this hotel is an excellent choice when visiting the coast. the staff are very friendly, the casino lively and the rooms and facilities are excellent. well kept, clean, stylish and up to date. great employees all over. it can be a bit pricey, but the prices reflect those of other properties in the area and are worth more than most of the other properties, better deals on weekdays. Very nice pool area also. Good drinks, lots of fun.

Awesome stay. We used to stay here all the time before Covid hit. So I was nervous reading the reviews. However the hotel was very clean. The room was in great condition. Staff was friendly. The food was delicious. Had no issues with my teenager walking through to get from place to place. Although I don’t let her walk alone anywhere especially in place with this many people around. So I would definitely recommend a stay here. We had a great time!!!! Great place to stay! Very enjoyable trip!

I’m not sure why all of the bad reviews but our stay was wonderful. Only complaint is the hot water. Which we were told about upon arrival. But paying almost $200+ per night with no hot water is a little disappointing. Other than that, rooms were clean, spacious and had a perfect view from the 11th floor. If you have small children, the 3rd floor pool is best. H2O pool is more for an adult vibe. Overall enjoyed our stay!!
Oh yeah. There were a group of teenagers who were playing by knocking on people’s doors around midnight but my husband set them straight 🙂 control your kids please

We played here for a few hours, and it was fun. There were no big winnings, but it was good entertainment for a while. We ate dinner at Morton's and were thoroughly satisfied. The beef and fish were excellent. The service was very good, and our server had full knowledge of the menue items. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant for couples or a special occasion for the family.

There’s so much going on here that I’ll break it up into sections.
Hotel: 5/5 the best hotel experience I’ve had hands down. The rooms were clean and we never had to ask for things we needed because they were abundantly available. Spend the extra money to get the room with the jacuzzi, WORTH IT. Comfortable beds as well and nice sized bathroom. Price was very reasonable too.
Spa 4.5/5 great experience and very relaxing though, I wanted just a bit more from my massage, but overall, good price and makes for a relaxing day.
Food: 4/5 many good food choices on the property, some of them leave a little to be desired but there are no shortage of choices and variety to choose from here.
Casino 4/5 honestly, it was smaller than expected, but surprisingly clean and low volume of people which is nice when you’re trying to get a table to play.
H20 Pool 5/5 Hands down one of the best parts of the vacation. Very nice and clean. Plenty of area to sit down and relax without being shoulder to shoulder. The swim up bar was top notch and the two bar tenders work extremely well and efficiently. Literally could spend a whole day here and never get bored. Nice to just sit back and relax without too many people interrupting your peace.
Overall, this was a slam dunk. Great location, close to the beach and there is a ton of food choices and activities to do within walking distance. Absolutely would stay here again. Golden nugget has my business for life anytime we come to Biloxi for any reason.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A varied choice of slots and table games to choose from. I think the availability of covered and monitored parking is the best!We had such a fabulous time there. We will definitely keep going back!!
Laura Spratt — Google review
Aside from a few cosmetic issues (chips and cracks) this place overall was great. There was nothing I can really complain about.
There is a lot to do here, from great dining experiences, trying your luck at the casinos, watching the games, and the amazing spa, I must say it was money well spent.
It is centrally located with an array of things to do in the surrounding area (just a 5 min drive or less away from the hotel).
Pros:
~ Lots to do
~ Everything is within a 5 minute drive from the hotel
~ The rooms were very clean
Cons:
~ There is a casino and if you are not a smoker then the smell can be a little suffocating.
~ there was no fridge or microwave in my room
~ The parking garage is poorly maintained, small and with little to no direction you’re left guessing on exactly where to park.
Katie Mae (tgikt) — Google review
Really it was a just average stay, first time staying at a casino and I might have expected too much. Having both elevators from the parking garage to the casino would have been nice only one operational. You couldn't use luggage carts without having to tip the employee. Shower didn't just leak it ran a steady stream, we had to run our fan on high not to hear it. I was impressed with the Draft King's section man it was Awesome especially during the NCAA tournament. It was a quick drive to Ocean Springs MS. Love that little special secret on the Gulf Coast

I totally did not catch our dealers name at the Roulette table on the main floor. For management, she was at the table at 4pm on 4/6/2020. Absolutely wonderful experience and she was phenomenal! Me and my wife had a blast chatting and betting money at the table. Our dealer was first class and I hope you retain amazing employees like that!
Overall a great experience!

What a blast. I can't wait to plan my next trip. The hotel portion reminded me of a luxurious stay (cozy colors and big furniture). There are multiple pools onsite that look like so much fun. Multiple places to eat and plenty of slots to play. It's a lively experience with so much to do. It's in a central area that's not far from other casinos that you can visit.
Fianna — Google review
Loved this casino. The swim up bar-pool is the best part. I only gave them a 4 star review because the drinks at the pool bar were very expensive. They sell buckets of beer but it's the same piece as if you were to buy them single. So there were absolutely no deals on liquor at all. I was beautiful and I will definitely return.
Jessica Cates — Google review
The lady who checked us in, she was amazing. She was so kind and very sweet. I just loved her.
All waiters and waitresses in Michael Patricks, they were great.
Our stay was fine until my 17 year old daughter and cousin were yelled at by security as they stepped off the elevator to go to the candy shop. Told them they weren't allowed to be on the casino floor alone. They said they were just getting ice cream and security told her she needed to go back upstairs. Of course, when I went down with them, that particular security person was not there any longer.
Why put the candy shop right by the elevators if the "under 21" crowd can't attend alone?
Jesi — Google review
A little over-rated for me. Best part was the pool but drinks were horrible. Taste like juice with no alcohol. Rooms were nothing special but spacious. Wasn't worth $300 a night. Food was good but over-priced for the amount you got....at Bubba's. Not kid friendly at all. The places the kids go was within the gambling area so they watch you like a hawk and have to walk a certain path through the casino. Any wrong moves or turns, they are on you!
Katrina Washington — Google review
Review based on gaming floor alone, during a Friday afternoon. Plenty to do with a good variety of games. Several bars on the floor plus a Starbucks and gumbo restaurant. During our visit, several games were down, but ultimately did not impact our visit. One of the better casinos in Biloxi.
Trent Bernard — Google review
We had a reservation for 3 nights but decided to check out after 1 night. The pillows in the room are small and nasty. They were yellowish. The bathroom door look like a storage door. The ironing board is old with holes which led me to not to use it. My husband also left his reader glasses there at the spa room on 11/26/23 and he went back to the front desk of the spa 30 minutes before closing. However, the front desk lady was not helpful stating that they were people there, and she didn’t go looking for it. Josh who was the massage therapist stated it wasn’t there. My husband was trying to tell them the exact place he left it but they ignored him. We decided to give 1 star of the service due to the rudeness from most of the staff. I called the security for Lost and Found, and he was very rude not willing to help as well. Truly a disappointing experience.

