Golden Ridge Animal Farm in Dural, Sydney is a popular destination in the Hills District. It offers an interactive farm experience for children to get close to farm animals such as cows, rabbits, ducks and chickens. Kids can hold baby chicks and ducklings, milk cows and even bottle feed baby lambs. The animals are friendly and tame which makes it a great experience for families looking to keep their little ones entertained.
It was a great experience for the whole family. Great to keep little ones entertained, 100% would come again. All the animals were so tame and friendly. Very reasonable prices, easy online booking. We all had a ball.

They seem to have a lot of goats. Not much variety in animals. Have to pay $5 for all these additional activities to do at the farm which makes me wonder what you actually are paying for in your admission ticket ($25). Ends up costing a lot of money once you add on a digger ride, a pony ride, and feed buckets for the animals. Then they charge $10 for a dozen of eggs which you get to pick from the chicken yard but I actually question where the eggs come from as you see the staff topping up the eggs and the chickens aren't there. Just seems all for show and an experience to collect the eggs. Petting farm for the kids was good and milking the cow was something different. Wouldn't go back but that's not saying it was bad. Just prefer other farms and zoos we have been too, especially for value for money and more variety of animals.

We had the best time at Golden Ridge Animal Farm 🐶🐰🐔🐣🐷🐮🐝🐴 such a beautiful location. The animals are just adorable and the family that run the business are just lovely. So warm and welcoming, we will definitely be back 😀

Amazing. I love visiting farms/zoos with my 2 year old and this one has been the best yet. Extremely interactive, easy parking, pram friendly, organised, well sign posted, friendly staff, food truck with the basics, reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a day out with the kids. We purchased a bucket of food (must have) and a pony ride ticket (lovely old man guiding the pony’s).

2nd visit, lots of baby animals this visit, goat feeding was fun and educational, staff all friendly and knowledgeable.

It's a super cute farm for your kids to walk around
We went in the weekday during school term and it was so quiet, lovely to have basically the place to ourselves and feed all the animals freely.
I imagine on a weekend or school holidays it's packed, and moved on a little quicker.
It's exactly what to expect from a petting farm. Something to do every now and again.

Highly recommend Golden Ridge Farm and their mobile petting zoo! My son had his 3rd birthday party and we organised for an hour mini petting zoo for the kids. The hour was plenty for the ages we had at the party. Georgie from Golden Ridge is amazing and really engaged not just the children but the adults in the experience. My son had a ball and loved that he could feed the baby animals. Thank you Golden Ridge Farm family.

I couldn’t have more positive things to say about Golden Ridge. We booked them to come for my daughters 3rd birthday party at our house. The process was incredibly seamless and the end result, extraordinary. I wasn’t sure how the kids would respond to the animals but they LOVED them and were engaged the entire 2 hours we had the party. Charlie was a fantastic handler and we were so appreciative of her making such an effort to make sure all the children had turns, especially with the baby chicks and ducks. Thank you Golden Ridge, you’re a credit to yourself and your animals are clearly very happy and well looked after!

This is the second time we have had you guys at our place for party hire, we just love it! Always amazing. Staff are sooo patient with little kids. Taking the time to feed all the baby goats and handle the ducklings and chicks just soo much going on and they loved it. Can't wait to book you again for another party.

Nice place for the kids, kids enjoyed.. make sure to check all the experiences they have e.g bottle feeding, cow milking, baby animals holding ..etc
2 hours sessions, booking required

Definitely a farm atmosphere. The grandkids really enjoyed it as they got plenty of hands on time with the animals. I felt it was good value

Great day out today. Kids loved getting to pat the baby bunny, chick and duck. Milking the cow was great. Then getting to feed calves, goats, a donkey, ponies, deer as well as have a pony ride. Great day out for the kids and staff were just so lovely. School holiday scavenger hunt was a hit too.
Claire Todd — Google review
Went there with the family today so happy we chose this place so much to do and the kids had really good time. Thank you to the amazing staff for being so welcoming and so friendly.
Lina Ali — Google review
It's a nice setting (recommend bringing a packed lunch/ picnic style) but the layout was a tad confusing at first. There's no signage or maps to direct you. Staff are friendly and helpful but understandable busy. There are lots of goats (go past the goats before you start feeding or it goes in a second). Little one had a blast patting the baby goats and sheep but didn't really see a chance for more. $81+ for 2adults and a little one >2 plus one bucket of feed was a bit steep. There's more things on offer but they all cost extra which after already paying $81 starts feeling a bit of a stretch.

* buy bucket of feed at entry , feed animals, kid friendly,

What a great little farm, so interactive and so many lovely animals to see. Really enjoyable visit. Pony rides are also available 😊.
Fagan Park, located in Sydney's Hornsby shire, is a vast park spanning across 55 hectares that boasts an array of international themed gardens, picnic shelters and the Netherby Homestead museum. Visitors to the park can also explore its playgrounds and eco garden. The park is particularly stunning during spring when cherry blossoms are in full bloom and autumn when the deciduous trees surrounding the lake display a colorful spectacle.
Beautiful place and totally relaxing. Best for family outing. Its a huge huge park with little pond and ducks. Great place for children to run around, play and have fun. Nice small food joint as well. The only thing i felt limiting was the parking... park need to do something about it urgently. You need to wait if you go on a busy weekend.

Nice park with beautiful gardens in it. Plenty of parking for $6 a day and BBQ is $1 coin operated. Clean bathrooms available with a small coffee kiosk. There is children's playground and lots of space to do picnic and play. You can easily spend a full day there.

One of the most scenic and pleasant parks for an outing. The kids' park here is very nice, and it's huge—like, really huge—providing ample space to have a day out and enjoy the breeze. There are lots of big trees and a water area flowing amidst this place. You will find different kind of birds here. The area is just perfect for a picnic or barbecue. It's beautifully done and a clean space. I loved that it was so fresh and beautiful. I recommend this to everyone who wants a getaway but not something very far.

This is an awesome park, one of the best in greater Sydney. It's quite big and perfect for full day picnic. It's free but you do pay $6 pay and display parking. There are huge open spaces and gardens each with a small centrepiece building which represent differing nations such in the photos I've added. For example right at the back there is a Japanese style house and pond area. There is also a heritage cottage which is where the Fagan family lived and after which this park is named. There is a bunch of sheds with equipment used from colonial life all for free to look at. It's a really interesting place which can get a little bit busy on weekend but still has plenty of space for all. Don't worry if you can't get a park at the front, it's just as good to park all the way down the back. That way you can find a spot all to yourselves.

Huge Park, plenty of parking. Big playground and amenities nearby.
There is a historical house and farm to see.
Lots of individual gardens designed with a particular county in mind, Dutch, England, South America, Japanese and so on.
A real treasure to visit with the family. Many picnic and sports areas scattered throughout.
Many people walking Thier dogs on leash.
Highly recommend a visit if you haven't been here before.
Great job to all of the council workers and other parties involved in keeping this place so spectacular 😉

Great place for a family picnic, large running around areas. Picnic spots and great walk around the duck pond. Multiple gardens. Totally worth the 6 dollars price for whole day parking .

The park was huge and has massive playground for kids to run wild and had fun with, however, you have to pay for the car park. The park also equipped with ample amounts of tables around the playground and covered by trees, a cafe and, most importantly, it has public toilet. In overall, it was awesome place for a picnic.

Lovely expansive park with lots to do. Very decent playground for the kids and lots of gardens to explore and stroll through. $6 all day parking and there's ample parking available.

Went on 21 May 2023, the leaves are in the midst of changing with a couple of trees just left with branches. We went around 3:30pm which felt could have been better if we went an hour earlier. The park is big, great for taking kids for a picnic or even a BBQ. Dogs are allowed on leashes also makes it a great day out! You do have to pay a flat fee of $6 for parking.

Such a quaint little park. The garden of many nations is absolutely beautiful to walk through with a little side trip into the woods to learn about some of Australia's natural wildlife.

Amazingly scenic park with beautiful small theme gardens such as English Gardens, South American Gardens, African Gardens, etc. A small lake with ducks, and pristine clean walking paths, lush green grass and landscape, beautifully maintained. Plebty of benches and even covered areas with seating and tables, perfect for small groups for picnic. Ample parking $6.00 upto 7.00 pm. Gates close sharp at 7.00pm, so do plan your day accordingly.

Amazing! First time here. And can not wait to come back again and spend more time. So much space. Great park and gardens. So peaceful. What a special place

Great place for a day out. It has nice open grounds with a section of trees from different continents and countries. The lake is beautiful and ducks keep kids occupied for some time. There are barbeque areas and picnic tables. There is a play area for kids. Toilets were kept clean. There is a toilet at the ends. The park is over a huge area. You would need a one full day to cover the whole park leisurely. There is a parking fee if you want to park close to the park. If you are ok to walk an extra 250 metres you will get free parking.

I really enjoyed my time there
There are plenty of seating areas, nice walks, nice flowers and trees
You should pay them a visit
Parking is not an issue at all.
You have the option to do BBQ there as well since there was a charcoal bin

Themed garden. I appreciate the truth of Australia tin house that I have first time seen in person. It’s more like an open shelter that you can walk in and hide from the weather.
Cumberland State Forest is a natural oasis perfect for family outings. The visitors centre offers easy parking, a cafe, and interactive information about the local flora and fauna. The Sensory Trail provides an educational and fun experience with its looped walking track featuring various activities. The forest boasts numerous walking tracks of different lengths, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in nature's beauty. Picnic areas and a cafe are available, while the Treetops Adventure area offers a unique experience among the trees.
A pleasant experience with gorgeous natural bushland. A very beautiful spot in Sydney that not many people know about. You'd think you're in another city - I was reminded me of the forests in California. The loops within the forest are easy and very walkable. You won't get lost, for those who fear that. The trees also provide a cooling effect (if you come here in the summer) and the area feels more milder in the summer heat.

Great place in the heart of the hills for a walk amongst nature. There are numerous tracks to walk of varying lengths. Feel the temperature change as they drop down into the lush green coolness along the creeks and streams, shaded by the canopy above. Listen to the Kookaburras as they fly above amongst the trees.
There are various picnic areas as well as a Cafe with a great choice of food.
There is also a Treetops Adventure area for those who want to get up into the trees.

Peaceful easy walk on The Sensory Trail. Great for prams and people who need a reasonably flat & even surface to walk on. Bonus Cafe and plant Nursery near by to entry of Sensory Trail and parking.

What a great place for relaxation. Beautiful maintained BBQ area's. I love the garden centre. And the best part is that you can bring your dog along for the day with the family. (🐕 on leash)
Restrooms🚻 could do with extra cleaning. And hand wash should be provided at all restrooms.

Great place to visit. Some exciting things to do if your keen. Some nice walks to see native trees in full size. Coffee shop ok.

Followed gps to find the road it was taking us (Bryant I think) was blocked off so was very frustrating find the place as we have never been before.
But once we found where it was it was quite cute. Very cheap plants compared to any other nurseries. Very good quality plants considering the cheapness. Just don't get your soils here as they are twice the price as bunnings for the exact same stuff
Very helpful staff were there. Didn't get to try but there is a little Cafe there incase you want to rest your feet after a day's spending.

Went for a nature’s walk at Cumberland Forest Reserve. A feature of this walk is the tall native trees and Cabbage Tree Palms. As well as cool gullies and ferns there is plenty of birdlife in the forest. Cumberland State Forest is the only urban forest in Australia.
Adventure- Tree top adventure, I haven’t tried but do check time and price should you wish on their website
Walks - There are 3 main walks , easy to moderate and you can pick any one or more.
Parking- You can park at the start of the Reserve or drive to this scenic loop , Plenty of parking places. I parked at the information centre which will be the last car park and close to cafe .
Food - Amazing cafe with delicious food and relaxing interior.

Serene treed area, you can be apart from the noise & traffic for a while. BBQ areas, lots of 'room's in different areas of the Bush. The cafe is very busy weekends, parking spaces can be hard to find. The nursery has a huge array of plants, lots of natives, staff extremely helpful.

Lovely bush trails for a range of ages and abilities. Lots of bird life, including bellbirds at the top of the hill near Castle Hill Road. Toilets are usually quite clean, and the addition of more near Swains Picnic Area / Treetops Climbing is a very convenient bonus. Cafe and nursery on site if they are of interest to you, and several picnic areas.

