The Lotus Temple, also known as the Bahá’í House of Worship, is a religious site that opened in 1986 and welcomes people of all religions. This distinctive place of worship in South Delhi resembles India's national flower with its ethereal marble construction. The temple's nine overlapping walls enclose a single cavernous interior space, reflecting the Bahai Temples' practice of being open to all.
The Lotus Temple in Delhi is a remarkable architectural marvel and a symbol of unity and peace.
The temple is not only a visual delight but also a place of spiritual significance. Very beautiful and peaceful place...... Garden around the temple is a treat for the eyes ❤️ . Although be watchful for the timings or you will have to wait in long queue.
1. Don't bring FOOD, you cannot take food inside.
2.Visit in morning hours, you will enjoy everything more comfortably as for evening times there is a lot of rush and heat.
3. Don't disobey instructions....as for my experience staff is very rude and their way of correcting you will not be very good.
4. Watch for kids...They may get lost in the crowd as i have seen with my own eyes
5.It is a temple of peace but their is a huge rush of visitors that you are rarely going to experience any ☮️ peace.

This is a beautiful place and I really love going there but infrequently ofcourse because massive crowd is there all the time. Though I really appreciate the work authorities have done to keep the place cleaned and hygienic but it would be nice to have a ticket to go in so that we can help the temple grow. Lets say maybe 10 rupees so that everyone can afford it. Our small contributions can make it grow better and help them who puts our efforts to keep this place best. That idea can help creating a proper queue so that people can come in line.
Its just an idea but ill leave them for them to decide.
Overall above good.
Akash Gupta — Google review
The place was beautiful and well maintained. But there was a long queue and wait hours (went on a public holiday). Beverages/snacks are not allowed inside. It's not ideal to go during peak summers. The temple was closed due to the crowd.

Beautiful place. The garden has been built on a very large lining. Before going inside the Lotus temple, a bag is given on which you have to keep your footwear and after coming out of the temple you have to return that bag, I liked this method very much. The purpose of making Lotus temple was that people of all religions should come here, sit and meditate peacefully and pray. There is a big prayer meet inside the temple where you can sit and meditate for as long as you want.

The Lotus Temple, located in Delhi, India, is a remarkable architectural masterpiece and a symbol of unity and spirituality. I had the privilege of visiting this awe-inspiring structure, and it left a lasting impression on me.
The Lotus Temple's design, resembling a blooming lotus flower, is simply breathtaking. The white marble exterior is immaculate and stands out against the lush green surroundings. It's not just a place of worship but also a work of art.
Upon entering, you're welcomed by a serene atmosphere and a sense of tranquility. What makes this place unique is that it's open to people of all religions and beliefs, emphasizing the universality of spiritual quest.
The temple encourages silence and reflection, making it a peaceful oasis in the bustling city of Delhi. It's a place where you can sit, meditate, or simply enjoy the stunning architecture.
The only minor downside is the crowd, as it's a popular tourist attraction. However, it's a testament to the temple's significance and beauty.
In summary, the Lotus Temple is a must-visit for anyone traveling to Delhi. It's a testament to the power of architecture, spirituality, and inclusivity, and it offers a truly peaceful and inspiring experience.
Arjun Singh — Google review
I expected serene and peaceful atmosphere but instead I got huuuuuge crowds, first queue to enter the grounds and second queue to enter the temple itself. Maybe because it was Sunday afternoon. There is only one path that's not restricted so crowds have nowhere to disperse and you can't just walk around the grounds. Inside of the temple is a nice and quiet but nothing special from architectural point of view. From the outside the design is very interesting though
Michał Brzeziński — Google review
The Lotus temple is a secular place of worship and contemplation. The entry is free for all which makes this a popular tourist spot. As a result the waiting time can get pretty long so plan accordingly. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained.
You are required to remove your shoes before climbing the more than 50 steps to the temple entrance. The inside is a tranquil sanctuary with lots of chairs to sit and contemplate life.
Prashant Gandhi — Google review
An architectural gem.. the space is beautifully designed for the purpose of spiritual and social awakening of the visitors... Peaceful and relaxing environment... Everyday prayers will calm your soul... Baha'i faith is very beautifully explained in the Design itself...
Sumit Waykos — Google review
The place is quite good, it's not a temple to worship but a place to relax your mind and meditate in a big hall and there is no need to buy tickets as entry is free.
Information centre helps us to understand more about the place and it's history.
The Lotus Temple has won numerous architectural awards and has been featured in many newspaper and magazine articles.
Overall visiting the temple is a good experience and also gives you peace but with a lot of people around you,it's get difficult.
So, Please do visit there.

The temple's white marble structure and pristine surroundings create a sense of peace and tranquility, making it a perfect place for meditation and reflection. Visitors of all faiths are welcome to enter and explore the temple, as it symbolizes unity and oneness of all religions.
The interior of the Lotus Temple is equally impressive, featuring a vast central hall with no idols or religious symbols. Instead, it encourages visitors to contemplate and pray in their own way, fostering an inclusive and spiritual experience.

Although the entry inside is restricted at this Covid, but being in the campus is such peaceful. Calmness and peace can be felt here, such pure energy. Campus is well maintained, free of cost to enter and see the beauty around. The cleanliness is commendable, so is the staff behaviour. You can see varieties of flowers and well maintained trees. A must visit with your loved ones.

A very beautiful temple. The surrounding is clean and the garden is well-maintained. The view is amazing.
Inside it's very calm and quite. There's nothing much inside, just a bunch chairs and a table. You can stay inside for as long as you want but you can't make noise or use phones.
While going inside the temple grounds, you are not allowed to bring any kind of foods and beverages(except water) and all bags or backpacks will be checked. If you have a camera with you then you have to submit your ID card at the check gate.

Lotus Temple is a recent monument in the historical city of Delhi, and owing to its beautiful design and free entry, it is one of the popular sites for Delhites. Full marks for cleanliness and security. But it is too crowded on holidays (as it has free entry), and there is littering all around the boundaries. People have no respect for our monuments and lack sense of cleanliness, which should be developed among ourselves.

Nice place to see bhaai temple. You can expand for 30 minutes time here. It is a nice eye catching place. Inside the temple nothing except the seating area or you can say prayer area. You will get 10 minutes of time to sit and pray to your god. You must go there to see the Lotus style building architecture that is the main attraction.

It was a pretty awesome place to visit for free. the view of lotus temple was very mesmerizing and the garden was full of stylishly trimmed trees and much more. But there is nothing much to do there , you can do prayers inside where there is no ac or fan and come out within few minutes .

The Lotus Temple is located in New Delhi, India. It is famous for its lotus-like shape and has become a prominent attraction in the city. The building comprises 27 free-standing marble-clad "petals" arranged in three clusters to form nine sides, with nine doors opening onto a central hall with a height of slightly over 34 meters and a capacity of 1,300 people. Inspired by the lotus flower, which is composed of 27 free-standing marble-clad "petals" arranged in clusters of three to form nine sides. The temple's shape is symbolic and inter-religious because the lotus is often associated with purity, sacredness, spirituality, and knowledge. The nine doors of the Lotus Temple open onto a central hall 34.3 meters tall that can seat 1,300 people and hold up to 2,500. The temple has a diameter of 70 m. The Lotus Temple property comprises 26 acres and nine surrounding ponds and gardens.

The Lotus Temple is undeniably a beautiful structure, with its stunning architectural design reminiscent of a blooming lotus flower. However, if you're seeking mental peace, this might not be the ideal destination due to the bustling crowds and constant activity.
While the temple offers a picturesque backdrop for a photo shoot, the serenity one might expect to find here is often overshadowed by the sheer number of visitors. The peaceful ambiance often sought after for quiet contemplation may be elusive amidst the hustle and bustle.
Nevertheless, the sheer beauty of the Lotus Temple's architecture is undeniable and worth experiencing. Despite the crowds, it remains a remarkable testament to artistry and creativity. So, if you're prepared for the lively atmosphere and appreciate captivating architecture, a visit to the Lotus Temple can still be a memorable experience.

Entry closes by 5PM sharp, entry to temple/garden is absolutely free.
This temple is such a wonderful architectural marvel. Garden is so huge, beautiful and very well managed. Although entry in garden isn’t allowed.
There’s a pathway (long corridor) that leads to temple you can walk along the garden and get some amazing pictures.
There’s no idol inside so it’s not a worshipping temple. You can sit and do dhyan.
Parking is available on the opposite side of the temple.

This temple atmosphere amazing...Interesting architectural building, Inspired by a lotus flower, hence the name. It's surrounded by some nice gardens leading up to the temple. Be aware that you must take your shoes off and put them in a bag walking up to the temple. Inside there are no pictures or talking allowed. Not a very picturesque place inside, but a good place to pray or meditate.
SHUBHAM SEN — Google review
This is a beautiful, no doubt about it...but you cannot go there to relax or have any peace of mind. They are huge queues and the entire ground is restricted. You are allowed to only use the footpaths. During the huge rush, that space is not sufficient. What's the point of having a massive complex with a huge garden if you are not allowed to leave the footpath. There is also very minimal parking in this area. The access road is narrow.
Overall, not a place to go if you are looking for a peaceful time..

Excellent well maintained garden. It has monuments. bonsai garden, green house and great lawns. A place for entire family enjoy.
Super cool garden. Lots of monuments to see and some information near each one. It was easy to navigate because I had a photo of the plan I saw at the entry. Benches everywhere so you can rest at shadow and cool from the hot temperatures. There’s some water distributors around but I don’t know how they work. Nice to visit if you are in Delhi

It's a nice place . Peaceful place where you can hangout with family , friends, partners ,couples everyone . But here is a small tip, in rainy days bring your umbrella and some plastic papers with yourself because benches are bit drizzling and wet . Also, do bring some food to eat there because the vendors are selling it at bit higher prices. Enjoy the monument and greenery there . If you're couple , then please safe yourself from those beggars and aunties who ask for money. You can go there for Pre-wedding photo shoot as well. There are restroom as well..and they all are really clean .There is a lake as well with swans all around . Go and enjoy the surrounding. Happy visiting 😀.

