
Fancy for some gift? Lots of stalls and shoplots selling the keychain, name engraving, kites, toys and others are around.
Also a good place for exercise/jogging. But beware of the wild monkeys.
Parking lots are plenty. The nearest costs RM2.50 per entry while the one besides TC Uptown costs RM2 per entry.
Toilets are clean enough but require major repair/upgrade.
Best time to visit this place is from 6.30pm onwards.
Big applause to the local authority for maintaining this beach.
P/S: Bersyukurlah orang Kontan. Kat KL apa pantai pun tarak. Stress ja berlambak-lambak :)

Downside: crowded at certain times, limited parking space

This beautiful beach is so peaceful, so windy, so relaxing. Can’t never forget my experience here. Would love to visit every weekend ❤️

Night life in Teluk Cempedak is probably too crowded, but hey, take care of SOP, cur to alley with lesser crowd, it will be alright. The Sand at the main bay is moved from somewhere else, fake grass. These are some of the small let down.
Please find times to visit this place in day time, and go to the extreme end on the left, you will find yourselves a bridge to cross to Second Bay. Not many visitors know of this area, so enjoy the quietness it offer.
But be careful when you see Monkeys lurking around the bridge, do not feed them and keep your things out of their sight.

🏖Nice and cleaned beach in Malaysia.
🌊The waves there were particularly strong during the northeast monsoon season, so swimming at your own risk.
However, there were some people who were surfing there.
🪁Since this place is windy, it would be great to fly a kite there. There were some stalls selling easy-to-fly kite there, and it was quite cheap (RM15 each) and really nice as well.
Just have chill and relax session at this place,
Just listening to the sounds of wave and birds,
Just have a great time sun bathing there,
Just enjoy the wind blowing upon your face.
This was a great place~!

Best sea view point for photographers.. Seem less photo effects when we take photos. Nice beach in Kuantan all parts.. Nearby have macd and kfc. Lot of shop's available for kids toys for swimming. The other part beach view we can go by the bridge. But the sad part is the bridge broken half of the way. So they closed for access. Please don't approach after the fencing. If anything happen cannot access emergency time. Lot of monkeys here.. Don't give any foods and don't approach animals rudely.. They have big groups 😂😂😂
Promoth Narayanan — Google review
The beach was nice and clean. I love the walkway by the beach. Plus point they do have a lot of food joint and fast food restaurants as well.

Loved this beach - there are some food options available (Starbucks, mcd, and some more). Ample parking available. There is a boardwalk, shady too, we enjoyed the views from here. It can get quite hot during the day and there weren’t much people on the beach itself - could get crowded in the evenings. There are a lot of monkeys, a lot of them, but they keep to themselves and bother you only if you have food. Overall very good not to be missed if you are in the area.
Preethi Kannan — Google review
Beautiful beach with a lot of eateries available. Be careful with monkeys as they might snatch away your foods.
raknita — Google review
This is the closest stretch of beach to Kuantan City Center and which is also why it had a good number of holiday makers when we were there just after lunchtime.
While one part of the beach is like a private stretch in front of the long-operating Hyatt Regency Resort, the other section is the one that’s open for the public and with the TC outposts of McDonald’s, Burger King, Richaimo, and Starbucks helping to quench thirst and fill up empty stomaches. The sand also looked inviting but as my son and I weren’t staying in the area and didn’t want to dirty the car, we did not walk on the beach itself.
There were many souvenir shops around the area, along with the established player called “Kedai Cenderamata Teluk Cempedak Sdn. Bhd.” in their own shop lot opposite, and my son decided to buy a “name band” for himself and his older brother, as souvenirs of this holiday in Kuantan!

Great place just to destress (if you’re going solo) or have great fun with family and friends! Had a great Sunday, just enjoying the view, the sea breeze and the sand too.

It is a gem of a beach! I loved the variety of activities available here. From swimming in the clear waters to lounging on the beach, I felt completely rejuvenated. There are also water sports options for the adventurous souls. And let’s not forget the breathtaking sunsets - they are simply mesmerizing!

A beautiful and cozy beach with ample facilities. Paid car parks are available ranging between RM2-2.50 per entry.
There are several fast food chains available at the beach with outdoor seating. Good Seaview from those restaurant. There are also food court available with the surrounding merchandise stalls
Well maintained beach and remain popular attraction among the local and the visitors. Beware of the monkeys scurrying around the place.

We had a conference in the resort. The service maintenance staff were responsive and able to resolve the the problems on a timely manner. The restaurant F&B staff were friendly and provided good service. The food was fresh and tasty. However could have been better if the maintenance of the place was better as the corridors leading to the rooms looked run down and a bit messy. This review is only about the Safari Park part of the resort; we haven't been to the rest of it. Basically this place is one of the biggest I've ever seen, but many parts of it are still not completed. The management might have some funding issues and are not doing enough marketing of the place. Maybe because it's located really far from major population centers, so it's really a hassle to get there. However the place is worth a visit if you're nearby. It just feels a bit dead with barely no visitors but us, and the animals! Despite that, they stick doing all the shows on time, which are quite elaborate. Just make sure you drink lots of water and are fit to walk around up and down as this place is huge. In addition to promotion, the place needs more cooling, like fans and sprinklers for the visitors.

I love everything about the museum, the exhibits, paintings, buildings and surroundings. They are so updated and modern yet doesn't lose it's traditional charm.
Only one feedback though, since shoes are not allowed I hope museum management can ensure the wooden floors are safe to be stepped on. The floors are clean and well maintained but the one in front of the gamelan room (near gramophone) is chipped. I didn't notice, stepped on it and it cut into my feet and there was some blood.
Overall, I had a great time at this museum and will visit again!

Visited this Museum during weekend. There are 3 aircond-areas inside this museum- Muzium Istana Kota Beram, Muzium Peradaban Awal Pahang & Personae Inderapura.
For citizen, RM10 per entry is rewarding as there are a lot of areas to be covered.
Most of the area just finished renovation, they need to mprove in term of signage & some of the artifacts didnt have any explanation/label on them. Apart from that, worthy experience.

It was early in the morning, and the friendly staff in this cowboy town were opening up the place and keeping it clean and neat.
Very nice morning walk, with clear blue skies, and nice landscape. We just walked around the outside and went for breakfast at Belibis, where the train is.
Beautiful place and one of a kind here in Pekan. Definitely worth a walk. Spend 30-45 mins here.

The Sultan Abu Bakar Museum is one of the finest heritage buildings preserved in Bandar Diraja Pekan, Pahang Darul Makmur. It is situated in an area that is preserved for its significant wealth of history dating back centuries. Originally built for British Residents in Pahang, it then became the official palace of Sultan Abu Bakar (Sultan of Pahang IV), before being repurposed into what it is now.
The Sultan Abu Bakar Museum has a rich collection of historical items. Located on Jalan Sultan Ahmad, the museum showcases antiques that include many ancient Chinese pottery and glass items, as well as various other artefacts related to history, archaeology, ethnology, and royalty.
The history of Pahang, especially with respect to its ancient Royal Family, is well documented in this museum. The museum building dates back to the 1880s and was used as the headquarters of the Japanese Armed Forces during the Japanese occupation before it became the official palace of Sultan Abu Bakar (Sultan of Pahang IV).
Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Abu Bakar Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mu’azzam Shah consented to transforming Istana Kota Beram into a state museum, and on 17 March 1976 the Pahang State Museum Board relocated to the site from the Office of the State Secretary, from where they were previously operating. Repurposed into a museum, renovations were carried out, especially to create indoor exhibition galleries.

The farm Melaka Butterfly & Reptile Sanctuary (Taman Rama-rama & Reptilia Melaka) is a wildlife sanctuary that houses various types of animals and butterflies. The sanctuary features an aviary, as well as different snakes and a koi pond.
Pros: Good place to bring your kids. Got many animals and insects, staff are helpful and informative.
Cons: Not stroller and wheelchair friendly. Toilets are bit dark and creepy. Some of facilities a bit rundown. There was construction wood and debris that were dumped near the emu cage.

Place is well maintained and I highly recommend any butterfly lovers to visit if you are in the area. Staff are friendly and will assist you if you ask them for help. You may also use Google Lens to identify any other species.
The butterfly portion of the sanctuary has two parts. The first part contains mainly clipper butterflies while the second contains other species of butterflies such as tigers, large tree nymphs and swallowtails.
Reptiles and birds within the sanctuary also look well fed. The sanctuary also contains many snake species from all over the world.

Not your first thought when visiting Melaka but this is without a doubt one of the best things you can do when visiting! If you’re coming from outside of Melaka, I’d highly recommend dropping by here first because the Zoo is located next to the Ayer Keroh toll. Once you’re done here, you can head to the city for the rest of your trip. Anyway, we had so much fun here learning about animals and getting up close and personal with most of them. The shows are also very interesting. I would never expect to have the opportunity to feed crocodiles here! Fun for both adults and kids, this place is a must visit when in Melaka.

A wonderful gem of an attraction in Melaka city. While I find most of the places in Melaka to be tacky and poor in taste and design, this place had me pleasantly surprised. It's much larger than it appears, and you'll end up spending more time wandering around than expected.
The landscaping & plants are beautifully thought through and maintained, and there are a myriad of species of birds, butterflies, bugs and reptiles to be found. The enclosures are very well maintained, and the animals within are active, healthy, and easy to spot.
Even each 'micro-enclosure' is populated and well maintained with various different species. Thumbs up to the management of this place, and hope they keep this up.
This place is on the fringe of Melaka city, somewhat far from the centre, but it's well worth the trip, especially if you're traveling with curious small children.

Excellent place to visit when in Melaka! Absolutely impressed by this sanctuary! It didn't seem very attractive at the start, but decided to visit because it was something different to do in Melaka.
It's much larger than expected, with every turn a surprise find! This sanctuary houses so many different species of reptiles, reaching from iguanas to crocodiles to snakes to an ancient snapping turtle! They also have a large variety of birds such as emus, albino peacock, hummingbirds, parrots... Then there is the butterfly enclosure which smells of pineapples! There are rabbits as well! Some feeding is allowed if you buy the package, which we didn't.
There are areas to rest your feet during the exploration. It's simulated to resemble a forest, so the layout and infrastructure is interesting. Totally friendly for all age groups! Fascinating, really! Some food and drinks are available at the entrance. Staff on duty were also friendly.
It costs RM27 for adults and RM22 for children. A good deal, I would say! Highly recommend spending at least 2 hours here if you do visit Melaka!

