It's better if they add some challenges, like zipline, climbing rope, swing etc..

Short uphill walk from the parking lot to the waterfall, which has an observation bridge and benches. Small pool at bottom of waterfall where you can wade. Well prepared park.

Great natural ecosystem with good infrastructure to enjoy a full day with the family in the river while prepare a barbecue into designated area. If you don't want to spend time on the grill there is a restaurant nearby the picnic area

Great escape from the city! Perfect place for a picnic

It's a wonderful place to relax and disconnect from the busy city life. Nature calms your soul.
A brilliant place to visit for a very cheap price per person. The pool is very clean and the area for sitting and relaxing has plenty of shade.

A fantastic place up in the mountains on the outskirts of Madrid. I suppose it's a well kept secret from tourists. The Mountain views are picturesque. An extra long swimming pool. A great day out for all . No extortionate prices for food or drink , €9 per person entrance fee, well worth the money .

Impressive swimming pool with amazing view of Guadarrama National Park close to Buitrago de Lozoya
Antonio José Gil Martínez — Google review
It has a massively big outside swimming pool to enjoy and play around, suitable both for kids and for grown ups. The grass area around it is also enormous! But it isn't a quiet place as there is loads of people with their icebox and their music or even their tent (and a kitchen I would say!).
Helio Roque — Google review
Get there early to avoid a long wait to park. Beer is cheep, starting at 1,70€. Fun day trip from Madrid. Bring a picnic if you want to fit in like the locals (bocadillos or anything in a Tupperware). You can also bring all your own drinks if you like.
Ariel Borrego — Google review
Fantastic natural pool next to a lake that you can swim in too. It can get very busy so try to get there in the morning to claim a good patch . Entry is only €3.50 per person and is well worth it. I recommend this place and will be returning soon

Large pool, large green area, nice environment. Parking is no problem. Very recommended place to spend the day away from the heat in Madrid.

Make sure you bring comfortable shoes place is very big lots to see the gardens are amazing the fountains are beautiful take lots of pictures

An impressive palace though not much of the building accessible to visitors. What is available is worth seeing. Particularly the tapestries and a magnificent dining room. Ceilings wonderfully painted. The gardens are actually more interesting and with some wonderful statues. Well worth a visit.
Duncan Parsons — Google review
Our visit to the palace was well with the twenty minute drive from Segovia. We were fortunate to have our own car and could go on our schedule, but we also heard there are daily buses from Segovia for those without a car.
We opted for our own audio tour using an app they installed in our phone, which was offered in English among other languages. The palace is definitely grand and we enjoyed touring the various rooms.
One of the highlights was the tapestry rooms/ museum, which contained the nicest set of tapestries, some very large, that we have seen.
Other highlights were the various chandeliers and frescoes on the ceilings.
The short visit to the church, included in the visit price, was also worthwhile.
And after the tour we took a walk in the gardens. Although it was quite cold during our visit the garden walk was still quite nice. The land/ gardens are huge with many different areas to explore. We probably only walked a small fraction, but saw many fountains and good views of the estate and the mountains in the background.
Recommend if you are in the area and have the time.

This royal SUMMER palace, called as LA GRANJA, raises in the Segovia Spanish province mountains, located 75 km North of Madrid. The Palace dates year 1723 under reign of Philip V, first Borbón royal dinasty in Spain. (Since he was grandson of french Louis XIV and Marie Therese von Habsburg). Educated in Versailles french court , the King was captivated by the exhuberant nature of San Ildefonso. He bought the land and ordered to erect a summer palace where to rest and hunting and he did it in a mix style of architecture for the palace. Around which the King made to build in a gorgeous garden of 146 há with 26 monumental and rich fountains with marple scuptures. The hydraulic system was designed to pump the water just under natural presion.

Incredible! Spent several hours wandering the labyrinth of walkways lined with autumnal coloured hedgerows and trees. At so many turns spectacular fountains were mesmerising, even if not on. A wondrous place and personally I think it’s an insult to call it the French Versailles, even if it is of French design. All credit to the Spanish for keeping it as stunning as it is.
Lisa Derbyshire — Google review
The tapestry collection from Carlos V and the gardens were the highlight for me, I've never seen such beautiful and well preserved tapestries (so not surprisingly you can't take pictures). The palace is beautiful although much of it was rebuilt after a fire and so for that reaso the building itself is not as beautiful or impactful as El Escorial, but for the gardens and tapestries alone this is worth a visit.

Visited in mid-March. Very beautiful historic palace of regional Spanish kings. Seems to be well preserved rooms. Furnishings are not to original use of rooms. Many are used as separate museum exhibits. We just walking tour on own. Signs in English & Spanish explain well. Did not tour gardens. However, the old cedar trees in front are very impressive. Only €4 for over 55. Worth the visit. About €20 taxi from train station. Then €22 taxi back to Castile in historic Segovia.

We only visited the gardens but it was a must see experience.
The gardens are free, except when the fountains are on.
Living for so many years so close by, I don’t know why people don’t talk about this beautiful space. I need to go back and visit the palace.
Daniela Ruzzarin — Google review
Admission to the garden is free
but the museum entrance fee is 9 euros, which is far worse than Versailles. The most ridiculous thing is that you can take photos in Versailles, but this replica is not allowed to be photographed inside and the staff is not so friendly.

This is supposed to be the most beautiful garden in the district of Madrid, in practice it looks good in the pictures but less so in reality.
Whole areas are not maintained and look less good

Must visit site just outside of Segovia. Took about 50 minutes to drive from Madrid; parking was very easy (on a weekday in mid-April). We were amazed with the property — and the audio tour which we purchased with our tickets was so informative. Allow about 2 hours to tour the palace and the grounds. Would definitely recommend reading about the family prior to our visit so you can appreciate the history and use of the home!

We came across this Royal Palace by chance whilst out exploring. Wow, we didn't visit the Palace as we entered the gardens first, free to enter. What an experience, makes English country estate gardens look very second best. We only had an hour to wonder around, and we could have explored for hours.

A beautiful place to visit, even for a moment. You don't know how beautiful it was until you stop and look around.

Visitors of Segovia might find this place hard to reach without a car.
From Segovia, go to Estacion Autobuses, take the line M-8 from Linecar.
Buy ticket from the driver, with cash, 1,70€ one way.
More information on time schedule below and in the pictures.
It worths the visit both for the Palace and the gardens. Trees are the biggest asset of this huge garden. According to official statement there are about 100.000 trees here.
They have a great app as audioguide that you can use on your own phone for the Palace, the church and the gardens.
Since you're here, take the opportunity to also visit the nearby Real Fabrica de Cristales.