The garden is huge and cover a vast area. The garden is decently maintained though can see some loitering at corners.
Since there's plenty of trees around, the air is fresh and offer peace of mind around the garden. The garden is accompanied by old monumental structure. The structure itself give us an idea on how construction of buildings were done in early times.
In short, basically it is an garden with a few old monumental structure. Best for recreational activities and to relieve oneself

One of the historically rich park’s of Delhi. Three beautiful tombs of Lodhi dynasty rulers make it magnificent. There are enough well laid walking tracks n washrooms on every corner of the park. Many old trees n lush green ground around the historical monuments makes it magical. At this time of year, flowers are at full bloom especially the bougainvillea. Although over the years greenary is getting reduced, it is still one of the best parks in Delhi n home to many species of birds n different flowers. To accommodate the increased footfall new tracks are laid and green area’s shrinking. Tea, snacks n drinking water is available. Parking is always a messy affair there.

Very big place. You must have 2 to 3 hours to enjoy the full Lodi Garden. Lots of flowers, trees and birds. Parks are well maintained. Tombs are the centre of attraction. Quiet place, with not much crowd as it is a big place, so the crowd is distributed and is not in one place only. I could only find toilets near Gate 7 and it was paid to use the toilet. The water tap was beside the toilet. Apart from this, I did not see a toilet or drinking water anywhere there. Please remember the Gate number from where you enter or where you park your vehicle as you might get confused about where to exit as there are many Gates. I did not see any canteen inside to buy food, though I didn't cover the whole garden. Enough trees and benches to sit down and relax and take photos. A lot of young couples can be seen there hugging and kissing. So this may be uneasy for the family to take the kids there. Rest all is amazing.

Gurudwara Shri Bangla Sahib is a beautiful Sikh temple made of white marble and adorned with shining golden onion domes. It was constructed on the site where the eighth Sikh guru, Harkrishan Dev, resided before his passing in 1664. The gurdwara features a large holy tank of water which is said to have healing properties and has been associated with the young guru's efforts to tend to cholera and smallpox victims during an epidemic.
My most favourite place where I felt so good and calm. The place is so calm and peaceful. The staff who was collecting our footwears near shoe holders section randomly gave me chocolates which made my day. It was so kind of him. Everyone working there are so humble and ambience was lovely. Felt blessed. There is also a pond with colourful fishes. Food was very delicious.

The staff is also supportive and well mannered. Photography is not allowed but yes u can take little photos if u want. This Sikh temple is beautiful and provides an amazing food and shelter service to the community. There is a kitchen, a holy pond, a school and an art gallery. It was a very special experience visiting this very Holy historical place. what i liked most about this place is the spirit of tolerance and how to deal with the others regardless your religions or believes as every one is welcome here. there is a hug lake as i understand with holy water and i saw people can take bath there.

Very interesting experience. They will show you around the religious complex and also the kitchen and eating area, where free meals are provided 24 hours a day (up to 50.000). You will have to cover your head (provided) and wash your hands and feet before entering the actual religious site.
In the end, they asked for a donation of 500 rupees for one person.

A fabulous place to visit and experience. Beautiful buildings and decorations. Wonderfully serene ponds and walkways. Listening to the sounds and sitting with the community was a moving experience. Following others as they prepared to enter the sacred spaces was interesting and rewarding.
Head coverings are available and shoes can be left - free of charge - downstairs to the side of the main entrance.

Very welcoming and peaceful place in Delhi. It’s a religious complex for the Sikh community but all other communities are welcome. When we went to visit the shrine, everything was well organized. A Sikh association was offering free plants outside the shrine.

This beautiful holy place is so calm & peaceful that it actually feels like an escape from the worldly chaos; you can feel the spirituality in the air & totally connect with yourself from within. Very well maintained with beautiful interiors. Everyone doing seva is very sweet & helpful. We are suppose to remove our shoes & socks and wash your feet before entering the Gurudwara. Like any other Gurudwara it is mandatory to cover your head so kindly carry a scarf or handkerchief along. They also provide Kada prasad & langar is served in the langar hall. There was a huge free parking lot too. The hospitality is amazing & I would love to visit it often.

Wow! What a beautiful Gurudwara, landed in Delhi and went straight here, it is huge. Very clean, very well kept and the vibes are just amazing.
You have to remove your socks and just before you enter they have a small sink sorta thing you step in to so that your feet’s are cleaned.
Gurudwara is so beautifully made and has multiple entrances to where the Guru Grant Sahib is kept.
It is mandatory to cover your head so kindly bring your own scarf or Handkerchief if you do not want to use what they provide.

From the moment I stepped through the gates of Gurudwara Sri Bangla Sahib, I was enveloped in a sense of peace and tranquility. The spiritual aura that permeates the premises is palpable, creating a serene and sacred environment conducive to introspection and prayer.
The architectural grandeur of Gurudwara Sri Bangla Sahib is awe-inspiring. The gleaming golden dome, intricate marble work, and majestic facade are a testament to Sikh craftsmanship and devotion. Every corner of the gurudwara exudes beauty and reverence, inviting visitors to marvel at its splendor.

It's a beautiful place. The bus dropped me outside then I walked in. The area outside smelled bad and it was dirty. People with no shoes were everywhere. I had to jump some time to avoid stepping on trash and dirty water. Inside, it was like a different world. We went into a room to leave our shoes there, some of us covered our hair. Before entering the main area, we washed our hands and feet and I thought it was so nice that there was an area for that. It was very crowded and it took some time to have a place to stand and to pray. I enjoyed the Sarovar a lot. It was gorgeous under the sun. I didn't enter from the main entrance so before leaving, finally I had a chance to see the main entrance which looked so white.

It’s always very interesting knowing new cultures and religions, this place is very unique, out of all the temples I visited in this one no shoes but no socks either are allowed. The floor was very hot, except for the with tiles, the tour guide told us to step only on the white tiles.
There is a tourist area where you can leave your shoes and you can can borrow a “bandana” type fabric that you have to use to
Cover your hair.
There’s a huge area with water where people take a bath.
We had a tour to another area where food is served, you can see in my pics of the kitchen where everything is being prepared.

From the moment you step into the serene and welcoming premises of Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, located near Connaught Place in Delhi, you are enveloped in an atmosphere of profound peace and spirituality. This sacred site not only serves as a beacon of Sikh faith but also as a place where everyone, regardless of their background, is welcomed with open arms.
Visiting Gurudwara Bangla Sahib is an experience that transcends mere sightseeing; it's a journey into the heart of devotion, compassion, and community. The majestic golden dome and the stunning pool (Sarovar) that reflects the gurdwara's grandeur are sights to behold, inviting visitors to pause and reflect.
The highlight of my visit was participating in the Langar, a community meal that embodies the Sikh principles of equality and selfless service. The simple yet nourishing food served with love and humility is more than just a meal; it's a reminder of the shared humanity that binds us all. This act of kindness and the opportunity to volunteer in preparing and serving the Langar adds to the enriching experience, making you feel truly connected to Waheguru Ji.
Chanting of 'Waheguru' along with the harmonious kirtan (devotional music) in the background adds to the spiritual ambiance, making it easy for one to meditate and find inner peace. The warmth and kindness of the people at Bangla Sahib reinforce the message of brotherhood and the Sikh greeting, "Shree Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh. Satnam Shree Waheguru," which resonates deeply with the essence of this holy place.
In conclusion, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib is not just a place of worship but a sanctuary where souls are nurtured, and hearts are filled with divine love. It stands as a testament to the timeless teachings of Sikhism, promoting unity, service, and devotion. Whether you are seeking spiritual solace, wish to experience the rich Sikh culture, or simply want to find a moment of peace in the bustling city, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib welcomes you with open doors and a warm heart. A visit to this sacred site is indeed a blessing and a reminder of the infinite grace of Waheguru Ji.

India Gate, located at the eastern end of Raj Path in New Delhi, is a grand triumphal arch that serves as a war memorial for Indian soldiers who lost their lives in World War I. Designed by renowned architect Edward Lutyens and inaugurated in 1921, it commemorates over 70,000 Indian soldiers who perished during the war. The monument also honors more than 13,500 British and Indian soldiers killed in the Afghan war of 1919.
Lovely lighting at night. Reading the names of the soldiers who laid down their lives and explaining the same to kids generates a patriotic feeling! Just near the India Gate is the National War Museum, which is beautifully made. Again, reading all the names of the soldiers who laid down their lives for our country stresses the need for peace. A thoughtful place, and it leaves a mark on your heart.

'Akshardham' means the divine abode of God. It is hailed as an eternal place of devotion, purity and peace. Swaminarayan Akshardham at New Delhi is a Mandir – an abode of God, a Hindu house of worship, and a spiritual and cultural campus dedicated to devotion, learning and harmony. Timeless Hindu spiritual messages, vibrant devotional traditions and ancient architecture all are echoed in its art and architecture. The mandir is a humble tribute to Bhagwan Swaminarayan (1781- 1830), the avatars, devas and great sages of Hinduism. The traditionally-styled complex was inaugurated on 6 November 2005 with the blessings of HH Pramukh Swami Maharaj and through the devoted efforts of skilled artisans and volunteers.
Each element of Akshardham echoes with spirituality – the Mandir, the Exhibitions and even the Gardens.
The Akshardham mandir has over two hundred murtis, representing many of the spiritual stalwarts over many millennia. The spiritual premise of Akshardham is that each soul is potentially divine. Whether we are serving the family, the country our neighbors or all living beings the world over , each service can help one move towards divinity. Each prayer is a call towards improving oneself and moving closer to God.
A visit to Akshardham is a spiritually enriching experience. Whether it is in realising the power of prayer, in feeling the strength of non-violence, in being aware of the universal nature of Hinduism’s ancient principles, or just in admiring the beauty of God’s abode on Earth – each element has a spiritual significance.
Facts and Figure:
Opened 6th November 2005
Constructed by Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS)
Inspired by HH Yogiji Maharaj (1892-1971 CE)
Created by His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj
More than 300,000,000 volunteer hours went into making the complex
Over 8,000 volunteers from across the world participated in building it
Mandir built from intricately carved sandstone and marble
Exhibitions on Hinduism, including Bhagwan Swaminarayan's life and teachings such as prayer, compassion, and non-violence.
Open gardens, water bodies and step-well styled courtyard.