Husband & I stayed Thursday-Monday for short getaway. Room was very nice with great view (junior suite). Linens & floors were clean, but mirror, faucet, sink & shower glass were not cleaned. Instead of calling service I cleaned it myself. Seemed quicker since we needed to freshen up upon arrival. Casino is pleasant & not smokey considering smoking is allowed on the floor. Every restaurant service & food was great. Casino staff were friendly and attentive. Spa massage was wonderful & quite affordable pricing for a resort. Josh did an amazing job. Will definitely stay again!
Dedra Williamson — Google review
The room was a good size. It could have been more clean. The casino is a casino. There's a lot of smoking there. But it wasn't so terrible that we couldn't stand to walk through it. The only real downfall is me and my husband were in the hot tub and when it turned off trash started coming out of the filter part. And in that was a period pad and a toilet paper roll. I have no idea how that was overlooked but it was. Needless to say we got out and take showers. The pools and hot tub do smells straight up like chlorine. We did get two drinks from the bar and they were 15 a piece which probably isn't bad but it's a little steep.
Maryjane Kersey — Google review
The room was nice. The beds were somewhat comfortable (it all depends on preference). There aren't enough people working at the casino so it was horrible trying to eat at any of the restaurants and don't even think about asking for clean towels. It took them 2 days, with repeated requests, to get my towels. The safe in our room was "the only one that hadn't been fixed and/or updated" as per the guy who had to force it to open. They do not clean the rooms if you are a long stay guest. I do understand the restrictions due to covid. Overall, this is a nice place to stay but it does have a few issues.
Ramonda Griffin — Google review
Came here for my birthday, spent 5 days here. enjoyed every bit of it. I can go on for days about this place. It’s a get away for sure. Felt like home being there because Mississippi is where my family is from. But this experience was different for us. We were able to chill in the pool, eat at at some of the restaurants around it. we will be back.. best birthday vacation ever!

I checked in Saturday night and paid upwards of $330. The air conditioner thermostat was not working in room 601. I thought it would adjust to a fair setting to get a good nights’ rest. It was really hot! The carpet in the hallway smelled damp. I was also awakened around 7 am because the house keeping facility was right across the hall (they were very loud). It was the worst night of sleep that I've had in a while. When bringing this to the attention to the front desk staff, it was swept under the rug. At that price point, I thought I should’ve been well taken care of, and at least better customer service from the front desk staff.
kiante london — Google review
It needs an update. Double queen room was nice, spacious, very large tub. It was also dusty. I found it odd that the bar at Bubba gumps closes when they get busy. Never seen that before. There were 6 seats open but they refused an order... of course the smoke smell but you expect that at a casino. All in all, I'd stay again.
Big Hauss — Google review
I stayed at the GN during our Conference in July, rooms were nice, although they don't clean the rooms daily it plainly states, in the room, what their cleaning policy is. Check in was a breeze as was checkout. Ms Brenda at the front desk is amazing, she was so helpful. Enjoyed my stay.
Paulette Coltharp — Google review
Lovely casino/hotel. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Sadly, they are very short-handed hence no room service or maintenance. Our room was perfectly clean with a lovely view if the bay.
The shower door was missing the bottom seal so it leaked into the bathroom floor.
We would happily return despite that issue.
L Stevey — Google review
Had a great time. We stayed in a balcony room and enjoyed a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, with the exception of the hotel hallways. They could be vacuumed a little more often. But I would definitely stay there again.
Meghan Amoroso — Google review
Resort fee although I’m not sure how this place is a resort…also their website says their rooms are “luxury” when they don’t even have a microwave. I had leftovers that ended up going to waste, which was pretty unfortunate since we were spending quite a bit of money to stay there as it was. Just tacky for a hotel to do that, in my opinion. The rooms were okay. Spacious but you can tell they need work. There was no “fan” option on the AC (I like to keep a fan on overnight for white noise). Not a huge deal though. The nice thing about the hotels was you couldn’t hear your neighbors, which was nice. The pool was nice, but the drinks were severely overpriced and were pretty much just juice.
The Hard Rock casino was a way better vibe overall so we ended up hanging out there most of the time. The pool was also much better. I will say Golden Nugget has better hot tubs, but it’s just too hot this time of the year to enjoy.
Next year I’ll stay at a regular hotel nearby that has full amenities at a more affordable price, and just go to the casinos/pools on the days that I want to. I would’ve saved more money and had an even better time had I done that in the first place.
Chelsea Schroeder — Google review
Room security/ lock didn't work and some random person walked in. Customer service was worse than usual as there was no relief for the fault lock... we were told there were no clean rooms available. Gambling was awful, without even being to play before the slots took thousands. The entire casino and hotel seems to be in complete disrepair and aging quickly without investment in any real maintenance or updating. It really used to be a good casino and hotel, but we are done and won't be back.
Tom Hartley — Google review
We had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were all very nice and we observed many people working to keep the experience pleasant for all. The casino was nice and I like that they have a smoke free floor for players that have preference to be in a more fresh environment. I also like the location tucked away near the edge of the strip along the Gulf of Mexico near the bridge over into Ocean Springs. Convenient for taking a short drive to more shopping and beautiful experiences.
Joanna Wight — Google review
Went with family for a birthday trip for my mom. Great rooms. Like all casinos, you will have to deal with smoke. Restaurants inside are pricey. Kid friendly. Can walk with kids next door to Margaritaville.
Amanda Hall — Google review
Location is great, next to beach, near dining and etc. But the rooms- you can hear everything! Like the guy coughing and vomiting next door. Or the person using the bathroom on the other side of us. The rooms itself was nice. Smells like smoke, even though it's non smoking rooms.
Jess Marie — Google review
Older casino, pretty smokey atmosphere. Rooms are dated and a little dusty, bathroom was clean and shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. But for the price it was fine. No valet service or any bell service that we saw. Servers and dealers were all nice and pleasant.
Christie George — Google review
Always a great place to call home during our stays in Biloxi. Wonderful associates and staff, great restaurants and choices inside the casino, and an unbeatable location close enough to everything to make it convenient. Rooms are clean and furnished, though they don't include fridges unless you pay an additional fee. We love the Golden Nugget!
Will Spille — Google review
Stopped to enjoy some fun while passing through on vacation. I had a blast, people were friendly, you can smoke inside but it didn't have a horrible smell, won a couple hundred on the little I started with. I would definitely visit again if ever in the area!
Ashley — Google review
Only gambled here. Super clean and relaxing. Lots of great slot machines and nice patrons. Dealers are nice, didn't see any drink servers working the floor here during the day. I like playing here because I am usually lucky. Bubba Gumps is a great spot to lunch also.
Southern Belle — Google review
This place is the worst experience on the Biloxi strip. The staff seems like carnival workers and acts like them. The room air conditioner never worked even though we asked for it to be fixed. We had no AC the whole three days we were there. The pool area is pretty nice, but it turns into a daycare very quickly. I would stay anywhere else besides this place in Biloxi, the rooms are nasty and old and outdated.
Daniel Zimmerman — Google review
Nice room. Handicap room should be close to elevator, not 20 rooms down the hall. No hot water in the morning. REALLY miss the valet service. Staff is always helpful and polite. Thank you.
The Walter Anderson Museum of Art is a prestigious gallery located in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. The museum features the artwork of Walter Anderson and his brothers and is home to rotating exhibitions of art from around the world. The atmosphere of the museum is unique due to its coastal vibe and influences from global artists.
This may be a small museum but don't let that deter you from going. It is packed with local history, amazing art, rotating exhibitions, stellar events and a sweet little gift shop.
If you enjoy art that is somewhere between folk art and art nouveau, then this is a must see. I love his cats- they have SO much personality. And the animals are rendered so colorfully. I really enjoyed it.
The current guest exhibition is Martha Kelly's prints (hand carved and hand pressed) and is a must see. Her motifs, like Anderson's, are also nature inspired and she illustrates gulf scenery in her bold, emotional style while using colors evocative of the moody sunsets and sunrises on the coast. The inclusion of her sketchbooks is a nice nod to the educational aspect of the museum in showing the work behind the work of Anderson through his sketches, carved blocks, and experimental pieces.
Brandy Boyd — Google review
A very nice display. Well organized and notated. Enjoyed our time in the museum.
Tabitha Harwood — Google review
Exceedingly well done museum! Wonderful look at the art and life of a very interesting and talented man. Staff was engaging, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic.
Susan Kinnin — Google review
My college- age daughter and i visited tthis small museum and really enjoyed it. It is dedicated to an amazingly diversely talented local artist. It was very well laid out. There was a variety of mediums represented and the signage was easy to read. There were some interactive features like reflective questions, a book reading area, and an actual room with murals transported from the artists home. It was educational in terms of the artists life and his family but also regarding the different art concepts and mediums. We were able to thoroughly experience it in 1.5 hours. What a gem!
Debbie Minter — Google review
This is a hidden gem for those interested in art and art history. Walter Anderson’s art work is very unique and diverse. His murals in the old community center and his secret room in reflect the creativity and mind of a contemporary Michelangelo. His work is skilled, beautiful, and varied. He was a curious enigma. This is a must see.
Mark Primosch — Google review
A small but wonderful gem of a museum highlighting the art of Walter Anderson as well as some related/adjacent art. Entrance is very affordable and well worth it.
Dani?l — Google review
This is an incredible museum of amazing art. We so enjoyed learning about Walter Anderson's interesting life and career and seeing his work up close. I found his art to be not just beautiful but very moving. This collection is a national treasure. I can't wait to go back.
Sherry Kerr — Google review
I don't want to post many pictures, but we took lots and went around again without our phones. This place is inspired and thoughtfully laid out. It is fairly small, but well-sized and big enough to easily spend an hour in. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the art just comes to life in ways we never could have expected. The more you look at his murals, the more you see. They also had other good exhibits, including the room he uses to paint in. Truly a fantastic experience in every way. The gift shop is cute and not too pricey, and the museum is provocative, educational, and relaxing. I would drive for hours to come see this again. Admission is $10 for adults, but we were happy to pay it after walking around. It may not be everyone's personal cup of tea, but even if you aren't a fan of his style this is well worth a visit. We spent two hours there and I would highly, highly recommend going. Make time for it if you can, it's truly stunning.
Michael Thompson — Google review
We loved this museum! The art was gorgeous. The museum also does a good job of telling the artist's life story. There are places to sit as well if you want to take your time looking at the art. Definitely a must see museum if you're in the area.
Sofia — Google review
I love it! Is a excellent place to relax and walk, watching the amazing art of Walter Anderson. Beautiful place.
Maria Teresa Calvillo Quintero — Google review
Nice little museum. Walter Anderson was quite an artist with a very interesting back story. Reasonable price. We spent about 90 minutes there.
William — Google review
Small but excellent museum featuring a local artist's works, including large murals.
Joe Arozarena — Google review
Intriguing gorgeous art and history. Come learn about the life and work of Walter Anderson. He painted, carved, sculpted and built art in extraordinary ways. His style was truly eclectic and interesting. If you are a seasoned art critic, a novice student of art or are just curious about Walter Anderson, you will enjoy this museum. (There are also exhibits of other artist's work) The cost for an adult is $10 and is worth every penny.
Susan Petrey Carriker — Google review
Enjoyed the sculpture, pottery, drawings, and paintings here, including his boat that he rowed ten miles out to go stay and draw and be totally in nature. An amazing artist.
Shelby McDuff — Google review
Beautiful! The art of Walter Anderson is so fun and serene. The Little Room was such an immersive experience. The mural in the community center was definitely something to see.
Angie Saldana — Google review
Loved this visit. It was the highlight of our trip to the Mississippi gulf coast. Wonderful art and history.
Palace Casino Resort is a top-notch casino resort with a smoke-free policy. This makes it perfect for guests who want to avoid the overwhelming smell of cigars found in most casinos. There's plenty to enjoy here, including excellent gaming options and a superb spa. There are also great dining options available, making it the perfect place to relax after a long night gaming. The resort is also close to some favorite kid-oriented attractions in Biloxi, Mississippi.
I really enjoy the buffet. The casino has all the regular games that casinos have. The slots are not very loose to me. Best feature is no smoking at all. So its very pleasant to enjoy your time and not leave smelling like an ashtray. Homely atmosphere overall. Not the biggest or best casino in town, but nice for a quiet stay
Sonny Barker — Google review
So I’m not a huge gambler but do enjoy casinos. This place was amazing. I left with a bit more than I started, but that’s not the only reason I liked it. It was not a huge casino but so clean and it didn’t stink!!!! There were sanitizing wipes at every seat and the service and free drinks were great. Ate at Stacks and we all really enjoyed our dinner. The hotel rooms were immaculate, well appointed and comfy. Service at the front desk was great. We got two adjacent rooms. Good luck with that in Lake Charles! Great prices too. I just highly recommend the whole place. Super fun.