Very impressive palace and grounds (if you are happy to walk, the fountain of Diana is amazing), it's a fairly short drive Segoiva. We downloaded the tour to the phone (couldn't get it to work in advance - it kept refusing payment but at the ticket place we paid and the lady gave us a code and they had wifi to download it). Bit disappointed that you weren't allowed to take photos inside as some of the rooms are amazing (reason for knocking a star off the rating). A bit more expensive than some of the places we visited, but still remarkable value (less than £20 for two adults and child) compared to equivalent UK places. Parking on the street a short distance away on the road approaching the palace was fine (morning in late July).

1. There are no classes for a couple of months.
2. Do not pay or pay workers late.
3. It is super dirty, including machine room.
4. Sometimes it is closed during opening hours and nobody explains why, nor warn.
5. The staff, especially the person in charge, is poorly educated, liar and an unpresentable, both with their staff and with customers in general.
A zero in cleaning, management, staff and a long etc.

(Translated by Google) A bad experience, we had come many more times but this will be the last. The change of company has clearly been the worst of the 4 seas on our visit, 2 no longer exist and the other two are low in level to the point that there is an inch of water in the Mediterranean. The contrast showers are a simple jet of water diffused in all of them and the bucket of cold water, but not cold water... in short, a bad experience. I do not recommend it. It was one of our favorites, now I don't even recommend it.

Family-friendly water park with extreme rides, wave machines & some attractions for younger kids.
We loved it. To go have fun with the family. Everything very clean and the Games are great. The only thing, I recommend buying the vip bracelets because there were people who queued for forty minutes to get on the games. Great discount for. Great discount for residents of Villanueva de la Cañada.

We went on a Thursday, the line to get in 20 min early was outside the gate to the parking lot. Parking is easy there is free parking in dirt lot and pay parking in paved lot, both close. We brought lunch with us in a cooler which we had to check in a locker and eat in a special picnic area ( I guess new rule this year). Although we saw many people eating snacks that they brought from home at their seats in the lawn. I think that they are trying to change rule but hard to get everyone to follow rules.
The lines get super long at least a 30 min wait at about 30 min after opening. I would say average wait time for the day after 1230 was about 40 min and that was for a non tube ride
My kids waited in line for an hour and ten min for a tube ride at 6pm.
They say they close at 1900 but they close a lot of the slide before that b/c the lines are so long
Some things seem really old and wore out
Lots of areas with shade
You can take your shoes with you on all rides but have to wear them on your hands to go down the slides
The wave pool only runs once an house on the 30 when we were there. And doesn’t last that long
We went to order food at 1800 an hour before closing so kids would have something to eat on the way home and the pizza dominos and burgers were already closed?!?!?
The VIP huts have a ton of shade and off to the side of the rainbow slide (my kids never sat other than for lunch) so we didn’t use or purchase
My kids loved it even though they complained about the lines being so long they still had fun

Amazing place for the whole family or just to have fun with friends! The lines in the summer are a little too long but the park is really big and has cool atractions for all ages
Mariana D?az — Google review
We had fun, but there's just too many people inside the park for the space available. Ride waiting times ruin the whole experience, some rides you need to wait in line for almost 2 hours. Note that a speedy pass will not save you time on all the rides. Rides requiring a floating device have 2 queues, one for the float, another to ride. Speed pass will save you the wait for the 🛟 only. They should really sell less tickets per day. Lockers are also expensive, a basic locker should be included in the price (maybe with a safety deposit so people don't abuse) and charge for the big lockers for food/coolers.

Very bad place to go in Madrid
It's too crowded, we spent there 7 hours and most of the time we stoodin the line to go up to the slides. Finally we did only 4 slides all day!!
Everything extra they will charge you, locker, seat, parking, fast pass. The feeling is that they are trying to get out of you as much money as they can
MrAssafito — Google review
Have been to the waterpark on Tuesday. It has some so-so rides. Fun ones require lots of waiting due to the queues. There are 2-3 swimming pools for children and 2 big ones, beach styled for adults. The nice idea about adult swimming pool is that stuff put on waves for it sometimes. Just listen to the horn to grab an opportunity to jump over waves. Lots of sun loungers availabe for free. Now the dissapointing part:
1.) Lockers doesnt seem to be very big, just enough to put one bag and some clothes. Very unconvenient. On top, you have to pay 8€ for a locker where 2€ is a deposit and will come back if key wont be lost during the getting out. Ticket by itself does not include the locker price.
2.) Just an advice is to bring sun cream. During the day time sun is pretty hot and skin can get burnt easily. On the spot cheapest sun cream will be around 20€. Quite expensive. Bring one beforehand.
3.) The food portions are quite small. Dont go for burgers - you will pay around 10€ for the same burger as in Mcdonalds. Try to bring some food with you to avoid paying much for food.
4.) Even though we came on Tuesday, there were lots of people. Average waiting time in a queue for most rides was around 30-45 mins. Shorthest was 20 mins, longest - 1 hour. Go for a speedy pass if possible even though the ticket price seems to be already quite high (about the way to get discount, look down)
5.) Restrooms just had toilets, sinks and showers. No hairdryer. Very unconvenient for girls. Moreover, quality of restrooms is very low.
6.) VIP tickets will give you a place in small covered marquees to avoid direct sunlight. If you cant decide if you need VIP pass, i would suggest investing money into speedy pass. It would benefit much more.
Overall, left quite dissapointed with a water park since was not capable of waiting any longer in the queues. Because of that, some slides left unvisited. Would suggest park administrators to improve some rides and make amount of tickets limited to avoid having dissapointed customers waiting for too long in the queues.
Ps If you want to save some money, search the discount code. It is something to do with SOY card (big hint here ;) ). Then download the application "Parques Reunidos" and connect tickets with an app. 10€ saving for one ticket.
Dmitrij Santarovic — Google review
The place is ok as a water park. However, it is too crowded which makes it difficult to access the attractions and barely opens from 12 to 8 PM. There is a bus from Madrid (Moncloa) that can be rather crowded as well since it is currently the only one that makes it to the park. Two concrete examples are the huge line to enter the park itself and I spent almost one hour for one of the slides (which I chose because it had a shorter line than others). There's also no signaling for how long the line is expected to take approximately.
On the bright side, the installation itself is well prepared and has a nice variety of water related activities.