The temple was officially opened on 6 November 2005 by Pramukh Swami Maharajin the presence of Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, Manmohan Singh, L.K Advani and B.L Joshi. The temple, at the centre of the complex, was built according to the Vastu shastra and Pancharatra shastra.
In Akshardham Delhi, similar to its predecessor Akshardham Gandhinagar, Gujarat, the main shrine is the focal point and maintains the central position of the entire complex. There are various exhibition halls which provide information about the life and work of Swaminarayan. The designers of the complex have adopted contemporary modes of communication and technology to create the various exhibition halls.
The complex features an Abhisheka Mandap, Sahaj Anand water show, a thematic garden and three exhibitions namely Sahajanand Darshan (Hall of Values), Neelkanth Darshan (an IMAX film on the early life of Swaminarayan as the teenage yogi, Neelkanth), and Sanskruti Darshan (cultural boat ride). According to Swaminarayan Hinduism, the word Akshardham means the abode of almighty Lord Swaminarayan and believed by followers as a temporal home of God on earth.

Well this is the India's second largest temple, & asia's third largest temple around the world. Apart from this basic general knowledge, the good thing is entry is free but only for the "darshan" When it comes to shows, you have to pay for that, where the light/fountain show is most recommended if you are not opting for full package show ticket. Phone/Camera/Bags are not allowed inside temple, so make sure you keep in your car or either you can keep them in locker room which is also free to access.
Keep in mind, if you are going in rush hour then put our items/goods in your car/own space which will save your time in standing in queue.
Akshardham Temple or Swaminarayan Akshardham Complex is a prestigious fascination in Delhi and it gloats its profound and social exercises spreading over the city. The mind boggling invites you to comprehend and break down the conventional Hindu and Indian culture, deep sense of being and design. Being a standout amongst the most went by vacation spots in Delhi, the sanctuary has magnificence and dynamic quality, amazing by whatever else. The banks of the excellent Yamuna River in eastern Delhi offer space to the complex and the development was by the Vastu Shastra and Pancharatra Shastra.

Akshardham Temple, Largest Hindu temple in world is a divine place. It's more than temple, it's actually a hub of great architectural designs that are carved on rocks and marble. Main things to see: ceilings of each dome inside temple, pillars and Mandovar. Great example of great and rich culture.

Akshardham
An amazing beautiful peaceful temple.
Must visit place if you are in New Delhi.
Metro station also there and is just 100 meter apart.
Akshardham is really beautiful the main temple is really beautifully crafted. The outer architecture is beautiful and also the inner marbel architecture was more than beautiful. The roof of the main temple is just amazing. The best and the most beautiful part is the main temple where the colors are too good.
Note :- You can not take your phone 📱, camera 📷, so you have to stand in the queue to summit them in the cloak room. Secure cloak room 5/5.
After the cloak room there is a security check which will be done in a minute you just have to remove your wallet and belt and that's it they will check you and let you pass.
Strong security check.
Best place to visit.

Goosebumps!!
What a spectacular sight.... The beauty of this temple and its surrounding can not be described in words. Its just like a painting on a canvas.
Even after so much of crowd, this place is yet very peaceful and relaxing for your soul. The light show and musical fountain add to the beauty of this place.
MUST VISIT

The architecture is undoubtedly breathtaking and this place is worth a visit. However the staff is rude, timings of rides and events are not mentioned correctly on the website and not allowing purses or phones inside is incomprehensible. Why should we be asked to return or have to leave our valuables insecurely in cabs. Why not be transparant and allow cellphones. And what harm can purses and bags do...just use security measures. Even airports allow bags, so why shouldn't this place!!!

Chandni Chowk, located in the heart of Old Delhi, is a bustling shopping area filled with markets offering a variety of goods such as spices, dried fruits, silver jewelry, and colorful saris. The narrow side streets are lined with small shops selling essential oils, stationery, and traditional Indian sweets. Nearby attractions include the expansive Red Fort which now houses a museum complex and the impressive 17th-century Jama Masjid mosque.

Ansal plaza Mall
Shopping mall
Shopping
Gift & Specialty Shops
I'm amazed to know that Ansal Plaza, Delhi is the oldest major shopping mall in Delhi as well as the third oldest in India. It was opened on 1 November 1999 with the launch of Shoppers Stop in Delhi (its first branch to be part of a mall, now Decathlon Khel Gaon).
🍔 KFC 🍗, 🍟 McD 🍦, 🍕Pizza But 🥞, 🍜 Kofuku 🍣like that good eating houses are available. Some cloth shops like Meena bazaar then sports equipment shops like Decathlon and so on are open. And some luxury restaurants and bars like Te Amo, Imperfecto Pub, Amuse, The Sky High, and so on. But many shops are not open.
Since it is one of the oldest malls in India, its history, as well as the shop's details, should be explained on the ground floor of the mall for others who don't know about it. We just visited the mall and now only came to know about the history of the mall. Even foreigners who visited the mall might not know about all these as well.

Oldest mall of Greater Noida... Huge area.. but now it's not maintained.. many outlets closed.. croma, McDonald's, pizza hut, reliance digital, movie hall few luckily operational till date.🤞🤞.. Now Crowd is below average... Till 2017 or 2018 it's good but now.. we go only and only for McDonald's.... Few outlet pics...

Entry exit of mall was really confusing. No escalator was working.
PVR was good. However exit stairs were not clean.
You won't have to waste anytime in looking for it. It's super easy to locate and reach inside.
The seats are pretty good and the price is also reasonable for both 2d and 3d.
They also provide offers for meals in the theatre that's a plus point if you're really hungry and don't want to spend too much in popcorn.
The waiting area is very spacious and well decorated for those photo lovers, lots of posters of upcoming movies

Best location
Area wise good
Good architecture
But no one knows why it failed to present itself as a successful mall.
Big brands are leaving this mall continuously from last 3 years.
Lockdown made this situation worse
First Spencer left
Then Woodland left
Reliance smart left
And many more in this queue
But still no. of visits in this mall is greater than any other mall
But they are just wanderer
Very few percentage of crowd come here for shopping
Everyone just come to enjoy, because most of them are students and this mall is the nearest mall around college area
And it is the biggest reason for the failure of this mall
Its location nearby college area has become its misfortune
Thanks for reading

One of the nice mall I have seen is this one. It is located near Pari Chawk metro station(about 3 km away) in Noida. You can get all the stuff of your requirement from here with reasonable costs. Lift present here is awesome and I feel something similar to one in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.
Theatre present here is usually empty, so people can get tickets even after show. Price of tickets is less costly in comparison to others. I am making price comparison to the theatres present near DLF Gurgaon. If you are with your girlfriend or boyfriend then this theatre could be the best option to enjoy😜.
Food items are also available, so you can easily beat hunger and enjoy the break during movies. Large number of branded restaurants are present here for you so you cannot compromise with your luxury life and when you are with your loved ones😊 and wanna show your monetary potential in great way😜.
I went here to watch movie Zara Hatke Jara bachke and I really enjoyed the movie with my friends. The best thing was that we got food after 12 am night that day.
So, I believe you can nicely enjoy the weekend shopping and movie here and you will really feel great. You can enjoy chilling with your friends and family.

The shopping mall leaves much to be desired. It comes across as shabby and unkempt, with an overall untidy atmosphere that doesn't inspire confidence in its upkeep. Unfortunately, the unpleasant odor in some areas only adds to the disappointment.
Perhaps the most disheartening aspect is the high number of closed shops, with nearly half of them shuttered. This not only detracts from the mall's vibrancy but also limits the shopping options available to visitors.
However, amidst these shortcomings, there is a shining gem – the Creme Castle restaurant. It stands out as the mall's saving grace, offering a respite from the less-than-ideal surroundings. With its delectable cuisine and inviting ambiance, it manages to provide a delightful dining experience amidst the mall's shortcomings. If you find yourself at this mall, make a beeline for Creme Castle, as it's the one spot that truly shines.

There are very few shops in the Ansal plaza mall. Most of the shops are vacant in this plaza. Some of the popular shops are in the mall like, Cantabil Cobb Mcdonld, Arrow, Raymond, and one disco is there
So if you wish to do shopping in these brands you must visit here it is near metro station pari chowk.

It was my wonderful experience to visit this mall. Its building is too clean, big and decorative. It is divided into many floors and on each you find different-different brands for any thing such as; shoes, games material, restaurant, and other material shops.
There is full security in this mall and at door there a security guard who check everyone before enter in the mall.
The employees and member of this mall have planted lift and electric stairs for customers to move easily in every area.
I have visited here for buy a cake for my friend’s birthday. It in on the first floor and employees of the cake shop has treated me very well. There is also a branch of KFC restaurant for non-veg lovers.
From outside is looks very simple but when someone enter in the mall then they feel the real charm. I visited all the floors there and also use lift.
I found 1 deficit there that, the electric stair was not working as such. Hence, it is too big mall so, it is not good but beside this all the things are very well.
I spend very quality time there so, suggest to everyone to visit once in ansal plaza mall.
Thank you……

A mall usually has a good vibe and has something for everyone. Instead it's more of a market. It has a dull atmosphere and nothing for kids except for icecreams and a KFC... Parking costs ₹40 and you need to park in the open sun. I would say it's not a mall.