Best sanctuary to bring your kids. Rm26 for adults. Enjoy the butterfly park, varieties of insect and reptiles like snake, crocodile, tarantula and also the giant turtles. Can buy food pack to feed the animals. And if you want feed and touch the rabbit need to pay another rm10. Trust me, you need allocate at least 3 hrs or more to enjoy this enjoyable explorace.

Easily one of the best animal parks i have ever been to in malaysia. Animals here are treated well, fed well and have a balanced ecosystem.
Despite being called a reptile and butterfly park, it also houses a small number of birds, fishes, turtles.
I think this should be a must go place for animal enthusiasts. Definitely will go again.
Only setback is not wheelchair friendly

Well maintained and value for money - large variety of butterflies, reptiles and birds. Lots of areas for resting too. You can easily spend around 2-3 hours visiting all exhibits.

A very nice place to spend the day. They have lots of animals including butterflies, birds, snakes, tortoise, etc. The employees are polite and take their time to explain the animals to us. Highly recommended to visit. Please also purchase the feeding pack for added activities.
Chin Siew Ming — Google review
Love the variety of the animals here especially the rare albino raccoons and friendly blue tongue skink and sulfates tortoise.
The last I came was more than 20 years back and it was filled to the brim with so many species of butterflies with the most memorable being the Rajah Brooke colony. The butterflies variety and species have certainly dwindled down.
Hope to see more butterfly species around.
I’m really happy to see this place surviving the MCO and adding more varieties to their exhibits while educating the public.
Please keep doing what you do and if situation allows, do consider opening donation drive for public to support.

Visiting Malacca Butterfly & Reptile Sanctuary was an absolute delight! With its diverse array of attractions including a butterfly farm, snakes, spiders, giant turtles, birds, rabbits, beetles, and the opportunity to even buy feed and interact with the animals, it's a heaven for nature lovers of all ages. The park's focus on interactive experiences makes it perfect for both children and adults looking to unleash their inner child. The ability to take pictures adds to the memorable experience. Highly recommended for a fun-filled day out surrounded by nature's wonders.

New experience for me to see all the animal there. Although the highlight animal was butterfly, the other animal also attract people. For example anaconda snakes was the first time i see it. Also the crocodile was so big 😅 its really amazing ! Really worth the money.

This is a fine sanctuary for butterflies and reptiles. There are also a few parrots and animals on display.
One can buy entrance tickets at the premises. From here on, it is a nice walking path. The butterfly sanctuary is quite humid, so be prepared. There are animal feeding sessions on specific days and times.
The entrance fee can be paid by card or cash. The place has adequate parking. It can get crowded at times. There is a small shop for souvenirs and drinks. Expect to spend anywhere between 1-4 hours.
Very close to this place is a botanical garden, a SkyTrex, a bee sanctuary, a heritage village, a zoo, and a few others.

This is my final destination before head back to KL. It closed to toll place, so i would suggest to pay for a visit if you don’t know any places to go. You can play and interact with most of the animals, and feed them as well!

Mount Ophir, also known as Gunung Ledang, is the tallest peak in the region and holds a significant place in local folklore. Situated between Johor and Melaka, it offers two hiking routes, campgrounds, and picturesque waterfalls. The ascent is challenging and not recommended for beginners due to its technical nature with rocky paths, ladders, and ropes.
Extreme
Maria Wentotawn — Google review
A rather technical hike that is definitely not for beginners. Good to have some bit of training as the ascent can take about 5-6hrs and the descent another 4-5hrs.
Starts with paths, then rocky path, then ladders and ropes. Can be rather gruelling and bad for the knees, especially on the descent.
View is decent. There’s better views elsewhere but definitely worth a climb for avid climbers.

End of June 2022: I made it to the summit of Mount Ophir. The daytrip (up and down) took me 11 hours. RM152 per pax, including tour guide and packed lunch. There’s penalty of RM50 per group if u returned after 7pm.
Early August 2022: Went for photoshoot by the roadside. The view is still amazing and breathtaking

Gunung Ledang is a well known mountain shrouded thick with the legend of Princess Ledang. Also named as Mount Ophir, it lays between Johor and Melaka with 2 hiking routes, camp sites and waterfalls.
Started at around 8am, 7 of us hiked with our friendly guide for about 7hours uphill via Sagil trail from Tangkak, Johor. The first few check points were warm ups in retrospect for the latter ones as more and more lengthy ladders replaced the sturdy hiking path. Towards the peak, ladders gave way to ropes and eventually we found ourselves abseiling to the top.
View by now was breath-taking, both figuratively and literally.Especially fresh in my memory was the cool breeze in the foggy Japanese Garden near peak. By noon, we've summited and surrounded by clouds all around. Next, we headed downwards to a tent site for some much needed rest and a self-heating hot meal, what a life-saver.
Hike down was a rather no-brainer with a hiking pole. By 6pm and 10 hours later, we've completed the trail of about 6km+ safely.
All in all, I'd say it's a rather technical hike involving some ladder climbing & abseiling. Medium difficulty. Good to be fit enough to enjoy the hike.
May C. — Google review
This trail is above beginner. Muddy, slippery and you can easily get lost if you don't have a guide. Me and my friends started our climb at 8AM, went to the Peak B around 1PM and Peak A (Summit) around 2PM. It was an awesome experience climbing this mountain. My first out of the country mountain peak. This is highly recommended and will surely be back again.

It's challenging trekking. I went there for 2D 1N camping. You can do day hike as well but its very tiring and rushing. Sunrise view is very amazing and its cold on top peak. Waterfall is nearby the camp site and its amazing creature! Beginner is not advise, this trekking is for intermediate to expert level.

My experience, one of the most expensive Campsite you can find is here in Endau-rompin Selai Campingsite. Rm79 for 3d2n per person just for the caping area. Exploring to the waterfall or other activities is an additional expensive package that could easily cost above rm600. 4x4 is needed to reach the campingsite.
Not worth paying for a non activity camp nor activiti camp and no security patrolling the area after 10pm. You are on your own in the middle of the jungle.
No tent is included. All camping gadget and transportation is on your own on this trip.
Fishing is a disappointment. Mostly 2 inches baby fish could be found here.
Tap water is untreated. Need to bring your own water supply.
Definitely not a recommended campsite for the price.

If you want to experience being in a jungle but not yet prepared or capable to travel offroad then this is the right place for you. There’s tarmac road from Bekok town all the way to Lubuk Merekek and Lubuk Tapak. The Lubuk Merekek campsite has toilets and shower facilities as well as surau and a cooking/dining area. However, there’s no electricity so bring sufficient battery powered lights and fans for comfort.

The place is re-opened. Shadier and the display looks more wild as if we're in a real jurassic world. The playground is open as well.
Song choice and sound quality needs to improve though 😅 it's too loud and too many songs played at once.

The park's alright if you just have some time to spend away or within vicinity. Most of the dinosaurs on display required maintenance....but it's free admission anyway so 🤷
The rides however were quite costly, coming at a minimum of RM10/ride. Majority of the machinery and chairs were pre-owned so it might looked beaten up... probably bought at a wholesaler bargain

Clean and modern looking, with well maintained bathrooms. Friendly, competent staff. The food items in the shopping mart are tastefully packed. Selection of honey products. UK Farm is a peaceful farmstay that offers simple and comfortable accommodations. Aside from lodging, the place also boasts of dining options, a cafe and even a petting zoo where children can get up close with animals like goats, ducks, chickens, ostriches, deer, peacocks, rabbits and horses. The Mini Bus farm tour package comes with feeding sets for the animals as well as guides to help visitors navigate their way around.
Spent almost 2hr there. Can visit mini bird park, goat, deer, ostrich and rabbit. Rm45 adult, Rm35 for kids above 3yo and senior citizen. Quite a hefty price to pay especially if your family is big. I was initially put off by the price tag and some negative comments. Horse cart is RM210 at peak season but can fit 2adult and 2children only. I think it is worth the experience to see the joy of my 4yo enjoying her first bus ride, feeding milk to lamb, petting rabbits and climbing treehouse. The walk is doable, not demanding like Langkawi zoo or Taiping zoo. My girl only asked to be carried at the end. Coconut drink at the end of the trip is like icing on the cake, very refreshing. Toilet at main entrance is clean. Staffs are friendly. 10/10 would recommend for kids.
Cincar u — Google review
Suitable for those want a farm experience or never seen farm animals. A good experience for kids though especially if this is their first visit and encounter with farm animals.
Ticket was on a high side relatively to what activities are in site for you. Each visitor will be given a packet of corn, a packet of dried grass/ hay and a coupon to exchange milk feeding bottle. These are for you to feed the animals inside.
When entering inside, you have to wait for the 'bus' which will bring you around the different stations in the farm. Types of animals you can see are goats, kid, ducks, free range chickens, ostriches, peacocks and rabbits. Then you're shown how goat's milk is extracted with option to purchase.
Besides animals, you will stop at the final station for purchasing and enjoying fresh young coconuts at RM6 each.
The only disappointment was the cultural show. You only watch a guy in native costume shooting some balloons using a blow pipe. The performance took less than s minutes.
Final verdict: visit only if you've never been to a farm and wanted a short getaway. Overall itinerary was around 2 hours. If you've seen farm animals, this visit is not for you.

It was cloudy to almost raining which make it a pleasant afternoon trip. Under hot sun can be different story. The staffs were friendly and informative. Unfortunately, goat milk ice-cream is not included in entry ticket. Saw two ostriches, some miniature horses, ducks, chickens, cows and sheep. All are hungry and waiting for visitors to feed. Children find it fun but in my opinion, for that's labour that I paid to do.

Hi, overall experience is okay. We went there after lunch around 3pm. Due to the hot weather, we get tired easily. So make sure you bring plenty of water if you are going after lunch. The best time to visit is in the morning.

The tour was in Malay and we do not understand.
Yes, they have lots of goats, a few chickens, ducks, rabbits and deers and 1 ostrich.
Normal. The farm is big but nothing much.
They do some selling (goat milk and coconut drinks).
The last stop was the coconut drink and we were waiting for the bus. Apparently, there is no bus and we walked back (a short distance) to the entrance. Should have communicated better.
If nearby, ok.

Different people will have different experiences and expectations. 3D2N Church weekend here. Food is edible, some dishes are tasteless. Night bus tour is a waste of time, only saw 2 firefly and driver and 2 assistant didn’t announce anything, the just shine the light aimlessly, so everyone on the bus are guessing through the night drive into the wilderness. Day bus is a ok, if you have been to other animal park, this is the 10%, but if you never been to any, then this should make up to 50%. Guest room is stay-able, air conditioner in the daytime is very challenging.