Koala Park Sanctuary in West Pennant Hills, Sydney is a privately owned 10-acre park that houses various Australian animals such as koalas, kangaroos, wombats, reptiles, dingos, and native birds. It was established by Noel Burnet in the 1930s to protect koalas from being used for fur trading. The sanctuary boasts of a lush rainforest environment with Eucalyptus groves for the animals to thrive in.
Lovely little wildlife park with the opportunity to get up close with some of the animals. The day we went it was overcast with intermittent heavy showers, so was quiet, but still had a great time. The keepers were great and really spent time explaining things during the talks/meet the animals exhibits. They even used our phones to take photos of the whole family group. The kids loved feeding the kangaroos and goats and getting to meet koalas up close. The Cafe/restaurant served up some great food quickly and reasonably priced.
A thoroughly enjoyable day out.

We went to this animal sanctuary, and where extremely surprised with the quality of the place. We were able to pet young kangaroos and see a pretty large variety of other animals mostly endemic to Australia. I would recommend to anyone looking to get up close in person to the animals and certainly to anyone with young children who are wanting to see a kangaroo up close and personal.

Such a forgotten treasure in Sydney.
Go during school time and enjoy a relaxing walk through this beautiful jungle of gorgeous creatures and extraordinary wildlife. Head down around 10am and there are shows every half hour from dingo's to koalas. Stop for lunch and then head to the farmyard and reptile show before feeding some goats and heading home. Amy is a wonderful knowledgeable presenter who is so patient with the endless questions from kids. Got bitten by some bugs so wear appropriate clothing but otherwise a great time.

Koala park is a nice park with a variety of animals that one could expect to spend around 2 hours end to end. The park is setup on a relatively smaller real estate that limited the number of animals one could accommodate. Nonetheless, contrary to other comments we did find the place quite amusing and loved by the kids as they got to interact and feed some of the animals. A family onetime pass costs $86 only so you get what you pay for. I think this place cannot be compared to a Tarongo or Sydney zoo but for its size it still offers a enjoyable time for family with young kids. Staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their face which we found pretty welcoming.

I was so impressed with this place! Last time we were there was before COVID, and they have updated the place. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and interact with my kids, they had a ball. It’s easy access with a pram, clean toilet facilities, plenty of hand washing spots and out in the open.
We didn’t check out the cafe.
There’s a cute playground for groups. The kangaroos are approachable and friendly for feeding. And the goats are keen! We fed them through the fence to avoid them jumping on us with excitement, and the kids were very happy with that.
Thank you to the team, we will be back!

New favourite place to go- koala park. Honestly this place is incredible for toddlers so interactive and not too big so you can be there about 3 hours and see and do so much. They can feed kangaroos, goats, sheep. She held a Guinea pig and pat a lizard. You can go in the koala enclosure for inclusive of ticket price and take a photo with a koala. Pat dingos as they go for a walk around the park with their handler. Honestly best place I’ve taken my toddler in Sydney. And she’s been to both zoos, aquarium and wildlife world. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and kind. You can tell they really love the animals they are caring for. The park is stunning and really well maintained. I would say just put your child in gumboots if you go on a rainy day so they can jump in puddles and go in to see the goats in their enclosure. You won’t regret the up close and personal experience you get here.
Also please bear in mind when reading people’s reviews that this is an opinion peace. I’m coming at this from a great day out for a family who like interacting with animals which isn’t something you get places like Taronga. We also have 2 young children and this was perfect for us. If you don’t want animals to touch you and prefer the more caged observer experience then a zoo is probably more your vibe.

I only make reviews when I'm really pleased with something, that's no exception for this sanctuary!
The female keeper doing a koala talk this morning was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, making me feel inspired to want to know more about the animals. I had a great time, all the workers were friendly and I could tell they were all passionate about the park.

Nice little sanctuary park but does needs an uplift in some of their facilities. We went on a Sunday morning and it was not busy at all. The zoo keeper we encountered was really friendly and knowledgeable. Visit the koala presentation and you can have a free photo with the koalas. Other zoos would charge for this so it was a nice treat.

It’s a family owned small zoo but it has everything u need to see. Went with my mom and we really enjoyed our visit, spent a nice morning there. Sadly they don’t allow touching the koalas anymore but you can still have a close encounter and take pictures with them for FREE. Also, we bought a AU3 bag of grass to feed the kangaroos, there were quite a number of them, very friendly and cute, you can pet them. Took a lot of good pictures. People said there were not many animals in this zoo but the point is you get a close encounter and interact with these lovely animals which I enjoyed a lot.

We had a great little day excursion to Koala Park. It’s a small older sanctuary, with lots of Australian animals and birds. Koala show and dingo walk was interesting. You can pat a dingo! One of the koalas had a Joey which was really special. You can feed the kangaroos and goats. The goats are crazy. Overall a fun experience, great for kids.
Jem Graham — Google review
This is very expensive for the amount of animals that you get to see. It cost me the same amount to get into Sydney Zoo and there’s way more to see at Sydney Zoo. Same story with Taronga Zoo. While it was lovely to see the animals, I just didn’t think I was getting value for money. I would actually encourage people to go to one of the above mentioned Zoo’s or even Symbio before going here. I will say the amenities are good here ie toilets and parking. It’s also wheelchair accessible.

I have visited here twice and I enjoy visiting the animals especially the Kangaroos and birds, You have a great selection of creatures.
However I was disappointed when I entered the gift shop and saw Hats made from Kangaroo Leather, Don't understand why a Wildlife Conservation park is selling Unethical products made from Australia's own Native Fauna and therefore contributing to the largest Kill of land-based Wildlife in the world.
I otherwise had a lovely time and would be happy to visit again and recommend to fellow animal-lovers once this place phases out Kangaroo products.

The sanctuary is a simple and old fashioned family program.
You can have your tickets online or at the place (by the time I went, the online option was not working with apple pay). At the counter you will be able to buy some food to feed the animal for an extra $3 (one sack of food will be more than enough for a family to enjoy the experience, believe me).
The staff are friendly and the place is simple. Right next to the entry, there is a cafe with a simple and delicious food.
There are not too many animals, but for the $35 entry ticket, it is more than fair. Adding to that, you will be able to feed and pet some animal, like the kangaroos. During the day, there are some moments where you will be able to get closer to the Koalas and also absorb really interesting information about them, provided by the well trained staff (and you will not need to spend more money to that).
I think that, tough it is a simple structure the place offers, it is really a enjoyable experience for a fair price. Highly recommend!

Hadn't visited the Koala Park for at least 40+ years. It's a great wildlife sanctuary surrounded by suburbia, but you wouldn't know it. The wildlife exhibits were interesting and relatively well maintained - staff and volunteer staff look after this place. Areas under maintenance and upgrading but didn't detract from the experience. Great for families, kids and international visitors alike.

I visited on a rainy March afternoon when a lot of animals were sleeping, and still had a fun time. This is a good place for families and small kids, with animals that can be petted (e.g. I held a blue tongued skink). The cafe is well priced. The staff are friendly and helpful. I spent around 2.5 hours on my visit.

It's a Koala park, and yet only 4 to 5 Koalas are there to see. Tickets are $32.00 per Adult. Used to have more kangaroos thay we can go and feed. But now they have less than 8. Not too sure it's worth. Staff are friendly.

Great spot for camping and an introduction to horse riding. Can get very busy on weekends for the activities. The creek is tidal, so there are times when there’s no water to swim in so check the tide times. Beautiful valley with some nice camping spots. Our horse guide was very good and friendly with lots of advice and made us feel very at ease.

I wanted to share our experience today at the Giant Easter Egg Hunt, which we attended with our families at 11am. We were also keen to check out the place and book a camping site for later in the year. The tickets included a Lead Pony Ride and a Jumping Castle, but to be honest, there wasn't anything too special about the Egg Hunt or the Jumping Castle. It felt like they didn't really plan it too well. We didn't spot any ponies, just horse rides, which was a bit of a letdown. When we returned from lunch at around 1.30pm. We and along with several other families, were made to wait at the gate for 15 minutes. Eventually, the staff informed us that the Lead Pony Ride was closed for the day. Bit of a bummer, as a lot of us weren't aware of this when we purchased our passes. When we expressed our disappointment, the staff seemed to brush us off, saying it was annoying for them too and that we should take our complaints to the reception. It felt like we'd been misled, and the whole experience left us feeling quite disappointed. Sadly, we won't be coming back here anytime soon.

Abseiling was a great and wonderful experience.
Sarah would be the best instructor to have. She was clear and crisp on the instructions. Also a very friendly and energetic person. The facility is very safe and carefully built. All harnesses, helmets and ropes are very well maintained. Great choice for beginners. I would recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Valley.
Date of experience- June 2023

Had an amazing trail ride with a friend here, we are both quite experience so we were pleased that our guide (April) allowed us to trot and canter at all possible times on the ride. The horses were gorgeous and matched very well to each riders ability. Will definitely be going back!!

The quad biking was great, staff were attentive and really cared for the safety and enjoyment of the group. The horse run was an amazing sight! However, the toilet block at the Big Paddock were a let down. We camped there for 4 days 3 nights and the toilets were dirty and smelly hence the 3 Stars as they are not up to standard. Hope you look into improving this part in the future to provide your guest the 5 Stars experience.

This really is the BEST family camping area. You can totally disconnect from city life, have a real fire, go horse riding, kayaking, swim in the creek and have a warm shower. All one hour from Sydney. Definitely do at least 2 nights, you won't be sorry. Shop on site for coffees and ice creams. The staff are super helpful and friendly

We went quad biking with my partner and we had a really nice experience with Gen our guide. He was very friendly , professional, accommodating and attentive to us.
Really recommend to get a tour with him. Thank you we will come back !

We did the quad bike trail and it was amazing. Jordy our guide was incredibly thorough taking us through the safety drills, giving us confidence to take on the track. We wanted more of a scenic tour and he was happy to take us separately on an extended tour rather than to just go mindlessly around the race course. The drive was exhilarating and the bush tracks were so pretty. It was a fabulous bucket list experience. Totally recommend it !

We have been to Glenworth Valley a number of times over the years for events, horse riding and quad bike riding and we have loved every visit. Some of the negative comments are really baffling, but it’s clear that customer experience is at the forefront of their values as they respond to each one. We have walked all around the property where you can, the land is well laid out and you can clearly see where you are able to walk, drive, park and camp etc. The facilities have always been maintained. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions. The girls working with the horses are lovely and the guys running the quad bikes are so great with kids. We look forward to our next visit.

Would not recommend the horse riding experience ESPECIALLY if you’re first timer.
Too many kids. Not enough guides. Too much panic. Not enough instructions/briefing.
One of the instructors (girl in the photo) on Friday 29/March at the 2pm tour was extremely condescending towards the guests and paid no attention to what was going on with the crowd. She also had extremely bad attitude when asked a question from any guest, often providing a “mocking answer”. I witnessed her provide unhelpful/unfriendly comments to both kids and adults alike.
The horses were too close to each other, often causing them to be disrupted/distracted by the horse behind/infront.
Can’t speak for the other activities at Glenworth Valley but the horse riding is a big no.

I visited this place on Valentine’s Day. It was such a memorable day. The French guy ( sorry I forgot your name brother ) in the reception was very friendly and helpful and I did a mistake when I booked a campsite but I meant to book a real tent ( triangular ones near the office) . I thanked him so much because he did his best to find me a good one of triangular tent . It was my second visit and it won’t be my last for sure. We did quad biking that was also unreal and satisfying. Georgia was amazing person she is very positive and encouraging and paying so much attention to the people ( riders ). Thanks very much again guys we love you so much 👏

What a day it was! Absolutely brilliant experience! A friend and I arrive 20 mins early, got through the appropriate set up etc, then ripped in.
Our guide Dan was great as he took us on a scenic ride to start the tour, into so free time ripping around a wicked muddy track where we didn't hold back then we lucky enough to go a little further afield.
Dan was epic as a guide as we knew he was all over it and Dan knew we could ride. We came back on cloud 9 and covered in mud after a pronominal tour!!! One thing that 100% stood out to us was if you were a beginner you could still enjoy this and be well looked after however, if you can ride and you listen to you guide you can 100% rip in. a awesome day.

Great place, showers and decent enough toilets, horses charge at 5pm and 6am. Lots of room, and we had an open fire 🔥
Nice horse trails and river.
Bit pricy though... could use more shade trees Cost me 105 per night for the family. So knocking off a star for that.
Worth checking out though.

I had a great time horse riding here. Hisea and Leah were excellent guides, the horses were (mostly) well behaved and responsive, and the scenery was gorgeous. They do a good job catering to people with lots of riding experience, as well as beginners.