The Red Fort, located in Old Delhi, India, is a 17th-century Mughal fortress made of red sandstone. It was the main residence of the Mughal Emperors and was commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1638. The fort's design is credited to Ustad Ahmad Lahori, who also built the Taj Mahal.
A Must Visit place in Delhi, feels like going back in time and watching history come to life. Do remember this is not a spot for a quick visit, you need a whole day to properly visit all the monuments inside.

Red Fort is a historic monument in Delhi that exudes grandeur and architectural splendor. The impressive red sandstone walls and intricate designs reflect the rich Mughal architecture. The fort's sprawling grounds and well-preserved structures offer a glimpse into India's rich history and royal heritage. The sound and light show held in the evenings bring the monument to life with captivating storytelling. However, the fort can get crowded, especially during holidays and weekends. Overall, Red Fort is a must-visit destination, providing a captivating experience and a deep appreciation for India's cultural and historical significance.
Nice place to visit with friends & family..I recommend to book tickets online because for offline tickets you need to stand in queue. If you want to explore all the places inside red fort then It will take 2-3 hours.

This is a must visit to get a feel about history. The place is vast and has a decent exhibition which shows various exhibits, photographs and storyline about British occupation and their tyranny. The struggle for independence, particularly the 1857 struggle is nicely depicted

Better purchase the tickets online as it is cheaper and also no waiting in queues. Most of the archaeological sites I have visited in Delhi it is the most maintained maybe due to it's importance during the independence day speech. Connectivity with metro is incredible as it is within 50 metres from the Lal quila metro station. Great place with rich in history & historical moments clearly visible on the old walls of the great red fort of Delhi. There are 2 museums as well to go and revisit our independence war, few ancient items etc. However, I personally felt that the place is not well maintained and after some time one tend to feel bored as it doesn't offer much things to see. Best part of being in red fort is the market around it (Chandni Chowk obviously). Just one suggestion to the caretakers of the red fort would be to maintain this legendary place and please update your online ticketing platform. All in all its a highly recommended place to visit from my side.

Visited on last day of the year 2023.
There was large queue for buying tickets and entry .
At front entry there is a big gate with 2 Big canon , and it is a big attraction for children.
After moving forward you will find couple of shops selling items which is authorised by Gov. But I found them a little bit expansive.
After entering inside you will see some small buildings which are built there . It looks like a big park with some buildings .And most part of them is closed for public so which made it less interesting to watch . You can see them from outside only.
A interesting place that I found was the chair of king where they use to listen to their public.
Also there are museum there which mostly contains pictures showcase which I don’t find interesting and it also requires extra ticket . Other than that there are also option of video gallery where they show you shows and other things which also require 100 Rs for indian Tickets which i again didn’t find interesting.
Other than that you will not see any thing unique.
My suggestion-
A good place to visit with family and children to spent time also if someone is very historic can visit there.
Also Try to avoid taking bags if not required, they will ask to submit it which will taken a lot of time.
Also there is option to purchase tickets online so please use that option to avoid long queue.

The Grand Venice Mall showcases an exquisite Venetian-themed architecture, but renovation is imperative to restore its grandeur. Despite this, it lacks a diverse brand lineup, limiting shopping options. While existing stores offer varied products, expanding the brand repertoire could elevate its appeal. The scenic gondola rides and themed ambiance add charm, yet revitalizing the mall's infrastructure and incorporating more brands would undoubtedly rejuvenate its allure, enhancing the overall shopping and entertainment experience for visitors.

I felt the lack of one thing, if there was a system to watch movies here, the mall would have been praised. You can shop for branded clothes. I got to see a very nice collection. The mall is full of exceptional beauties from Venice like the architecture and the boat ride is quit famous. You can find famous brands and may have a great shopping experience as there is decent crowd all the time because the mall is so big that it does not seem crowded. The exterior architecture of mall will amaze you as one will feel that they have reached to the country itself. It’s is so beautifully designed and everything was perfectly organised. As for the parking, it will cost around ₹60 and the cost of fun activities are feasible as well. I had great time with my friends and I guess everyone must visit here once as it’s a one of a kind experience because malls are same everywhere but the architecture of this mall will not be available everywhere .

My wife and I recently visited the Venice Mall in Noida, enticed by the captivating photos and positive Google reviews we had come across online. The mall's Venice-themed design, with its water canals, seemed promising. Despite the challenges of commuting, including two metro lines and a distance of almost 50 kilometers from New Delhi, we made the effort to visit on our last day in Delhi.
However, upon reaching the mall, our excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The first thing that struck us was the lack of proper lighting, which failed to showcase the intricate details of the mall's architecture. With the exception of the lights at the main entrance, the rest of the mall was dimly lit, overshadowing the grandeur and charm of the old palace-inspired exterior we had witnessed firsthand.
Additionally, it was evident that the mall suffered from poor maintenance. Many areas appeared neglected, with a significant number of empty shops, contributing to an overall sense of emptiness. The absence of popular brands further detracted from the experience, leaving us questioning why such a promising space was unable to attract more businesses.

"I didn't enjoy going there; there weren't too many options for kids, adults, or food.
The mall, labeled as Venice Mall, attempted to match the theme in the middle, featuring boat fun along with a song. However, the boat ride was very costly at 300 rupees per head for a 5-minute ride, which I believe is a complete waste of money. I also had arguments with the ticket lady because she wanted to see my 4-year-old child to exempt him, and I was telling the truth that he is indeed 4 years old. I would recommend bringing Aadhar cards for kids if you plan to go on the boat ride.
There is no option for a full-fledged restaurant within the mall where you can enjoy peaceful food. While they do have a food court, the service is not good. However, you will find seating at pizza shops if you like them.
Masti Zone offers many options like arcade, kids' adventure, and trampoline, but it's also very costly compared to the timing and service they provide. For example, the trampoline costs 400 rupees per person for 30 minutes, and there isn't much to play there, making it a risky choice. Kids' adventure costs 250 rupees per child for 30 minutes, which is somewhat good, but timing is an issue. There is another adventure park that was closed, possibly due to missing safety standards. The arcade was also too costly; within 10 minutes, I was charged 1000 rupees, and most of the machines were not functioning.
Most of the shops within the mall are closed or not functional.
Valet parking charges 100 rupees."

The Grand Venice mall is where everyone from children to adults can go shopping. The view of The Grand Venice Mall is very beautiful, definitely visit it once, seeing the view will give peace to the heart.

Mall is very beautiful and nice....and well decorated.. present some renovation work kis going on so some of the outlets and shop's are closed in the mall...but over-all restaurant and dine sections are open.... overall awesome mall...You can enjoy boating here. And the best part is, you can let your kids ,partner play the game. The gaming system is on the top floor. Also you can have lunch or dinner, on the same floor. I felt the lack of one thing, if there was a system to watch movies here, the mall would have been praised. You can shop for branded clothes. I got to see a very nice collection.

The grand Venice Mall is one of the different kinds of mall, the infrastructure and proper Romania style and inside the river, it makes this place totally different.
It has almost all types of food courts.
Fun zone on 3rd floor it too good it's good for even adult.
Only the outer infrastructure is getting old and there is no maintenance 8n place look like.
This place has good amount of footfall.
Risshi Kulshreshthaa — Google review
Based on the theme of Vanice city, it has been drafted and catered well.
Although the mall doesn't look maintained from outside, still it is one of the most beautiful malls from inside.
Having very limited shops inside and most of the part in the mall is closed, the mall is beautiful and different from all other malls. I wish some day it runs on its full, so that we may be able to see it's actual beauty.
A good place to go, and a must place to see atleast once, before giving judgement from outside.

Absolutely beautiful place to visit where we get to experience gandola rides.. a stairwell that resembles the Leaning tower of Pisa is an added attraction and makes for a popular photo-op. But the number of unoccupied shops is considerable and outlets for shopping and not that many. There is a multiplex in the venue. It definitely is a lovely well- maintained place to spend an evening.

The mall is centralised air conditioned. You can go with your friends and family and have a gala time.

I visited The grand Venice Mall last week and I was amazed by its beautiful architecture and design. The mall is based on the Venice City theme and has a canal with gondolas that you can ride. The mall has multiple stores that offer a variety of products and services, from clothing and accessories to electronics and books. The food court has a wide range of cuisines and dishes to suit every taste and budget. The gaming zone is a fun place to spend some time with friends and family, as it has many games and activities for all ages. The mall is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The mall is easily accessible by public transport and has ample parking space. I had a great time at The grand Venice Mall and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a shopping and entertainment destination

The mall built with very good theme with gondola in Venice and pissa tower etc , but not maintained at all.
The gondola ride will cost you Rs: 400 / person. Not much options for shopping and food court also in the same condition.

I recently visited the Grand Venice Mall in Greater Noida, and I must say, the Italian-themed architecture is truly impressive. The design resembles the charm of Venice, complete with canals and gondola rides, which added a unique touch to the experience.

Immersing patrons in the charm of Venice, The Grand Venice Mall boasts an architectural marvel reminiscent of Italy's iconic city. Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a breathtaking sight: Venetian-inspired architecture, intricately crafted bridges, and enchanting gondola rides along an artificial canal. Regrettably, the mall's current state reflects a lack of foot traffic, with vast areas left vacant, dimming the once vibrant atmosphere.
Vaibhav Bhatnagar — Google review
The Venice-style canals, and gondola rides provide a unique and enjoyable shopping experience.
Not many shops are open most of the stores , shopes have been closed , only food court is running.

Probably the best mall of Greater Noida in terms of size, architecture, grandeur & infrastructure, but it's unable to pull enough crowd even on weekends due its location.
Good place to visit on weekends, but a bit far away from the heart of Greater Noida.