We visited the UK farm and participated in the farm tour ( 2 hour rm45 /pax.). Excellent experience feeding the ostrich, deers, chickens, sheep and goats. The tour guide is Amalia, a university intern at the farm. She is always smiling and explains to us patiently the goat milking process, the difference between a sheep and a goat etc. Well done! Also went to the fruit farm to buy the best passion fruits in the world and the gac fruit juice ( also attended to by a lovely senior couple). Everyone should come here for the experience, fresh goat milk and yogurt ( yogurt preferred original flavor). Particularly thing that leaves a deep impression is the customer service and warm Malaysian hospitality given by the university interns (Amalia dan Kawan dia) . The country has a lot of potential as seen from the zest and positivity from its young people. We wish the young graduating interns all the best! Kita dan mereka semua boleh! 😀 The UK farm is a MUST visit if you are coming to Kluang . Kita akan datang lagi!👏👏👏

Chance upon this place and had a great day there!! Its abit sunny with less shade so get your umbrellas, shades and light clothings to be ready for a good sweat.
We were guided by our friendly guide in English which led us around the farm. Goat milk tasting and saw the milking process as well!
Regine Lee — Google review
The farm wasn’t hard to reach by normal vehicle. The entrance fees were considered quite high, around 40++ person with package.
The staff was friendly, she was the tour guide lead us to all the attractions in the farm. The bus was so funky, the roof was built with the shelter roof.
The goats milk was tasty and it also have a lot of other products like ice cream, soap and etc.

Projek Pertanian Moden Kluang,, KM13 Jalan Batu Pahat, Kluang, 8, 86000 Kluang, Johor, Malaysia
Kluang Mall is a spacious enclosed shopping center that boasts a variety of well-known brands and eateries, as well as entertainment options such as a cinema and bowling alley. The mall is managed efficiently with eye-catching murals adorning the walls next to the toilets, while advertisements are displayed throughout including on lift doors. One of its main attractions includes Pacific Hypermarket which offers items at affordable prices. However, signboards directing towards lifts and toilets need improving for better visibility.
Nice ambient, good mall design, only need to make your signboards (especially guiding towards lift and toilet) more seeable...

I'm not allowed to enter just because I'm holding my helmet. My motorcycle is been left for service, so I need to take my helmet along. I'm using the LG passage. I'm just wanna go to use the ATM. I'm suggest to the girl at the counter to put my helmet there at the counter for awhile and I'll come back later. But still not allowed to. Very bad experience.

A impressive Shopping Centre within this sleepy town of Kluang. There Bowling alley, Cinema. Well maintained and Surprised to find many different big brands and many restaurants. Had always enjoyed our time in the mall.

This is my first time to this mall and I was surprised to see many international brands here such as Uniqlo and H&M and Xiaomi. The supermarket / department store looks like a small local outfit called Pacific. I didn't go in to look though. Quite a good place to come visit if you are looking for a mall in Kluang.

Been here few time, nice clean cooling environment, car parking entry from both end of the mall, fast food at lower ground level, Hypermart at ground level, cinema at level 2.
You can buy almost anything you needed here.

Interesting, although from outside kind of a bit boring but suprisingly inside theres a lot of shop and restaurant (subway,A&W,pizza hut, kfc, texaschicken, secret recipe, starbuck, ayam penyet, d'laksa, coffee bean n etc.) (Pacific is like aeon theres groceries & clothes, PDI, BO, HLA, cotton on, SEED, baby clothes shop, guardian, watson n etc.)!

A modern shopping centre with brands that you will find in any major city. Starbucks, coffee n beans, H&M, Uniqlo to name a few. Quite relax in a weekday with very few customers in the mall

Consider one of the main mall in Kluang and has most of the major stall such as H&M, Uniqlo and others. There are plenty of restaurants within the mall itself and opposite the road.

This Mall is impressive...it has some of the major chain stores that you can find in KL. The Pacific Hypermarket sells a lot of Rm2.10 stuff and they get an artist to paint a wall (mural) next to the toilets. Advertisements are put up everywhere including the lift doors. I wud say this mall is well managed.

Jln Rambutan, Taman Suria, 86000 Kluang, Johor, Malaysia
Gunung Lambak is a recreational mountain rising 510 meters above sea level. The peak features various paths and stairs, making it an excellent destination for hikers and daily exercise enthusiasts alike. The mountain has two trails, one of which is steep and challenging while the other is more relaxed, perfect for descending. Visitors can enjoy stunning views from the top but may experience some crowding during peak times when many hikers have already reached the summit.
Family hiking with kids as young as 9 years old. Not difficult but just need a little assistance by adults.
jul ky — Google review
A good and safe place for hiking. There are two trails to cater for hikers with different strengths.
A place where one can appreciate the wonder of nature.
Please try to understand the routes from the map before ones ascend.
Lynn Chua — Google review
A famous mountain for daily exercise but it is a good place for hikers to train especially those who are staying in Johor or Singapore.
Few trails could access to the peak with aprox. 1~2 hours. If you feel that's not enough for you...plan for the the trip that Lambak twin peaks plus Big tree which takes approx. 5~6 hours.
mc Hiker — Google review
Easy hike to the half peak, the challenge starts after the half peak to the peak where climbing on the ropes is required and steep at certain meters
Edmond Yeoh — Google review
Great place. Got two trails. One is a little bit hard and steep. Godd for hiking and another one is chill and good for going down. Free of charge and also a lot of monkeys here. The top view is nice but a little bit small for peak times where all the hikers already reached the top. Not too tall but still worth for the experiences
Nashrul Syafuan — Google review
Visited on a weekday to escape from the crowd. Out & back took less than 2hrs (1hr to summit, 50mins down) climbing up is easy but the descent is a little challenging as one need to be very careful of the roots. There will be ropes for assistance on the tough bits.
Janelle Ann — Google review
Lovely place to hike, view is amazing and the best is that there is a water park nearby to cool off and shower!
Of course the facilities is not all fantastic but thats how being in nature is like. You’ll find a way.
First time here and I managed to reach the summit even though I was panting relentlessly through out, the view at the top makes it all work 💯
Also, I didn’t realize but I took the steeper route (turn left when you see the huge sign) and thankfully I had my partner push me up certain parts of it, it was really steep so be warned!
Hikers are all friendly, mostly with a friendly hello! 👋
Jie Ying — Google review
Didn't make it to the summit as started too fast and got very tired. Rather steep. Need to bring lots of drinking water to prevent dehydration. Toilet facilities are poor and not well maintained.
Elaine Quek — Google review
Went there on a sunny day. The trails were dry. Hiking was quite challenging due to multiple steep slopes, but everything went smoothly. It took me 2 hours to reach the peak and another 1 hour to go back down. I would recommend that you slow it down further if you are a beginner. Take your time hiking from one slope to another.
It is 510m to the peak from the sea level. Definitely not a good start for a beginner, but a good training place for people who are getting ready for a long hike.
Quite crowded at the entrance. The road to the entrance was too narrow for 2 cars passing by each other. So please be patient. There were quite a lot of small stalls selling drinking water, coconut juice, medicine and many other interesting stuff and food. The toilet was available too, at the entrance.
The view on top was nice. The hiking was worth it.
Please do regular exercise 1 week before hiking to build up stamina, wear proper shoes during hiking and bring enough water/snacks.
Amiriel Azmi — Google review
If you're interested in hiking here, Google gunung lambak trail head. That will bring you to the start of the hike. This location will bring you inside a Taman to a dead end.
( For beginners)
I was hiking using an app called all trail which guided me and also a few blogs which told me which way to follow . To be honest I feel both route is steep at some level. But if it's raining , the route becomes muddy and super slippery, so be warned.
There's 2 route that you can take( not an expert here) , after walking straight you'll see a draw bridge , if you cross that you'll go up an easier path, if you don't take that and walk straight you'll have to climb up stairs . Than you'll meet at one part which a huge signboard which says gunung lambak. There you have again 2 options. The left route is faster but abit steep. There were ropes but I wasn't confident as it was raining so I tooth the right side which was longer but you'll be happy with the view. It took me 4 hours for a slow hike up and down, but alot of people I encountered said it took them 2 to 3 hours .
There's alot of people whom hike here, even kids. So If you were curious you can ask them questions about how to get up. Just warm up and stretch off before and after the hike.
Surendran Mahendran — Google review
Came from singapore to try this! Was a great experience..took me 3 hours in total to climb up, take pics at the summit and descend back down. Challenging trail, especially as it gets closer to the summit. I couldn’t find toilets to shower at after the hike, that’s the reason of me dropping a 4 star review. Maybe a good shower facility for the visitors would be great!

Not so far from Batu Pahat city. Nothing much as compared to other shopping malls. It has two parking areas which are basement and roof top parkings. Not to forget open air parking lot outside the mall. The good thing for this mall is its parking lot is free to park.

Pantai Minyak beku change so much. Nowadays have a port fishing, camping site, playground and etc. More relax environment this time. Clean and good vibe for family and children. I love it.... but my suggestion avoid late evening and holiday because of jammed and no parking ended up with return back.

Nice place to relax and watch sunset especially with family. Activity walking strolling by the side beach, fishing and kids may play at the playground near by. Not much of activities to do hopefully MBBP can enhance the area more and add more attraction to the place.

It's a nice place for a beautiful view of the Straits of Malacca.
Sadly, not advisable to take a swim but there are short beaches for you to soak your feet and the children can play in the sand.
When we were there, there are families who pitch tents, but I am not sure if there is a need for bookings or permits for this activity. If you are visiting on weekend or holiday. Be aware of an influx of visitors during this period.
There is also a historical site of a well constructed by chiselling stone to the ground which was made by fleeing Siamese soldiers in the 14th century. Nothing grand but a good-to-know how the town of Batu Pahat got its name.
A few eateries are available, much more during weekends & public holidays with food trucks joining in to provide more varieties of food for a food galore.
You may need to arrange your own to & fro transport if you don't have a vehicles.

Nice place to visit coz it's a beach but no sand, it's stone/rock. Sadly, selling goods are not allowed and there's no cabin or hut that can be a place to rest. Toilet also far from the parking lot.

I would like to give a 3.5. It is absolutely a great spot for a quick evening go to place.
But suggestion is to take a photo of great view, and leave.
Not well maintained nor managed place, full of death fishes, wasted food, dustbin on the floor, everywhere. Very dirty.
Very smelly, anywhere flies as well as worms.
There was a spot for photo but unfortunately it mostly sat by malay young friends, and having drink/eat and smoking there. Hence, can’t really take photo at that spot.
However, absolutely a great view.