We love Glenworth Valley for camping, have been twice, this year and last for camping and have had the best time. The staff are very kind and the environment is beautiful! The only issue we had is the amenities, both years. This time we had no hot water and no lights in bathroom (blue gum paddock) the entire time we were there. We asked twice and were told if not enough people then the generator is not turned on. This is kinda disappointing as we paid $300 for 5 nights and expected a wee splash of hot water and maybe a light at night. Apart from that it's is a totally amazing place!!

We went for a 1.5 hours Quad bike ride and it was awesome. First I wanna say that I was upset when I did the booking online for 4 people and when you see a price of $120 you expect a flat price but when you pay, separate you have to pay helmet hire and administration fee. It was more than $50 extra and it is a lot for me. It is better if you offer a flat price that include the helmet hire and no way that any bank charge 10% for a transaction no even in international transactions. If you said $130 - $140 flat price I am happy to pay.
Second and most important Gen was our guide and he made us forget the price. He really make sure we were safe, we had fun and enjoy the scenic ride and the track time.
Also I would say the staff in general were absolutely friendly and willing to give the best service.
Thank you for the experience.

We went quad biking here, and it was so much fun for the whole family. Zoe and Ace were fantastic trainers and very patient. It sounded hard at first, but once we started on the track, it was easy and fun
Going through the scenic trail was magnificent 👌. I saw native birds too. I recommend this for a fun day out! My advice is to wear long pants and old shoes as you may get splashed with mud on the tracks. You can keep your mobile phone with you but no hats or cameras. There are lockers where you can keep your belongings. Spring drinking water is available in the area where the tracks are.

We had a great weekend at Glenworth valley where we did horse riding and kayaking. Their team is super efficient friendly and helpful. It's a great place to spend a weekend and not too far from Sydney. The running of the horses at 4.30 PM is an event not to be missed.
The only bit they could improve is their food services. Their cafe is almost non-existent with limited food items and they close by 2 PM. May not be an issue if you go there with your supplies.

Horrible experience - do not come here for horse riding. One of our trainers were extremely condescending, rude, and even lectured and got mad at us when we were all first timers. Trainers got me on the horse and told me NOTHING (I got started on the horse NOT knowing how to stop, turn or guide the horse as a first timer).
Trainers were very impatient, didn’t care much, and when children were panicking and screaming as their horses bolted, trainers saw but didn’t come help.
We had a very large group with lots of children, all first timers, all accompanied by two trainers who were inexperienced, and just chatted amongst themselves more than assisting us (one of them Sophie was nice but the other girl was a different story).
Kids were crying, screaming and even adults were panicking as horses were uncontrollable and trainers didn’t care much.
TO SUM THIS UP:
- no riders felt cared for
- no riders felt safe
- not enough trainers per group
- lack of patience and empathy for first time riders (sorry we weren’t raised riding horses like trainers are, website says is beginner friendly but certainly didn’t feel that way)

This was a well needed respite from the city. The glamping experience is definitely my style of camping, everything you need without the stress of pack up/down and has sold me on camping. Location and activities are awesome, we loved horse riding and kayaking, all staff are fantastic and I would certainly return for this reason. We paid quite a lot for site/glamping/activities, the Only hesitation for returning (and I would consider elsewhere instead) would be the 3 shower/3 toilet block used by so many campers multiple times per day , was not cleaned once the entire weekend, it was filthy and this unfortunately diminished an otherwise 5+ star experience. Thank you Glenworth valley adventures, impressive business.

Stayed here over Australia Day long weekend. A beautiful place, kids & grandkids had a great time. Watching the horses move in & out of their resting paddock every morning & afternoon was just so beautiful to see. I found definitely not enough amenities for so many people as it was a bit busy which was expected. They definitely need to have some sort of security at night as just because they say 10pm is quiet time not everyone agrees & do what they want. Some people just don’t have any camping etiquette and set up way to close when there is so much room to space out. Lovely place & will be back but not during any holiday period, maybe just a long weekend

Ground was full of horse poo, very smelly making it extremely hard to walk around unless you want to dirty your feet with horse poo. Because of it, there were SO MANY FLIES flying around. Unless you camp right next to the bathroom, you have to use your car to go to toilet which was very inconvenient. As a suggestion, it would be great idea if camping area is maintained by frequently cleaning poos or just separate the camping area so that horses cannot do poos in the camping area.
It was also very busy so if you want quiet and calming camp experience, this is not the best place.

Did the quad bike riding with a group of friends. The instructors were super helpful and personable. The quad bike track was awesome and the wet conditions made it possible to drift more than normal. Keep in mind that you spend more time riding to the track than spending time on it so try and maximise your time on the designated track as it goes by quickly. The only bad taste in the mouth was the slow and lack of urgent service at the reception. All in all, it was a good experience and would like to try other activities at this place.

Misleading Experience - Not a Family-Friendly Campground
I recently stayed at Glenworth Valley Campground with my family, hoping for a peaceful and family-friendly experience. Unfortunately, our stay was far from what was advertised. While the location is beautiful, the overall experience was marred by disruptive behavior.
The campground claims to offer a relaxed environment for like-minded families. However, during our stay from January 6-8, 2024, a few guests engaged in obnoxiously loud partying, reckless ATV riding, and disruptive music. This behavior was linked to a music festival's bump-out, which negatively impacted the peaceful atmosphere we were seeking.
Despite reaching out to the manager, and later contacting the management via email, the issues persisted. The response received acknowledged the problems but fell short in offering a satisfactory resolution. I was told the concerns would be discussed in a debrief meeting, leaving me uncertain about concrete actions being taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
It's disheartening that the actions of a few individuals can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise beautiful campground. The experience was neither relaxing nor family-friendly, and the advertised low-key camping atmosphere was nowhere to be found.
In light of these issues, I regret to say that I won't be returning to Glenworth Valley Campground. The lack of a proper response and resolution to the disturbances highlights a significant discrepancy between the advertised experience and the reality on-site. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for families seeking a genuinely tranquil camping experience.
Wildlife sanctuary with a visitor center & Aboriginal sites offering guided tours & animal feedings.
Awesome place for families to enjoy animal encounters. We went on a Sunday afternoon, not too many visitors, no wait to buy entry tickets. Rangers shared a lot of info and fun facts about animals, everyone there was super friendly. Learn more on their website about open hours, entry ticket packages and presentation times. There's petting zoo for younger kids. Please come support this wonderful sanctuary! They take NSW Discover vouchers. Gift shop has nice merchandise.

I am so glad I finally took my family here.. This is a very calming and enjoyable place to enjoy bush walking and animals in the most natural and easy going way. We brought our own food, tho could of purchased some as well. My children aged (7&9yrs) loved walking among so many kangaroos, wallabies and emus. The most calm and relaxed animals I’ve seen so far. It was so amazing practicing and learning how to throw a boomerang, listening to the dingo talk, holding a snake and feeding the alpaca, Guinea pigs and goats in the petting zoo area. The “walk about sanctuary” is the best way to get the kids loving our Australian surroundings open every day.

Wonderful and well maintained sanctuary ideal for a day outing from Sydney. The animals are well looked after and staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Kangaroos and emus roam about in the open while the visitors get to pat them and click a pic or two. The ticket includes a packet of feed for the farm animals. A very good experience to visit with kids.
Food: One could do take outs for a picnic in the sanctuary or alternatively, the visitor centre does some stock sandwiches, instant noodles and other snacks for light meals.

LOVE this place! Highly recommended must go!
We got so close to the animals and the emus, kangaroos and wallabies are tame and free-roaming. It was an amazing experience.
First time I got to see tasmanian devils active during the day! Feeding time. The keepers are obviously passionate about these beautiful native animals and wildlife conservation.
Bush walks (relatively easy and short) with aboriginal engravings and hand prints from 4000 years ago. Included in entry fee. Really cool!
Tip: Attend the keeper talks/animal feedings.
Beautiful place. Will go again!

Awesome place to spend time with animals. We spent 4.5 hours in here seeing friendly animals, throwing boomerang and hiking. It was easy walking track around 1hr to Mt White lookout with sandstone caves and Aboriginal engravings on the way. Just be careful when going up to the lookout as it was no signs there and you might get lost.

A fantastic place to visit. You can comfortably see the majority of the park and it's animals in a bit over an hour, but you could very easily spend a whole day there too. Some animals freely roam the park while others are safely kept out of reach of visitors.

Great day trip from Sydney if you know what to expect. They are much smaller than Taronga of course, but we wanted to avoid the massive crowds and give my parents visiting from overseas a nice up-close look at some local creatures. Did not disappoint! All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The short bushwalks to the indigenous carvings were also a nice diversion. If you’re not looking for elephants and giraffes, this would be a great place to bring young kids as well, as you’re almost guaranteed to be able to pat the free-ranging kangaroos.

Nice wild zoo, if we could call it in this way.
The range of different spices is wide. The organization is good. The closeness little bit less, but unfortunately we are in the wild nature.
The only sad things is that 50% of the animals are sleeping and hiding during the day and you can’t really see them.
It worth the visit.

Really great spot just off the highway.
The animal loop can take anywhere from 30 mins to a couple of hours depending on whether you time it right with some of the talks, and if you factor in doing the aboriginal walk / hike you could easily spend all day here which makes the price a bargain (not so much if you're in and out in an hour!).
We managed to navigate most of the animal loop with a pram, but you definitely couldn't do it with a wheelchair.

Mr 7 has wanted for a long time to go out at night to look for animals so I had a search online and found Australia Walkabout Park Wildlife Sanctuary in Calga (not far from the Reptile Park). How I didn’t know about this place before is beyond me as I thought we’d been to every animal experience within 1hr of Sydney at least 2 or 3 times. 🤣 The owners, with assistance of local aboriginal people, saved this amazing site from being turned into a quarry and it is now a heritage site. You can book for their sunset tour which first takes you around to see the dingo feeding, pat a koala, see the birds (one that makes a sound IDENTICAL to an old telephone ring), see the Servals. You then start the walk around the huge park and they talk about the significant plants and one of the best parts is seeing the 4000+ year-old aboriginal carvings and hand stencils. We spotted some Wallaroos and Bandicoots in the dark and then they take you to the Tassie Devils to play tug-o-war with their dinner. The night finishes with a camp fire and roasting marshmallows. Mr 7 LOVED it and was asking to go back the next day before we even left. Money well spent and it helps them help the animals. Our guides Luke and Brendan were great and really knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

She also gave us a list of places not to go such as the figure 8 pool because we were unaware that we'd have to hike in our formal attire. Beautiful gallery, beautiful gardens, still encasing the original home. A summers day would be lovely here. easy parking for all, easy to navigate for people with Mobility issues, staff very friendly. Main gallery was closed, as they were setting up for new artist's, but was still able to see paintings from various artists in large foyer, and gallery store on site. No problems with taking pictures of art. Cafe food was a bit of a disappointment, was not hot, so took it back, which they promptly recooked. Still wasn't hot (poached eggs need to be hot). It was still tasty though. Doesn't put me off coming back, as after all I was there for the art after all

Gallery was amazing. Food in restaurant was delish:) Unfortunately, one big bald man from the restaurant ruined our experience after berating us for not picking a table before ordering our food - even though the restaurant was 90% empty and my sister pointed to a perfectly suitable table indoors to sit at. He also said we couldn't add a small table to the chosen table so we could have a spot for the baby and said we needed to sit out in the sun with our 18month old in the heat. We respectfully ignored him and added the table. I did say that he should have a sign with the rules if he is going to berate customers about ordering before picking a table. Very unnecessary behaviour.

The current exhibitions "Lost in the Forest" is a series of images of foliage, flora and lush garden scenes that is exquisically crafted. The artist Amy Jones has used an extensive range of textile techniques and embroidery stitches to create her detailed intricate compositions, a visual feast for the eyes.
The second exhibition we saw was this year's ART EXPRESS. I am never disappointed by the quality and innovative concepts that these HSC Visual Arts students come up with. The figure 8 pools were underwater when we went due to big waves and can be very dangerous so better to visit on a day the water isn't so intense but all together the hike and magical place is so worth it even if you don't see them. Make sure to bring snacks. No toilets until your back at parking.

This place is worth the hype. It's magic. Do be careful to visit on low tide and low swell days or you won't be able to access The Figure Eight Pools. The walk will be fine if you are able to scramble loose rocks for 20min and endure the uphill return. Tick all these boxes? Then go. It's wonderful
Carmel Montgomery — Google review
It's an incredible experience! It is made simpler because an excellent footpath has been developed to access the area. It takes 50 to 60 minutes to walk there, and 1 hour 30 to 2 hours to return. I suggest everyone to go there on low tides.