The rides were really fun, service was great, and staff were wonderful. Only downside wat that I spent 98% of the day in queues and 2% of the time actually enjoying the rides

Really enjoyable spot. Lots of choices for different age groups. We were not allowed to bring in our picnic even though the website said we could. We could go out during the day to collect from the car & eat at seating just inside the entrance. But food left in the car on a hot day isn't good. We had to eat at one of the restaurants. Expensive for what you get. The kids enjoyed the day so that is what's most important.

My son (5) and I had a great day here. We arrived around 12:15 and there was maybe 4 people ahead. Staff were very polite and prompt. The lockers to the right were all out so we had to use the ones to the left. They cost 8 euro and the annoying thing was your pin code is given to you on a piece of paper. Having a talkative 5 year old beside me it was a hard trying to memorize that code. All areas we went to were clean and all had a lifeguard/worker on every slide/area. We spent most of our time in the two smaller kids park and all staff were wonderful. We had pizza for lunch and again all staff were lovely to deal with considering we have a language barrier. Only complaint I have is with booking. I was unable to and still am unable to book any of the VIP packages online and I've called and emailed and have not received a response. Other than that everything was great.

Excellent service for kids with disabilities. Great medical service for cuts and bruises. Day of the visit it wasn't too busy so in the day managed to enjoy every ride / attraction bar one.
It would be 5 stars but for the fact that the food and drink is, whilst typical of all theme parks, very expensive for what it is... My boy had never seen a hamburger so small... He thought it was a meatball put there by mistake. Hihihi

4 engraved bulls. 2€ tickets per person. Lovely area to visit
Aaron GB — Google review
This is a fascinating place to visit with historical significance to Spain. A visit would most likely only take 15 minutes to complete. Not only does the site offer Roman bull figures carved out of solid granite, but it also offers the actual site where (then) Princess Isabella (later Queen Isabella the Catholic) on 19 September 1468 signed a treaty with her brother (King Henry IV of Castlle ) making Isabella the heir to the throne. It was in an Inn (La Venta Juradera) whose existence has recorded evidence dating back to 1346. Only the foundations of the Inn remains.
We visited on the first Friday of the month which offers free entry otherwise, it's €2,00 per Adult. Make sure to check when it's open to the public.
There are no souvenirs or public services at the site.

Very hostorical site. Nice visit if you are passing by. Needs little time only.
. We could enter for free. The site was open and the ticket booth closed.

It's interesting, but you can see these bulls all over this region of Spain. We saw one in Avila, and we didn't have to drive out of our way to see it. More interesting is this is the site where Queen Isabella was coronated.

The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is a legendary ground with a capacity of over 85,000. It is home to one of the most successful football clubs in Europe and is regularly filled with fans supporting their team. The stadium features self-guided tours that let you explore all the different areas, including the dressing rooms, the press room and even onto the pitch itself.
This stadium is PHENOMENAL. Best experience I've ever had at a game and a MUST visit if you are in Madrid. The energy is next to none, and there really is no bad seat. The staff is also very organized and can get people in and out with ease. Also, you won't have to worry about people sitting in your seats as they are very strict which is great. You do not want to miss out if you are in the area.

Got a chance to visit stadium, which was under construction, but really mesmerising. We bought tickets online which saved as 3 euros per person. The stadium tour also includes the museum tour. Overall it was a very good experience. Total time needed for a non football fan is 1 and half hour. For a football fan it might need a day .. so plan accordingly and go
Anusha Javali — Google review
First time here. Really wanted to watch this great club live.
The stadium will be insane once finished, but right now under massive construction, and it really takes away A LOT from the overall experience.
You can't enter through entrance closes to your seats - need to walk around to another part - then it's a little maze inside.
Nothing is finished inside all concrete at the moment. No vendors, no food or beverage stalls.
Just some random guys selling a minimal amount of items from their coolers. The worst thing is not the queues, but that they don't take cards - simply don't understand why?! So simple to organise, and much quicker than cash!
The seats inside are pretty small, compared to English or most other European destination stadiums. Very uncomfortable to sit through the entire game.
The pitch is amazing, the football was great at times.
Would like to come back when it's all done.

Honestly the stadium is not in the best condition. It's currently under construction. There are much better stadiums in Europe. This one is just famous for being Real Madrid. There is good access to it with the metro. Lots of helpers to show you where to enter. Stadium shop on site. The food and drink options could be a lot better. They only sell water, coke, non alcoholic beer and sandwiches. Maybe VIP get better food.
Paul Heller — Google review
First time in Madrid, so had to check out a Real Madrid game. This is a bonkers sized stadium fits 80k folks. There was some construction when we went so a little obnoxious to walk around the entire stadium to our section. Unlike in other stadiums I have been to you can only enter through your gate.
Once in, it’s just ports potties and water vendors. They didn’t sell anything else.
But when you get to your seats. It’s insane, very lively and huge. There are no huge Jumbotrons, so cant watch replays or anything of that.
Overall a cool experience, but I wouldn’t say the best stadium.

This is a must see place in spaim for real madrid fans.
The tickets can be bought online.
The store has some shopping session with jourseys and other sports item. All are costly though starting with a tshirt costs 175 euro.
They do have museum for show casing the cups and medals. And thats a must view. Right now in August end 2023 they were doing some constructions and hence we couldnt see all part of stadium..

I recently visited the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid and it was an impressive experience. Although parts of the stadium were under construction, the tour was still enjoyable, especially seeing the vast array of trophies. The museum visit was interesting, offering a peek inside the stadium's history. The tour felt a bit rushed and wasn't as detailed as others I've done, lacking access to areas like the press boxes or changing rooms. Despite this, the experience of being in such a hallowed soccer ground was unique. Our tour guide, Rocío, was very pleasant and informative, effortlessly switching between Spanish and English, which made the tour even more special. Although the tour was shorter because of the closed areas, it was definitely a memorable experience for any soccer fan, and I'd love to revisit once the construction is complete.
Erny Prada — Google review
Visited the tour and museum. The tickets were reduced as there’s major construction going on to the stadium. The museum was okay, I’ve been to a few better considering it’s Real Madrid and all of the history they have. You can currently fly around this visit / tour in about 20 minutes. Best to wait until it’s re-opened fully.
Gary Tylee — Google review
Currently under construction. Not a soccer fan, but decided to visit the stadium. It was amazing even with the construction. I did not realize the great history of this football club. I highly recommend the tour of the museum and the glimpse of the inside of this magnificent structure. Makes me want to return next year to see the final product.

Incredible!!! We were there when it was under construction (still under it) but it is incredible even so. We do the tour and it was fantastic. The best stadium in the world!!!!