Nice peaceful greenery. Take a hike, relatively manageable for most ages, though crossing parts of the stream can be a little slippery, so just be more careful. Highly recommend to make your way to the waterfall and take a dip there. Climb up the big rock and take some nice pictures! Water is maybe to below waist level at certain parts, not deep. Follow the Google map on gunung pulai waterfall and will direct you to the car park safely. Reached to this waterfall on 1/9/2022 at 1.20pm. Paid the entrance fee RM3 per car only at the booth before reaching the parking area. You will be given a parking ticket and need to hand over the ticket to the staff (villager) at the parking area. So don't throw away the entrance ticket yea. There are plenty of parking. Just find a spot nearer to the entrance. The entrance to the park or waterfall is FREE and you just need to register yourself by filling up your name and contact phone number on the book at the main gate before hiking into the waterfall. There are lots of monkeys at the park. So please look after your own belongings especially if you bring food along. The monkeys will target on you if you carry plastic bags. The distance from the main gate to the waterfall is only 1km and take less than 20mins. As long as I see. There are three tier waterfalls. First one is very beautiful but usually occupied by family with kids. The second one is a small waterfall but very deep. The third one requires a bit of careful hiking as it is on the side way via the slippery rocks. But the third one is very beautiful with emerald crystal clear water pool. Cold and refreshing. There was a sign erected to inform public that no smoking is permitted but sadly, none of the human beings care about that sign. Cigarettes smoking and vaping are very common and contaminate our fresh air in the park. Truly annoying as the non smokers need to find ways to avoid them as a plagues. Selfish smokers!! None of the authority was stationed in the park to monitor it. There are toilets with water prepared nearby the waterfall. Hygiene can be improved. Some family was setting fire for BBQ and creating some smokes as well. The waterfall is pretty clean but still some discarded bottles were seen in the park. During my visit, some piping were burst and the water was ejected through the leaked hole. Clean water was wasted for nothing. Hope the authority will patron the area and repair it. The park is also good for hiking towards the peak. The waterfall hiking is suitable for senior citizens and kids. Recommended 👍👍👍

This is quite a nice place to do window shopping. The outlet is beautifully put together with nice open shaded walkways, plants and fans to keep it cool. It's outdoors if it wasn't clear enough. Lots of well known expensive brands here with, supposedly, good deals/discounts every day. Food wise, there are not a lot of options here and most of them are generally busy so plan your meals properly and avoid peak eating times.
Tip: They do Group Tours where groups of 15 or more folks can get a Shopping Passport that gives them even more discounts.

One of the biggest premium outlets in Malaysia. Plenty top branded shops. It's not contained in 1 big building or complex so it can be a bit hot during hot season & I bet during raining season it can be a bit messy. Ample parking spaces, reasonable f&b options & most shops had sale promotions.

Johor Premium outlet is a much better outlet than when it first started.
Housing many designer brands across its two levels, this place attracts large groups of people almost everyday. Most stores also give discounts for the products which are a significant difference to its original price. Mostly clothes and shoe shops and a few coffee and food shops.
Due to hot weather fans have been designed to blow mist along with wind blowing colder air. Overall great experience would come back again

Nice place to shop, especially during end of year sale. However, expect crowd during weekends or public holiday. Due to the high number of visitor, makan place tend to be full and long queue all the time. Best to avoid coming over for meal unless if you are going for fast food options. Not many choices of food there as that's not the main thing. The main point is the DISCOUNT and SALE. If you're looking for wedding, birthday, anniversary or whatever gifts, this is the best place 👍 Total damage of the day RM2k but worth it 💸💸

Nice outlet. It has most of the brands with resnoble prices. And it is on my way to the airport as it is 10 minutes only. They don't have lockers, so I have to go to the information centre to store the lagge in the store room. The good thing is that it's free of charge, but make sure to have a lock 🔐 in each bag. Other ways they will be rejected as safety procedures. Overall, it was good for shopping before the flight.

Many well known and niche brands available.
Luxuries are very so slightly cheaper than retail but designs are limited and from past season.
Some are also specifically made for outlets (meaning simpler design and lower quality zippers) so make sure you know how to differentiate between past season models vs outlet models.
Sports brands offer the best prices compared to other genres.
Multiple fast food eateries and restaurants available here.
I spent about 3.5 hours here (1hr queueing for coach as it has the longest line).

Surprisingly cheaper than some other factory outlets. The feeling of buying from a place filled with branded stuff and getting a cheap option. Shoes are going at a good price, some bedsheets cheaper than shopee. Lulumon if u can find your size, some of the apparel are going at more than 50% discount. Only problem is this place is about 45 mins from ksl or Bukit indah. Come here only if you are willing to shop till you drop. The water cooler here doesn’t seem to be very effective so better bring your own water bottle. Also an umbrella would be good cos the shops and shelters are not connected. The Nike shoe I posted is before 30% discount so it’s actually about 60-70sgd for a Nike air !!! Definitely going back to get another pair. Also, shoes sizes are plenty in stock compared to other factory outlets

Huge open concept mall with a lot of branded items selling at discounted prices. It's kind of out of the way, only accessible by car. Bought 2 shoes from nike for only 300RM, which I think is a steal. Will definitely visit again if I want to get anything.

Nice outlet
It is one of the famous series of outlets “The Premium”
There are some china and Malaysia brands in addition to the well known brands

💢 JPO is much better compared to A'Famosa Premium Outlet. Their brands are more premium & they have better selections. But I wished they could have more F&B section. Overall it was a nice experiences to be here.

At this farm & attraction, visitors can watch feedings, hold a baby croc & sample crocodile satay.
Same place as Crocodile World.
A good place to bring your family to see live crocodiles from babies to really big old ones.
It is costly to keep so many of the animals fed and gates open, so if you could come visit, the entrance fee is very affordable.
Nearby some great seafood restaurants too.

my 2nd trip visit to this farm. the 1st visit, farm was doing the pool renovation on one side. complete ready now and is able to get a better view of the crocodiles. watch the feeding by worker, dead chicken carcasses were fed. love to see nature of wild life in the big open area. a great place to visit & get to feel a good experience. will make another visit there when opportunity comes 😊

The place is awesome- looking at those crocodiles which some of them are more than 150 years old. Great education for the younger generations. My son loves it especially the feeding session. A little setback will be the ladies toilet. You might have to wait under the scorching hot sun if there's a queue.

Entrance was not expensive, just 15 Ringgit for adults. But whole farm was just crocodile laying around sun tanning and floating in the different pit of water. We did purchase 3 frozen chicken and they fed the crocodiles. A quick visit of less than 30 mins.

A place with lot of crocodiles...Kids can enjoy if like to view crocodiles..
Can buy chickens to feed the crocodiles.. (Feed by staff only)
A bit remote and driving to the location is very exciting... Long lonely road between palm tree plantations..Nice views..
Interested peoples can purchase crocodile meat/some leather products...

I visited here more than 5 times.
Ticket fee for adult is 8 ringgit, for children is 4 ringgit.
Glad to see that the management has upgraded the facilities, movement line, add on the introduction of the crocodiles and set up a new souvenir shop.
You can use 20 ringgit to buy three chickens to feast the beast.
If you bring children here, the wall height is around 1m, according to my observation, you have to lift your children all the time. Better taken your breakfast or lunch before coming here, or bring your couple along.

Came here for the 3rd time with friends who are very interested to see crocodiles. This place is perfect if you love crocodiles. You can handle baby crocodiles and buy some souvenirs for your collection or friends at their shops.

Interest place to look around. Place is well kept but nothing much to see except same crocs (of different ages) again and again. Only interesting part would be the feeding of dead chickens. I would go if I haven been there before. But only once

Visited 06/10/2023 bright Sunny Friday morning. The following sharing are based on our unbiased personal opinion and experience
Been here a couple of times before and we notice the renovation over time. This time round there were probably Reno work ongoing and alot of the crocodile pond are sealed off with canvas.
And we do notice that the number of crocodile 🐊 has deceased as compare the last visit. Pretty much the same and not much activity in here but just walk around the guided trail and watch the Crocs.
Probably not coming back again for us because there are not must things or activities to do here other than croc watching.

It was fun but just a so-so fun...
They should have crocodiles feeding show to all visitor rather than visitor to buy the chicken to feed the crocodiles.
They should as well operating a small cafe with halal food for all visitor.
Overall it was a okay experience but, to have second visit, maybe not.
Ticket price is reasonable, ticket processing is fast, the staffs are friendly.
The toy shop is good - wide selections.
The spot is okay, parking spot is okay, environment is okay. Perhaps they should consider to put fans at the alleyway... It is hot in there 😅

Enjoyed my visit. Had some new renovations in place. Had some renovations ongoing. Plenty of huge crocodiles to see. Feeding time was super interesting to witness. Felt that I couldn’t see the crocodiles for some of the enclosures. The design could be better. Maybe use some glass or metal grilles as some of the crocodiles were lying in such a way that I couldn’t see them. Some of the concrete slits in the wall were to small to get a good view and the walls were too high. Otherwise it was a good visit. Will go again! :)

Quite good. It has over 1000 crocodiles and most are at the pond that you first see when you come in. Entry fee is RM8 for adult and RM4 for child, which I think is pretty worth it. RM20 for 4 chickens the staff will throw. Some huge and flat crocodiles up to 150 or more years old. Crocodiles are from Johor River. Recommended for seeing crocodiles.

LEGOLAND Malaysia is a vibrant resort hotel that offers themed rooms, two restaurants, an outdoor pool, and kids' play areas. It is situated just across the causeway from Singapore and provides numerous fun attractions and activities for families. The theme park is highly recommended and has a variety of rides with varying queue lengths. For those with small children, there are many kid-friendly games on the right side of the park. Visitors should stay hydrated since the park is massive.
Overall it is good but the parking lot should have rooftops because rm 10 per entry since.... Should upgrade and also some of the Lego and facilities are faded. But my kids still loves playing . My below 12 year old children loved it. Suitable for above 6- 15

Overall a good experience, some areas had more for toddlers to do than other areas, our little guy loved the airport and the observation tower. We missed the only showing in the main theater, it would have been nice to have two showings during the day.
Food was good, nothing great, but the price was good unlike some other parks where they really try to gouge you. Still, lots of items unavailable (soft serve ice cream).
The park is really showing it’s age, it must be quite hard to keep it up in such a harsh environment but overall still looking god.