I think it's the only public place in Greater Noida which is worth visiting. It's quite brigand has lots of amenities specially for kids like swings, slides of different kinds. For adults the park has a basic open sky gym which is a good timepass along with basic exercise. The park is good for walking and spending some quality time with family and friends. The park has immense scope for improvement. It can be made into a spectacular place to visit. The tickets prices are Rs. 10 for adults and Rs. 5 for kids upto 12 yrs of age. Monthly pass is quite economic Rs. 100 for adults and Rs. 50 for Children. Park remains closed on all Mondays. The open hours are 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM in summer and 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM in winters.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jurassic Water Park on GT Road, and it was a fantastic day filled with water-themed excitement and entertainment. If you're looking for a thrilling aquatic adventure, this is the place to be!
Upon entering the park, I was immediately impressed by the range of water attractions available. From towering water slides to lazy rivers and wave pools, Jurassic Water Park offers a variety of options to suit visitors of all ages and preferences. The park is well-maintained and clean, with ample seating areas and shaded spots to relax between rides.
The water slides at Jurassic Water Park are a definite highlight. The adrenaline rush as you plunge down the steep twists and turns is exhilarating and guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. The slides are well-designed and offer a mix of thrilling drops and gentle curves, catering to both thrill-seekers and those looking for a more relaxed experience.
The wave pool is another crowd favorite. It creates simulated waves that mimic the ocean, allowing visitors to enjoy the sensation of swimming in open waters. Whether you're a seasoned swimmer or simply looking to cool off, the wave pool offers a refreshing and enjoyable experience for all.
The park's staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring the safety and well-being of all visitors. Lifeguards are stationed at each attraction, providing an added sense of security. I appreciated their attentiveness and the fact that they enforce safety rules to ensure everyone has a fun and accident-free day.
For families with young children, Jurassic Water Park has a dedicated kids' area with age-appropriate water features and smaller slides. It's a great space for children to splash around and have a blast under the watchful eye of their parents.
In terms of amenities, Jurassic Water Park has decent food options available, including fast food stalls and snack bars. Prices are reasonable considering it's a theme park, but you may also consider bringing your own snacks and drinks to save some money.
Overall, Jurassic Water park offers a fun-filled aquatic adventure for individuals, families, and groups of friends. It's a great place to beat the summer heat and enjoy a day of water-based fun. With a few minor improvements, this park has the potential to become an even more exceptional destination. I would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area and looking for a memorable water park experience!

Last week i planned for a trip to Jurrasic park sonipat with family members. Last time i visited this place almost 7 years ago. From that time many things have changed. When we reached, there were only 3 counters opened for ticket booking and so many people were there in que. After 1 hour we got tickets and entered. Further we had to take swimming costumes and locker. At first we had planned for water park and after that amusement park for swings and rides. There were almost 10 slides we had taken. We spent few hours in water park. I had taken few water slides cautiously because hadn't before. We enjoyed waves in the pool with Dj mix. There were snow park, bungee jumping, motor rides are extra activities with extra cost. At this place there are many food stalls where we enjoyed different dishes. Finally after the water slides and park we went for amusement park where almost 10 rides and some rides for kids also. We enjoyed the rides but rides are not upto the mark.
If i talk to cost of entry fee and other things like costumes, lockers is little bit high. Food rates are also high.
If anyone is planning to visit this place then i suggest please buy tickets online in advance and try to be early entry to enjoy all because there is so much crowd and at every point there is a long que.

I recently visited Jurasik Park Sonipat with my students on a school excursion and had a good experience overall.
The water slides were particularly impressive and provided a thrilling experience.
The park is well-maintained, and the staff was cooperative and friendly, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
The food options were also good, with a variety of choices available at reasonable prices.
However, our experience of the 7D show was not up to the mark. It could have been better.
Additionally, children were disappointed that the video gaming section was closed during our visit.
In go-kart ride, we felt that it could have accommodated more cars at a time to reduce waiting time.
Overall, Jurasik Park Sonipat is a good water and amusement park that is worth visiting.
Despite a few drawbacks, the park offers a fun and exciting experience for visitors of all ages. I would rate it 4 stars.

An interesting place which not only has religious significance but historical importance as well, Augarnath Temple is an important place to see in Meerut. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this Hindu temple is located in the Cantonment area of the city and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Meerut. It is the place where the great revolt of India’s independence in 1857 started. The history of this temple in Meerut is little known. However, it is said that at this temple, the Maratha rulers used to perform the pilgrimage on auspicious occasions making it a significant place of worship in the city. The temple complex also includes a memorial which is built to commemorate the martyrs of the Independence War of 1857.

A very old and renowned Shiv and Parvati temple of meerut famous for its historic value. The revolt of 1857 was started from here and a memorial of the same has been made here also. A very clean and beautiful temple, an environment where you may feel inner peace. A very spacious temple in which kathas and bhandaras are being organised from time to time. Very crowded during kavad Mela due to Shivratri jal arpan.

Daksh Mahadev Temple is situated in haridwar at banks of River Ganga. The place has Mahadev Temple and has Ghaat for taking holy dip. Sheetla Mata mandir is also situated next to the mandir. There are lots of Dharamshala situated in the vicinity. The compound is very big and lighting during evening is very beautiful. Much less crowded than Har Ki Pauri

The Daksha Mahadev temple is popular among devotees due to its association with an interesting legend. Hindus believe that it is here that King Daksha had performed yagna. It is here that Sati burnt herself as she came to know about the insult done to her husband (he was not invited to the yagna). When Lord Shiva got the news, he took the life of King Daksha. However, Lord Shiva returned the life of Daksha later. So, the Daksha Mahadev temple is a reminder of this interesting legend and is regarded in high esteem by Hindus. The temple is built by queen of Dhankaur in 1810 CE.
If you are traveling to Haridwar, you can never miss visiting the Daksha Temple as it occupies a significant place in the Hindu mythology.

The temple is a beautiful place with the environment offering peace and tranquility. It is primarily famous due to the story that this was the same place where goddess Sati burnt herself by jumping into the fire, and the same kund, as they call it, is also revered and worshipped here. The temple area is divided into various parts, and almost all the important Hindu deities are worshipped at this place. However, it is clearly stated that clicking photos inside the temple premises is strictly prohibited.
The area behind the temple is serene. There is a ghat built where people perform puja. You can also sit and relax since the water flowing is soothing to watch, and dipping your feet in it helps you calm down due to the cool temperature. But overall, this place is worth the visit partly due to its importance in the Hindu scriptures and also because of the aura the area has of making you feel calm and composed !!!!

Named after King Daksh and has a great history from the mythology. The present temple was built by Queen Dhankaur in 1810 and rebuilt in 1962. It is a place of pilgrimage for Shaivaite devotees on Maha Shivaratri.
There was ample parking outside the temoke the moving queue that made the darshan pleasant during the visit. You might want to be cognizant of certain times of the month (Including masik Shivratri, Pradosh) to plan accordingly.
Don't miss the Shitla Mata Mandir behind the main temple which is the birth place of Sati Mata.

This temple of Lord Shiva is named after King Daksha Prajapati, father of Sati.
A ghat is available there where one can dip themselves before puja...
The present temple was built by Queen Dhankaur in 1810 and rebuilt in 1962.
As mentioned in the Mahabharata and other texts of Hinduism, King Daksha Prajapati, the father of Sati, Shiva's first wife, performed yajna at the place where the temple is situated. Although Sati felt insulted when her father did not invite Shiva to the ritual, she attended the yajna. She found that Shiva was being spurned by her father and she burnt herself in the Yajna Kunda itself. Shiva got angry and sent his Gaṇas, the terrible Virabhadra and Bhadrakali to the ritual.[3] On the direction of Shiva, Virabhadra appeared with Shiva's ganas in the midst of Daksha's assembly like a storm wind and waged a fierce war with the gods and mortals present culminating in the beheading of Daksha, who was later given the head of a goat at the behest of Brahma and other gods.
If you are traveling to Haridwar, you can never miss visiting the Daksha Temple as it occupies a significant place in the Hindu mythology.

also known as Daksheswar Mahadev Temple, is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva It derives its name from King Daksha Prajapati, who organized a grand yajna where his daughter Sati self-immolated due to insult. Enraged by Sati's sacrifice, Lord Shiva sent Virabhadra to behead Daksha, who was later given a goat's head by Brahma. The present temple was built in 1810 CE by Queen Dhankaur and rebuilt in 1962, serving as a pilgrimage site for Shaivaite devotees, especially during Maha Shivaratri. The Daksh prajapati temple or Daksheshwar mahadev temple is located about 4 kms from Haridwar railway station, Haridwar. The temple is beautifully built and is dedicated to lord Shiva. It is believed that this is the very place where mata sati set herself in yajna fire. There is a statue of lord shiv and sati in the temple campus dedicated to this legend.
The temple was first built by Queen of Dhankaur in 1810 and then renovated to this in 1960s.
According to the shiv mahapuran, Daksh prajapati the father of mata Sati performed a Yajna in which he invited every one except lord Shiva. Mata sati got angry with it and felt insulted for her husband. She set herself on yajna fire to death. When lord Shiva came to know this event he got ferociously angry and beheaded daksha prajapati. He took the body of mata sati and roam the universe. To put the end his sorrow lord Vishnu cut mata sati's body into 52 pieces where ever they drop is refered as Shaktipeeth.

Maa Chandi Devi Temple is a popular Hindu temple in Haridwar, Uttarakhand that attracts thousands of devotees every day to pray to the goddess for their desires to be fulfilled. Constructed in the early 20th century, the temple features an idol of Goddess Chandi dating back to 8th century AD and is accessible either through a trek or taking the ropeway service.

Chandi Devi mandir is beautiful, you can get here by cable car (or you can say ropeway) which costs you around 200 rupees for 1 round trip. By entering the temple we can able to see the chandi Devi statue and on the left side of gallery there is a door by which we can get inside to pay our tribute. Lots of people come here per day and they tie holy chunri and wish for success and happiness.
After this you got to see stairs by which you get downstairs and here some other statues of God's are present with a number of shops like bangles, clothes, Jewellery, sweets, etc.
Beware of monkeys as they try to snatch the Prasad and other eatable items.