AMAZING experience! 80,000 fans in the stands! I highly recommend anyone visiting to go to a game. I paid $60 USD for the worst seats on the stadium, and they were amazing! Not a bad seat in the house. The locals are very passionate about the team. When the team song came on before the game, many of the girls around me were crying during the song. So much passion! Please go to a game! Definitely worth it
Andrew Gasparini — Google review
Nice Stadium, but it's surrounded by buildings. And not much for fans or visitors to do in and around the stadium.
The Metropolitano is better in this aspect. But the Bernabeu has more History and elegance.
Kassiem — Google review
It was pretty disappointing. Works are not yet finished, so tour was shortened, no exit to the pitch, no visit to locker rooms. All else was ok, and most impressive part of the tour were the trophy rooms, since Real has few of them.
Zvonimir Jantol — Google review
I give this 4 stars with a load of mixed emotions!
If you're a fan, it's 5 stars purely based on the reality of being inside the stadium that you've probably watched on TV countless times (that was me). The actual tour experience is lacklustre and disappointing, to say the least. You literally walk through all the trophy cabinets then walk out into a section of seats you're allowed to be in (standing in the aisles in awe of seeing the stadium will get you shouted at by one of the unfriendly 'security personnel'). There are specific rows of seats that you are allowed to sit in only. There is no tour, guide, or explanation/information about the club and its history. No mention of the greats, literally just a blip in time on the wall about the Galaticos. You can sit down in the stands as long as you like. Once you walk through there are multiple people that will hound you to take photos (not of the actual place you're in, but rather in front of a green screen, I mean you could do this yourself if you wanted) the options are with a CURRENT team player only and then one with a trophy. It just screams pour some money here without having an experience! Then you will make your way into the store. There are racks and racks of clothes available, kits in almost every colour. There is one rack for women's clothes. They also do not have fitting rooms, I'm not sure why. There's loads of gimmicky type of memorabilia everywhere, however everything is only based on the current team absolutely nothing covering or including past legends. I felt there is a huge gap/opportunity there, or maybe just laziness.
The place is fairly busy, like everywhere and people are buying heaps of items, I felt that most of them were just fans of the glam at face value and nothing further than that. I also am aware that it is still under construction (I was there in January as well and it was the same excuse) so I'm not sure whether there will be any improvements or real effort put into the stadium tour upon completion of the stadium.
Essentially, if you're a real fan and potentially will not be travelling to Madrid again, pay and go see it. If you're indifferent or frequent Madrid often enough to experience the hype once everything is complete in a year a two, save your entrance fee, and just walk around the vicinity with a view of the exterior.

It was an extraordinary experience visiting the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, especially for futbol enthusiasts. We traveled from the United States to Spain specifically to tour the stadium and watch a Real Madrid game, and it exceeded our expectations. A highlight of the tour was the opportunity to touch and take a photograph with a Champions League trophy, which was particularly memorable for my husband.
Attending a game at the Bernabeu Stadium was an unparalleled experience compared to games in the United States. Witnessing a match in person, rather than watching it on television, was truly remarkable.
Martha Valle — Google review
The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home to Real Madrid, offers an immersive stadium tour that provides a behind-the-scenes look at this iconic football venue. The tour typically includes visits to the player's tunnel, dressing rooms, trophy room, and other exclusive areas. You may also have the chance to step onto the pitch and experience the stadium from the perspective of the players.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information on Santiago Bernabéu Stadium tours, including availability, prices, and any potential changes to the tour experience, I recommend checking the official Real Madrid website or contacting the stadium directly. They often provide details about tour packages and the chance to explore one of the most renowned football stadiums in the world.

Incredible stadium & home ground for Los Blancos! Pros: amazing atmosphere & impressive renovation. Cons: small seats, no drinks / only NA beers, and the food / bocadillo de jamón was really bad. Other than that had & great experience here. Hala Madrid!

A legendary stadium that continues to get better with the new renovations they are (still) finishing. Super quick entry, but it’s a bummer that they have no team shops where you can get gear or scarves once you are inside the stadium. They also don’t serve alcohol, which was very surprising. Overall an incredible experience though and I would love to come back!

The National Archaeological Museum is a large museum that houses artifacts from all over the world. The museum is free to visit on Sundays.
Wow this place is huge. Even with one of the floors under renovation it took around four hours to complete, maybe longer. No complaints though. It was fascinating. Mummies, Sarcophagus, some wonderful mosaic artwork, some as bit as an entire wall. This place did not disappoint. I plan to go back once the floor that was being renovated is done because the other 3 floors were crazy awesome!
Matthew Wirt — Google review
Very impressive museum. Full of artifacts that detail the history of Spain to the present — a lot ancient weapons to coin currency used back in the day. There are at least three floors of exhibits for you to view that are accessible via stairs or elevators. You need to place your large bags/backpacks in lockers before you enter exhibit hall. Worth the value and time to visit the MAN.

I've done museums in my life, and good ones at that, but this one is clearly in the top.
It's got a good amount of art, and most importantly in today's day and age : it makes an effort to be appealing to all. It's got videos, pieces you can touch, a free audio guide on you phone.
It's a place you can enjoy alone, or with children, or with grandparents, or with a date. The building itself is great too, which doesn't spoil anything
Bob Valmont — Google review
Beautiful building well laid out. I spent an hour and only saw about 20% of the permanent exhibits. Interesting sections on Spanish prehistory and big section on the Roman periods.
Conor Neill — Google review
Free on Sundays which is a pleasant surprise compared to most museums around the world! Beautiful building with a mix of classic and very modern architecture in a great, central location. Also near lots of shopping in case you are into that sort of thing.
I was a little underwhelmed with the exhibits however. I was expecting more of a focus on Spain / Iberia and Latin America.
Not on par with similar museums in London, Chicago, New York, Paris, etc. So it would have been interesting for them to have really differentiated themselves in some fashion. I would highly recommend that Museum of the Americas instead. It's a little bit further away, however it is definitely worth visiting.
All that said, it's still a cool little museum.
Michael Loechel — Google review
Absolutely, totally YES to go there! Very cheap entry, very helpful and nice, interested staff at the ticket caja. Spent here 2+ hours even though I am not a total archaeology enthusiast. The building itself is noteworthy and pretty. It has, literally, oceans of items of many kinds. Some are truly unexpected and astonished. You can also get a leaflet with about 10 most-suggested artifacts to see. There are also interactive areas, and nice maps and cinema-like elements. The tiny park by the building offers a great rest and picnic place.

MAN is easily my favourite museum in Madrid! I'm totally impressed by their extensive antique collections. Definitely worth spending an afternoon here while visiting the Salamanca district.