We are regular Saturday lunch buffet patrons. Always enjoy the food. And, always sit in Norbert's section because he is an amazing waiter. We never have to ask for refills and he always knows we like extra lemon. By the time we're seated, Norbert has our unsweetened teas poured, extra lemon on the table and a bottle of Tabasco. He knows and accommodates his customers. If only more places had employees like Norbert but he is one in a million and we appreciate him tremendously. We always ask to be seated in his section and when he is off we give an audible sigh. Norbert rules!

Love this casino. It's smoke-free & very clean. They have a great Cafe with delicious, strong coffee and they bake all the goodies fresh. The restaurants are also very nice. Only thing that would be better would be more comfortable beds & soft sheets & pillow cases.
Janet P — Google review
The restaurants are great. Stacked is by far the best casino cafe that I've eaten. My surf and turf burger was amazing and the seafood loaded fries and nachos that my friends had were really good. The buffet had a good selection and if you get 20 points on your players card it's half off which is a great deal. Fantastic service at the restaurants, reception, gift shop, etc.
It's super clean and the fact that it's smoke free makes it that much more enjoyable.
I found the bed and pillows to be exceptionally firm and I did not sleep well. That's the only downfall to me. The rooms are spacious and clean.
Jennifer Foy — Google review
We went for the buffet and it was delicious. Large variety of things to choose from but the prime rib was definitely best. Cooked to perfection. Top off your meal with a wide selection of desserts. The soft ice cream is great on your cobbler or by itself!
Cristy Atkinson — Google review
NO SMOKING!!!! OMG!!!!
I didn't know there was a non-smoking casino anywhere on the planet. But then we walked into the palace and I was amazed that I could breathe without choking on smoke! The entire place is non-smoking including the casino. Inconceivable!
For that reason alone will be back, but we also ate at the buffet and the service was impeccable. The food was pretty good, and a reasonable value.
Thank you to whoever made the decision to protect all of the employees and visitors by allowing everybody to breathe clean air in this facility. Much appreciated!

If you’re looking for comfort, go somewhere else. We booked directly with the casino, not through a discount site. The bellhop was very nice and helpful. The front desk staff was unremarkable. The size of the double queen room is nice. The view from our window had to be one of the worst in the building. We couldn’t see anything but ugly roof and AC units. The beds were AWFUL!! The mattresses were so thin and hard that you could feel the springs with your rib cage. The linens must have been sent over from the local prison, because they felt like a punishment. Luckily we had our own pillows, because you could not count what they gave us, as pillows. The towels were child size and could be used as a loofah. The room even came with a “thermostat” that did absolutely nothing and coffee pot that took forever to make one cup.
Come play, just don’t stay! We won’t be making that mistake again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We had a corner room overlooking the bay.
Our room and the whole hotel was very clean. I liked the decor in our room.
The people that worked there were friendly and the other hotel customers were too.
The buffet was great and the pool was also. Their security is strict. We felt safe.

