キャピトル東急の「日本料理 水簾」には何度か来ているが、鉄板焼きは初。
昼間なので飲み物はウーロン茶をオーダー。
コースは下から二番目の「茜(税サ込み6,957円)」をセレクト。
この下のコースは5755円、上は10120円、13915円(いずれも税サ込み)と揃っている。
基本は肉の量の差かな?
まずはアミューズ ブーシュで「カリフラワーのムース」…冷やし茶碗蒸し的なカリフラワーで出来た一品。優しい味わいで美味しい。
続いて冷前菜「サーモンの炙り 柚子胡椒のドレッシング」…肉の前に結構充実の冷前菜。ちゃんと美味しいひと皿。
スープに「クラムチャウダー」が出る。…温かな料理としては今日の初モノ。これも味付け良く、美味しくいただく。
続いてメインの「お肉」と「焼き野菜」…お肉は『国産牛サーロイン 100g 』か『黒毛和牛赤身のステーキ 150g 』を選ぶ方式。…僕らオッさんはやはり脂の少ない赤身を選択。一緒にいた20代の若者はサーロインを選択。…赤身はミディアムレアで焼いてもらって、なかなか美味しい旨味ある和牛。食べ応えもある。