100% experience for children! From the moment you enter, you will be greeted by huge play structures and Lego play areas in the lobby, and on its side, a little stage where the awesome crew and Lego characters will host (very well-received) performances for children multiple times a day.
It is a whole experience built around children, and they know it. The child-sized sinks and toilets, multiple play corners everywhere, disco lights in the lift that make all of them dance, performances, thickly carpeted floors throughout the hotel, play-themed hotel rooms with decorations built from Lego and an extensive Junior menu, all of which make them feel so welcome and know that this is a place for them. (Special shout-out to the leftmost dancer / crew member in the photo here, we saw him working hard in the day building structures with kids, and conducting multiple dance performances throughout the day until late at night. Each time he danced with a lot of enthusiasm with many details added to his dancing, kudos to him!)
The theme parks themselves are quite big too, with lots of things to do for kids of various ages (although do see the height restrictions guide on the website). We got a combo ticket for three parks across two days. While our child was only 96cm tall, there were still so many things to do and see in both the main theme park and water park, that we could not even finish both and had to skip Sea Life (smallest park). Miniland in particular was really great too, with so much detail in each sculpture.
Do check the website for attractions that are undergoing renovations or remodeling!

Went to all the attractions, both theme park and waterpark. Food tastes good in the theme park. I had a really great time even though I was travelling with all my toddlers. Super family friendly. The hotel staff; special mention to Suzie from Bricks and Lynn from entertainment. They were really excellent with their service! But the toilet cleanliness could be better. Hence, the four stars. Nevertheless, it's a super family-friendly hotel resort. There is nothing comparable, hands down.

We enjoyed this place very much. The LEGO structures of different countries’ popular tourist destinations were well done and are stunningly amazing! We enjoyed the rides and the interactive shows/games. Well worth the price tickets. A bonding time we treasure as a family.
When I find more photos, I will upload them here.

My third time visiting; the last being in 2017. Well-maintained with physical improvements. They have also expanded the area with more rides/attractions.
Unfortunately, we were not able to cover the entire theme park due to intermittent rain in the afternoon (rides closed).
Overall a great destination for family fun.

Spend the whole day at the theme park but still wish we had plenty more time to try all the rides. Some rides queue are quite long(more than 30 minutes) some not so much. Highly recommended! For those who come with small children turn right first since more kids friendly games are there. Make sure you drink a lot of water since the park is very big.

Great place for kids and adults who enjoy Lego. There loads of Lego bricks everywhere to build as per your imagination. There are games and shows in between like speed challenge, meet Lego characters, dance and watch Lego movies. The theme based rooms are amazing. I booked a pirate theme. The rooms are pricey but worth enjoying for 1 night. There is puzzle to solve which opens a chest containing Lego free gift. There are separate beds for adults and bunk bed for kids. The breakfast spread was amazing though they give 45 minutes and time slots to manage the heavy rush. The theme park is good but expensive with tickets costing 249 and 199 MYR for adult and kid respectively.

A regular visitor here for last 10 years (now it’s like our hometown) especially when you have growing kids even though it takes a 3.5 to 4 hours drive from KL.
If you have growing kids and wish to be a regular, purchasing the annual passes is more worthy than day entry tickets. As normal theme park rules, no outside food or drinks allowed. They will check your bags. Food and drinks sold inside is definitely costly than outside. Well, it’s a commercial business that needs to survive.
A place kids enjoyed spending their time rather than being on gadgets. Suggest to visit middle of the month on weekend, non-school holidays and weekday.
Azaharin Abd Latiff — Google review
There are some rides that are more tame and slow for younger kids and there are also some that are more suitable for older kids and adults. The food options were pretty good. Expensive compared to other Malaysian restaurants, but cheaper than Universal or Disneyland. The park isn’t too big, so it’s all rides are within walking distance. We went midweek, so there was barely any wait time for most of the rides.
Overall, it was a great experience and we will be definitely be visiting again when we come back to Johor.

Suitable place for children to learn soft skill while playing the games... for 1 day pass it is almost impossible to finish all games here. But just like me and my family, we go for annual pass and i believe more than 10 times we had come here since. Enjoyable and good for your leg workout... ha³

Family-friendly theme park. All rides were open and no queue when we visited on weekdays. You need at least 2 days to explore all the rides.

The toilet was clean and the staff was kind.

It’s my first time ever visiting a Legoland. It was a wonderful experience although it was a rainy day. I am absolutely a Lego lover and I brought kids aged 3 and 5 there. It was a pity my 3yo boy couldn’t ride many of the rides there but he enjoyed seeing the miniature world, driving the junior cars, boat, and train.
My 5yo also took other rides which he enjoyed. There was very little wait (nearly no waiting) on the day we visited. (It was a Thursday.)
It’s not a big park but totally enough attractions for a family like ours to spend a whole day there.
It’s a pity that the miniature world is a bit too old and many little details I believe there was are no longer functioning (and all white bricks are now tan colored ). But one area is renovating, hopefully they will renew the area soon.
I’m sure I will revisit this park with my children if I come again to Singapore+Malaysia.
Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

We got lucky to upgrade our theme park day pass to an annual pass for free. 1 day is not enough for the theme park. The Water park is way too hot, you need to wear UV swimwear and lots of UV protection cream. Overall experience is good for children. They're already happy even just staying at the hotel and just doing the Lego bricks. Need to plan if you are not local as there are timings and days when the parks are closed. Also, if your child is shorter than 106 cm, better to postpone as a lot of rides require height to be at least 106 cm.

5/5! Excellent park! All rides open! It’s not boring to go there as an adult! I love the racing coaster and the dragon! ☺️ full fay spent! Recommend to go separate days with the water park! So you have a whole day to explore. The water log flume ride should be taken as last ride as it’ll really soak you up. The machine driers don’t really work so ya 🤣 the tower ride can be taken during sunset for a superb view of the whole area! Good day for kids and adults alike!
Fun there, food was good too! Ate at the kings grill. The sauce was yummy!

It's beautiful and entertaining for the kids. There are a variety of options to thrill the kids - sea aquarium, rides, toy train, water park, puppet show etc Quite a happy place too for the adults. Nice eateries. There are places to sit & relax while your kid is busy. The best part is it isn't as crowded as these places usually are.

A nice and interesting place that can be visited by families with children. The rides are more suitable for children up to 12 years old because the games are mostly for small children. Visiting on weekdays, when entering the rides there is no queue. Legoland has many restaurants and baby care rooms that are spacious and clean, for mothers who still have to breastfeed their children.

No proper shelter, it's difficult to move during hot weather and rain. Not much activities for kids below 105cm. Otherwise it's good. One more thing the shops at the theme area show have a service to send your purchases to the main store while will be easier for you to collect when leaving.

Sanrio Hello Kitty Town is an amusement park that features various activities for young families to enjoy. It includes a playground, a Kitty House, and craft sessions with live entertainment. The park has three levels, each themed after popular characters like Hello Kitty, Bob the Builder, and Thomas the Train. The staff are friendly and accommodating in every level of the establishment. Prices are reasonable especially when compared to other currencies. This attraction is highly recommended for families looking for fun things to do while on vacation.
Fantastic place for young families to spend a day having fun. There is so many activities for kids to do that naming them all would take to long. There are 3 levels, each with a theme from Hello Kitty, Bob the Builder and Thomas the train. Every level is well presented and the staff there are so friendly and helpful. The prices if converted from a strong currency is very worthwhile. Definitely a place to visit if your planning a holiday. Very Well done!

This is our 3rd time visiting hello kitty land, our kids really enjoy it, 3 and 4 year old during our first visit and now 4 and 5 year old and still they enjoying it. Can spend about 2-3 hour at hello kitty land, and Thomas is a MUST visit, they are the best among these 2 places, it’s a kids mini fun fair but with 1 ticket at unlimited ride. Cheaper than going fun fair of s$5-$8 per ride. Good visit and fun for kids. They can play and jump around a whole day.

Hello Kitty & Sanrio’s friend very cute but Very pricey entrance fees ! As the Hello Kitty land was VERY VERY small , not thing much to see and play . All of us ( Me , my hubby & 2 kids ) agreed with this is a bored attraction. Other than few activities ( decorating the Cookies, make your own badge ... ) nothing much to do over there . Not worth it . Think twice before you come .

A very exciting theme park for young girls. You can purchase admission ticket to Hello Kitty Town only, or two-park entry, to Thomas Town, which shares the same building but on a different floor. In order to promote preservation of this unique mangrove habitat, Pulau Kukup is declared as a RAMSAR site on 31 January 2003. In year 1997, it is protected as a national park under the Johor State Park Corporation Enactment 1989. Kukup Island or Pulau Kukup is one of the biggest inhabited mangrove sites in the world. There are various species of wildlife there in the national park. They are monkeys, wild boar, mudskipper and much more.
Do visit tanjung piai, another mangrove habitat in Johor, not far away from kukup island. Famous johor hotels such as the Grand Blue Waves Hotel Johor Bahru provide luxurious stay and services for visitors. It is situated in the heart of Johor Bahru, thus, it is not far away from the City Square Johor Bahru. Singapore Zoo is a lush rainforest zoo offering tram rides, walking trails, and viewing platforms to observe wildlife habitats and exhibits. The zoo provides an immersive experience for visitors to witness various animal species in naturalistic environments. Additionally, it hosts events such as urban lifestyle festivals featuring culinary delights, arts, entertainment, and live performances. For those seeking a romantic escape from crowded spots on Valentine's Day, the zoo offers a serene setting for a laid-back private time with nature.
One of the best day spend with the family, we were there from ten in the morning until six in the evening. Start with the unlimited tram ride around the zoo. Then watched the animals show. After that we visit one enclosure to another. Managed to clock about 12 km of walking.Managed to spot, most of the animals hiding and well camouflaged among the bushes. We also managed to watched the sea lion splash show. Really enjoyed and having fun at both animals show.Have the last tram ride before going home.

It is one of the best zoos in the world. Malayan tiger is the attraction of the zoo. Lion was looking very weak and aged, but all other animals were very active. It is a nice place to visit just once. Well maintained and comfortable for humans, but it breaks my heart to see how “restless” and “bored” the animals are in their small enclosures. The human walkways and amenities are so spacious compared to the animals’ enclosed homes, we should put the animals’ mental & physical welfare as priority, not profit.