Great casino/resort. Stayed overnight on a Saturday. Spent the day poolside. Nice salt water pool area…exceptional pool service staff with great food and drinks. Pool wasnt over crowded or rowdy. Relaxing. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Had a beautiful view over looking the bay and bridge. The bed was firm and was comfortable for me, but that’s what I prefer, not so much the wife. The buffet was one of the best we’ve tried. Lots of options, staff was great. Casino is non smoking inside which is huge for us and a very welcome plus/rarity in a casino…clean and crisp air with little wipes at every slot machine…we’re not clean freaks but it’s nice to know you can use them if you’re feeling grimy. Plus we were lucky and walked away lucky winners of a full night of gaming! Paid for our entire weekend trip! Had a great time thank you Palace casino. Well done.

Always love going here because of the no smoking. The buffet is usually awesome, but this last time I went for dinner was not a good experience. I felt like the food had been sitting for far too long. Nothing was good, it seemed. I expressed this to the staff on the way out, and it didn't seem like anyone cared.

I just returned from a 5 day stay at the Palace. It was a great vacation. My room was great, clean and spacious. The best part was the smoke free environment. Someone in our group had an issue at one of the Craps tables and I never got my $25 bonus money for the slot machines but nothing is perfect. I would give the gambling a 3.5 out of 5. The casino staff was some of the friendliest and engaging I have ever seen. There is plenty of security and they are just as good to converse with.
Jeff Baldwin — Google review
We stayed three nights and had an amazing experience. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. They would literally go out their way to greet us as we walked around the resort and ask if there was anything they could do for us. We were treated so well it almost made me uncomfortable because I'm not used to being treated like royalty. The restaurant, Mignon, was exceptional, as was the bartender in the lounge. My wife loved her spa day at Pure, and we had a great time fishing on one of their charter boats. We will definitely be back for more.
Tim DeWitt — Google review
The staff was amazing. From the time we checked in to check out, everyone was extremely professional and nice. Even the security guards acknowledges everyone that came through the door. Always smiling and friendly. Only reason for the "4" stars was the beds (mattresses) were extremely uncomfortable. The bed was hard!!! Besides the bed, everything else in the room was 5 stars! For the price ($260.00 a night in April) I assumed the beds would be plush, but that was not the case. It was so nice to be at a hotel/casino that did not reak of cigarette smoke but the beds are actually a deal breaker for me. If soft beds don't matter to you, you will LOVE this hotel.
TINA MALCOLM — Google review
The rooms are huge . Nice and clean . The buffet is good but honestly not all that I thought . So I'll post pictures of what I did take . Don't get me wrong the food is good just not everyday. I came looking for crab legs and didn't find them here at all. The casino is lovely but so dm confusing with first timers trying to get around .. seems it's shaped like an L.
The only problem I had was the shower curtain in the bathroom was too short ! .. your floor will be soaked .. ask for more towels . Look forward to coming back when I get more money to enjoy more .

No trip to Biloxi is complete without stopping in here. It is nice to play table games and not end up smelling like cigarette smoke. The casino is clean and the table games were fun. Helpful staff was really appreciated

I had a great experience, from the time I checked in. The clerk that checked us in deserves a bump in pay because he went over and beyond his duties. He was very helpful and pleasant! Lots of restaurants. The buffet staff also deserves a huge amount of recognition, from the cashiers to the wait staff; they all were super nice and friendly. I can't forget the chefs, the food was top-tier. Like I said, everyone at the hotel/casino was outstanding, including housekeeping. The maid on the 9th floor was very accommodating and went out of her way, too! Very nice pool! Casino is very well cared for! I loved the fishing pier that is steps away from the casino. I don't know if calling it a fishing pier is correct because it's approximately a mile or so long walking or running bridge. Whatever it is, I loved it!

I can't talk about the rooms because I've not stayed there. We visit the casino and buffet. The casino is smoke free which is wonderful. The machines are usually good to me. My favorite is the buffet. It's excellent. I would definitely recommend both, the casino and the buffet. Enjoy

We didn't stay here but ate at the buffet. At 27.99 was not a bad price and you get a discount being a club member. The buffet was massive and you can choose from several areas. I favored the smoke and grilled meats section. The Comfort section was tasty as well. There is also a hibachi grill. The staff were very professional and friendly. Kudos to the entire buffet staff.

We love staying at the Palace in Biloxi. It is a non-smoking facility which is important to us. Also, it is walking distance to the walking bridge that takes you to Ocean Springs. We walk across the bridge every day. The Stacked Restaurant has some of the best food you will find anywhere. I have to give a shout-out to Samantha at the front desk because she helped me with a difficult reservation situation. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean and modern.

What a great surprise. Everything has been fantastic at this place. The check in and accommodations for adding extra nights was friendly and stress free. I can't thank this hotel enough.
Things to note:
1. Price was fantastic
2. I ended up winning on the slots. Not thousands but a few hundred. I only spent $50.
3. Front desk was so helpful. Thank you Sam & Nick and Sherrie& Mindy. You all went above and beyond.
4. All the security guards were so nice and friendly.
5. Housekeeping was incredible. Sadly, I didn't get her name but my stay was from 1-16-2024 until 1-20-2024. Please thank her. I was on the 9th floor.
6. The bartender at the bar near the elevators was fantastic. He made a mean Manhattan.
7. Karla the hostess near the restaurant by the elevators was friendly and helpful.
8. Parking was easy and felt safe in the garage. I made myself aware of my surroundings but never felt unsafe.
9. Other guests were friendly.
10. Room was clean and was given extra coffee and water when I asked.
The only problem I had and not much anyone could do about it , was the other guests slammed doors all night. I understand it's a casino but jeez people, close your door quietly.
If I ever make it back here, this is the only place I would stay.

We just went to gamble and eat. Both went well. Their buffet really is one of the best for multiple reasons. We observed the man cooking steaks change out his cutting board and discard "old" meat. The buffet food is fresh, delicious and kept at a high standard.

My husband and I stayed for our 20 year anniversary. The first night of sleep was terrible because of the very hard mattress. We politely asked if we could try another room in search of a softer mattress and the manager was helpful, let us move rooms. We were grateful for that! Right away I opened the fridge to put our food in it and there was food left in there. I didn't say anything and just threw the food away but a few hours later I went to take a shower and was met with black hair covering the drain and all along the shower walls. I called the front desk and all they did was ask if I wanted to have a housekeeper sent up. At that point I was undressed and relaxed and didn't want anyone in my room so I just cleaned it myself. I decided to let a manager know and all she did was apologize. I feel as though we should have been compensated somehow for these things. I work very hard and look forward to the relaxation of my vacations at the Palace, cleaning up someone else's hair is not my idea of a relaxing time.
The next morning we went to cash out our winnings at a kiosk on the casino floor to use at our outing that day but we weren't allowed to use them but we couldn't go to the tellers either. Had we been leaving early we wouldn't have been able to take our money at all. There really needs to be a kiosk available before the casino opens so you can get your funds at any time(maybe in the lobby.) We stay at least a few times a year and this was the only time we've been disappointed.

My facial massage was the BEST also! Tara did a PHENOMENAL job! 10 stars as well!! Thank you ladies for the BEST services!
The Ohr-OKeefe Museum of Art is a contemporary art museum located on Beach Boulevard in Biloxi, Mississippi. The museum focuses on the ceramics of George E. Ohr and showcases his unique style of abstract art. The collection spans several hundred years and includes paintings, drawings, photographs, and pottery.
We made a trip to Biloxi and the museum was on our list of destinations. The buildings were beautifully designed and we really enjoyed the works of George Ohr. Staff was very polite and helpful and the cost for the museum is reasonable! Amazing experience to see in person if you are ever in the area. Highly recommend!

So glad I visited here during my trip to Biloxi! Not only is does this Museum house amazing buildings to learn about history, but the exhibits within those buildings are truly wonderful! They have classes for students and adults, and even a café to enjoy coffee or food while you're on the premises. Definitely worth a visit!!!