Goddess Chandi also known as Chandika is the presiding deity of the temple. The story of the origin of Chandika is as follows: Long time ago, the demon kings Shumbha and Nishumbha had captured the kingdom of the god-king of heaven - Indra and thrown the gods from Swarga (heaven). After intense prayers by the gods, a goddess emerged from Parvati. An exceptionally beautiful woman and amazed by her beauty, Shumbha desired to marry her. On being refused, Shumbha sent his demon chiefs Chanda and Munda to kill her. They were killed by goddess Chamunda who originated out of Chandika's anger. Shumbha and Nishumbha then collectively tried to kill Chandika but were instead slain by the goddess. Thereafter, Chandika is said to have rested for a short while at the top of Neel Parvat and later a temple was built here to testify the legend. Also, the two peaks located in the mountain range are called Shumbha and Nishumbha
About the location..
The Temple is located at a distance of 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) from Har ki Pauri. To reach the temple one has to either follow the three kilometre trekking route from Chandighat and reach the shrine by climbing a number of steps or climb the recently introduced rope-way (cable car) service. The total length of the ropeway route is about 740 metres (2,430 ft) and height is 208 metres (682 ft). There is a dense forest on the other side of the hill and the ropeway offers scenic views of the Ganges River and Haridwar.
The temple is run by the Mahant who is the presiding priest of the temple. On a normal day, the temple is open between 6.00 am. to 8.00 pm. and the morning aarti at the temple begins at 5.30 am. Leather accessories, non vegetarian food and alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited in the temple premises.

Very near to the Chandidevi temple, the temple of Anjana, mother of Hanumanji is located and devotees visiting Chandi Devi temple also visit this temple. This temple is really worth visiting. Due to its less crowd and also spacious places and also pleasent view from above, it can easily give you some peace of mind.
And also many people doesn't know that there is another temple except Maa Chandi Devi temple at the same places but you have walk above about 100 meters to view it. There is temple of Hanuman and Maa Anjani.

Chandi devi temple is situated on Neel parvat. One can use the ropeway to reach on top. The ropeway ticket comes as a package of Manasa devi and Chandi devi together or one journey INR 220. The ropeway ticket booking and line of waiting are very well managed. On top of the hill there are shops available to purchase Pooja samagri. The waiting time depends on the time of the day. Visit earlier to get a peaceful dharshan. Also Anjaani dev mandir is nearby to visit after chandi devi temple.

It's a beautiful Holy place with very positive vibes. It is situated on top of a hill, where you can reach by cablecar/ropeway, or by walking also, it is completely on your preferences and health condition. I went through cablecar/Ropeway, it allowed me to cover the distance in less time and also enabled me to enjoy the views of hills and Ganges. I reached earlier and got enough time to spend in front of maata. Jai maata ki.

One of Haridwar's best places to visit is the Chanda Devi temple. The Chanda Devi temple in Haridwar honors Godess Chanda Devi. The temple is situated on the Neel Parvat of the Shivalik Hills.
The view from the ropeway that takes you to the temple's zenith's peak is breathtaking. The temple is one of the five pilgrimages in Haridwar, also famous as Siddha Peetha or Neel Parvat Teerth. It is a place to worship, and devotees go there to get their wishes and desires fulfilled.
According to tradition, Goddess Chandika Devi is said to have taken a brief nap on Neel Parvat. After killing the demon kings Shumbh and Nishumbha, this took place.
The reigning monarch of Kashmir, Suchat Singh, built the Chandi Devi Temple in 1929. Goddess Chandika Devi is said to have taken a brief nap on Neel Parvat. After killing the demon kings Shumbh and Nishumbha, this took place.
To reach: By Auto and drop off to Rope way starting point.

The Mansa Devi Temple is a beautiful and sacred Hindu pilgrimage site located on a hill in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
To reach the temple, visitors can take a trolley ride from the base of the hill. The trolley service is operated by the temple management and is the most convenient way to reach the top.
The ticket price for the trolley is 130 rupees per person for a round trip (up and down). This is a reasonable price for the service provided, given the distance and elevation of the temple.
However, during peak season or on weekends, the wait time for the trolley can be quite long. In the case of the reviewer, they had to wait for around one hour for their turn to ride the trolley.
The trolley ride itself is an exciting experience, as it offers panoramic views of the city and the surrounding hills. The journey takes around 15-20 minutes, depending on the crowds and weather conditions.
Upon reaching the top, visitors are greeted with the stunning sight of the temple and its surroundings. The temple is beautifully designed and decorated, with intricate carvings and paintings adorning the walls.

Temple is located on a mountain. It could be a good hike for those seeking a decent challenge or could be a nice gondola 🚠 ride for those seeking thrill. Overall the temple is really good and you can expect plenty of crowd. There are stairs after the gondola ride that needs to be climbed. Restrooms are available and food too. The temple offers a good panoramic view of Haridwar and is known for goddess Manasa Devi.

It is a nice temple to visit which is situated at some height at the top of the hill. One can either use stairs or ropeway to reach the temple. Pilgrim needs to climb around 1000 staircases if it decides to go by foot. If someone doesn't have that much strength or is in a hurry ropeway service is useful and enjoyable too which helps you reach the temple within two minutes.

It's an important temple for Hindus and locals have a lot of faith in it. People go here to tie a red thread as a wish and once the wish comes true they go back and open the thread. There are three ways to reach it, one by steps (800+) and the other one by the trolley ride for those who can't climb and the third via a Trek. I would recommend the Trek. Its an easy one plus offers excellent views of the plains below. Also visit at the earliest possible hour to avoid crowds. It can be a very busy place.

The Mansa Devi Temple in Haridwar is a special place on a hill called Bilwa Parvat. It's a very important place for people who want to pray and connect with their faith. When I visited, I noticed how much people believed in the power of this temple. The temple itself is very beautiful, with pretty designs on the walls. Inside, there's a statue of Goddess Mansa Devi, who is believed to grant people's wishes.
What makes this temple even more interesting is how you can get to it. There's a cable car system, like a small cabin that takes you up to the temple. This is great because it helps people of all ages visit the temple, and it gives you an amazing view of Haridwar and the river Ganges.
The place around the temple is kept clean and neat. They have stalls where you can buy religious things, sweets, and souvenirs. The people who work at the temple are very kind and helpful.
Visiting the Mansa Devi Temple was a wonderful experience. It's a mix of faith and modern convenience. I think it's a must-visit if you're looking for blessings and peace in the spiritual atmosphere of Haridwar.

Har Ki Pauri is a must-see in Haridwar, known as one of the most emblematic sites of the Hindu religion. It is famous for hosting the Ganga Aarti at nightfall, drawing thousands of faithful who gather to lay flowers or light candles on the banks of the Ganges. The ghat is surrounded by various bakery and cake shops, offering a variety of sweet treats and baked goods for visitors to enjoy after experiencing this spiritual and cultural landmark.
At Triveni Ghat, a holy site on the banks of the Ganges River in Rishikesh, Hindu pilgrims come to take a dip and offer prayers to their deities. The evening aarti is particularly auspicious and attracts many tourists.
One of the best holy place to worship the river Ganga. Daily aarti is observed at this placed after 6pm in the evening. The atmosphere and the attire of the pujaris during Aarti is the best thing to watch. Due to covid body temperature check and sanitization while entering the ghat is taken care. Mask too is compulsory while entering ghat

Triveni Ghat in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, is a special place. It's where three important rivers, the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati, meet, creating a holy spot. People from all over the world come here to find peace and spirituality.
When I visited Triveni Ghat, I saw a big statue of Lord Shiva watching over the place. People, including holy men called sadhus, gathered there to pray. They chanted "Har Har Mahadev" to honor Lord Shiva.
One of the most beautiful things I saw was when people took a dip in the Ganga river. They believed it washed away their sins and made them pure.
In the evening, a special ceremony called Ganga Aarti took place. Priests in saffron clothes lit oil lamps and sang songs. The sight of these glowing lamps by the river was mesmerizing.
Triveni Ghat is not just a holy place, but also a meeting point for different cultures. It's where traditions from all around India come together.
While Triveni Ghat is a special place, it's also important to take care of the environment and the ghat itself. Uttarakhand is a beautiful state, and we should protect it.
My visit to Triveni Ghat left me feeling grateful for the spirituality and culture it holds. It's a reminder that faith and tradition still thrive in this world.

Famous for it's Daily Evening Aarti and sacred baths.
But it's not just a ghat for baths or pooja but a scenic point and due to its length it naturally becomes a walking area, yoga or hangout place.
Well managed by Shri Ganga Sabha, Rishikesh. The ghat is very long with a dedicated area for daily evening Aarti.
Ghat is open 24*7 and has free but limited capacity of parking space.
The ghat has steps and gaurd rails for devotees who need support. It is also wheel chair friendly.
Ghat has chain barriers where people can safely bath, but mostly people prefer to cross it and feel the strength of Maa Ganga.
Ghat provides changing rooms for women and dedicated washrooms for both men and women.
Daily pooja offerings and plastic gallons are available to be purchased from local sellers. Friendly advice: don't hesitate in Bargaining.
If you want to see the magnitude of our most sacred river, it gives you se glimpse of it and you will be mesmerised with the scenary it holds. Elephant is one of the lucky sites you can get on the opposite end of the river bank.

Loved this place. Very peaceful and you can breathe natural air. Beatles Ashram has a privilege for students to pay entry tickets at half price. You just have to show your ID card. Don't need to carry food items as you can find monkeys too. There is a cafe where you can have good food and then roam freely. The architecture of the ashram is also very impressive, and the colorful murals and graffiti throughout the buildings give it a unique and vibrant energy.
There are guided tours available that provide a lot of interesting information about the Beatles and their time at the ashram. Visitors can see where each band member lived and worked, including John Lennon's meditation cave. The ashram also has a great museum that displays photographs and memorabilia from the Beatles' stay.
In conclusion, the Beatles Ashram in Rishikesh city is a must-visit destination for fans of the Beatles and anyone interested in Indian culture and spirituality. It is a lovely and peaceful place to spend a few hours or a whole day, and it will leave you feeling inspired and refreshed.