My boy is 2 years old, you can rent the cart from the zoo (near the entrance after entering) and pull him along, which he can also rest inside after running around. Our experience at the day zoo was very enjoyable, we could see many animals up close. You can get really nice candid photos of them unlike some zoos overseas where animals are caged up.
But make sure that you come prepared for walking & do plan your day proper. Start early, arrive as early as 8:30am if possible to have the complete experience. Scan the map at door. Make use of the tram to reduce some walking, book all the animal shows & performances. The Splash performance was really good.
Staff were also helpful & friendly.

Was thankful for the shared walkways and many drinking water top-up points. Having the animals in their natural habitats is pleasing to the eyes compared to seeing them in cages. They were happy and going about their normal activities when we looked at them. Wonderful 👍

The infrastructure is well-maintained, and the hygiene standards are high. I had a pleasant walk in the zoo, which was beautifully adorned with plants on both sides. The restaurants in the zoo offer decent food options.
However, when compared to other zoos in Asia, the variety of animals is somewhat limited.

Its a nice zoo, open and easy to walk around or take the tram. The kids area was quite nice with a water playground and farm animals that you could pet.
You do come quite close to some of the animals are the zoo, but the big cats and other rare species so tend to be hard to see.
I rekomend to hire a stroller if you have kids, the stroller can carry 2 kids with a load capacity of 35kg 20$

As an Indian tourist, we really loved the Singapore zoo experience.
We purchased the online tickets with tram rides. We did not wait for any queues.
This place is well maintained and the staff were really helpful to guide us.
We also took the night safari at 7:30pm and we enjoyed every bit of it.
There is a restaurant within and a kids play area for those who like to relax. It was not too crowded in a weekday.
Do not miss your camera to capture some close shots with the animals and bird here.

By far the best zoo I have ever visited. The animals are less restricted and can move about a large area, sometimes even between enclosures should they choose. While still being safe, there is also less of a barrier between you and the animals, giving a greater experience and a respectful degree of personal interaction. Unlike what I have seen in other zoos, the animals seem at peace, and the enclosures are immaculate. There was no sense of overcrowding, and the interaction between animals was more natural and often playful. I especially enjoyed the short show they put on with lemurs, otters, and other small animals. The chunky little badgers were amusing, and the bird display at the end of the show was impressive. We were there for about 3.5hrs and I wish we could have stayed longer. I would have also really liked to have seen the night safari; maybe next time.
Be sure to drink plenty of water as you walk around the park. It's Singapore, so you are going to get sweaty
Ian Chronister — Google review
The zoo itself is great for the animals as the habitats are big and their needs seem to be respected. However, for this reason, the visitor walks for hours and may not see many animals that are hiding or resting. It's mostly kids oriented. The river wonders was the least interesting park, only the pandas are worth it. Bird paradise on the other hand is lovely. If someone plans to visit them all, I wouldn't recommend squeezing them all in one day, it is exhausting. In general, very expensive for what it is.
And a complaint for the management: I do appreciate and respect the strict non smoking policy of the country in general. However, smokers are real people with rights. It is unacceptable to forbid smoking everywhere (obviously talking about open spaces, outdoors) in hundreds of acres and have a visitor walk for miles outside the park and behind the parking premises for a cigarette. There could be countless places and corners within the park where a tiny smoking area could be accommodated.

A zoo that is pleasant, clean, well-organized, and not too big to not be able to go through in one morning. A trolley (with guided tour) regularly runs through the main paths of the zoo and can provide a respite to walking in the humidity and heat. There is also a large pavillion that puts on shows with parrots etc. For food, a fairly large food court offers plenty of solutions.

🎟️We went on a weekday and bought tickets for the zoo and the night safari. No waitline.
😍The experience at the zoo was great. We could see all the animals so close! There’s a walking trail and a tram if you don’t want to walk.
⏱️ Approximately, we spend 4 hours in the zoo.
♿️ accesible for people with restricted mobility.

Singapore zoo is seriously one of the best in the world. I love how close you can get to the animals without actually having to pay additional fees. Been coming here since I was a kid and it is ALWAYS magical.
Night Safari, located in the Upper Seletar Reservoir, is the world's first nocturnal wildlife park. It offers tram rides and walking trails through a rainforest where visitors can spot creatures of the night such as elephants, tigers, and leopards. The park houses about 2500 animals that are best observed after sunset. Guests can embark on guided walking tours or take a tram safari to get up close to these fascinating creatures in their natural habitat.
Went in about 7pm on a Thursday night. It was just in time for tram ride. Perfect timing for the ride as it was right before sunset. After the ride we went for walking trails and managed to see many nocturnal creatures in their habitat. There was night show available for booking 2h before show time. Animals were well trained with good interaction with the trainers.

Great ambience. Creatures of the Night show is both entertaining and informative. Tram ride duration is just right although we would have asked for more (: Animals can be seen in the shadows and even prowling next to the tram in close proximity. Walking trails aren't too taxing or exhaustive, very manageable even with kids. Strongly recommended as a place to visit for some night excitement!

Nigh safari was cool, had more potential though. Bus/safari bit was really cool. The show was super average and so short. Needed more in it and maybe to be more interactive. Great food options are available on site and transport it easy.
CK & AD — Google review
The zoo was informative and fascinating. However, I don’t recommend the tram ride, as it all comes down to luck; the only good seat is the one at the very front, and at the very back, you can barely photograph animals as the tram already begins accelerating.
If you are able bodied, the walk is much more immersive, unless you manage to get the front row of the tram. Also, there is no wait for the walk.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit the Night Safari in Singapore, which is the world's first nocturnal zoo located in Mandai. This popular tourist attraction is open daily from 7:15pm to midnight. The ticket price for non-residents is $55.
The experience at the Night Safari is truly amazing, especially if you have kids. However, even if you don't, it still provides an incredible experience that makes you feel like you're in a real jungle. To fully enjoy the night safari trail and see the nocturnal animals in action, I recommend setting aside at least five hours.
If you're short on time, there is an option to take a tram journey that covers the entire area in just one hour. This allows you to get a glimpse of the animals and the overall atmosphere of the night safari.
I highly recommend visiting the Night Safari if you're in Singapore. It's a must-see attraction, particularly for nature lovers. Additionally, there are other attractions connected to the Singapore zoo that you can explore.

This was an awesome way to end the night! Enjoyed everything about the night safari, from walking around, the show, and tram ride. Sometimes it’s hard to see some of the animals because it’s dark, and sometimes they’re not moving much, but when you see them active it’s amazing! I was able to watch feeding time of the porcupines up close and personal and it was fascinating. I’d advise walking around first rather than waiting for the tram ride when you get in there. Also, I recommend getting an easier slot if you really want to look at everything. Once you’re in there you have all the time in the world! It was amazing seeing Chawang the king of night safari at the end on the tram ride too. I will definitely be coming back.

I don't suppose there is much that one can say about night safari, it's as is one of the best places where folks can visit whether they are hobbyists are couples, families looking to get a little closer to the nature.
One thing that definitely surprised me was there was not a single mosquito and I was obviously overprepared by wearing full sleeves and full length joggers. Trail was amazing and animals were more visible while walking on the trail rather than the tram.
There were just two things which disappointed me a little. The first thing was booking off the creatures of the night show, no matter how fast you try to book the shows online it was going away within a matter of seconds. So obviously making it in time didn't really help at all.
The second thing which was a bit disheartening was the fact that even though the survey in the restaurants that are available within the premises provide an option stating if one would like to see more of vegetarian food there was still absolutely zero options for vegetarians. The only thing we could find was a bunch of soggy fries which was fried in the same vessel as chicken nuggets and had to ask the chef to exclude meat out of rice. For the people who are either vegetarians or vegans it's better you come prepared from home. From what I've seen there are very few places in Singapore who even provide a separate oven for vegetarians or vegans. It is surprising that there are two ovens in multiple places tagged as halal and non-halal but there is no tagging for vegans or vegetarians even though there is a big transformation happening, even a gentle neutral toilet, however there is very less thought that is being given for vegans and vegetarians. I really hope that the government and the authorities at least come up with a pizza shop that would give a little more option for folks who don't eat meats or seafood.

Best experience for tourists...especially kids. It actually an open zoo. It can be experienced by walking on trails, or by a tram. Most people come with family opt for a tram ride. The tram has 3 or 4 cars sitting approximately 100 people at a time. The ride is of half an hour. Going through various sections of herbivores and carnivores animals in complete dark. You can't use flash photography during the ride. The info about various animals is continually played on tram ride. There are various options of food stalls. And beverages too. The theater show is every 2 or 3 hours which you have register online and scan the tickets at the entrance. The show is also great. A fun place in Singapore 🇸🇬....👌🏼👌🏼🙂👍🏻

Extremely fun night of getting to watch these nocturnal animals. A little hard to see some of them because they blend in so well with the darkness, as they should! Walkways are a little scary to walk through because of the limited lighting so watch your step, staff is kind and helpful.

I do not recommend going here, at least not on the weekend as we did. It was extremely crowded and the place is certainly overpriced for what you can see during the night. If you take the train tour, it's over in 20 mins but you don't see much besides the main attractions like the lions and the elephants for a minute max. If you walk, it's a bit more enjoyable but you'll be walking a while to see everything and you are not given any guidance whatsoever. When asked the person told me to check online. The show was nice but again not so special that you have to queue and drop everything for it and only latest 25 mins. I think the place might be better to visit during the day if you can take the heat.

Excellent experience in the night Safari. Make sure you go by 7pm and book the creatures of the night show which lasts about 30 minutes after which you can line up for the tram and travel in it for about 40 minutes which has speakers that self explains all the animals in the park . Few animals cannot be seen while going in the tram for which you can walk in the trails. At the end of the tram journey there is a restaurant and sitting area where you can enjoy good food of multiple cuisines .

A neat and calm place to observe animals in the night. A wide variety too.
I took the tram ride at 1st and covered the area of big and medium animals.
Later on I took over all the trails and would specially mention that the walk in the created forest in the night is a nice soothing and different kind of experience altogether. One with a keen interest for wildlife will love this week as you get to see animals quite close through the glass enclosure.