Amazing place to chill tf out. It’s quiet a hike to get there but it’s worth it. You need to jump on the rocks for like 15-20 mins once you are at the beach. To get to the beach is also like 45-60 min hike

5/5 IF YOU CAN VISIT. Then visit
Why did I say “If you can” visit? This place is not for everyone. It is so hard to reach the bottom and come back. This is a medium hike with tons of obstacles. Aside from that, you have to make sure you are visiting on a low tide or else all of your efforts will be in vain. However, once you reach the destination, the scenery is so lovely and breathtaking that I was loss for words.
The trail: going down was fairly easy since they renovated the area and made it more “user friendly”. However, past the trail where the beach area lies is where you will face the real challenge. Tons of rock that is very unstable and sometimes slippery due to the water. Aside from that, if you wear shoes get ready to get wet since you will reach an area with shallow waters that is either slippery or jagged due to algae and some sea creatures. Moreover, there are areas where you will need good balance and will meet salamanders. If you have fear of reptiles, best be aware and prepared.
The important to note about the trail is when you come back. You will need to cross the rocky path once again and after that you have to prepare your knees for a looooooooong uphill climb back to the parking area. It was tough even for someone like me who is physically active so proceed with caution.
Final words: make sure you have proper clothing gear, equipment, preparation, refreshments, and sunscreen when visiting this area. You also need to make sure that it is low tide. This place is beautiful but it requires great attention to detail and preparation. Please please be fully prepared before going. Don’t be like me.

First, I should note that this trail is not for the faint-hearted. The journey from the Garawarra trail to the actual pools takes over an hour, and it's no easy feat, especially if you're not a professional athlete.
The section leading to Burning Palm Beach is relatively easier, thanks to a long wooden track, but be prepared for steep slopes in certain areas. The return trip can be breathtaking. However, the real challenge begins from the beach to the pools, requiring you to navigate through rocks and possibly climb some of them.
Notably, it's not a designated trail, and on the way back, water levels may rise, prompting you to alter your path. Keep in mind that retracing your exact steps is necessary since there is no alternative route.
After roughly half an hour of this rugged terrain, you'll discover the highlight – a flat area with a couple of deep pools, some resembling an actual figure-eight. Covered in algae and other sea plants, these natural pools also host tiny creatures. To experience the pools at their cleanest and least crowded, an early visit is recommended, especially on weekends – around 10 am, it tends to get busier.
This spot offers good fishing opportunities, with some enthusiasts spotted during my visit. In summary, Figure 8 is worth a one-time visit, although I've seen more astonishing places even in Sydney. I don't recommend it for those with little ones or elderly companions.

Year 2019… I’ve visited Australia. Figure Eight Pools is a must place to see in NSW, if you’re an avid hiker you will enjoy this place. When this pandemic is over, go and visit the place and you won’t regret.

Started at Garrawara Park, and headed down to Palm Beach. You have to walk on the beach then cross 2 rocky sections to reach the Figure 8 pools. I loved the view! Hands down one of the best. Just make sure you see the tides before you go because you will not be able to see anything during the high tide.

I went here today. Luckily no rain and low tide. The paths to figure 8 pool are quite rough so watch your steps carefully. Not suggesting for bringing children. The scenery is great !

Lovely walk even without the pools. There is a newish car park which makes it very easy to access and the path is very well marked. It’s about an hour each way if you are a good walker and the section along the rocks is easy enough. Be sure to time your visit at low tide. We were lucky to have the pools all to ourselves for about 30 minutes and there were only 10 people there at most but low tide was 6:30 pm and we arrived around 4:30 pm. It takes about an hour to get there from the city so it’s a nice half day trip and a great intro to the Royal National Park if you have not already been there.
Dov Frazer — Google review
Wonderfull place to have a hike. The hike easy on the way there however can be quite strenuous on the way back as its uphill. Please keep in mind you can only see the pool when the tide is low, so double check the weather before you go. We also saw a cute echidna along the way 🦔.
Lerong Lin — Google review
Okay. In my honest opinion, the walk to get to the pool was 10 times better then viewing the pool itself.
Didn’t understand why this place is so popular but a 4 star rating for the trek you have got to do to reach here.
Walking towards the pool is nice and because it is downhill, but be mindful of the rocks you have to climb up and down. The walk back to the car is rigorous because it is mostly uphill.
This trek is surely not for parents with toddlers or young ones.
Please be very mindful to check the weather before you plan a trip here. Pool is only viewable during low tide.

We had so much fun walking on the rocks, long coastal walks with amazing views and finally Figure eight pools. I couldn’t upload photos as many people were in the picture and videos for their privacy and confidentiality. Recommend to visit however, make sure you brings all the required belongings [water, snacks and pads(girls) for their safety]

Nestled in the Royal National Park, these naturally formed rock pools are a spectacle, especially at low tide when you can truly appreciate their unique shape and the clear waters within. The journey to the pools allows for some stunning scenic views that are quintessentially Australian, with rugged coastlines and untouched bushland. However, it's worth mentioning that the trek back can be a bit of a stretch, especially for those not used to hiking. Despite this, the effort is more than rewarded with the memories and photos you'll have of this spectacular natural wonder. For adventurers and nature lovers, the Figure 8 Pools are a must-visit destination on your Sydney itinerary. Be aware of waves, I witnessed many injuries and lost of personal items

What a fantastic adventure. Our family watched the tide report, you find it on the web site, and low tide was until 11pm. We arrived at the parking lot at 7am reached the pools by 8am. We were walking quickly down the trail, which was down hill all the way, then across the beach which is flat and sandy and then we slowed down a bit when we had to climb over the rocks, wear good hiking shoes or runners. We arrived at the plateau and we missed seeing the pools at first, walking out a bit further we found them. They are beautiful, we were so happy to have taken the time to hike out to see them. The water was cold but not too bad once you got in the pools. We saw little fish and crabs swimming in them as well. The trail is easy going to the pools but it is all up hill going back so take your time on the way back and watch for lizards. We saw several in different spots

A great hike through the Royal National Park. The walk down from the car park is fairly easy. Wear proper footwear as you will need to climb on some rocks to get there.
No toilets, must bring plenty of water and always take away your rubbish with you! It was disappointing seeing the empty water bottles and wipes left behind from inconsiderate people.
The walk back up is a little tough, but the views are all worth it! Magical spot.

One of the best hikes I have been to in Australia so far.. It was a long walk to reach the spot. Be prepared to climb and walk on rocks. You will need to figure your way on the rocks. Use your Google maps to know the exact location of the figure 8 pool as there are lots of rock pools and it is difficult to know where the figure 8 exactly is. The weather and tide levels are very important when you visit. The return journey was extremely exhausting. Carry enough water and maybe food with you. Planning to visit again in future. Loved it !! It’s definitely a must visit !
Deepika Nair — Google review
Really cool place, but a tough hike. There are always a lot of people there, mostly organised tours, but also hikers of all ages. In January 2024 the coastal walk was closed, so the only access was via Garrawarra farm. From there it’s a 45-60 minutes hike, depending on your fitness level and your rock climbing skills.
Before you start your descend to the beach, there’s a sign explaining where the pools are and how you can recognise if it’s safe going there depending on the tide
If you don’t have a car: take the train to Otford. From there it’s some 2h to Garawarra farm. If the coastal walk is open, then it’s even shorter

Grills & picnic tables are provided for visitors to this lush rainforest with trails & waterfalls.
This fall is very good for a day trip. Easy trail walking and easy to reachable. Good place to reach from Sydney in an hour distance. Little bit slippery because of continuous water coming to this fall. Take your water while trailing and this place is little bit cooler than city.

Must visit spot with kids. Great experience. A day trip from Sydney. We had lot of fun with water. There are 3 levels. Mid level is best for family and. Kids. The lowest level was not filled with much water when we went. Best time to visit in summer.

What a beautiful part of nature. Make sure you go after some rain. 3 levels of waterfalls. It's a pretty steep track but safe. Lots of stairs but pretty easy as well.
Keep an eye out for birds especially lyrebirds. The picnic are is very clean and tidy with great toilets. It cost 8 to park and when you can walk the waterfalls in an hour I felt the cost was a bit steep. But looking at the way the place is kept and the money is for national parks that ok.

Somersby Falls area can be extremely busy on weekends and during school holidays. It can be difficult to find parking and maintain 1.5m physical distancing at the picnic areas or on the walking track.
Please visit before 10am or after 3pm to avoid crowds. You might like to visit nearby Girrakool picnic area and walking track which also has waterfalls, walking tracks, and a larger picnic area.
Gordon “Hawkesbury Campground” McDonald — Google review
Not a bad place for a quiet picnic and its warm enough you can get wet under the running waterfall ( small stream ). Toilets are clean and there are a few picnic tables. Some open space for kids to play and there is a walking track around the falls if you are keen for an hour of walking and sightseeing.
Ameer Meerzaee — Google review
It is a nice place to visit not recommended for toddlers or elderly the falls are easily accessible and no fencing or warnings signs, a man was slipping carrying a toddler, a lil girl also slipped over. Very slippery over rock areas. Not many rails through stair ways, quite risky. Also copped a parking fine.
Reschelle GALAXY — Google review
One of the best waterfalls at central coast. The falls water is very refreshing. However, need to be cautious about slippery. It’s very easy for tracking, the falls has adequate parking facility, toilet and safe to travel. Worth to travel for day trip.
Javed T. — Google review
The picnic area itself is small, I reckon only one BBQ grill is available.
Waterfall is good, make sure you visit after few good rains.
There is space available for sitting on grass, not much benches though.
Approx 30 minutes or less walk to the bottom.
Muhammad Tayyab — Google review
Beautiful series of waterfalls. Easy parking and Upper Falls easy to access. The trek to the more scenic waterfalls is a little more challenging. Middle Falls requires a little effort but is possibly the most beautiful of the three viewing areas. Lower Falls is more of an effort - not for the mobility impaired however well worth the endeavour for those fit of body!

Australian Reptile Park

Wildlife park
Popular zoo with many species of reptiles, free-roaming kangaroos, shows & hands-on experiences.
It's a good place to see and know about Australian native animals. All the tasks are great giving his info about the animals.
From planning your day perspective you can visit in the morning and go with each talk or other option to visit in the afternoon as all the talks repeat in the second half. You can finish everything in half a day.
Better to carry food as the cafe gets busy during weekend lunch hours. There is wheelchair access everywhere and they had maintained the toilets well. Alligator and crocodile talks were the best for me. The play area for kids is good too.

We stopped by the Reptile park on the way back to Sydney from Hunter Valley and boy were happy we did the the stop by! Kids simply loved to see so many reptiles, Snakes, Alligator, Turtles, Lizards and many more. Also, the shows were entertaining and informative.
Tips:
- Reach early like by 10am. There are regular shows every 30 min and they are fun and educational as the host explains you everything in detail.
- For photos, would suggest to take package where you can take photos with all four, Python, Alligator, Koala and Owl. Since they allow all family members to be in photo it turns out to be cheaper and fun.

We love regularly visiting the Reptile Park with our young kids. We have annual passes otherwise I think it's too expensive for a single visit as we don't tend to stay that long! Our favourite things there are patting the free roaming kangaroos, looking for koalas, the platypus, turtles and alligators and watching the reptile show. The playground if fun too! My kids are too scared of the reptile and spider exhibits as it's dark with scary noises.
It's super quiet during the week when it's not school holidays (unless you are there at the same time as a school group or tourist bus!)
We always bring our picnic to save buying food there, but their chips are good. The staff are always super friendly too and the animals look well looked-after.

This is one of the great escape spots located just around an hour drive from Sydney. The Kangaroos here are lovely and kids can have fun time feeding them. The alligators here amazing and the number of them that are maintained well in a water body with in park is amazing to watch. The tortoise that we saw was over 100 years and looks so healthy and stunning. There are variety of birds and reptiles here. A place that kids would love and a must visit spot indeed

Great zoo to see some impressive reptiles as well as some other Australian animals.
Definitely recommend it for a day out with the family.
Make sure you plan your day to see the reptile show and Elvis the crocodile being fed. Ranger Mick is very entertaining while giving some interesting facts about the animals.
The only disappointing thing was the cafe didn't have the best selection of food available. I would recommend packing some lunch or snacks for the day.

Truly wonderful! The man who does the snake and crocodile show is passionate, knowledgeable and funny! The reptile park is a pioneer in anti venom and deserves your support. Not to mention the kids LOVE it and you see such a good range of Australian animals. We bring anyone who visits us here and they all love it.