While I enjoyed all 42 works of art at the museum, I found it underwhelming. I did enjoy learning about George Ohr and the local community, but I finished the entire museum in less than 40 minutes and that was reading all the marques and visiting the open 6 museums that were available. So eh.

Museum masterpieces of art here, both inside and outside!
Having been an architectural fan, I was already familiar with the sculptural work of Frank Gehry, designer of the Guggenheim Bilbao in Spain and the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.
I was also friends with descendants of the featured artists, who were proud of the reputation for their unique style of art.
As if knowing and hearing about it isn’t good enough, here seeing is believing!
To think years ago I had lived and danced amongst the trees here. Now the buildings are dancing with them!

Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art is beautiful and amazing! The art is on the inside exhibits and the architectural design of each building. The entire museum is expression of the creative mind. The Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art is a place of peace and relaxation. If you want to express your artistic abilities, the is a room where you can sign up to make pottery and another location of K12 painting workshops. Stop by for a time you will never forget. If you found this review helpful, like and share the review. Thanks and have a wonderful day!

It's ok. I wish there was more art. The grounds are beautiful and buildings are amazing but it lacks volume of art. I'm glad we went but don't see any reason to go back.

I enjoyed the different gallery installations, especially the African American Gallery and the ceramic gallery. I did not like the unfriendly front reception greeting, no southern charm, no greeting and they left 10 minutes before closing so I couldn't purchase anything from the gift shop. Based on that four stars only.

The Kids Pottery class was amazing. I’m glad my daughter had the opportunity to try something different. The instructor was very patient and informative with the class. The class size was small which allowed room for personal encouragement for the kids. Tickets were purchased online via website. Aprons and tools provided. Such a great experience.

Very nice museum. Has lots of local art. The pottery exhibit is amazing. I sat and watched the video in one of the galleries about the world famous potter Mr. Ohr. Its a great bit of history, and a wonderful story. A must see if you have the opportunity.

Absolutely beautiful museum. Unfortunately we came in the wake of a CAT3 hurricane so most of the art was being moved to an off site location. We happened to run into the Executive director David Houston who was nice enough to let us into some of the Gehry exhibition rooms. This was a truly fantastic experience being able to see the rooms both empty and full of art. A very memorable experience and one we will not soon forget!
This casino is themed around rock music and offers a great betting experience with 500 interactive slots and 800 traditional slot machines. It's also packed with entertainment options, including concerts and nightclubs.
Visited this past weekend & everything was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly & helpful. We requested a refrigerator & it was delivered in less than 10 minutes. The lady was so nice & asked if we would also like a microwave, less than 5 minutes later it was at our room. The room was neat & clean. The casino staff was just as nice & helpful! Enjoyed our stay very much!

The lobby and casino are amazing! I love looking at all of the memorabilia. The room was nice and clean but it was a bit worn. The bathroom was impeccable; however, there was a little less privacy than what I prefer, too many glass doors there. The casino play was good. We played for several hours and basically broke even. Overall, we had a very enjoyable evening here.
Vicki Billings — Google review
It was fine I guess but less of a tourist casino and more of a locals slot machine hangout. The casino is really small and there were very few tables open - couldn’t get seats for 3 to play blackjack. A bunch of other goofy card game tables were open and empty. Hardly anyone likes the games outside of very popular ones so I think maybe flexible tables would be better.
The HR Cafe was fine but nothing special like the originals with regards to scale and collection, and the menu any what it used to be. The food was good and the bartender waited on us and she was great. Very friendly staff.

Pro's: Casino being continually cleaned. Restrooms were all clean. So many machines to choose from to play. Wide variety of food available.
Food in the hard rock cafe was very good. The cafe style area was also good.
Cons: hard to find a server to get beverages from, both in main casino & high limits room& non smoking rooms. The smoking part of the casino was not too bad as I am a non smoker ,& didn't gag on any clouds from smokers. Must have a very good ceiling exhaust system. Plenty of memorabilia on display which was interesting to look at. I just wish valet cost was not $30 + tips to the runners. Maybe give seniors & handicap people a lower cost break please. All in all enjoyed my 5 hrs there. Didn't loose too much which was a bonus.

I can't comment about the rooms. I will say that the burger I had there was fantastic. The bartender that served me my food was friendly and very conscientious. I would easily go back to this place. I didn't get a chance to visit the casino but I would definitely like to. This left a lasting positive feeling for this place. Shoot I would easily stay here if I was offered a chance. I'd love to go back and maybe stay next time.

We really like it here. Neither my wife, nor I, are advanced gamblers and they are so patient and helpful when we play. We're not huge spenders but they still treat us so well anyway. Every employee we interacted with during our stay was pleasant to interact with. Bartenders, front desk, pool staff, and the casino staff, all just wonderful to us. Will definitely be back.

Rooms need to be updated. The door handle on the room door was very hard to open. Checked in at 9pm. Went to dinner and returned back to the room. Upon my return, the temperature in the room was 62. We changed the temperature to 73 and left from the casino. Upon my return at 3 a.m., the temperature in the room was 66. It would not go higher. Called the front desk, and they sent maintenance up to check the problem. He flipped a switch inside the wall behind a panel, and it warmed up to 72. The temperature would not go higher than 72. I had the thermostat set at 76. Management and maintenance needs to complete routine maintenance checks on the functions of all guest rooms. The only good thing I can say is that my morning coffee view was amazing. Drinking coffee and seeing the water view help start my day.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary. Everything was amazing, the restaurants, casino, bars, hotel room, pool - everything! Check in was simple with the friendliest lady who was very helpful and patient with our questions. Check out was even more convenient.
Loved our view, we were on the 6th floor and had views of both the MS Sound and the pool.
The only negative we experienced..The buffet left a lot to be desired. Very expensive for limited choices of bland food.
All staff from restaurants and hotel were so kind and welcoming. We felt well taken care of the whole time.
All in all, we loved staying here and look forward to coming back!!

The property is beautiful. I had a reservation with Sugar Factory 15-minute wait for two people after being seated for a waiter to come over to take drink orders, only after being requested when I noticed a party of 11 walk in and there order was taken right away after I had already waited 15 min. I spoke with the Manager Drew and services improved right away he was very nice and pleasant to have around during the dining experience. I didn't get the guy name from the back that brought out our food but he was very polite also our waiter was great as well after the rough start to our dining experience.

First time to this location. We did not stay here but visited the casino. The area was large and plenty of room to get around. The floor service was great! Drinks were not hard to get and the machines were up to date with a few old school ones too. Will say it was a little dark but over all a good experience. Would definitely come here again.

This is my second time here with the same experience both times. Booked a King room in the Platinum tower. The whole tower is supposed to be non - smoking. It’s evident that they don’t enforce it or care. On both occasions, Immediately after getting off the elevator the hallway reeks of weed. We get into our room and it’s the same if not worse. The front desk was little help and only offered another room with different beds or an air scrubber. Housekeeping was very responsive but all they could offer was some spray. This will be the last time I stay at this facility.

I was less than impressed with my stay.
The room had an amazing view but was in serious need of updating and the sheets were stained. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par either. I found hairs all over. They also misgendered me even though I provided correct information. I would not recommend your staff gender customers based on NAMES.

The room was clean and spacious. The casino had all the basics for tables, slots, and some good food options at relatively reasonable prices. We ate a big breakfast with chicken and waffles and an omelette and they were hot, fresh, and well prepared. The waitress was polite, attentive, and informative. The hotel is right on the water in MS. If you are passing through or live nearby this is a good place to try your luck and hang out a while. Good luck!