Super cool to see this - once in a lifetime opportunity if you are in Rishikesh, don't miss it! It takes about 1.5 hours to look around everything and not be rushed. Definitely meditate in one of the caves, I feel inspired and revived after doing this!

Beautiful and serene atmosphere. Nice to see the meditation chambers and facilities provided in 1976. Must visit place but the ashram is not an ashram anymore. I wish it’s original beauty could be brought back to life by raising funds. It’s a great place and needs to be restarted.

Serene place! The well-known Beatles found solace here, leading to most productive time of their era and several meditation huts can be seen. It's all amidst the jungle in the lap of the hills.
The area is well-spread out and on a little elevation, mostly ruins but with some amazing graffitis and art! Soft and calming music in the background all over the place ✨
Great place to spend few hrs, relax, enjoy nature... must visit if you're a fan of Beatles!!

**The Beatles Ashram: A Step Back in Time**
In 1968, the Beatles traveled to Rishikesh, India, to study Transcendental Meditation with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. They stayed at the Maharishi's ashram, which is now known as the Beatles Ashram.
The Beatles Ashram is a place of history and legend. It is where the Beatles wrote some of their most famous songs, including "Dear Prudence" and "Mother Nature's Son." It is also where they experienced a period of great personal and spiritual growth.
The ashram is located in a beautiful setting on the banks of the Ganges River. The grounds are lush and green, and the air is filled with the sound of birdsong. The ashram itself is a simple structure, but it is full of history and character.
Today, the Beatles Ashram is a popular tourist destination. Visitors can wander the grounds, take in the views, and imagine what it was like for the Beatles to live and work there. They can also learn about the history of the ashram and the Transcendental Meditation movement.
If you are interested in history, music, or spirituality, then the Beatles Ashram is a must-visit destination. It is a place where you can step back in time and experience a piece of the Beatles' legacy.

The Beatles Ashram, also known as the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ashram, is located in Rishikesh, India. It gained fame in the 1960s when the Beatles, an iconic British rock band, stayed there to learn transcendental meditation.
Ticket price a bit high but if u explore with a whole day is worthy.
The ashram is nestled in the beautiful forests of the Himalayas and offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It's now open to the public and you can explore the abandoned buildings covered in colorful graffiti. It's a must-visit for Beatles fans and anyone seeking a spiritual experience in Rishikesh! 🎶✨

GRAND & BEAUTIFUL
A prestigious institute that looks beautiful and feels nothing short of a grand movie set. The buildings, hallways, stairs all remind of you of the British architecture that can be seen in English Universities. Located inside the city and connected by wide and smooth roads. Proper parking facility is available. Lush greenery all around, which is maintained very well. Perfect picnic spot for families, one can spend hours and hours and still not get bored. Affordable and tasty food is available in the canteen, do try their idly & sambhar.
As it is a huge campus, be ready to walk for a considerable distance if you want to explore it inside out.

Based on the experience of my two years which I spent living in the campus being a student there.
Forest Research Institute (FRI) is one of the most loved tourist attractions in Dehradun. It has a unique place in the architectural history of India due to its Greco-Roman architecture which is utterly mesmerizing. This institute not only provides very specialized research in forestry and allied disciplines but also helps in imparting forestry related education to the students and scholars. It accommodates a reserved forest🌳🌿 within its premise due to which it is also called the lungs of Dehradun city. The walk around the campus with the sound of the birds chirping🐦🕊🐤 is so therapeutic that it can bring a smile to anyone's face😊. You will hardly find any piece of litter or garbage there and that's why it looks so clean and organic, the perfect example of co-habitation with nature. Having a reserved forest, a certain phenomenon called micro-climate is formed due to which the temperature🌡 in the campus is normally 3-4 degree Celsius lower than that of the city and the campus also gets more rain🌧 round the year. In my opinion, it is one of most livable places in our country.
Request: Please do not throw litter(plastic bottles) here and there and contribute your bit in making this place a plastic free zone. Thanks🙏

Forest research institute ( FRI) is a beautiful, clean and well maintained place with amazing architecture. Very easy to reach here and has a very nominal ticket of like 10 Rupees and needs to pay additional 50 Rupees if you wish to see the museums. Ample parking space for vehicles. Canteen is also there inside the campus. Nice place to spend peaceful time.

A nice place to spend some time with friends and family. A nice spot for couples also.
Entry ticket is 20rs and if you want to enter with a vehicle you will be charged 30rs extra.
The main building of FRI is not that much of an attraction, instead the whole campus and the beauty of it will keep you astonished. Greenery at it's best.
The only complain I have is that, there are no benches to be found anywhere in the whole FRI campus. People need some place to sit since everyone doesn't have vehicles and walking all the way is kind of hectic specially when the weather is hot. Beautiful gardening area.

I recently had the privilege of visiting the Forest Research Institute (FRI) in Dehradun, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. As an institution dedicated to forestry studies and research, FRI surpassed all my expectations in terms of its academic excellence, infrastructure, and commitment to environmental conservation.
Firstly, the campus of FRI is simply breathtaking. Nestled amidst lush greenery, it provides a serene and conducive environment for learning and research. The impressive colonial architecture adds to its charm and showcases the rich history of the institute.
Secondly, the faculty at FRI is highly knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about their subjects. They go above and beyond to impart quality education and nurture the students' interest in forestry and related fields. The curriculum is comprehensive, covering both theoretical and practical aspects, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
Moreover, FRI's research facilities are state-of-the-art, equipped with advanced technology and equipment. The institute encourages students and researchers to engage in innovative projects and contribute to the field of forestry with their findings.
Additionally, FRI actively promotes environmental awareness and conservation through various initiatives and outreach programs. Their commitment to sustainable practices is evident in every aspect of their operations, making them a role model for other institutions.

Tapkeshwar Mahadev Mandir, located in Dehradun, is a serene Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It boasts a vast campus with various locations for worshiping different deities. The temple's main attraction is the river flowing through it, and visitors can walk on the rocks if they are careful. The name Tapkeshwar comes from the constant dripping of water from the cave walls inside the Shiv Temple.
One of the best temples I have seen till date. There are many deities in the temple. This place has a very large campus area, with different small locations for different deity to worship. There is a small river flowing through the temple in which you can step in and walk through the rocks (this is not recommendes, if you are sure that you walk without your shoes over the rocks, then only, you should give it a try). One reason for this name is that there is always water dripping through the ceiling inside the main Shiv Temple.

The Tapkeshwar temple is truly a hidden gem in the bustling city of Dehradun. Located on the banks of the picturesque Asan River, this temple is a perfect blend of spirituality, natural beauty, and architectural marvel.
The main attraction of this temple is the natural cave that houses the Shivlinga, which is believed to have been formed by the continuous flow of water droplets from the roof of the cave. This unique phenomenon is what gives the temple its name - Tapkeshwar, which means 'the one with dripping water'. I was amazed by the natural beauty of the cave and the spiritual energy it exudes.

The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is known for having one of the oldest Shivling in a cave. The cave is named Drona Cave after the Guru of Pandavas and Kauravas who is believed to have once resided there.
The temple is open daily from 6 AM to 7 PM and there is no entry fee. A tour of the temple takes about one hour. Some say that the best time to visit the temple is during Shivaratri, which falls in February or March every year. Others say that April to July are the best months to visit.
Tapkeshwar Temple, also known as Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple, is a cave temple in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It's located on the banks of the seasonal Asan river, 6.5 kilometers from the city center of Dehradun.
The Shivling in Tapkeshwar Temple is a natural, swayambhu, or "that which manifested on its own". It is believed to represent Shiva's grace and power
The temple is also known for the dripping water, which comes from a चट्टान on the Shivling. The name "Tapkeshwar" comes from the water droplets that drip on the Shivling.
The temple is a holy place for the local people. Visitors can offer their prayers and worship to the Shivling. Some believe that the Lord fulfills the wishes of anyone who comes to the temple to ask for something and seek God's blessings.
The Shivling is sometimes decorated with a crown made of rudraksha, silver, or gold. The temple also worships Bhagavan Shiva, Goddess Parvati, and Ganesha in pindi forms.
The dripping water droplets are believed to symbolize the divine presence of Lord Shiva. The name "Tapkeshwar" is a combination of the words "tapak", which means "dripping", and "ishwar", which means God. The water droplets are seen as a sign of Lord Shiva's blessings.
According to legend, the child Ashwatthama prayed to Shiva when his mother Kalyani was unable to breastfeed him. Shiva then blessed Ashwatthama by feeding him milk dripping from the shivalinga in the cave.
Legend has it that Ashwatthama, the son of Guru Drona, did penance at the temple. Drona, the teacher of the Pandavas and Kauravas in the Hindu epic Mahabharata, performed penance to please Shiva in order to obtain a son with the same valiance as Shiva
According to some, Ashwatthama is also believed to have received the boon of immortality from Lord Shankara at the temple

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this picturesque location, and I must say, the natural beauty here is truly awe-inspiring. Nestled in the heart of Dehradoon,
However, my experience was somewhat marred by the state of the small cafeteria on-site. Unfortunately, I found it to be quite dirty, with unclean tables and floors. This detracted from the overall experience, as I had hoped for a more pleasant dining environment to complement the stunning surroundings.
Another issue that warrants attention is the prevalence of smoking and drinking in public areas. It was disheartening to witness many individuals openly smoking and drinking, which not only detracts from the family-friendly atmosphere but also raises concerns about public health and safety.
this place as a natural attraction, I also believe that local government authorities should step in to ensure that rules and regulations are enforced. Their intervention is essential in preserving the sanctity of this beautiful location and ensuring it remains a safe and enjoyable destination for all.
In conclusion, while the natural beauty of this place is undeniably its greatest asset, there are critical issues that need addressing, particularly regarding cafeteria cleanliness and the need for stricter adherence to no-smoking and no-drinking policies. With the right improvements and government support,

This place is a beautiful nature made attraction in terms of a lake flowing inside from a cave. The beauty itself is mesmerizing but has a different perspective that during peak season it's not recommended to visit this place since we spend almost 2 hours in traffic just to cover 1 km. So we decided to walk while coming back. Don't visit during summer season. Secondly, government shall provide an alternate route to visit this place and a proper signage towards the directions.