This is a great place. On top of the entrance fee, we payed for a pass to hold a Python, a baby alligator, baby Tasmanian Devils & pat a Koala plus have our photos taken with them. That made the visit worthwhile.
When we went, the kangaroo enclosure was closed due to maintenance.
It was a decent price compared with other zoo prices. We brought tickets online.
It was the week after the school holidays so no too crowded or busy so we went straight in without a line to stand in. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable.
We would recommend a visit.

Absolutely brilliant day out. It's a good thing to contribute to because they also do important conservation work, I loved seeing the turtle conservation ark. The talks are really informative especially the one with the snakes. Lizzie the wombat was adorable and the keepers all do such an excellent job keeping the animals happy and constantly topping up the koalas trees/leaves. You came easily spend 3 hours looking round here.

Knowing of my interest in wildlife, Australian friends that I was visiting recommended a visit to the Australian Reptile Park. After viewing the options, we decided on taking the "Behind the Scenes" tour as well as a non-guided tour of the park.
First, I'll say the reptile park wasn't just reptiles, but a collection of animals of all types unique to Australia, even some non-native species. Wallabies, kangaroos, Tasmanian devils, koalas, platypuses, wombats, etc. in well-designed cages complimented the turtles, snakes, lizards, spiders, etc. on display. The park is well laid out and a map is furnished even though it is easy to navigate from exhibit to exhibit.
The self-paced, self-guided tour allowing us to get fairly close to these unique animals was fascinating enough to more than justify the admission charge. The Behind the Scenes tour was expensive, but also well worth the price. In a group of 4, we saw one of Australia's very poisonous snakes and a deadly spider milked, fed alligators and a cassowary, held a non- poisonous snake and lizards, and stroked a little koala's fur. The guide who accompanied us was an encyclopedia of knowledge about every creature we saw, as well as being very as being very personable and considerate. (I'm a slow walker due to arthritis.)
This visit was absolutely the highlight of my stay in Australia. A visit to the park is recommended for anyone who would like to see a snapshot of Australia's unique, amazing wild life in a well designed, comfortable environment. The Behind the Scenes tour is an amazing opportunity to actually interact with some of the animals and to learn about the park's anti-venom program for poisonous snake and spider bites.

Great experience at the reptile park, there was a good picnic area and playground with shade and amazing range of wildlife such as birds, frogs, lizards, alligator, crocodile, koala, wallaby and many more. My favourite was seeing the frogs, they looked so beautiful with their gem like, metallic colouring. It had a forest like area and well maintained with wheelchair friendly paths. The reception building maybe needs updating and a lick of paint, tickets are a little expensive for me personally, otherwise perfect place for all people old and young.

Beautiful family day out spent at Australian Reptile Park.
Clean and spacious environment for animals
Plenty of grass areas and seating for picnic lunch or morning tea.
Animals all looked healthy and both staff and animals seemed more than happy to be there.
Tasmanian devil full of life then collapsed chilling in sunshine. Kangaroos all happy to see you with small bags of food to give. Platypus was easy to find and was extremely active, cute and chubby.
Spent over 3 hours with grandson 4 years and family. Relaxed in lovely quiet environment for morning tea . Great time of Arrival 9am decided upon. Cost probably a little expensive for a family, but can see your monies have been well used keeping this Park beautiful and animals loved.

The Australian Reptile Park was a great experience for our little one. It’s a great way to spend the day together as a family.
A number of animals form a part of the park including crocodiles, platypus, Koalas, Wallaby, Monitor lizards, Snakes etc. However, I did feel that the enclosures for some of the animals were smaller than expected and hopefully the reptile park will provide larger spaces for these wild animals.
If you are planning to visit, it’s better to pack a picnic than buy from the snack shop as most of the food items are expensive.
However, it was a good day visit from Sydney and provided a lot of insights into the world of reptiles.

He is a very calm, competent, and passionate pilot/instructor who is the perfect man for the job. I felt safe and comfortable (thanks to the insulated flight suit) for the duration of the flight.
As a Central Coast resident, it was fantastic to see the area from this perspective.
I have flown a similar route in an small enclosed plane, but being out in the elements, and having an unobstructed birds-eye view, made this microlight flight much more enjoyable (IMO).
I highly recommend this experience to anyone with a sense of adventure.

Congrats to the new owners!!
I’ve been so looking forward to coming to have tea and scones.
The tea and dessert are great!!! Just to clarify my 2 stars , not for the food at all . The food itself as I’ve been coming here for years are 5 stars.
The service to be desired. We got a great seat!!!
But service started very poorly.
Was bought a bottle of water , after ordering and asking for glasses , that’s 10/15min , they were bought over . Dessert served …… but where’s the tea…. . It eventually came after asking …and nearly finishing the dessert. No sugar no milk.
All in all some tweaking to do with staff.
All in all I will come back as I really do like that place and this review is only to make you better!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR KIDS HIGH TEA PARTY
Over charged with food, nothing else is included aside from the juice and the middle aged lady wearing black glasses could be the owner or waitress asked me more than 5 times if we’re taking the food home. Obviously we’re not even halfway with our coffee and food still barely touched. Let us finish the food we paid for. It was booked for kids high tea and expectedly they will make noise and run around our table which was not much room to even get up.
DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID, SPEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Such a gorgeous spot. I love that there’s two playgrounds to for kids. There’s ample seating outside near the play area too. Food is good, a little pricey, but worth it as part of the whole experience. I’d love it if the Devonshire tea was served with strawberry jam. It was maybe a rhubarb jam I got given. The teahouse has a lovely vibe, and very pretty set up. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Will be back.

Such a quaint and enchanting tea house. From the moment you enter you are greeted with a visual display of otherworldly tea cups and charm of yesteryear. The food is delicious and their specialty whole leaf teas will delight you. The setting in the Camelia gardens gives you the opportunity to wander along tree lined pathways with displays of flowering Camellia depending on the season, ducks and running streams. The perfect location to unwind and relax after a heavy week. Highly recommend you book a table with your friends as this place is very popular. I was there in April during the flowering season.

Good service, food was tasty, BYO alcohol option.
Had the high tea at the teahouse.
We arrived at our allocated time and our table was still being set up. The gardens was a pretty location so didn't mind the wait as we looked at the plants.
There was no rush us to leave after we overstayed our allocated time.
We only had 1 water jug for our party of 6. One water jug was not near enough to fill 6 small tumblers of water. Would be better if there was enough table water for the party. I didn't mind because I don't drink table tap water, but still wasn't enough water for the people who may want to drink the water.
The food was presented well, and tasty.
The soft drinks were served differently amongst our party. One person in the party received a can with their soft drink in a glass. Another person in the party only received a glass of soft drink. The size of the glass held half of the soft drink in a can. The quantity of soft drink wasn't the same. Would be better if there was a standard for serving drinks.

The owner was kind and patient enough to show us the basic techniques to do when your about, getting on, and when your out there kayaking. This place is a perfect spot for kayaking beginners with shallow waters, calm to gentle winds and low tides. We really had a great time. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

My husband and I booked a beginners guided tour with them and had an amazing experience we'll never forget. It was our first time ever trying kayaking and neither of us can swim that well. We had been thinking of taking it up for the longest of time but had been too afraid. Through their training and guidance, they made it feel so easy and so enjoyable that we have now become confident enough to go kayaking by ourselves. Thank you so much for helping us get over our fears and to actually enjoy the experience. Amazing team, amazing place, and everything was just perfect ❤️
PS: besides a kind and friendly guide we also got a personal photographer. Thanks Marnie for the tour and the beautiful photographs of us trying kayaking for the first time.

Fantastic first time beach kayak experience with Marnie and Bruce. Warm welcome & great hospitality by Bruce. Marnie is knowledgable, friendly, and down to earth person. During the tour she ensure we are always safe. Thanks for sharing the local Bundeena stories & given us extra time to do solo kayak too. Will come back again ❤️

First time Kayaking for my kids and they had a wonderful time. Bruce was our guide and did a great job sharing history and knowledge of the surrounding area. For my wife and 2 kids it was a great way to spend the morning in Bundeena and I’m sure this won’t be the last time we kayak with the kids.
Highly recommend taking the ferry across from Cronulla or the drive through the Royal National park which was pretty special and worth taking the time to do as well.
Thank you Bruce and Bundeena Kayaks.

Did the beach kayak tour with Marnie which was fantastic! Marnie was extremely friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. The location was amazing, clear blue water and pretty shallow. Great for newbie kayakers + very easy parking. Can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic time on tour with Bruce on Sunday, it was the best! Weather wasn't even co-operating and it was a little cool with high winds but he made it so easy (as beginners and one scaredy cat) and manageable, it was fun, informative, breathtaking down the Cabbage Tree Basin. We will be so back for more tours this summer. Thanks guys! Well worth it.

Our family LOVED the stand up paddle boarding lesson we had! Big thanks to Marnie for talking us through the process. We had the BEST time and HAD to come back a week later for another go (thanks Bruce!) What a great spot and friendly team! We’ll definitely be regulars! 🤣

I booked a kayak for 2 last minute after reading all the amazing reviews and seeing all the photos. My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time and made some special memories. Would recommend to anyone! Wonderful people and 5 star service.

The kayaks we booked were available as requested with no issues. The sign-in process was very easy & they had areas for us to store our stuff while we kayaked. The staff who helped us gave us tips on where we could safely kayak, went to the trouble of taking photos for us and was also very friendly & nice.
When we were heading too far out, one of the staff came out to help us. He was nice but also very funny when pointing out we were sitting backwards (we confused ourselves when we banked the kayak on the sand bay & got back in the water 😂) but they cared for our safety. Reasonably priced too. $50 for 2 hours.
My partner who has never kayaked before enjoyed it so much that he wants to go back & he is not an outdoorsy person! 10 outta 10 (or 5 out of 5 in this case)

Bundeena Kayaks was terrific. Super friendly instructor who made it all so easy. She took us through the basics and then lead us around various parts of the area, all the while checking that everyone was OK. There were total beginners as well as people who wanted a refresher and our guide catered for all.

I've booked with Bundeena Kayaks quite a few times over the years and it's always a good time! The staff are friendly and also were kind enough to accommodate our late arrival. Love that there are a few areas you can kayak too as well. Would definitely book with them again :)
The SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium is a large and impressive aquatic attraction with regular tanks and pools, as well as large tanks with glass bottoms that allows patrons to observe Australia's freshwater and marine aquatic environments.
Very cool attraction for small nd big kids at heart. Lots of great exhibits and animals. Amazing how much was on offer to see. Loved the glass tunnels to walk through and the penguin boat ride was a highlight too. And we loved getting our hands wet in the touch pool. Would definitely recommend a visit if you are around Darling Harbor.

Not the biggest aquarium that I've been so far but their variety of sea creatures are awesome! my little kid love it and my family have a great time. highly recommend!

Not recommended. It was way too busy for the space they have available, and filled with screaming kids and strollers. The facilities are really rough and ready. I understand you’re in the middle of the city, but for a world class city like Sydney, which is also a maritime city, we expected something more permanent and better looking. The dugong ramp area was extremely loud. We saw kids and adults covering their ears because of how loud it was with the speakers at full blast. Horrible. The area for the penguins was filthy, with poop on the floors and the glass. The men’s bathroom near cafeteria did not soap. The cafeteria was filled with birds.
In terms of exhibitions, the areas with the tunnel were pretty amazing, as well as the ones with jellyfish.
I would not come back.

You will get transferred to this amazing life of underwater world. And it not only has the aquarium but it also has the terrestrial animals, reptiles. You won't get bored over here. Be prepared to walk a lot. You can also enjoy the meals at the food court which serves some delicious cheesecakes. You can check if there are some other ongoing activities.

Sea Life Aquarium is a fantastic place to explore marine life! My family and I had a great time checking out all the different sea creatures. The tanks were colorful and fascinating, and we learned a lot about underwater ecosystems. It's a perfect outing for both kids and adults, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

It was my first time to visit a big aquarium like this. I had chance to visit one in Istanbul, but I couldn't make it. Now, I remember how great experience it is. The great Ocean life is just near you with a lot of species. Sharks are just passing thru next to you. Penguins are so cute animals. Staffs are really kind and helpful. Thanks for the great service.