Very cool hotel. Loved the room, amazing view of the Gulf. Glass shower was great you can shower while seeing the beauty outside. Only negative thing if you like daily room service you have to make sure you ask for it. If not you will not get it. The Casino is a good size with lots of slots..and tables. Several different food choices inside also. Very clean also and friendly staff. And it's right on the water. Beautiful pool but was to cold to go in the time I was there. Definitely a do again.

Great place to hang out. Our favorite pizza place actually. Pie Five Pizza. We stop here just for the pizza some times.
Pro: platinum tower rooms are super cool and modern. They have great views and are nice.
Con: royal tower needs to be freshened up as the rooms are showing their age and some strong smells can be an issue.

Our room was a little lived in, shower heads need to be replaced, and the mini bar had apparently been broken into. It worked but it was empty. The service was on point. Great location. I got a hair cut and shaped my beard. They colored my wife's hair and it was perfect. Exactly what she wanted. The ladies were amazing. Made us feel very comfortable, they were the best. My wife gets super anxious around new people and her hairstylist got her to open up, share stories and laugh. I was very impressed and grateful. Mine as well.

We had a really nice room with a great view, but we won't be back. First of all, the room was not clean. There was garbage on the floor, the bathroom had not been wiped down, and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. Even worse, is there are no housekeeping services. One of the reasons we stay at a hotel, is that someone cleans the room and makes the bed, but not here. We asked for more towels, they were laid on top of our luggage near the door. Reservations was a joke. I had to make several phone calls because what I was told on the phone, did not match the confirmations I received. It took hours to straighten out the reservation. I've stayed at many different Hard Rocks and always enjoyed them. I was told to lower my expectations before I arrived, but I didn't think it would be this bad.

Had a great time, only comment is that the property and rooms especially could use a face-lift. Basic amenities in other casino/resort rooms, laundry bags, fridge, microwave, were "upon request if available". Mold in the room coffee machine. Drywall patching and painting in room was very evident. Furniture had plenty of use distress. Pool area was very nice as well as casino floor and restaurants.

We had a blast during our stay! Our first room had a connecting door to another room and the patrons were screaming all night. We requested another room and were quickly granted another room on a higher floor *without* an adjoining door. We were blown away by the stellar customer service. Casino was wonderful and the drinks plentiful. We'll definitely be back!!

The pool had a swim up bar. The entire area was well stocked with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There were pool waitresses to take drink and food orders. They were all lovely young ladies who were great at their jobs. I want to give special thanks to Olivia, who made our experience at the pool even more enjoyable. She was friendly with a genuine smile that made me feel like she was actually as happy to be there as I was. All of the bartenders deserve to be praised as well. The entire staff that I encountered met or exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my stay.

So above our expectations! We took this Biloxi trip on a whim, and booked the Hard Rock, and to say we were satisfied is a complete understatement! The location was very easy to access and come and go from, the view was amazing as well. From the first time we stepped in until the time we left the staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming, everyone we interacted with was smiling faces, saying hello, asking how we were from security to housekeeping, front desk staff and all in between! The pool area was great, a nice swim up bar in the pool, great sitting area, two hot tubs, one of which was very spacious. The towels supplied were very big and plush. Even had a great view from the pool to the ocean. Our room was very clean, spacious, had a great view out the window, a nice large bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows didn't go flat! The only complaint about the room was just needed more plugs closer to the beds, otherwise it was excellent. There's plenty of restaurants & entertainment that you don't even have to leave if you so choose. It was our first time staying at a Hard Rock but definitely won't be the last. They certainly left a great impression and made you feel like you were very welcome and they were glad you were there. I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay, we are smokers and appreciated our room. Unfortunately, I had to put towels to block our door due to the INTENSE marijuana smell. When we were checking out we brought it to the receptionist attention and her comment was “well you were on the smoking floor” also we weren’t the only ones to complain, but there is noting they can do. I read the guidelines for the state and it’s for Medical Marijuana only. So yes there was something that could have been done.
Lesson learned, always choose non-smoking… just really disappointed.

Rooms were clean and big. We had a king-sized bed and had plenty of room. They did not have ANY charging ports at all, which was a little surprising. No microwave, but when we asked about one, they brought one immediately to our room.

Rooms were nice but not 281 dollars a night nice. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Richland, Ms the night before that were much nicer and half the price. When you get there you are charged another 100 dollars per room and I had 2 rooms. They said it could be up to 10 days before it would debited back into my account. Only one of our rooms were ready when we checked in and we didn't check in until after 4pm. Just expected more maybe I was unrealistic in my expectations.

First time to stay at Biloxi Hard Rock. Got upgraded to Platinum tower for some reason. Room was really clean and larger than expected. Beds great. Shower was wonderful with plenty of hot water. Check in was simple and quick with very friendly clerk. Every where we ate was good. Expensive but good. Casino had a wide variety of slots and tables. Only negative was only two Ultimate X video poker machines ( my chose of games). While playing drinks were plentiful and waitress were easy on the eyes. (tipping helps). Down side it rained all three days there so couldn't do much outside. Truly enjoyed stay.

The hotel itself is nice aethstetically speaking. Staff was friendly. So why three stars? Ugh the smokers! They are everywhere. I don't think they smoke where they are supposed to either. You cannot visit the casino or restaurant without walking through clouds of lung killing death murder. You also can't take kids to the restaurants until they text you that your table is ready which is another story. I did like the three head shower, but the shower door did not close the whole way, and the toilet seat kept falling down on my junk. So yeah, don't bring your kids here. Try a different venue.
The Beau Rivage Resort & Casino is a sophisticated hotel with stunning views of the Gulf. It offers an outdoor pool, a spa, and a casino for guests to enjoy. The dining options are diverse and vibrant, including eclectic restaurants and bustling bars. One notable restaurant is The Buffet at Beau Rivage, which boasts an expansive selection of global cuisine in a tastefully decorated space.
Spacious and nice rooms! Restaurants are good. Buffet is $15 for breakfast and servers are super nice. Casino is large. Enjoyed top golf suite and the spa. Pool is awesome. Only recommendation would be to have a pull up spot to check in so you know the room is ready before you park in the deck and drag all your luggage in.

This was my first time gambling and I was there with a friend celebrating her birthday. That's the most fun I've ever had losing money. I totally lost it when I found out there were little electronic slot machines in the bar. Okay, so I'm easily amused! But seriously... I hope I can stay in the hotel one day because this looked like a magical Wonderland. Especially walking through that little garden entrance thingy with all the lights. Absolutely stunning. beautiful property. I'll definitely be back to give you more of my money soon! (I never win anything based on chance so... It's just a donation. 🤣)

The Beau Rivage, frequently called The Beau, is one of our favorite resorts, casinos, and get-away places. We love how the decorations change almost monthly depending on the holiday: Halloween, Christmas, Valentines, etc etc. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The views of the water and easy access to the 'beach' area are the best around. The casino has numerous slots and table games, with friendly and helpful dealers. The dining options are good at Beau, but there are also several restaurants (and casinos) within easy walking distance. We love the Black Clover lounge, as well as the sports bar, especially for watching games. They have a mini indoor Top Golf type range. The pool is awesome, and though I've not tried it yet, the spa looks divine! We've been going for years, and they are always tastefully improving and updating. If you're planning a trip to Biloxi, this is your place!

Went to have a good evening of dinner and fun. I guess we got there too late to the buffet and they asked us if we wanted anything else as they were closing down the food access after being there 15 minutes. Wow! Spent $65.00 for 15 minutes worth of eating! Food was not that impressive. I would suggest that they warn you at a thirty minute mark that they will be closing and not take your money 15 minutes before they shut down. Last time I will eat at their buffet! We found other places inside to eat but we were hungry. Thought it would be a good idea to get something to eat before games and the buffet was the first one we saw. As we left we walked around to play a few games. Well to make a long story short, we looked around and hardly anyone was winning and when they did it was small payouts. Years ago I was impressed. Now all there is to play is a bunch of imported looking machines. Everyone there looked down and out. Roulette wheels were not very forgiving either. It's like they changed the balls every turn. Sorry but electronic import machines with strange Chinese dragons on them and just playing the lights is not for me anymore.. the old times are gone, no more old style slot machines. Just not what it used to be. Sorry but I don't think I will be back. Drove three hours for an awful evening. I had taken my girlfriend there for her birthday. Well it wasn't what we expected.