Tickets are 3 Euros per person, the exhibition had a free feature called Syria in Sepia. Worth the price of admission as you get to see the archaeological history of Spain, Madrid, Toledo and surrounding cities. Many cool artifacts spanning 4 floors from prehistory to more modern items. There are options to have an app which gives you more details about the items on display. A few of the artifacts are available to even touch which is rare. Highly recommended place to visit for a low cost especially if you enjoy archaeological items uncovered throughout history

One of the top places to visit in Madrid , great collection and a very interesting info films and animations for extra info , don't forget to download the audio app at the entrance. This is how an archaeological must look like 👍

5 floors starting in prehistory right up to modern times explaining different cultures and displaying amazingly preserved artifacts from the Iberian peninsula. The building itself is a beautiful artifact worth seeing and the price for admission was negligible. You'll be hard pressed to find a more interesting 4 or 5 hours for similar costs.

Great big museum in the heart of Madrid, perfect for anyone who seriously loves a bunch of pottery, like so much pottery you begin to never want to look at a pottery again. There are still some really interesting artefacts including mummies and Roman swords but it is very pottery heavy! Would recommend to anyone looking to escape the Madrid heat in the middle of the day, don’t bother with the Canary island exhibition though its a bit dull

A perfect introduction to the history of Spain. Undeniably, you need a few days to review the museum's collection. You could also purchase various literature and books from the gift shop. I did for my coffee table----images of the cathedrals and Egypt's history. Further, you have a choice in taking selected tours either in English or Spanish. Love this extravagant museum with so much history!

3 euro entry
Lockers for backpacks are needed. 1 euro

The Plaza de Cibeles is the heart of Madrid and a popular destination for tourists. With its impressive neo-classical marble sculptures and fountains, it's a place where locals come to celebrate or simply relax. The square is also home to some of Madrid's most famous museums, including the Prado Museum.
The Puerta de Alcala, also known as the Alcala Gate, is a neoclassical triumphal arch located at the start of Alcala Street in Madrid's Plaza de la Independencia. It was designed by Francisco Sabatini in 1778 and is one of the five royal gates of Madrid. The arch is made from white marble and granite and features intricate carvings and sculptures.
Lovely spot. You can take a pic when in the between principal streets. There are some other historical places also around and a nice garden right in from of it. Big, but smaller than I thought.

This is an open-air point of interest. There are no tickets needed to my knowledge. Currently, it is under construction and blocked from view by a construction wall with a photo of the Puerta de Alcalá (see picture). The covering does give you a feel for its grandeur. We were not lucky as the monument was under renovation and we couldn't actually see it.
But I gladly give a 5 star rating, and even more if I could, as it is the 1st time ever that I see that over the ugly scaffolding, the contractor installed huge pictures with the exact photo of the Puerta de Alcala.
Take a good look at he picture I've attached: this is not the monument but panels with pictures of it.
Pure genius :-)

It’s always great to see a city’s historic landmarks, Puerta de Alcalá is no different. It’s important to go at hours when not a lot of people are there, as big lines are formed to take pictures. (Go around working hours, weekdays, and you should be fine)
The good thing about Alcalá is that Parque el Retiro is just next to it, so you can tick two boxes in your stay in Madrid!
Restaurants directly around Alcalá are not cheap however, if you wish to eat at any of this places, be ready to spend a good amount of money. If you wish to go to cheaper places, just walk around the barrio near by and you’ll surely find a good old fashioned Spanish bar.
Don’t miss the opportunity to see this beauty.

The park is great, the reproductions of famous historic monuments is very detailed and everything was executed beautifully. The lights and music spectacle from Friday to Sunday during summer weekends was great, we enjoyed it a lot!
The restaurants in the park are expensive, so if you want to eat there it will be better to grab a blanket and some nice food from home and throw a great picnic while enjoying the big green areas available. That was a surprise. I heard that was beautiful, but could not imagine how reallly beautiful is. Very easy to go there from Madrid. Just need to take a train from Atocha to Torrejon de Ardoz. And it's just 20min walking going to the park. (or take a bus for 10min)

it's a pretty, very green place. copies of monuments and famous items from all over the EU are beautiful too. good choice for a walk or a picnic. there's a lot of spots for active games, a zip line, boats, rental bicycles. lots of ducks and swans. beautiful. the only thing is, insects. an awful lot of black fruit flies that were everywhere around sunset, i still have bruises from bites. so make sure you put on a repellent spray before you go

Visited this place during a short stay in Torrejon. Great park showing some of Europe's top attractions in one place. A perfectly maintained place. Great for families and kids. No entrance fee as well.

It's a very nice, well-maintained park.
Even in the off-season, there is enough to do and see.
Children will like it very much

Great place and fun to see all the models from around Europe. Sadly all the attractions were closed when we went but will return in the Summer when everything will be open

It’s a nice theme based park with few of the famous European monuments inside. You can do boating and few more sports like zip lining, etc. Recommended for Children 😇👌🏻

One of the best park I have ever visited in my entire life. Full of nice replica of some of the most important european monuments, it offers also a lot of funny activity to do and services for the visitors. Highly recommended if you stay at Torrejón or Madrid for a while.

Very nice place! You will see a lot of monuments from the big cities of Europe here in miniature! Eiffel Tower, London Bridge, Brandenburg Gate from Berlin, and many more! You should visit this park! It's a beauty!

Very good place to go and rest, well studied all the details android the pools and the experience to follow. We were going during post-quarantine and found everything will organized to keep us safe from covid. The environment and the workers there were nice and professional. It's a very good place to go and it's near Madrid...

It's quite hard to access this place if you're coming using public transportation. The Bus drops you off in Griñón, then there is almost no sidewalk to walk there.
All the pools are in one big room, and it's LOUD. You won't relax. The accumulated noise of the jets and people yelling, poor acoustic, you might leave with a headache.
The facilities are nice though, I liked the floating pool and the Roman baths (some efforts could have been made decorating the ceiling).
The circuito de duchas is cold, couldn't even try it.
I was a bit bothered having to wear socks all the time, but why not.
37€ is quite expensive for what it is

Place could be great but there is too many people. Hard to relax in the pools, I don't even know if there were any kind of music but it would be a nice addition, some kind of relaxing music for the saunas or the pools.