Night safari was high on my to do list and it was great! We watched the show in the amphitheater before heading in to explore. So many cool animals who look well cared for and comfortable in their environments. There were some kids whose parents didn’t stop them from turning their phone torches on to try to ”find” the animals - the visibility further into the enclosures can be poor but if you patiently wait and keep your eyes peeled you’ll see the animals without.
Sarah McLean-Orsborn — Google review
The tram ride is a must, you'll get a good sensing of the safari layout and see some animals you otherwise won't encounter in the walking paths.
For the walking trails, there are little branching paths, so you'll not need to backtrack much to see all the attractions if you plan your route with the provided maps. Whether you get to see the animal(s) is a combination of luck and patience. There is sufficient lighting to navigate but can be quite dim at the some of the attraction areas (understandably so as not to affect the creatures). There are also many exotic insects and bugs on display.
You'll not be able to take much good photos in this lighting (unless with the right equipment and skill). However, it is an opportunity to put away your phone and cameras and just experience it with just your eyes.
There is also an animal show at the amphitheatre that you have to reserve for free in advance. This is my most favourite segment of the night as you get to see the animals close up (if you sit closer to the stage), including owls.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience. The tickets felt pricey but it was nice to know that they're conservation included at least.
Martin Low — Google review
The tram ride do provide opportunities for close encounter with some of the free roaming animals. The walking trails allow visitors to stop to take photos (no flash) and view the animals at their own leisure. The show is short but quite entertaining.

A brilliant safari with a diverse range of nocturnal animals. Kids enjoy the team ride looking at lions, hyenas, elephant, owl, etc.
We went a little late and younger kids couldn’t take the late night. For those with kids, I’d suggest to go in when it opens and walk on the trails. Finish the trip with the teams and eventually head to the outdoor food areas.
We enjoyed the trip and will probably head back they are abit older.
Very friendly staff helps make the experience much better.
Ian Sj — Google review
Not particularly for me I guess. Definitely do the car ride around first thing which opens at 7:00 p.m. at least then you have some amount of light left and you can see the animals a bit because at night time it's pretty much so dark and you can't see anything.
But I guess that's kind of the point of the night Safari. I understand that this is being done to preserve the nocturnal nature of most of the animals being in the naturally and slightly dim lived environment.
The trail and all is pretty cool definitely be advised that it is a long walk that takes at least an hour to go through the whole thing even if you're just quickly looking through.
The part I enjoyed the most was the creatures of the night show, that was entertaining.

I appreciate how there's a zoo just for nocturnal animals. Though because of that, the lighting here is very minimal in the trails, and it can get scary, especially if you're going alone like me. There are clear signs on where to go, and many staff to help out whenever needed. The variety of animals are great, and the show is well-made as well. Remeber to book the show 2 hours in advance though.

Don’t waste time for night safari … nothing is useful instead go for zoo …
Food is ok
Amphitheatre show is also no use … showing 3 types of owls n cat etc
Waste of time n money …
Hardly 10 animals were seen in the most of them were sleeping n not even visible.
I recommend strong go to zoo or bird park instead

If you have the chance to participate, you should do that. It's a nice ride with a tram through the park where you'll see many animals by night.
The park is highly frequented but they managed it really good so you don't have to wait to long for all the shows or safaris.
Also the staff was awesome! Super friendly and helpful as it can be.

I believe this place is the only one in the world where you get a chance to see the Nocturnal animals during night time. It opens post 6:00PM until midnight 12:00AM. However all attractions inside it opens after 7:00PM. 4 things to cover mainly. Tram ride- You will be riding a Tram, it will go through the route where you will see nocturnal animals.
Walking Trails- You can walk and see the animals(preferred). And 2 other shows.
I felt it's bit difficult to find the animals in the night as the light will b too low and you will have to struggle with your eyes to spot one.
But yes it will give a different experience. So I can recommend it.
NOTE- For Tram ride you might need to be in queue for 40-60mins depending on the crowd.

Visiting a zoo at night was new , and I never expected it would be this great experience.
The place is maintained well and clean . It never feels like a zoo with caged animals, feels like being in forest the natural habitat of the animals
There is a show near the entrance but it’s recommended to first go to trams and the restaurants usually run out of stock at later hours. It is better to get the early slots around 715 pm
Unless you have the perfect equipment taking pictures her won’t do justice ,But there is a crew here taking portraits of you which you can collect after paying
There is a shop inside which you would definitely find good to shop.

We took a detour from Kukup to visit this nature park. It was a nice walk through the mangrove swamp. Was an overall enjoyable visit marred by the plastic trash strewn all about the mangrove swamp. The Tanjung Piai fishing pier had also collapsed, and so did the trail into the forest, which was disappointing. What could have been a 3 hour experience was shortened to just 1.5 hour. The park should be better managed. Overall, it’s still worth a visit to enjoy a part of the natural landscape that Johor has to offer.

Jurong Bird Park is a vast sanctuary that is home to over 400 bird species, making it the largest aviary in Asia. Visitors can witness over 5000 birds freely flying around them and enjoy various bird exhibits featuring flamingos, pelicans, macaws, and hornbills. The park also boasts an artificial waterfall where more than 600 birds reside. Guests can participate in feeding sessions and learn about the different bird species from caretakers.
A wonderful tourist attracted limited only by the land size. The management have packed as many exhibits into this small park yet have made it so enriching. The overall experience is educational for even mature adults like us. It is great timing that they are planning to move away since the neighbouring buildings are fast approaching the park perimeters due to industrial expansion.

My experience here was great! Since the Jurong Bird Park is closing down soon, here is my review. There are many Bird exhibits here to keep you entertained, enough to last the whole day! Many different birds to learn and see. There are also many good places and scenery to take photos of. Exhibits and aviaries here are big and have ample space for birds to fly freely and do their daily activities. If you are visiting the Jurong Bird Park for the last few days, I recommend bringing your own drinks and snacks as they are not very affordable there.

Amazing. There are a few segments of this park that are simply outstanding and allow for such a unique and personalised interaction with some beautiful and chirpy birds. Some areas could be improved by removing the cages as it is also upsetting to see.
However, the shows and general message surrounding conservation and environmentalism is inspiring and educational and I loved it.

This was an experience unlike any other for me. This park is essentially a living museum where one can get really close and intimate with so many birds. At times you'd be walking right among the birds and take pictures of their glorious plumage without any hindrance, as they are tame, curious and not afraid of people. I would especially recommend getting an extra ticket for the bird feeding experience. You'll get mobbed by swaths of colourful lorikeets or flappy penguins, which you can observe not farther than at arm's length away. I also highly recommend attending the bird shows (included in the basic admission ticket), they are very well executed and you get to see birds, big and small, fly right above the head and perform on stage. In short, I spent over 5 hours in this bird park and would happily visit again in the future.

This location is a little far from the city.

Too much of a walking plan well it requires at least 3-4 hrs to complete the park.
They have rented trolley and also tramps also.
They have a waterfall inside the Jurgon bird park.
Sadly this park is being closed say from today approximately 60 days.
After a slow walk of about 20 mins along Prunus Trail, we reach Petai Trail. Continue a leisurely stroll or a jog along Petai Trail, and we enjoy more lush greenery and beautiful views of the lake (reservour). We are surrounded by sounds and sights of nature, in a safe, well maintained broadwalk. Occasionally, we spot monkeys, squirrels, tortoise, birds and once in a blue moon even wild boars. Great place to spend about 1 hour to refresh the body and mind!

Amazing trail for the weekends to enjoy with nature and tree walk among high trees

The trail is shaded with less crowd. Probably suitable for hike in sunny day.

Lovely boardwalk, with animals around and jade green waters. Very well shaded as trees are all around.

A trail with not very dense woods. Covered with pebbles, cobbles, and stones. Actually it is dangerous to jog here. The waters are not very deep either.

A broadwalk trail within the central catchment area with the forest on one side and the reservoir on the other.

Ah well, I see I’m the only one not giving 5 stars here…
Anyway this trail is considerably better than Prunus because of less crowd and less feeding of monkeys, and I could actually enjoy nature quite well. The shade from the blistering sun is also nice. However the boardwalk is just too narrow, and although it’s not totally packed with people like Prunus, it’s still a squeeze. Anyway I would recommend the Western trails of MacRitchie more than the Eastern ones because the Eastern ones are really crowded because of its popularity. (the western one isn’t even that well known, and thus less people go there, and the western one is a longer trail to Jelutong Tower and TreeTop Walk so less people choose that path, but that is definitely way more ambient and peaceful than Prunus and Petai) With that being said, MacRitchie is still a beautiful place I would definitely recommend!

The National Parks Board oversees the National Orchid Garden, a tranquil hilltop sanctuary nestled within the Singapore Botanic Garden. For a nominal fee, visitors can explore an extensive collection of over 1000 orchid species and 2000 hybrids, making it a picturesque haven for nature enthusiasts and Instagram aficionados alike. The garden also features the Tropical Montane Orchidetum, offering refreshing trails and an air-conditioned glasshouse known as the Sembcorp Cool House.
Well manicured and maintained, this place is. The design of this part of Botanic gardens takes you on a journey through meandering pathways and cooling glasshouse. Certainly worth the entrance fee. Orchids are one of the most intriguing flowers. As the old adage goes necessity is the mother of evolution, these orchids are perfectly evolved to benefit from their symbiotic pollinators. Some uses trickery to entice the male species of insects to land on the stigma, some make the landing pad comfortable for a nice sip of delicious nectar. Amazing!

Located within the Singapore National Botanical Gardens, this is a must see in its own right.
Housing a plethora of orchid species, many native to Singapore only. It's quite a large area and takes some time to walk around and see everything.
One of the standout parts of the orchid garden are the unique species of orchid that are created for visiting dignitaries such as Obama, Princess Diana, Xi Jingping and so on. These are really interesting.
There is also a 'wet house' that's worth seeing to. Overall the orchid garden is a must visit if in Singapore

Special orchids for viewing in the Orchid Garden.
Value for the ticket prices. $1 for local school students. $15 for adults. $5 for SG citizen.
Comfort and calming places to visit and get to know more about the Singapore National flower.

Went to the Botanical Gardens and the Orchard Garden area this morning. Wow. Super gorgeous. Many great photo opportunities and a lovely walk. Natural beauty! I highly recommend. Entered through the Learning Forrest entrance off of Tyersall. This is a very direct drop off and the beautiful area starts right as you enter.

This place is 'National Orchid Garden' in Singapore Botanical Garden. Senior citizens entry is free. So proud of my country. When come to FREE, the magical word, who is not?. Ha ha ha. Please bring along proof of age. Somehow my 65+ years old face did not help. Fortunately my Medeka card helped. Medeka! Medeka! Medeka!. Passion card with photo also will do. Very enjoyable and obliviously with high humidity, advise to wear appropriately. Of course topless not allow lah. Good for photography, Potrait, Beautiful flowers, etc. I took beautiful pictures of my wife. Did not realize she is so beatiuful until I review the photos after 65 years. Ha ha ha. There is also the 'Ginger Garden' near the entrance. Please do not bring home for cooking. I enjoyed so much with my family of retirees.
Enjoy the simple life and yet feeling so fulfilling for the day.