We had the opportunity to take a deal from MGM to come to Biloxi from Florida on a bundled trip that included chartered flight and 3 nights at the “Beau”. First impression is this property is beautiful and gives you a close to Vegas type of experience. The room we had was bittersweet being on the absolute end and the furthest from the elevators. When we arrived it stated in the email that we were checked in and encouraged us to bypass the front desk and go straight to our room. Guess what? The digital key did not work and we had to call down and wait for a security person let us in. Slight setback but the room was a corner and offered a second window for some different views. Unfortunately not gulf view but still not bad considering. The room furnishings and overall quality are getting dated. Clean and kept the best it could be but definitely ready for a remodel. Those being the only complaints to consider this place is the high standard in comparison to the competition nearby. Casino doesn’t have the lower $5 minimums you might see around town but to be expected when they offer the nicest resort. Beautiful Chinese New Year decorations fill the lobby. Staff and dealers when fun and friendly. Slots were actually pretty good to us and had a nice mix of old and new machines. Overall a great experience and we hope to return again.

Such a nice casino/resort with a great layout! Lots of machines and games to choose from and hotel staff is top notch! Beautiful pool and nice gym and spa facilities. The buffet had a large variety of food and even with a large line moved quickly. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Beau Rivage is an amazing Gulf Coast destination. While there, we were able to take a day trip from Biloxi to Mobile and to Pensacola (less than a two hour drive)! On our second trip to Beau Rivage, yes we were there twice this summer, we enjoyed a day trip to New Orleans (90 miles west). Oh, did I not mention the incredible restaurants, shops and on site salon at Beau Rivage? There’s something for everyone! The food is phenomenal, the shopping very upscale and enjoyable. The salon services were invigorating. And the casino, wrapped it all up with a bow! This place is definitely our family favorite casino resort getaway!

Beautiful casino \ hotel! The spa was absolutely incredible! The rooms are spacious and very nice! The little bar on the right just as you walk into the casino was so so much fun! The band that plays every weekend is what made it so fun! They were soo good and played songs from back in the 90's and 2000's.

Beau Rivage provides the best lodging experience in Biloxi! The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas. It is like a winter wonderland. It also has great stores to shop in. The casino is for smokers, but the smell is at a minimum compared to other casino hotels I have stayed at. I'm not a smoker, so clean air is important to me. I love staying at the Beau!

I haven't stayed here yet.
We went for the brunch at The Buffet, and WOW! Just about everything you could want to eat and everything was so delicious!
Lots of other restaurants are available that we hope to visit at some point also.
We had never been, as we don't go to casinos, but there is great shopping and dining, and the decor is breathtaking!

Always beautiful, but the smoke in the casino is so very bad. They really need to work on a better air purification system. They have taken all but a handful of quarter slots out. Those are my favorite. Had a good time as always.

Fantastic hotel, our first time here. The property is well kept, updated and plenty of staff in all areas. They have numerous food outlets, all of the ones we tried were fantastic. Too cold on our trip for the pool but it is beautiful. The spa was nice and would recommend. Our room was well appointed but we paid a lot for a corner suite for the views. Disappointingly all we could see was the rook and parking garage, real bummer. If you book this type of room don’t get 3rd floor. Overall great property.

Beau Rivage is an excellent Casino with friendly staff. I enjoyed my time there. I especially enjoyed club Eight 75. I will be returning since my date enjoys playing poker in your facility. I have not had the pleasure of staying in your hotel but hope to have that privilege one day

Great place to stay. The parking garage is free and the check-in process was very quick. Has a lot of shops in the lobby as well as some good eating places that aren't in the Casino area. Has an Arcade for the kids and an indoor Golf simulator for the Big Kids. Had the Buffet for lunch and it was very good and only $19.99. It is part of the MGM rewards program so be sure to sign up for free and get your card printed off and have them scan it for your stay and food. There were also plenty of elevators that were quick so there wasn't any waiting around for them.

My room was clean and nice. The line to the buffet was very long and didn't move fast so I didn't get to eat there...I was disappointed that the table games are $15 minimum. I finally found one Ultimate Texas Hold Em table that was $10 and played that for a little while. Both open craps tables were $25 minimum. I was able to find some cheaper tables at other casinos in the area.

Buffet was worse than a Golden Corral! Room was not as clean, and had a smell. The pool was so crowded that I wasn't able to swim. There were 70 something people!! I always loved going to the pool. Was there for 4 days and was not able to use even once! I wondered if they had opened it to the public? The Casino itself remains the same. Will not be going back. Have been patron for around 15 years, no more! So sad.

Super cute MGM property. Very "Vegas" feel without having to travel all the way there. It is simpler, and I wish there were more food options but the rooms are very nice, the pool and gym are great, and the casino is well kept.

Our room was excellent! Clean and smelled good, which helps after leaving the casino floor. Lots of friendly faces around every corner! I've never had so many conversations on an elevator! Lol. They have a great view of the gulf from their pool deck, lots of open space to hang out and relax outside, with a bar. The pillows were so comfy, we bought 2 to take home.

My wife and I had a short trip last month. We loved the room, very clean and roomy. The casino was awesome , especially the Bet MGM BOOK. The buffet was moved there temporarily and the food was delicious. So many offerings from meatloaf to shrimp to fried chicken. Overall a great resort, casino experience.

The MGM Folks treat you so special. We come in on a Charter Flight for usually 3-4 days and with some very nice people who become friends. The restaurants are nice and clean with very tasty food. They decorate for every Holiday it seems which is so pretty. I am in real estate, so I notice these things. If you have a need, the front desk is quick to assist you. This has become one of my favorite places to visit. I LOVE The Beau Rivage!

This is probably the nicest hotel in the coast. We didn't stay here but ate at the buffet. The hotel recently changed the buffet and my opinion is that it isn't worth it. Food selection is very limited and if your in two desserts they only had a handful of options.
If you want a better buffet go to the Place. Lots more options and the food is better there.
The crowd for this buffet was mainly seniors, and maybe that's why I thought the food was just bland, catering to them I suppose.

Nothing special about this casino. The restaurants are sub part. They did have the buffet open and we ate there. No real live music on the weekend. Just a local casino which still have smoking. The non smoking was located off the the smoking areas. What was good the whole trip was free promotion.

This is one of the Nicest Casinos that we have stayed at! From the time you walk in the front door to the time you leave, there are nonstop breathtaking sights. Also being walking distance from other casinos, food, and gas stations is always convenient.
We were able to check in and enter our room digitally. Plus, the app allowed us to print physical keys at the kiosk by the front desk.
We can not wait to stay here again in the future!

Incredible resort and casino. Great selection of next generation slots. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and beds comfy. Good restaurant options, something for everyone. Reservations, flight, airport transportation, and baggage handling were all done first class. Hassle free travel for the casino going senior. Good comps and great pkg deals are a plus, and this resort offers it all. No wonder they have regular repeat guests at this MGM location.