Parque Warner Beach is a waterpark in Madrid that offers a refreshing and fun experience for families and friends. The park has expanded its attractions to include well-known characters from the Warner universe, creating a cinema atmosphere with shows, sets, and character appearances. With 40,000 m2 dedicated to attractions, restaurants, rest areas, and a store, visitors can enjoy an exciting summer day. While it can get crowded in August, visiting during other months may provide a more enjoyable experience.
I was there at the beginning of July, and I had a wonderful experience with my girlfriend. The place was not packed. We had time to go through all attractions and even repeat some. The staff was friendly to us for the most part. Although I saw a lady getting hurt (nothing serious) and the SOS swimmers laught instead of rushing to help. Other than that, everything was very professional. I guess that if you avoid August, you will enjoy it. I heard a local say that it can get crowded in that month.

Likewise the Florida parks.
End of April 2024 there was some work happening in some attractions and rides. There was no map available and that was not a good experience.
Dirty restaurants too.
Wait times are way longer than it was showing, like 50min to the Batman ride took 120min. That repeated to other rides as well.
Lack of responsibility or laziness.
Rogerio Barros — Google review
Where should I start? Maybe with the price: 28€/person. Here is what you get. Overcrowding: at least one hour between rides (even for the most basic swimming pool).
Terrible and frozen junk food, for which you even have to wait at least 30 minutes. This will be your only option, since you are not allowed to bring food in.
Poor covid measures: forced to wear masks on the line but in the children pool everyone was happily breathing without.
Poorly connected, took us an enire hour to reach from the center of Madrid (this is partlialy renfe's fault).
Would definetely not reccomend.
simone riedi — Google review
The park is nice. We were with 4 kids 11 8 5 3, and every child found his preferred attractions. We were at Thursday and the park was crowded. The waiting time for the moderate attractions was minimum 40 min and half of the time under the sun. There are no indicator sign of the waiting time (2023..?!). Bottom line it was a nice day to spend for hot days in Madrid, but can't be compared with other water park in Europe (Rulantica etc).
Ilan Benizri — Google review
Terrible experience. We paid €30 for the tickets and struggled to fit in 3 rides in 8 hours. Most rides require two queues (one to get the floater and another one to slide down), each longer than 1 hour. Do you want to grab some lunch? Be prepared to queue for another hour. The water park is rather small and has very few rides, which explains the waiting times. Perhaps they should consider selling less tickets.
Dasha Skrynnik — Google review
Great place to be however it is insanely expensive to get transport to this place.
Also if you have the money, invest in fast passes, they are expensive but do allow you first entry on almost every ride.
Be ready also to pay extra for the parque beach...its 12€ each and is not included in the standard ticket.
FreeMusicRep — Google review
It's a nice place to spend a full day with children (we were with 4 kids 11,8,5,3) all of them found an attraction to do, but the park was crowded and the waiting time was very long to the main attractions. The staff was not effective, I watched them and told to myself with more effective guide I think they can cut the waiting time by half, for example to provide to staff more oboes in the Batman/Joker slids).
Ilan Beni — Google review
The park was decorated really well for Halloween but as always long queues and few restaurants were open, always a bummer as you can't take your own food into the park!
BENJAMIN STEWART — Google review
It’s the worst aqua park in my life (I’ve visited 6-7 aqua parks). If you want to waste your time please come in because if you want to get on attractions you need to wait in two lines (in the major), first to get equipment and second to use it. All of your time you are under the sun rays and with out hat, because you do not have possibility to left it. Of course it’s not a problem, if you do not need to wait for an hour or more, but here you need to do that.
So:
- Maybe it’s a could place for those who love SM.
- On my mind that the main purpose of this park to get all your money (because you need to buy a flash pass (but it doesn’t help you fully) and drinks, a lot of drinks).
Really superb craft beer from Castilla La Mancha. The brewery tap has great atmosphere, obviously great beer, and also fair prices. Staff are helpful and courteous. Highly recommended.

At the beer festival in Madrid, no chance to try a beer. Pay and take your luck. Sorry, but this is not the form at a beer festival. I will not drink their beer again. Perhaps it is good, but if I can't try it how do I know? I would encourage this brewery not to attend future beer festivals as they clearly don't understand the culture of beer. And so I doubt their beer is any good.

This place is an absolute must see, I would recommend you to spend an afternoon here if you are close to Toledo.
We went here in December on a foggy afternoon and as the weather cleared out and the sun started to lighten the mountains, it really took our breath. We only see 4 people here through our 2-3 hour walk so it is not congested to say the least.
We parked our car at the place which is marked on Google maps as 'Aparcamiento Barrancas De Burujón' and walked up to 'Mirador del Cambrón' which took about 15 minutes. (You probably could directly come to this point with your car if there are only a few people there. I have added a picture about the road which leads you here.)
There are 3 or 4 viewing spots with barriers where you can go the edges and take nice pictures. These viewing spots are about 5-10 minutes walking distance from each other and you can see the next one from the previous one. Between the viewing spots there are no barriers on the edges of the cliffs so this could be very dangerous with children who run around unadvised, so keep your children, dog etc close to you and follow the marked road.
There is a picnic possibility with tables at the last viewing spot.
There is no shadow and no trees to hide from the sunshine throughout this journey which could be a problem in the summer. Some trees have already been planted but it will take years till they become big enough.
Visiting in the afternoon is recommended because the sunshine will lighten the cliffs from the right angle according to other guides.
Favourite moment: The whole place was undisturbed by any human activity and you could here the birds from miles away but we also heard a cowbell which we could not understand. Later we saw the source of the sound which was a goat on one of the distant cliffs eating grass. God knows how it got there. :) (I've added a picture of it if you want to check it out.)

Puerta del Sol is a medieval gate in Toledo's old town, dating back to the 14th century. It features an arched entryway and offers picturesque city views from the walking path next to it. The gate is adorned with a medallion depicting the city's patron saint and images of the sun and moon added in the 16th century, giving it its name.
Constructed in Mudejar style, was built to give access to the walled city. Dated to last quarter of the 14 century
Further behind 100m is the Roman Puerta, layers of history abound in this beautiful town

This medieval city gate is stunning and part of what makes Toledo so special. Being from medieval times though, this area is a challenge for people with walking impairments. This includes the Mezquita del Christo de la Luz.

The Puerta del Sol is a defensive construction located on the north side of the city of Toledo, which existed in the 1st century AD. C. attached to the Roman wall in the form of a simple tower of large ashlars.

The monastery Monasterio de San Juan de los Reyes is a 15th-century Franciscan church built in the style of Elizabethan Gothic in honor of Prince John during the reign of Isabella and Ferdinand II of Aragon. It features ornate two-tiered cloisters, now run by Franciscans.

The Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes in Toledo is an Isabelline style Franciscan monastery built by Isabella I of Castile (1477–1504). It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The monastery was founded in 1477 by Isabella I of Castile and Fernando II of Aragon to commemorate the victory at the Battle of Toro. It was dedicated to Saint John the Evangelist for use by Franciscan friars.
The monastery is a masterpiece of Isabelline architecture, a style that combines Gothic and Mudéjar elements. The church has a single nave with a stellar vault. The cloister is Mudéjar in style, with a beautiful ceiling on the second floor.
The monastery was badly damaged by Napoleon's troops during their occupation of Toledo in 1809. It was restored in the 19th century and is now open to the public.
Here are some interesting facts about the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes:
* The monastery was originally intended to be the burial place of Isabella and Fernando, but they were eventually buried in the Royal Chapel of Granada.
* The monastery's church contains the tomb of Prince Juan, the only son of Isabella and Fernando who died in childhood.
* The monastery's cloister is home to a collection of Mudéjar tiles, which are some of the finest examples of this type of tilework in Spain.
* The monastery is a popular tourist destination and is open to the public for tours.
Would you like to know more about the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes?
* Construction and Architectural Style: Construction began in 1477 under the supervision of architect Juan Guas and was completed in 1504. The Isabelline style prominently features Gothic elements with intricate tracery and ribbed vaults, alongside Mudéjar influences like geometric patterns and horseshoe arches.
* Highlights: The main church stuns visitors with its stellar vault and richly decorated main chapel. The cloister, a tranquil haven, offers a beautiful example of Mudéjar ceilings with intricate designs. Look for the symbolic chains on the facade, commemorating Christian captives freed by the Catholic Monarchs.
* Visiting the Monastery: The monastery is open to the public for guided tours. Ticket prices vary starting at 4€. It's generally open year-round, except for December 25th and January 1st. Hours differ between winter and summer months, so it's recommended to check their official website for current information.

Not that great, the people at the museum’s not friendly at all and it’s more like a maze. El Greco's painting of the Burial of the Count of Orgaz is a famous work in art history. It is located in Santo Tome Church, which has a beautiful mix of different architectural styles. The church is primarily known for its association with El Greco, who painted it in the 14th century.

For me, the attraction was to see the el Greco painting - much larger (est. 3 X 5m?) and more detailed than expected. The church itself was locked. All you're able to actually see is the El Greco painting in the lobby area. That's it. I had a Toledo Pass, so I didn't have to pay the entrance fee. But if I had to pay the 4€ I would have been pissed upon entering haha. Plus, both the lady at the entrance, as well as the lady at the exit were pissy and rude. Folks in Spain are either super nice or super not. And these two broads were super NOT, which wasn't a good way to start the day in Toledo. HARD PASS FOR ME!

It deserves to go to see the beauty of this painting from El Greco,The Burial of Count Orgaz. It’s just something outstanding!!
The Toledo Cathedral is a magnificent cathedral in the city of Toledo, Spain. It was built over a period of more than 250 years and it is one of the most famous and important cathedrals in Spain. The cathedral is dedicated to Saint Mary and it features some Mudejar features. It is widely considered to be one of the best examples of High Gothic architecture in Spain.
So much to see and meander through the town. The beauty is literally everywhere...I love that they preserved so much of this town and so many hidden gems of tapas eateries. I could have spent days exploring unfortunately we only had half a day.

This is a beautiful cathedral in Toledo and well worth a visit. Entry is €10 and includes a audio guide (tickets are available in the shop opposite the cathedral entrance). It's a typical cathedral with grotesque wealth of the church on display, lots of religious art and paintings. There's a lot more to see than I expected too so not bad value for the cost.

No doubts, one of the most beautiful cathedral churches in the world, I’m too stunned to even speak and be able to describe the church because I think the photo or my word can’t do justice on how amazing and beautiful the sculpture/artwork is. It is definitely worth every penny to go into the church to explore and learn about it’s history.

Such details.
It's actually a historical museum rich in art, religion, and culture.
Ana, our guide, was very energetic, engaging and informative.
Highly recommended.
Restroom is located outside. It is dirty. Plan accordingly. :(

This place is incredible! The cathedral itself is huge and took centuries to make. Every corner is ornate and beautifully crafted. Make sure to visit the art exhibits in the back, which feature many El Greco paintings.
Pallavi Aggarwal — Google review
By far one of the prettiest cathedrals I have ever visited. The sheer size of the cathedral was impressive on its own. I can't find it on any list, but it must be one of the largest cathedrals in Europe. The detail work throughout is wonderful. There is an almost skylight effect in one section that is so unique and beautiful. Absolutely worth a visit. Easy cab ride from Madrid.

Beautiful Catholic Cathedral in the Gorgeous old town of Toledo. Unfortunately, the cathedral was closed due to restoration work being done (October 2021). Very impressive architecture with thousands of years of history, and the actual size is huge. The cost to visit inside the cathedral we were informed it is £10 euros. I will definitely go back when it is open to the public but also because the old town of Toledo is such a historic and amazing place, totally worth visiting 💯💗✅

This place was worth visiting for 10 euros. The self paced audio tour helps you understand the significance behind specific areas of the cathedral. I would easily budget an hour in this cathedral. Gets pretty crowded on Saturdays.
Karthik Suryanarayanan — Google review
An incredibly beautiful cathedral, certainly one of the best I have ever visited throughout Europe. The interior detail is stunning and the architectural use of light and space is especially significant. The alter and the rear of the altar were almost too much to fully appreciate in one visit.

This cathedral makes the visit to Taledo a must. Don’t miss it. An easy train ride from Madrid and then taxi up the hill.
The art work is beyond impressive and best seen in person. Plan to spend at least 2-3 hours here. The tickets are reasonable and audio guide is free and HIGHLY recommended.

What an amazing cathedral. I have been to many places all over the world and this cathedral outshines them all. If you are coming to Madrid, take a day to come to Toledo to see this church and the town as well.

The highlight of our day trip to Toledo. This cathedral had so much beautiful pieces to witness. The red hats hanging from above are where cardinals are laid to rest. We went with a tour guide, which I would recommend as there’s so much to take in.

One of the most impressive cathedral ever visited. The entrance fee worths every penny. Everything is majestic, with incredible details. Definitely a must go place in the city of Toledo. Take time and walk around watching the details.

Too staggering to put into words. I have only visited Madrid and Toledo, but I cannot imagine any other Christian religious site in Spain that better displays the national heritage of the country's spiritual devotion than this one cathedral. You could spend weeks in here learning the art, history, architecture...

A beautiful cathedral in Toledo. It was the main activity we did in Toledo and we didn’t regret it. The ticket comes with an audio guide which was great. It takes 1.5hrs if you listen to the audio guide which was the perfect amount of time.