While the other reviews were complaining about the number of children, remember this is an attraction for families. We (no children) had an amazing time walking through the aquarium! The way it is set up, made it very easy to navigate walking through the aquarium. We got there at 10, when it opened and was very busy, but we were still able to see everything and enjoyed our time. Highly recommend.
Keith Nafe — Google review
An enjoyable experience with several attractions to see. Only downfall is there is no nearby parking without paying significant amount of money and was overcrowded so this meant waiting for others to move before we could see anything. There was also several fish that were dead in the tanks which wasn't pleasant to see. Shame they also close quite early where as they used to be open late - would be good to experience it later at night and also allow the opportunity for quieter periods for people to look through.

Surprisingly big considering the area it is in. Missus and I had lots of fun and took lots of memorable photos. Sea Life is a bit pricey. Overall spent $132, $102 for 2x adults and $30 photo they took.

Initially, I thought I would not spend much time here because it was not giant as I saw it from outside. But I was wrong. Here are lots of beautiful glass tunnels underground! I thought if you were a sea life lover like my family, you could spend at least four hours enjoying it.

Amazing how many aquariums they can fit into the space they have. I came here after going to the Sea Life in Sunshine Coast - enjoyed that one so much I got an annual pass. The penguin boat ride and penguin habitat were fantastic. Thought the water of the larger tanks with the sting rays, sharks and sea turtles were mirky compared with the crystal clear tanks in Queensland. Sea Life Sydney need to lift their game and clean the tanks! I visited the aquarium many years ago when it first opened and it had less tanks but was a lot better back then. Maybe the staff in Sydney can all go visit the Sea Life in Sunshine Coast and learn how to be great again✨😉

My family and I had so much fun seeing all the sea creatures at the Aquarium. The glass tunnel is sensational, you feel you’re so close to the fish, the stingray, the sharks! The penguin experience is brief yet amusing. Staffs are friendly and jolly. It’s well worth a visit while you’re in Sydney.

Very good place. Seen some never seen before fish . Worth it.
Need to add a point about the staff . Very helpful and kind . One of our group members got lost 😞 and they combed the entire place by foot . Then they went through the camera and video footage. They also searched the surrounding area bus stop near by restaurant. Very thankful full and appreciate the people who came to help.
These acts of kindness and compassion are the best thing that makes us love a location and makes us want to come back for more .

The aquarium was bigger than I expected. Dinosaurs in an aquarium? ! I was surprised, but it was interesting because there were so many different themes.
The penguin area is especially satisfying! We were able to see penguins up close on a small boat. There is such an attraction at the aquarium! ? I was very excited. However, it was cold🐧❄️
There were large objects in the aquarium, and I enjoyed the attraction, which was different from Japan!
There are places where you can take photos at the beginning, and you can download the photos for free. That's amazing too.
There was also a wide variety of souvenirs. I bought tickets online in advance, but I didn't think they were that expensive. I'm very satisfied🐟

When you arrive at a busy time, the line up you see first is actually for those who have already bought tickets and are waiting to enter SEA life. To buy tickets, you'll have to walk a bit further until you see the ticketing machines around the corner of the massive building. This is not clearly indicated and rather confusing.
We bought tickets for SEA life only, but you can buy combination tickets that allow you to visit other attractions like Madam Tussaud and Wild Life that are at the same location but separated from SEA life.
After lining up for about 10 minutes we were able to enter SEA life.
From the way the corridors and displays are designed, it felt they did their best to fit as much and a practical as possible in a limited space. It's pretty narrow and on a busy Saturday afternoon, it was tough sometimes to navigate through people and prams at the same time.
Overall, it's an amusing place to be on a rainy day with small kids. However, we don't recommend it if your aim is to learn all about Australia's sea life. There is relatively little explanation on what you're looking at in the aquaria. Also, don't expect a lot of interactive things to do.
We spent about two hours walking at a fairly low pace before reaching the exit. But do expect that about 70 percent is display of actual sea life and 30 percent is just corridors or elevated walkways.

Great place to visit and educate people. Gets crowded, and some areas seem to lack some good air flow. Great walk through tunnel with clear sides and overhead viewing of the sea creatures. Great built-in features at some sections, especially for those with kid's and adult's with flexibility. Take your time at each section as it is one way and exits through the gift shop which I find over priced.

Lots of fun, great use of space, lots to see :) I really enjoyed the short Penguin boat ride! (It’s pretty cold in there to sit the penguins but you’re only in there for a few minutes)
I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t more signs/information on the sea creatures that I could read. They had monitors which cycled through profiles of the creatures but not as descriptive and interesting facts filled as it used to be.
Carol Chiu — Google review
A nice aquarium with a cool selection of marine life. In comparison to the one in Singapore, this wasn't that good, but the addition of the penguin ride makes this pretty cool.
We took just a regular tour but it does have other behind the scenes (paid) tours which I'm sure will add to the experience.
The people / staff are always smiling and welcoming :)

If you pass in Sydney you must see it, it's beautiful: there are hundreds of fish and other marine animals that will leave you and your kids fascinated.
There are also a couple of underwater tunnels where you can walk and admire sharks, dugongs and lots of fish, we absolutely loved them!
The ticket is a bit expensive: 51 dollars for adults and around 35 for kids, but it is worth it.
If you're planning to visit it I suggest you to plan to stay there at least 1 hour and 30 minutes / 2 hours, you won't regret it.

Nice place to visit with family and friends. It is always nice to learn about the sea life that is present on Earth. Bring comfortable shoes as the whole tour of the aquarium can take you around 1-2 hours. Tickets are quite expensive.

This was a pretty small to average-sized aquarium, my favourite part was the dark UV light area and the tunnel with the sharks. But just my personal opinion, I do not know this area of expertise, but the tanks looked a little small for the fish. But overall it was a pretty fun experience. I loved the interior design of the place as well, it was very well done, considering the space constraints. There were a lot of interactive activities as well, which I enjoyed. A good place to visit if you're a tourist or just a marine life enthusiast.

We went as a family to see all these wonderful creatures almost in their own habitat. Highlights for us were the Penguins as our youngest daughter has a bit of an obsession with these beautiful creatures and of course the Grey nurse sharks. Great place, had specials on when we went so tickets were basically half price. Whole family really enjoyed it.
Darling Harbour, one of Sydney's most popular tourist destinations, is located adjacent to the Central Business District and is home to many of the city's major attractions. The neighborhood is also known for its nightlife and romantic atmosphere.
Celebrated my last night of a three week stay in Sydney, Australia on this lovely harbor of vast entertainment. A variety of restaurants, pubs, hotels and scenic party boats to take you in and out of the harbor. Stopped into a sports bar & grill near the docked riverboats for drinks with the family. Just taking in all the beautiful sites and people were enough to wet the palate. A must see in downtown Sydney.

An impromptu visit meant we just enjoyed what was available. Could not find a place to sit down and eat so settled for take-out and eating from a park bench which was fine. But loved the walkabout in a beautiful setting. Not overly busy (other than the couple of restaurants that were open and understaffed and over capacity)....so enjoyed strolling around. Most places closed so missing some of the buzz, but a pleasant evening out.

The water quality is very blue and beautiful🤩
Taking a boat here makes the whole trip more relaxing😎
And it costs more than $8.75 to take the boat on the day
There is no need to spend other expenses
Very suitable for family travel together
Especially families with children
Take your kids on a boat ride to see the beautiful waters
I felt relaxed over the weekend
You can also let the child be quiet for dozens of minutes
Definitely a great choice😂
I also highly recommend asking friends to go on holiday together.

This bridge is super spectacular! Usually in have always looked at bridges as structures serving utilitarian purposes. however, this bridge does not only serve the purpose of transportation but also breaths a new life into this area. Wonderful bridge to look at from afar. Takes multiple exits into and out of the city. Can view the bridge from the opera house side and botanical gardens. Has ferry services that can go under.
There is also a bridge climb to see the view from above the bridge.
A great location near the opera house, city and river. A popular location for fireworks, vivid festival, and cruise ship docking.

Apart from the typical views around the harbour and Circular Quay. My favourite viewpoint of this bridge is on it itself along the Sydney Harbour Bridge walk. Our most preferred route is to take the train to Milsons Point Station and exit to the east before walking up the staircase to the road level and walk back to Circular Quay via the Rocks.

The most spectacular view of Sydney's entire bay can be appreciated from the top of the Harbour Bridge. There's no doubt that walking across this bridge is an experience you can't miss during your visit to the city. From there, you'll have a breathtaking panoramic view of Sydney's iconic landmarks, including the Sydney Opera House, the bay, and the city skyline. It's a perfect way to enjoy the natural and architectural beauty of this vibrant Australian city.

Landmark bridge. Great backdrop and photo motive. Main connection between Sydney and North Sydney. It would be a five star rating if the bicycle lane would not end in stairs on the Northern side. Fingers crossed it will happen eventually.

Wonderful bridge to look at from afar. Takes multiple exits into and out of the city. Can view the bridge from the opera house side and botanical gardens. Has ferry services that can go under. Spectacular as it is. Both side of the bridge have a good picnic areas. Still be able to find parking spot and walk around. Nice view both day and night. If you have a chance to visit on New Year's Eve that’d be the best. You also can get a train to north side which will cross the bridge so you can see a good view as well. There is also a bridge climb to see the view from above the bridge.

Iconic Sydney attraction and a great engineering feat.
Walk on it, under it or on top of it (booking needed for on top), or take a ferry under it...either way it's a must do in NSW.

Excellent views of the city and of the Sydney Opera house! The bridge was built in 1932 so it definitely feels old but yet is still well looked after and holds the test of time. Would recommend for a quick walk over it. But the bridge climb looks a bit expensive.

Sydney Harbour Bridge is one of the most nice view you can see in your life the area there is so perfect and so nice you will spend a lot of time with your friends and family just enjoying the view and seeing the boats around you. The Sydney Harbour Bridge is an incredibly amazing place to visit. Its iconic structure and breathtaking views make it a must-see destination. Whether you're admiring it from afar or walking across its majestic arches, the bridge offers a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sydney!

More imposing and impressive than photos show. It's a big bridge and driving through it is unique. If you do the bridge walk make sure you start at the North end if you have accessibility needs, there's no way to the bridge walkway from the south if you have a pram or wheelchair that doesn't involve steps. Takes about 20 mins to walk it, easy stroll

It is one of the engineering marvel that you are bound to have your jaws dropped. What a beautifully crafted structure. You loose track of time as you sit watching there and there is no regret to that!

Sydney Harbour Bridge is iconic to Australia & Sydney.
The bridge is an amazing structure & you can walk around the harbour & see the bridge from different angles & perspectives.
People can arrange & pay to climb the bridge …..very safe to do with an instructor & you are harnessed to a cable, so you CAN’T fall!
(I’ve included a photo showing a group of people on the top of the bridge).
You can drive across the bridge OR walk across OR catch a train too.
The bridge is spectacular looking during the day & at night.
The bridge is within walking or Ferry distance from:
- Sydney Opera House
- Circular Quay
- Public transport eg ferries, trains, buses, light rail
- Restaurants, cafes & bars
- Shops, including Australian Souvenir shops
- ‘The Rocks’ area where the oldest pub in Sydney is & many other significant buildings, pebbled roads, building facades made from sandstone & cafes, restaurants & bars
- The Sydney Harbour is magnificent with many yachts, ferries, party boats, cruise ships, Jet Boats etc. in the harbour
- Luna Park is an amusement park that is also iconic to Sydney
(I’ve included a photo with the Ferris wheel near the front of the entrance)

You can see the Harbour Bridge frequently when you walk around the Sydney CBD. It looks beautiful in the day and at night. For the best view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, I highly recommend that you take a boat from Circular Quay to Darling Harbour or Manly or Taronga Zoo, an amazing experience. If you are brave enough, you can climb the Harbour Bridge!