Been here many times. Still think it is a good place to relax.
The garden is very well planned and full of greenery.
There is also a new indoor garden air-conditioning space where you can enjoy completely different species of orchids.
If it rains, there are many places to hide. There are also drinks vending machines.
Even if you need to pay in the park, I suggest you come. It's worth it!👍

Very nice and beautiful. The newly opened high land Orchid are really and eyes open to me. The place was big and hot so remember to have your sun block, hat, cap and water. Will definitely visit again.

This place was amazing, all the orchids were bred to be so unique and so beautiful, I spent hours looking around and enjoyed seeing what they had to offer, some of the paths were closed for maintenance and for upgrades, this just made me want to go back another year to see what more they have! The gift shop was nice too and had orchids for sale in a vial that you can take home and plant!

Probably the largest botanic gardens I've ever seen...I significantly underestimated how large the gardens are. Tons of smaller themes gardens within, as well as spaces to relax, have a picnic, or just hang out. Not to mention the MRT stops right at one of the entrance gates. Just note that it's a really long walk to the other end of the park (which seemed busier and had more restaurants and other things to do there). Best of all, entrance to the park is free! If you like plants, this is a must-not-miss.

Absolutely spectacular! These garden were Beautiful and very well put together. Clearly a lot of thought has been put into the displays. They also had spots specifically set up for photo opportunities which helps to reduce clogging on the paths. There are bathrooms and places to get refreshments near by. There are also shaded areas throughout the gardens where you can shelter from the rain or sun as needed.

I nice and tranquil place. The place to go if you need a breather and some peace. You can also buy stuff like water and ice cream there, which is nice when the weather is hot. The Orchid Garden is a beautiful place, and worth the small fee to get into (otherwise you can just enjoy the free part of the park).
The Singapore Botanic Gardens, established in 1860 and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, spans 82 hectares of tropical paradise. It features lush lawns, ancient rainforests, tranquil lakes, and themed gardens. The National Orchid Garden within the premises showcases the world's largest collection of tropical orchids. For families, there's the Jacob Ballas Children's Garden with interactive features.
Gorgeous gardens, beautifully kept and maintained. Plenty of path ways throughout. Gardens have many different spaces with a wide variety of plant and tree types, a lot of wildlife scattered around too. Just a shame we couldn't spend longer there. Loved the orchid gardens the most, absolutely massive variety in orchids

I didn’t get to see the whole garden but it was beautiful!
I loved the lakes and amazing flowers all around.
They were celebrating Christmas by planting 100 trees and that was amazing !
There are these beautiful vintage lamps that I just couldn’t get over.
It’s a Great Walk and the park is detailed with little graphics of information and signage is very helpful.
One of the free attractions of the city!
I recommend going for a picnic and chilling in the gazebos after taking short walks all around :)

A must visit place for any plant lover. If there's a place in Singapore where nature truly unfolds its grandeur, it is the Singapore Botanical Gardens. Please be ready to walk a lot!
This garden boasts an impressive collection of lush tropical flora. The garden is very well maintained. The entry is free but, tickets are required for the orchid garden. The National Orchid garden has numerous varieties of orchid and one can view orchids in multiple colours. the trails lead to various beautiful views like the eco lake, the various plant types and mainly the orchid. The green house room trial was very beautiful. We were lucky to go on a cloudy day and was able to experience this with a beautiful weather.
This garden is a UNESCO world heritage centre. This place is a must-visit for locals and tourists and, it truly is Singapore's green gem.

Such a beautiful place. Really enjoyed my walk in the different gardens. Although it gets quite hot after 11am, there’s lots of tree shade which helps. Bring water and a cap. There are a few water coolers but they are difficult to find.

I spent a couple of hours exploring the beautiful Singapore Botanic Gardens whilst spending a few days exploring the city. Unlike the Gardens by the Bay, the Botanic Gardens feels a lot more natural - inviting nature to flourish. It’s very well looked after, and there were plenty of toilets, and areas to seek respite from the hot Singapore sun.
There are plenty of different areas to explore, so if you’re looking for a beautiful green space to enjoy in Singapore - the Botanic Gardens ticks all the boxes.

Assumed this would be my least favourite thing to do in Singapore actually turned out to maybe be the best. The gardens are stunning, full of amazing trees, plants and wildlife. We saw turtles, several monitor lizards. Fantastic morning.

Singapore Botanic Garden is an awesome place for tree lovers and people of all ages. It's a wonderful place for bringing kids and friends. It's also a great place for walking and running. It'll be wise to wear light and white or light colour cloths to seek comfort in humid and high temperature weather. There are a sufficient number of seating arrangements. Along with a large variety of plants, you'll also be able to see turtles, fishes, and birds.

A MUST visit in Singapore. I even recommend the Gardens more than the Zoo. The place is gorgeous. They hold a massive variety of plants, many which I hadn’t seen before and it is a quiet place too.
The ticketed part of the gardens is even better. The cool garden where they hold worldwide species of orchids is absolutely stunning, and it provides a nice cool break from the intense heat.
Spent more than three hours here (lunch included).
Lovely place

However the Orchid Garden is not free. For adult it's SGD 15.

The botanical gardens were amazing and definitely a must-see experience. Give yourself enough time, as it is huge. I only went for a little stroll and to see the Orchid garden - beautiful! Wear comfortable shoes and clothing, there are toilets situated in the park and the gardens. There were two disabled toilets, that I found and every MRT station in Singapore has a toilet. It rained heavily when I went to the gardens, so always best to have a good raincoat. There is one path in the orchid garden, this also means you start and exit at the same place. What goes down, must come up! Not so easy in a wheelchair, if you are travelling alone like myself. It is doable and there are gardeners around to help you if you need. Depending on the day to go, you can buy online - I brought my ticket on the day and it was fine. The photo that has the tall trees, the cafe and the gift shop is where the accessible toilet is, and the staff are very friendly.

What can I say about Botanic Gardens? It’s one of our favorite places to visit and we go there quite frequently. It’s a reasonably large park with a lot to see over a range of different landscapes and themes. You can go there again and again and keep finding something new and engaging. It’s also a great place for a leisurely walk or a challenging run, as it’s fairly hilly. It’s only around 4km in circumference but if you learn the paths through the park itself (the signs can be confusing since the paths tend to twist and turn a lot), you can get in even 15 or 20km with little repetition. In addition to the plants and flowers, there is also a wide variety of wildlife: birds, insects, reptiles, and even otters and monkeys. There are also places to eat, drink, and just take a rest. There is also the National Orchid Garden inside, as well as a variety of museums. If you’ve never been or if you’ve been but haven’t fully explored all the park has to offer, please go and see all that it has to offer. You can even watch the robots go over the lawn at night.

What a park! Lots of plants are seen their. The attracted things are their that the plants are maintain properly and classified them based on their medicinal properties. Even the name of the specific site is different. It was really a very charming and recommended place. If you have time please go their and enjoy the beauty of nature.

This is the best botanical garden I’ve been to!
It’s a huge garden and it’s free to enter although the Orchid Garden was an extra cost ($15 for non residents)
The orchid garden is the world’s largest display of tropical orchids! Saw some orchids that I’ve never seen before. The celebrity exhibit was really neat too. The mist/cool dome was a perfect place to hide out from the humidity.
Highly recommend to do if you’re a nature lover!

I visited Gardens By The Bay and Singapore Botanical Gardens as well and both these places offer unique experiences on their own.
These gardens are huge and the entry is free. There is a rainforest inside the garden as well. The National Orchid Garden is beautiful though it has a separate ticket.
I was mesmerized by the beauty of this place and I would love to explore this place again.

Let me tell you, Singapore Botanic Gardens is a revelation. I wasn't sure what to expect, maybe some rows of flowers and a nice walking path. But this place is massive, and it's like stepping into a different world. The air is thick with humidity, but it feels refreshing, scented with all these incredible plants.
I wandered through the orchid garden first, and I swear my jaw was on the floor the entire time. There must have been thousands of orchids in every color imaginable, all looking like delicate works of art. I even saw a couple with what looked like a new bride holding a bouquet of orchids so rare they almost glowed.
The rest of the gardens were just as stunning. Lush green palms towered overhead, sunlight filtering through their leaves in dappled patterns. There were hidden corners bursting with vibrant flowers, little ponds with water lilies, and even a ginger garden that smelled like a spicy dream.
It wasn't just beautiful, though. The gardens were peaceful too. Even though there were other visitors, the place felt sprawling enough that I could find a quiet corner to just sit and breathe in the fresh air. It was the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle.
Honestly, I can't recommend the Singapore Botanic Gardens enough. Whether you're a nature lover or just need a break from the concrete jungle, it's a must-visit. And the best part? It's completely free!

Whole day is not enough to explore these vast and stunning gardens.
I was fortunate with the weather, it was raining heavily which made the scenery look like I’m in a real rain forest.
Make sure you visit the Orchid Gardens as that’s definitely the highlight of the whole gardens. (Entry fee $15 but absolutely worth it).
I have no words to describe how beautifully built and maintained these gardens are.

We visited it today and were blown away. It's magnificent and a must! Bring your picnic and have it in the park.
Then, we visited the orchard garden and the museum. A must! It's exceptional!
We spent around 4 hours there. It's worth every minute!
Even when it's very humid and hot you can find a cool spot in the park.

One of my favourite nature parks to walk in Singapore. Came on a Saturday evening and witnessed orchestra at the symphony lake.
Many cute dogs and people having picnic. Many different routes and exits to get “lost” happily.
Toilets are everywhere too and it’s right outside mrt station, so very accessible. Many food spots so don’t be afraid of getting hungry or thirsty!
Really an idyllic place that is suitable for all ages, and even wheelchair friendly!

Big areas to walk and burn calories, at the same time wind down to get close contact with the natures.
Free of charge for the entry except for the orchid entry.
Minus 1 star because can't smell any fragrance during the daytime at the Fragrance Garden.

Whether you love orchids or not the Orchid Garden at the Singapore Botanical Gardens is stunning. There are orchids growing here that you would normally have to climb some very remote very high and very cold mountains to see in the wild. Some orchids are bigger than a grown man’s hand while others have a magnifying glass in front off them so that you can see them. The gardens are a very serene center amidst the hustle and bustle of a vibrant city. Allow at least 90minutes in the orchid garden. Arrange a packed lunch so that you can spend your time ambling around the rest of the gardens