Beautiful place near Dehradun, with a stream flowing from the cave. It is in the cantonment area. Sometimes during the rains, the water flow increases suddenly and washes away tourists. So be careful while visiting this place, especially with children.
The main problem here is the parking. If you are travelling here on a weekend or some holiday or vacation season, then it's better to park your car above and then go down walking otherwise you will be stuck for like an hour waiting to reach down in your car.

A gorgeous place in dehradun, consisting of natural valley and flowing water. You have to walk through the water and through the valley till a waterfall comes. Along the way the views are absolutely beautiful. Also there is a quick snack shop in the way. The 1 star that I have deducted is just for the ridiculous sleeper that we have to wear, we can't go in our shoes or our own sleeper/sandals. The sleeper that they provide is absolutely pathetic and it was sliding in the water, its quite dangerous I feel as one can slip and can fall on the rocks. I don't understand why we can't take our much better shoes/sandals with us, lots of us even have waterproof shoes. Though apart from this its a must go place, it really beautiful.

Don't come in shoes or else you'll end up paying 50-60rs to keep them in shops and yes avoid bringing the big backpacks and even if you do come with them, there are few people standing on the way and they'll do a favour of keeping your bags at their place with some 10-20rs per bag and it's safe.
Robber's cave counter guy doesn't believe in online payment so keep some cash handy.
Don't come back half way, complete the 2-3km water way and you're definitely going to enjoy the way.
The ending place is very boring but the water way till the end is amazing.

These naturally made caves are a awesome piece of nature art. Good place to explore and spend some time. Just remember to carry extra pair of clothes if you wish to enjoy in water. Water level is more in initial part then lowers down to your ankles. Multiple food options before entering the premises.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Robber's Cave and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the natural beauty that surrounded me. The cave itself was simply awe-inspiring, with its intricate rock formations and hidden chambers. Exploring its depths felt like stepping into another world.
The guided tour was excellent, with knowledgeable and friendly guides who shared fascinating stories about the cave's history and legends. They took us through narrow passages and pointed out unique features along the way. The highlight of the tour was witnessing the stunning waterfall inside the cave, a sight that left me in complete awe.
Outside the cave, the park offered a range of activities, including hiking trails and picnic areas. The lush greenery and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff was helpful and accommodating.
Overall, my visit to Robber's Cave was a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an adventure in nature and a glimpse into the mysterious world of caves.

It's a good place to relax on weekends. It has a waterfall as well. Just there are some tourists who misbehave sometimes but there are also security local personal who takes action on time. Overall it is a great place to relax having good food outlets outside the cave. You can also get slippers on rent for just rupees 10. It have a entry fee of rupees 35 and you will also get some photographers inside the cave who can provide you some good pics stating there own prices(which are a bit high).
In all it's a good relaxing place.

This place is overcrowded and water level has no specific meter to check. Also huge risk of flash floods. Its suggested to take your own slippers or take one from the nearby shops if you don't carry one at minimal charges. You need to watch your step and the flow of water is not static. People went till end of the cave by due to heavy flow and high level I avoided it but the scenic view is good and since it's a cave so the place if cool inside. Here also you will be charged an amount while you enter the cave

One of the best experience of nature. Ticket costs ₹ 50 & you have to rent slippers of u don't have @ ₹ 10 per pair. The place is awesome & toilets & changing rooms are available with ₹ 10 charge. It's like a stream in between 2 rocks. It's awesome & with visiting.

Had an exhilarating Sunday at Robber's Cave in Dehradun! The natural beauty of the surroundings combined with the unique cave formations made it a perfect getaway. The crystal-clear stream flowing through the cave added a refreshing touch to the whole experience.
The well-maintained trails and bridges made exploring easy, and the echoes inside the cave were truly mesmerizing. Ideal for a day trip with friends or family, providing ample opportunities for great photos and memorable moments.
Pro tip: Wear comfortable shoes and carry some snacks. The place can get crowded, so arriving early is a good idea. Overall, a must-visit spot for nature lovers and adventure seekers!

Robber’s cave is a must visit place in Dehradun, the crystal clear water from the rocks makes it look amazing. As the water level is till toes, I recommend to get the slippers on rent which cost you 10rs and available just outside the parking lot.
The entry ticket price is 35rs for a person.

It is a unique holiday spot where you can enjoy a lot even in hot summers and get respite from heat. There is a stream of water flowing under a cave-like structure and visitors walk in the water stream.
It needs to be built properly near the entry into the water as people often fall there due to slippery stones at entry into water. Foul smell too near the entry gate needs to be taken care of and cleanliness to be maintained.
We went there in April 2024. You can enjoy it with your friends and family. Vehicle parking and toilets and lots of eating options are available. Tickets are available only offline and in cash only priced Rs 35/- as on April 2024.

This place is having lot of parking space for cars and the place also offers variety of shops for eating.
The cave is having water upto your knee at some point of time and one mainstream of water is located at the end of cave.
There are many swings for childrens available at the entrance of cave.
Entry cost for the cave is 35 rupee.
Imp note- you must take pair of slipper as shoes are not allowed inside the cave as the there is water inside the cave
The Vashishtha Gufa Bus Stop is an extraordinary location that visitors should not miss. It offers the opportunity to witness Lord Shiva linga inside a very old cave, which emanates positive energy. The site also boasts a beautiful ashram situated next to the tranquil waters of the Ganga river, making it an ideal destination for meditation or relaxation.
Must visit the place, where you can take the Darshan of Lord shiva linga in a Very old cave. And felt very positive, beside the ashram Ganga river is there, which more pleasant and perfect place for meditation or to have some fun.
NOTE: while going please take some fruits or vegitables, there so many cows which doesn't get proper food, they are very sick , just donate the food.

Isolated place very ancient gufa where Rishi Vashishtha used to live on the Badrinath Rishikesh highway 75 km away from Dehradun. Very old and place of mythological importance situated on the bank of river Ganges. Place is very isolated and keep watch on monkey. The timings are very odd and is closed from 13 hrs to 16 hrs. People visit this place for meditation and yoga.

Sahastradhara, also known as Thousand Fold Spring, is a picturesque destination renowned for its stunning beauty. The area features numerous sparkling streams flowing down limestone outcrops, creating a breathtaking sight. The monsoon season is the best time to visit as the waterfalls are at their most vigorous. Visitors can enjoy a ropeway ride to the mountaintop for spectacular views of the waterfalls and surrounding landscapes.

This is like a national park. It has a very serene, beautiful and peaceful environment. There is a lack of some basic infrastructure like good toilets, setting places and security, but we enjoyed our trip here.
You can find some trails to hike and some swings which provide a very beautiful view as well as are very comfortable. The park needs some management in order to make it more guest friendly. All in all, it is a very good and beautiful park.
Do try the Maggie and chai spots in front of the park.

Community managed along with Forest department.
Good destination for tourists who love nature, Forest and mountains.
Big market is not present.
Local authentic Buransh juice (Rhododendron flower juice) is worth trying.
Eco huts available for stay.
Few adventure sports like zip line, Burma bridge, also something for kids are available.
One day is enough to explore.

Eco Park is nothing but 15 to 20 minutes walk approximately and some activities which were closed by the time we reached. They close the entrance by 6 to 6:30 in the evening and Entrance Charges are ₹50 per person.
After 15 to 20 minutes walk you will find a nice view but not much. Outside the Eco Park you will find small tea stall, coffee stall, corns, chips, Maggie.

Eco Park is a highly popular tourist attraction in Dhanaulti, sprawling over 13 hectares and enveloped by deodar and oak trees. Positioned at an elevation of 7,800 meters above sea level, this park boasts of pleasant weather throughout the year and is meticulously maintained to ensure a comfortable experience. With an exclusive playground for kids, it is an ideal destination for families. The park is divided into two forests - Amber and Dhara, separated by a distance of 200 meters. The entry fee for visitors is Rs. 50 per person.
Visitors need to remember, that Dhanaulti is colder than Mussoorie, even during the daytime. The best time to visit Eco Park is during sunrise and sunset when the sky is uniquely shaded, giving you the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind amidst nature or indulge in some adventure.
Kamalika — Google review
There isn't anything at all to do here but the natural views and the drive from Mussoorie is amazing, so, enjoying nature and clicking pictures is the only thing you can do. Surprisingly, it used to be more developed when I visited 7 years ago, such as the stairs were better built and even used to have wooden rails. They charge ₹50 for entry per person, which seems so unreasonable given that they don't even maintain their washrooms, which were so dirty, dark and smelly.
5/5 to nature, but not even close for the place itself.

Beautiful place in the city we found when we had a day to spend near dhanaulti. It had various flora and fauna, little adventurous experience, small trek route to the top for sight seeing and coming back, and lot of snacking outside the gate. Visit this place to loose yourself in the nature and greener world of coniferous forest

We were with family. The roads leading to it were good. A group of school children had come from school. They didn't seem happy with the play facilities there. You need to buy tickets to enter the place. Beautiful deodar trees all over. The walk to the hill top was fun. The View on reaching the top is worth it. loved the place. Very clean. However just felt water facility would have helped. Not bottled but a tap or something. They were Restrooms but we didn't use them, to comment on that.

Enjoy a couple of hours worth of tranquility, serenity and the utter beauty of the deodar trees as far as the eye can see. The free parking ground within walking distance is a bonus point.
