土曜日12:40ぐらいに伺いましたが8割程埋まっており空席のカウンターに案内されました。その前に「初めてですか?」と言われるとメニューの詳細な説明を頂けました。これは初見のお店ではとてもありがたいと思います。説明後に券売機で食券を購入し、今回は「麻辣担々麵900円」辛さは「強」としましたが、一旦味を見て、後から「辛痺」が追加ができるとのことで「中」でお願いしました。
ツレの「びゃんびゃん麺950円」オーダは「挽肉:甘口/生姜/〇山椒」「辛さ:弱/〇中/強」「麺温度:冷/ぬる/熱」としましたが、先にも記載通り辛痺は後からOKとのことで、一旦「中」でお願いしました。

約10分程で着丼となりました。麻辣担々麵ですが、焦がし一味唐辛子は別皿にしてくれて、まずは味を確認してみてくださいとのご配慮を頂きました。とても奥深く、そのままでも出汁がしっかり効いており、辛痺がなくても十分美味しく頂けます。辛痺も「中」としましたが、とても程よい感じで、アドバイスを頂いた「強」だとちょっと多すぎたかもしません。具材も挽肉もたっぷりで各種香菜もふんだんに入っており、最後まで具沢山な感じで楽しめました。麺は多加水中太の縮麺ですが文句なしのバランスでした。途中、卓上の「ネギ油」を入れるようにとのことですが、正直固形になっておりあまり変化は感じませんでしたw
びゃんびゃん麺は汁なし風のため、辛痺がダイレクトに来ますね。同じ辛さ「中」でもこちらの方が強い気がします。山梨の「ほうとう」のような全粒粉の2cmほどの麺がたっぷりで、具材は水菜、挽肉、もやし、プチトマトとという感じでした。こちらも絶品です。ぜひ味わうべき麺だなと思います。