I visited this Cathedral in June and stunning in all facets. I was amazed by its history and it is one of the most impressive Gothic cathedrals I have ever seen.
The main facade is impressive, with portals decorated with sculptures and paintings. The interior is spacious and there is much light, with many stained glass windows, paintings, and sculptures to enjoy while walking through.
The cathedral happens to be a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A gem-like hideaway that shines within the walls of Toledo. It was a cathedral full of sacredness and mystery. If you want to meditate under soft lighting, visit around 4 pm. You will have a truly special experience. If you come to Toledo, I highly recommend giving it a try.

An amazing building inside the gates of the old castle. You need a whole day to see all of the historic buildings, shops and restaurants. There is also many Hotels inside the gates. You can buy a bracelet for 12€, that gives you unlimited visits to all the attractions. Each attraction is 4-9 € alone.

This is the most magnificent cathedral I’ve ever been in my life! If you only have half day in Toledo, this is a must-see.
Audio guide is so well-designed. You could search the app “Cathedral Toledo”, and download it before the visit, to avoid any wait time and save your data.

This is one of the most consequential Catholic Cathedrals in Spain. You have to be there to witness the history and the greatness of this Basilica. I visited in 2012, and this time, revisited after 11 years. A picture is worth a thousand words and a video is worth a thousand pictures, I assume. Enjoy!!❤️❤️🙏🙏

A beautiful cathedral in Spain. It's definitely worth the time to stop and admire the architecture and the intricate stone work as well as the many featured paintings, sculptures, and metal works(iron and precious metals).

This is the place I’d say no picture could do its justice. It’s so breathtaking and magnificent. It’s a must visit in Toledo. I love how the Cathedral preserved many of the religious paintings, fresco, and sculptures on the church wall so it gives a much better context of the art. I could never dreamed this place would be so beautiful.

Beautiful Cathedral, and beautiful stained glass and architecture. A walk around Toledo is highly recommended, and finishing it off at the cathedral is an amazing way to end it. Take in the breathtaking views of the cathedral through a short walking tour, nothing can beat this experience.

The Museo del Greco is a museum in Toledo, Spain, which houses an impressive collection of paintings by the famous Greek-born Renaissance painter El Greco. The museum is particularly well-known for its series of portraits depicting Christ and the Apostles, which are among the museums greatest treasures.
Really surprised how good this was and was surprised it was free entry (this might be temporary?) Initially a beautiful garden and old house, it then just keeps going with more artworks and rooms. I'm not a huge fan of the style of Greco's work but the telling of his story gave me a real appreciation of him and Toledo. Excellent!

Surprisingly this was the place I enjoyed the most in Toledo. It houses a wonderful collection of El Greco’s paintings in a beautifully restored building. It is not the painter’s original house but the building will evoke life as it was in the past. The small garden is an ideal place to enjoy some quiet moments.

I learned so much here! I found out about a concept in art that hadn’t been depicted before El Greco in Spain (showing the entire city, and making emphasis on the most important buildings while holding a map of the city as well).
And as a personal opinion, I found out that one of his followers, Luis Tristan, ended up creating works of art that surpassed his teacher. A nice place to spend the afternoon. Gorgeous building, green areas, and gardens.
Leonardo Arango — Google review
If you’re a Greco fan, this is a must go place to visit as it has a vast selection of his paintings. If you don’t speak Spanish or understand it, you will find it hard to understand any of the signage as it’s all in Spanish which is a shame. However, I would still recommend a visit. I believe you have to pay for entry however we were lucky on the day and we didn’t have to pay an entry fee

Pretty nice museum that displays El Greco's paintings. A stroll in its garden is also a good experience. Inside the museum is well organized, even Picasso visited here so you should too. 😉
Alexandra Yu — Google review
I was disappointed because I thought there would be more El Greco paintings on display. There were just one room of the apostle paintings that he did when he lived in Toledo. The place was a recreation of his house, and it was very beautiful inside and out. There was an excellent history of his life’s story. If I knew all of his famous paintings were in other museums, I would have had a better perspective. I kept waiting to see more, and the next thing I knew it was over. However, it was just 3 euros entry, so totally worth it.

For people over 65 this museum is FREE! The paintings are fantastic. The home is unbelievable and the gardens during the spring time we’re awesome.

I have to give this 5 stars for its rich simplicity and authenticity. The house and cellars of the museum were decorated as if to take you back in time. The artwork is another added bonus to the museum. It’s not large but still is rich with works of art. I loved it and one Can visit, study, learn and not be overly tired.

This is kind of a low key museum but definitely worth checking out. The paintings are great to learn about since he was friends with Picasso.
Some of his psi paintings are even on loan to Milan.

We really liked the museum but at the end we had a disappointing experience with the rude worker in the gift shop, the looks that she did and the rude talk and respond was too much for such place. I red in comments about her, but couldn’t imagine. You need to change her with more polite person

El Greco's home recreation. Nice atmosphere. Besides the beautiful house, the visitor can see some good Greco paintings from the late period (mostly saints single portraits). Worth the visit.
The Mirador del Valle viewpoint offers a panoramic view of Toledo and the surrounding area, as well as stunning views of the setting sun. It is located on a prominent bluff overlooking the Tagus River, and can be reached using a pleasant walk through residential areas.
I can’t say enough about Toledo. Well worth the day trip via fast train from Madrid, a must! Beautiful historic city, take the red city tour bus so you can listen to the audio of the history and then give yourself plenty of time to wonder. I went end of February, perfect weather, only a light jacket was needed.

Decided to visit Toledo on a whim on our drive from Madrid to Cordoba. I think our biggest regret wasn't spending a day in Toledo properly walking the city. This place was GORGEOUS and the views were even better. Definitely worth a day trip from Madrid. One of the most underrated places on our trip. Loved loved loved driving through this city, cute and full of culture. There is a LOT of uphill walking so just be aware.

A literal breathtaking view. Words can't describe how perfect this view is. If you're going to Toledo, you MUST come to this side of the valley to see the town across the canyon.
It's very quiet and peaceful so you could easily spend an hour just taking in the view. There can be many tourists (myself being one of them) but there is a lot of space along the road for you to setup for your photos.

Great viewpoint of the beautiful city of Toledo Spain! Not a close walk so recommend taking a hop on hop off bus which will take you to all the tourist spots in the area. Was great to take a bunch of photos in this area. There is a small store selling magnets and other items. 1 item the seller had was a hand painted number paintings which were priced extremely well and only place I saw these in Toledo.