Visiting the Sydney Harbour Bridge was an absolutely unforgettable experience. I was truly captivated by the blend of grand engineering and scenic beauty this iconic structure offers. Here are a few standout reasons why:
1. Stunning Architecture: The design of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, a brilliant feat of early 20th-century engineering, leaves you in awe. Its massive steel arch is both visually striking and a showcase of architectural ingenuity.
2. Breathtaking Views: Walking across the bridge, you're treated to some of the most picturesque views of Sydney, including the Opera House and the vast Sydney Harbour. It's a haven for photography enthusiasts and sightseers alike.
3. Historical Significance: Since its completion in 1932, the Sydney Harbour Bridge has not only been a critical component of Sydney's infrastructure but also a proud symbol of Australia's resilience during the Great Depression.
4. Accessibility and Experience: The bridge's pedestrian pathway allows you to immerse yourself in its scale and splendor. Whether you're walking, cycling, or climbing the bridge, each mode offers a unique perspective and experience.
5. An Engineering Marvel : Learning about the bridge's construction details from the Wikipedia page enhanced my appreciation for this landmark. Constructed over eight years with 53,000 tonnes of steel and the dedication of 1,400 workers, the bridge is a true marvel of engineering.
The Sydney Harbour Bridge is not just a means of crossing the harbor; it's a profound experience that melds architectural brilliance with unparalleled views. I highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to witness a key piece of Sydney's heart and history!
The Queen Victoria Building is an amazing heritage building in Sydney that contains a variety of stores, making it a great place to shop. The building is in a Romanesque style and was designed by architect George McRae. The mall has undergone restoration and is now open to the public. Another beautiful Sydney gem. Entering this building is like stepping back in time. There are plenty of high end shops in the main areas (and the usual shops in the basement). However it’s worth exploring what’s in the higher levels

One of the old buildings in the city that is very beautiful. Think they had plans for taking it down years back. Someone decided to make it into a shopping mall and made a beautiful work.
Have a coffee and enjoy the view.
Last time they had put up some UGLY commercials that were so dominating - shame on you for doing that to a place this elegant.

Beautiful building, must go and have a look inside, a lot of lovely and specialised shops in the higher levels and such beauty. I was surprised eight the basement level that Interconnect to the town hall station and so many more shops downstairs too! This place is worth the visit just to see the architecture of buildings in years gone by.
Lots of shops, mostly high end, with a huge array of eateries.
This mall is in an older building and is beautifully set up. We went there in November and the big Christmas tree was already there. Interesting shops and nice restaurants. We stopped at one for lunch and were impressed with the food and service. Would recommend a visit if you are in sydney for more than a couple of days

An incredibly beautiful building that has been turned into a shopping centre. The shops have been sympathetically merged with the old architecture.
There are toilets and places to eat. There is also a parents room, which includes a microwave for heating food.
The building is wheelchair accessible and there are toilets for people with a disability on some of the floors.
There is free wi-fi, which ran at a reasonable speed.
There are also a few seating areas in the shopping areas, though these were not very clean.

One of my favourite places to wander when I have a few free minutes. Plenty of choice for coffees, a quick or a slow meal and great window shopping. The tree in the centre at Christmas always looks amazing. During the day, the stained glass windows allow beautiful light in the centre. Love the old world class of the building, wonderfully grand. A grand piano on level 1 or 2 is available for those with skill to entertain the passersby.

Beautiful multilevel building with a nice variety of stores and facilities - including some upmarket brand stores, many health and beauty stores, gift shops, and cafes. Below street level links you to Town Hall train station, The Galleries Victoria building, Westfield and other street level exits. There are nice staircases, elevators, escalators, and toilets. Often a lovely bit of art being showcased in the middle of the building. Nice for a walk-through instead of walking along the streets too.

Beautiful old building. Renovated but still retains its original charm and character. Fantastic array of shops including Hobbyco, cafes and restaurants. Underground walkway to Town Hall station.

It is a very spectacular and lovely building with a sense of history. Once inside, there are several cafes and stores.
There is a piano on the second floor, and anyone can play it freely. However, some of the keys are broken and out of tune, so they may need to be repaired or tuned. The sound is not good. I think that one day a very good pianist will appear, so it might be better to repair it before Christmas. I am sure that further customers will come here to hear that pianist play.
It was a very classy and wonderful place. It was a very pleasant place to shop, enjoy the cafes, and walk around!

The Queen Victoria Building is a true gem of historical architecture! It's beautifully preserved and still retains its original charm. The mall is massive and bustling. Instead of the usual chain stores on the ground floor, I recommend taking the time to explore the unique and characterful boutiques on the upper floors. We stumbled upon a handmade perfume shop – truly one-of-a-kind. It's a fantastic place to discover hidden gems away from the mainstream shops.

A iconic place in Sydney’s CBD with superb architecture. I don’t think you’ve truly been to Sydney until you’ve visited QVB. So easy to get to with Town Hall station directly joined to it below ground and also the Light Rail station directly in front on George Street. The range of beautiful shops and cafes make for a wonderful visit but I really just love admiring the architecture and overall beauty of the building. Really one of my favourite places to visit in Sydney.

South Cronulla Beach is a long, sandy beach that is perfect for swimming, sunbathing and tanning. The beach is easily accessible by train, making it the perfect stop for lazy days at the beach. Additionally, South Cronulla Beach is home to several family-friendly attractions like seaside restaurants and leafy parks that make it a great destination for all ages.
South Cronulla Beach
Glorious day today at South Cronulla Beach, full sun, air temperature of 27 and water temperature of 21. Beach opened at lunch time, closed before then due to dangerous rips. The water felt warmer than 21, it was great. Lots of beach sand erosion though like most Sydney beaches at this time. Still a great spot. The south side on the steps in front of Surf Club was the pick, near the water and cafes. Up went our umbrella in the holes provided, thank you council.

A nice little beach with some lovely rock pools full of life. Some great shells to be found at low tide.
Chantel B — Google review
A wonderful place to come for a swim at either the Beach or you can try the Rockpool. There’s very good toilet facilities including disability toilets and showers to get the sand off after your swim. There’s various restaurants, cafes and takeaway options to choose from when you get hungry. There is parking available including disability parking but this is a very popular spot so it can get full very fast especially on the weekends and during school holidays. It is walking distance from Cronulla train station and also bus stops. You have quite a large park where there’s a children’s playground area and quite a few tables and chairs scattered around but again these can be occupied very fast, but you could also just bring your own chairs and/or towels to sit on. I really enjoy coming here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Beautifully blue on this morning as I swam and I baked in an attempt to get a bit of colour on my legs. South Cronulla is more family oriented and has a cozy feel to it. Perhaps that’s why I gravitate there. A great fish and chip shop close by, plus cafes and a five minute walk to the holiday-vibe plaza. But who needs a plaza when you’ve got this? 🏖
11/1 - South ‘nully this morning is gentle and quite still for swimming. Kids do backflips on the sand and young girls in frilly costumes remind you of something past. Families of joy today, still bringing the Christmas spirit. Like July/August in parts of Europe, December/January is our time out. To the right of the second photograph is the Cronulla Pavilion where the lifeguards sit and Barefoot on the Beach, a fab cafe and food place.

One of the finest beach on the south South Sydney. Thousands of people were taking the Sun bath under the 40oC hot Sun. The parking was big but still filled and roam around 10 minutes to park. The best thing was leaning on the beach and dive in.

Cronulla Beach South is a straightforward, nice beach. No surfers in sight, but that's okay. The facilities are pretty decent, and when it comes to seating, you're sorted. There's a cafe, some grassy areas, and, of course, the beach itself. It might be on the smaller side, but it's surprisingly lively. A good spot if you're after a no-fuss, enjoyable beach day.

The ferry to Manly was one of the nicest boat rides I have done. Magnificent views and room to walk around on the front and back of boat. Even though the ferry itself was full of passengers, most were sitting inside, leaving the beautiful view for just me and one or two other to enjoy from the back of the boat. The trip took about half an hour, but I wouldn’t have minded if it took twice as long.

Thursday 16th November 2023 at 6:35pm. An extremely rude staff member (male, tall with a mohawk haircut) refused to let passengers into the area with seating (until he "finished what he was doing", by which time another ferry had arrived).
This staff attitude is rife amongst the staff - no customer centric approach. Little wonder the Manly Fast Ferry continues to pick up passengers who prefer the service.

Sydney Tower Eye is an observation tower with a 360 degree view of the city. It's one of the tallest towers in Australia, and offers unique experiences like a rotating restaurant and outdoor viewing platform.
The best time to visit Sydney Tower Eye is on a sunny day. Make sure you check the weather on the day you plan to book your visit. Walk-ins are also accepted. I went in the middle of February at 11:00 noon and the place isn't crowded at all. You'll get to see Sydney's booming skyscrapers in all it's splendour. It's a pity though that the view of the Sydney Opera House has been 75% blocked by tall buildings. Allot 30 minutes to one hour to spend to appreciate the view of Sydney and have ample time to snap some photos.

We made a reservation in the morning and were lucky to go on a sunny day in November. Nice views of the city although the opera house angle from the tower is not the greatest.
Experience was amazing! obviously stunning views, pristine weather and just a good all round vibe. No crowd control so it’s overcrowded at the observatory deck during the last entry (6pm).
No space at the glass window during sunset, air was humid, and there are purple lights that reflects on the glass👎 not pretty for pictures.

It is the tower that is in the center, you can have a panoramic view of the entire city and enjoy its view. The only thing that some buildings covered Opera house, great crime. but everything else you can enjoy. We pay 11 dollars with the school but normal costs 18 dollars. If you like height and see the view of the city I recommend it.

This place always amazes me. Every time I visit here I am thrilled. The Observation deck allows 360 deg views of Sydney. You can even watch a building burn down in the CBD(See photo)! But it is pretty ordinary in furnishings. There are not too many places to sit. You can get light refreshments but they are very light.
However, Bar83 is a totally different story. Sit and enjoy cocktails, spirits and wines with superb finger food. The best part is that it is not expensive to have a great drink 1067 ft up as the sun sets over the city. Best experience!

This is the tallest viewing point in Sydney, which has a 360-degree view of the city. The view from here is spectacular where we can see most of the important landmarks of Sydney. They also provide sky walk with extra pay, a bit of an adventure walk, which can be purchased on-site. The structure is beautiful, first few floors are Westfield mall. It can be a one-time experience. Buying tickets combining other attractions like Sea Life, Wild life and Madame Tussauds would be better with which we can avail great discount.

I am giving it a 2 star because the staff were very helpful. I would have given it a 1 star or lower. It is very difficult to find the entry it almost like the shopping center is trying to hide it, we had to ask the information desk. It is on the fifth floor and not obvious to find down a side corridor.
It is very expensive for what it is, there is no family pass either. They trying to make it more like a ride than it really is, it is a maze to get to the lift. We spent 10 minutes and it cost us $100+ for two adults and a child just for the observation deck.
When you get back down to exit, you have to walk through a tower shop maze to leave.
It isn’t really worth it. I hope another building opens up their top floor to observation and offers some competition. The staff are great, very helpful, but they have to be else you would get lost quickly.
It is a shame really that this is a ripoff for tourists coming to Australia.

A nice place to see the city of Sydney from above. We walked in and bought our tickets without any issues on a Monday early afternoon.
We took the lift up to the tower. I wanted to go to their bar restaurant for a drink and snacks, but it was closed to the public with only a lunch buffet offered.

Amazing attraction. We have enjoyed the views very much. The whole city can be seen from above, totally worthy experience and good value for money.

It was good, the view is gorgeous no doubt about it.
The place is small. I've been in the one in Melbourne and it's much better, but I can't complain. I didn't take any package, just the normal ticket with some pictures included, which by the way were awful, bad illumination and the Photoshop scenarios were terrible. I wouldn't pay for any of it. You get the chance to download them.
Anyhow, I went around 6pm and stayed until sunset (which was my goal).

It was nice to see Sydney in bird’s eye view. You get a much better picture of this cosmopolitan and green city. We chose a late afternoon visit to see the sunset. It was worthwhile. The sunset that day was lovely. The biggest let-down was the windows - they’re seriously way too dirty. It was hard to get a good photo without taking in the marks on the window (see my photo). For a business that is based on giving a good city view, cleanliness of the windows should be top priority. Otherwise, the entrance was good, wait time wasn’t long. Overall, it’s a pleasant thing to do while visiting Sydney.

We shared a few drinks up here before dinner. Great views, if you can visit at dusk it's even better. There's a nice vibe and smart surroundings. Not cheap but not as expensive as you might think.
You need to book a slot and allow 15 minutes for queues and security checks on your way up.

It is quite good. You can see whole of Sydney. It is amazing. Staff is kind. Interesting place to visit. Highly recommend to visit. It is cheaper to buy the ticket through the website.

I enjoyed the view here, but the windows need to be cleaned.
If you book online you can buy discounted tickets so I recommend booking tickets in advance.

It was a bit difficult to find our way to the tower on a Sunday when almost nothing in the shopping center wasn’t working. The viewing deck was kind of dirty.
We visited in the last slot of the schedule and enjoyed the sunset and lights of the city. Great way to recap on all that we saw on the ground during the day.

The sea food is best here but fortunately I'm a vegetarian and being it found not too many options there. It is an amazing view from there which is at 82th floor. Situated in the downtown area which has many other luxury brands nearby to this place.

Pretty cool view of the city! Little cafe up the top of you need a quick snack or a souvenir. The lifts up and down are speedy but there can be a line up as they only hold a smaller number of people. The Free binoculars provided are a bit of fun too. They’re fixed in place but the different height are a nice touch.

Great staff , managing crowd. Beautiful views of Harbour City 💗 from the tower.
A few downside: when we visited 7.30pm, it was too crowded, and we had to wait to get a spot to take a picture. Glass was not clean, so pictures don't really do justice to the beautiful view from the tower.
BJ — Google review
A great experience, what a view! The free binoculars are a nice touch, I’ve been to other viewing towers in other countries and so many charge extra for those. Entry price was reasonable when also purchased alongside a ticket to the aquarium. I went at 10:30am on a Sunday and there was no queue.

Fantastic bird's eye view of the whole city. I came at lunchtime on a weekday so it was not too busy. Very impressed by the clean windows so that when you take photos, they come out super clear. There are telescopes so you can get a magnified view of landmarks of interest. Having lived in Sydney all my life, it was interesting to see all the new buildings compared with the last time I came up here over 20 years ago. Before, it was very easy to find the Harbour bridge and Sydney Opera house. Now you have to look between the buildings but at least you can still see them! Good that there was air con as it was very hot outside that day. I've been to a lot of towers around the world and this one definitely deserves 5 stars!

A great experience for sure. The view is amazing and it's a whole different perspective from up there which makes it even better.
We got the pass for multiple attractions so the price was quite good considering the experience. The staff was great and there was not much waiting time.
We went during the day so the photos of the people came out overexposed so remember to use your flash to balance out the lighting if you're after nice photos 🙌

Great iconic location to visit! Beautiful architecture and amazing to know the history of how it was built. Guided tours are available on every day. Also hosts a great cafeteria downstairs - House Canteen.
Can sit by the opera house stairs and relax along with the view of harbour bridge. Easily accessible by Public transport and has public toilets available if needed.

It really shocked me. It is an international tourist attraction and is listed as the youngest world heritage. The large floor-to-ceiling windows inside are all designed with a slope, so there is no glass reflection when looking outside. It is great!

It probably makes no difference to give this place another five star review, but it's gonna happen!!!
This was the best guided tour I think I've ever been on. Our guide was perfectly enthusiastic, not over the top and explained things so well. The headphone system is brilliant and worked great. The first presentation/film was so well produced and entertaining.
I loved the entire thing. We got a moment in the symphony hall with the orchestra playing and it was so powerful. The whole venue is glorious. The architecture and story behind it is fascinating. Can't go wrong with this amazing opportunity.

The majestic Opera House. Doesn’t need a description.
Take a ferry from one of the suburbs and get to Circular Quay. That will get you better views of the Opera House. Also try to do the Ferry to Manly beach and you get beautiful views of Opera. Most vibrant place to visit while in Sydney. Must do!!!!

Fell in love with it. Must visit. What a wonderful place on the Sydney Harbor. The Sydney Opera House is the symbol of modern Australia. A World Heritage-listed masterpiece of “human creative genius,” it exists because a few brave people dared to think differently. Love those people. Must visit. View by sea at night is mesmerizing.

Only put in 5star for architectural purposes. Unfortunately much of the venue was barricaded off but it is a unique and beautiful building. Go to Sydney museum for full history as the architect was not invited to the opening. Great building which all Australians should be proud of.

What is there not to love about the Opera House. I attended the Australian Chamber Orchestra performance and set second row to the right. The performance was moving. I marveled at the opportunity to hear instruments from hundreds of years ago. A magical moment. You can feel the history and the artistry as you walk in. The views from the balcony are spectacular.

As a visitor to Sydney, it was thrilling to see the iconic Opera House, and to enter the building to enjoy a show was very exciting.
The vibe around and in the historical building adds to the excitement.
Restaurants and bars were busy, not easy to find a place to sit for a drink, but simply walking around and soaking in the atmosphere while taking obligatory pictures of the building as night settled in, along with views of the tower bridge and ferries in the bay, is a fun way to start the evening.
Lots of stairs, but also wheelchair friendly.
Inside the Opera House, staff are efficient and helpful, and we were ushered to the correct door based on our seats. No videography/photography allowed inside.
If you come all the way to Sydney from elsewhere in the world, make sure to plan for a show at the amazing Opera House.

Sydney Opera's one of those places where you have to stop what you are doing and chill with a cold one in one hand. Hands down one of the most important landmarks in the world. Plenty of restaurants and bars on sight, tourist attractions and of course the Opera house, a marvellous piece of architecture. Love this city, hope to travel back again.

The Sydney Opera House is one of the most iconic landmarks in Sydney and an architectural masterpiece. The location is stunning, situated on the waterfront of Sydney Harbour with stunning views of the city skyline and the harbour bridge. But beyond just being a beautiful building, the Opera House is also a great place to chill and hang out.
The outdoor terrace areas offer a relaxed atmosphere where you can sit and take in the view or enjoy a drink with friends. The indoor bars and cafes provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere to relax and enjoy a coffee or light meal. The atmosphere is always buzzing, with a mix of tourists and locals, giving the Opera House a vibrant energy.
Additionally, there are plenty of events and performances that take place at the Opera House, ranging from classical music to contemporary theatre and dance performances. It's a great place to catch a show and take in some culture. Overall, the Sydney Opera House is a must-visit for anyone visiting Sydney, and a great spot to hang out and enjoy the stunning views and lively atmosphere.

One of the landmarks in Sydney. Must visit places when you come to Sydney. You will be amazed by the building architecture there.
But the parking rate there is very high. About 20 dollars per hour. So it is advised that you take public transport to the place.
There are few bars and restaurants nearby. So you can get a quick drink when you are around there.
Overall it is a very beautiful and marvelous place.

The Art Gallery of New South Wales, established in 1897, is a prominent public exhibition located in Sydney, Australia. Housed in a classical-style building founded in 1871, this gallery showcases contemporary, modern and indigenous art collections. The interior is spacious and features a diverse range of Australian artwork. With its free admission to the general display area, visitors can explore various projects and exhibitions encompassing Australian, European and Asian art styles.
An outstanding gallery, truly the mainstay of Sydney’s art scene. The remodelling of their classic rooms is a must see once fully reopened, and the Archibald always attracts significant talent and some truly breathtaking portraits.
Also don’t sleep on the free exhibits downstairs - oftentimes there are some understated and lesser-known (read: not mainstream enough for the average/passive consumers of art) artists displaying real killer stuff.

One of my favourite places in Sydney. After a couple of delays, I finally saw the Louise Bourgeois “Has the Day Invaded the Night or Has the Night Invaded the Day?” exhibit. A must-see exhibit! The Day: every single piece spoke to me on some level that I totally was not prepared to feel. The Night: so-called anchor pieces from The Day were integral parts of this darker side of the exhibit. The Night hit me in a very different way though also emotionally. What an incredible exhibit.
Art Gallery of NSW has so many events and exhibits happening all the time, and many are free so everyone can experience and enjoy artworks. The grounds and surrounding areas are beautiful and well maintained. The Gallery also is a wonderful place to sit and look and absorb alone or with your peeps. There are a couple of choices inside and nearby to have a bite to eat and drink, and I’ve seen some people and school children eating their morning/afternoon tea outside near the most incredible giant sculptures. A phenomenal place for all ages!

Accessible for the public, good places for anyone who wants to know about history and art. You may get some inspiration and insight from it. They got two buildings and an excessive exhibition with a vast range of themes. Spent 3-4 hours if you only select a few artworks to have a detailed look at. The information is detailed about each artwork, the artist, and the history or possible meanings behind the creation. Got cafes inside each building, which allow you to get refreshments and rest yourself. Seats are available around the whole gallery, which is nice. Impressed by galleries related to Aboriginal people and LGBT+, one with artworks created by high school students during Covid-19. I went when Wednesday since they will have longed opening hours.

I was overwhelmed with the amount of art. I went to the South building. I couldn't find the North building. I was pleasantly happy to have free entry and free cloaking. There were multiple galleries with different types/themes of art. My favorite was the aboriginal and art by LGBTQ+ artists. I was not prepared with the amount of time necessary to view all of the museum. I advise at least 2 - 3 hours. Actually, you could go every day for an hour for several weeks to truly appreciate the art.

If you love art, the art gallery is a must visit. Much of the gallery is free to access, with only special exhibitions requiring a paid ticket. The free section is separated into different themes and eras, and is a great showcase with an emphasis on Australian artists across more than one floor. What a precious time (ideally hours) and an experience art lovers can have in this gorgeous gallery inside and out. A monumental beauty leads to a treasure trove of various art genres, from pre-classical to modern. I'm in love with the new wing of the NSW Art Gallery. It's spacious and bright, with lovely views to the outdoors, exciting visiting exhibitions and a great gift shop.
I think you love it (me!) because it's beautiful to walk around in, or you hate it (heaps of other people) because it feels like it's a bit empty and doesn't have the 'super famous, classic' art. 🎨 Well, it's free to visit, so it's really no big deal if you go, decide it's not for you, and then leave.
If you're a tourist visiting Sydney, it's super easy to pop by on your way to the Royal Botanic Gardens or Mrs. Macquarie's Chair. It's very accessible and a nice opportunity to see Australian art.
The more 'classic' work is in the old building. Have a browse, have fun.

Went to the Art Gallery of NSW just to experience the gallery, which in my view was a fantastic gallery and beautiful artistic exhibition space. As it happened there was free entry to the Louise Bourjeois exhibition, a talented lady but mad as a box of frogs spring to mind, but then all great artists need a touch of madness to take us down a path less trodden.
She said "Set out with something to say and not with the vague desire to say something." But unfortunately or fortunately I wasn't in her world and therefore did not know what she was saying.
She also said "I Have Been to Hell and Back, And Let Me Tell You, It was Wonderful " which may give you an idea into her mental state.

Amazing gallery! I really enjoyed it! I did it as a solo day out and would really recommend it! The place is huge and has got such a vast collection of art from renaissance art to contemporary to Asian art, aboriginal art, it’s really got something for everyone! If you like to take in the art work and read all of the descriptions of the piece, I would recommend allowing yourself about 4-5 hours! Would definitely go again! The entrance to the gallery is free and there was no que! There were two exhibitions on that were paid entry and I saw the Kandinsky one which I believe was $35, very reasonable for such a large collection of Kandinskys works! But other than that completely free!

Amazing experience at the Louise Bourgeois - Has the Day Invaded the Night or Has the Night Invaded the Day
exhibition. The new North Building is spacious and moved well from the well-lit rooms of ‘Day’, on lower level 2 to the darkened terrain of ‘Night’, downstairs in the Tank. There was more than 120 works, including many never seen before in Australia, among them The Destruction of the Father 1974 and Crouching Spider 2003. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed the diversity of artworks. Loved the addition of the glass art gallery. The Leek,Spinach,Ricotta tart is absolutely amazing in the main Art gallery cafe.
Sydney Bay is a large and picturesque harbor that offers amazing views of iconic Sydney bridges and buildings. It's well worth taking a sightseeing cruise around the bay to see all of the beautiful landmarks. The bay also has wide beaches, coves, gardens, and parks to explore.
One of the best bays I have ever seen. Excellent balance between natural beauty and real estate. Very proud of my own country.

Port Jackson is the beautiful place, we know as Sydney Harbour and one of the most spectacular harbours in the world not only on the water but the many walks around the coastline. With its busy water traffic and iconic structures such as the bridge and the Opera House it must be seen from the water

What can I say. Sydney Harbour (Port Jackson) for me personally has and always will be the most picturesque and beautiful harbour in the world.
Although I don't live in this city any longer. I am always in awe of this extremely appealing and iconic harbour.
It can look so different depending upon the time of day. Or when it is seen at sunrise, sunset, rain or cloud. It never fails to show different characteristics when seen under natural and artificial lighting as well as a variety of different weather conditions.
The Iconic Opera House and Sydney Harbour bridge as always are a must see if you are only visiting briefly.

Fringed by Sydney Harbour National Park, this is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Catch a ferry to Taronga Zoo Wharf, & walk the trail to Bradleys Head.
Watch the ferries commuting across the harbour, enjoy a picnic, & take in the breathtaking scenery.
There are great harbour views from the entire walking trail to Middle Head.
One of the prettiest, most scenic walks I've been on & highly recommended whilst in Sydney.
Also a popular area for fishing & boating.

The best place for tourism in Australia!!! A great feeling when going on the ferries, standing on the opera house and seeing the Harbour Bridge while in the sea.