The rooms are very nice. The one I stayed in was very spacious, but my sister room was average size. Free parking and elevator for convenience. Lots of shopping 🛍, gambling, and food options, but definitely not for the frugal wallet. As with all or most casinos 🎰 drinks 🍸 of all kinds, are free. Their inside elevator to the room are uniquely structured. You need your room key card at all time to get on the elevator, and rooms 1-15 have their own elevator section, and 16-Up has its own section. Though the main areas are really beautiful and maintained. Going to the rooms are a lot of construction 🚧 zones and questionable sites. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. P.S. please do not order anything using your room service. My sister had to pay and additional $50.00 because her daughter called and placed an order off the menu (she went and picked it up and paid for the meal at the restaurant, but still got charged an hotel service fee).

Beau Rivage Casino is the Class of the Gulf Coast Casinos hands down. Their Buffet and Food establishments are excellent, well priced and awesome quality. The other shops inside are top tier, and surprisingly affordable. The slots are humming and actually pay very well; the table games and roulette are entertaining, with excellent potential for payouts. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for hours till the wee hours of the morning. Can't wait to go back.

Didn't stay just went for the buffet for dinner 1 night and breakfast the morning after. The food is always hood southern cooking red beans and rice is must. The mac and cheese is delicious just the right amount of creamy gooey delight. The fried chicken is a staple I. Southern cooking and this places version of it is very light and crispy and seasoned to perfection. The cat fish and fried shrimp were good as well.

The buffet and the staff are fantastic. Gigi at the buffet made sure we were taken care of, and we appreciated her. Went to the casino, and the only blackjack tables open were two $50 tables and one $500 table. No thanks - played a couple slots and took off. I suppose the other casinos had cheaper tables, but there weren't a lot of affordable table options.
The Biloxi Visitors Centre is a massive government office designed specially for tourists visiting Biloxi. It offers detailed information on everything from the city's many bars and restaurants to upcoming events. It's perfect for anyone looking to explore everything that the beach city has to offer in one place.
Absolutely worth the stop! They have the usual tourist brochures tucked inside a gorgeous old home, even better a short history museum to help you narrow down where you’re going. The help is excellent and the bathrooms are clean.

Biloxi Lighthouse and the Biloxi Visitors Center are a combined stop. I would recommend starting my visit here. The visitor center gave us a lot of suggestions how we could best spend our 4 sightseeing days. The light house in front of the visitor center. You can climb to the top for a view of the beach, but only between 9 and 10 am. A BOGO coupon for the lighthouse is available in the visitor center.

This is my time in Biloxi, Mississippi, it's a pretty good looking place if you ask me, it's basically an art museum except you don't really have to pay for any tickets which is a good thing and also they have a gift shop too but usually I'm different and I call them souvenir shops instead, maybe that's just me.
They also have bikes in front of the visitors center that you can rent (didn't take picture because I forgot) but you can go for a ride couple hours maybe like 2 or 4, heck maybe even the whole day if you want.

My wife and I visited this beautiful building and were amazed at how wonderful it was. The free museum is very nice. Free coffee.
The map showing the businesses is excellent. And of course there is the literature common to most visitor centers. The video on Katrina, played twice a day, was super good and worth it for anyone that has not experienced first hand the terror of a tidal wave. Biloxi caught the worst of that storm, though New Orleans got the publicity because of the flooding. Five stars from me is rare and this is, in my experience, the gold standard for a visitor center. Worth a visit. Worth going out of the way for and making time for. It is its own destination.

Boomtown Casino Biloxi is a high-payout slots and table games casino located in Biloxi, Mississippi. It has an on-site bakery, general store and excellent restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful.
This was a new welcomed stop.
If you’re in the area, try your luck on one of the machines! Think you’ll find this location more favorable to all players.

Mixed in this place. Love the feeling you get coming in from outside look but definitely a smaller place. Half on land and half on barge. Hard for us to be on water unfortunately like that because we get nauseous but that’s just us. Table games were $10 minimums but I feel like a place like this could benefit from even a $5 table here and there. Some old classic slot machines in the back. They were giving away what looked like bed sheets for their loyalty program members. Felt like more a local crowd is who they are targeting. Worth a trip but we didn’t stay long.

Boomtown Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi, is a hidden gem on the Gulf Coast. The moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the vibrant gaming atmosphere. The casino boasts an impressive array of slot machines and table games, offering something for every gambler.
What sets Boomtown Casino apart is its friendly and welcoming staff. They go above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned player, they are there to assist and ensure you have a great time.
Dining options are diverse and delicious. The buffet offers a wide selection of dishes, and the Bayview Café's seafood is a must-try. The quality and variety of food left me pleasantly surprised.

A great casino in my opinion! One of the oldest on the coast as well if I'm not mistaken. Came here with my dad a couple weekends ago and still really haven’t gotten over our experience. We had “unlimited” crab legs at Pho Boy and the place was completely empty when we got there. I say “unlimited” because it’s not unlimited and they only serve like 3 plates of crab per person. False advertising. The women at the front was really nice and helpful, but the other women that would bring out the food was rude for no reason. She acted like we were a burden on her having to do her job and she would make snarky comments towards us like “are y’all finished yet?” Trying to rush us out of there even though there were no other people to take care of. When she wasn’t being rude she was actively ignoring us, so when we needed a refill on our kids sized cups (not what we ordered) we had to go talk to the lady at the front. Just a weird experience overall. The crab was excellent but the service was insane. Covid really made people in the food industry give up.

I would give them 3.5/5 stars. I personally have a lot of love for the older styled casinos. They are becoming a thing of the past unfortunately and you can feel that inside of Boomtown Biloxi. I had a wonderful time playing the older slot machines here, but the energy was a bit on the down side. They do not have self serve beverage stations and there just isn't really an excuse for that when you have direct competitors that do have these. I think if they were to install self serve beverage stations and just brighten up the place a bit... remodel the inside... make it more inviting and vibrant they could have a longer future in store. I will always visit this casino when I come to Biloxi in the future.

My recent visit to Boomtown was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ms. Kim. As someone relatively new to table games, I was pleasantly surprised by Ms. Kim's patience and willingness to guide me through the various games on offer. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Ms. Kim's attention to detail and genuine care for every player at the table truly stood out. She took the time to ensure that everyone understood the rules and strategies, creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
Additionally, the fact that the tables have a $5 minimum bet was incredibly beneficial for beginners like myself. It allowed me to ease into the games without feeling overwhelmed by high stakes.
The overall ambiance of Boomtown was impressive, with a wide selection of games and amenities available. The staff were all courteous and professional, contributing to a memorable evening of entertainment.
I highly recommend Boomtown to both seasoned players and newcomers alike, and I especially commend Ms. Kim for her exceptional service. I look forward to returning soon for another fantastic experience!

The casino is nice and I enjoyed my time gambling. But if you are staying at the RV campground I would suggest going elsewhere. The campground is nice, but the service even though they seem to always say when they answer the phone I'm your happy service agent or whatever is horrible. Numerous times I call to get one thing done, including the gate code that would not work despite a couple other nice campers coming over and helping

Cruises to Ship Island & Civil War-era Fort Massachusetts, with a chance to spot dolphins on route.
The wonderful staff took great care making sure we saw dolphins on our cruise and gave us some tips on where the best seats were to see them swim along side the boat. They did not disappoint! Friendly, knowledgeable & priced right, this is a must do cruise!

This was a great family experience. The crew was friendly and informative and let everyone know when and where they saw any dolphins on the dolphin cruise. The boat would loop back and figure eight to give everyone a chance to see the dolphins. We were also told about other points of interest in the area and made it almost to Ship Island. When we return to the area, we plan on taking a trip with Ship Island Excursions to the island itself. I highly recommend this company. They offer a number of unique cruises and all of them sound like fun.

Bring so much bug spray! The experience was so cool & the staff was amazing! The island was so much fun!
My only recommendation is that they add infants-2 year olds when booking tickets. There is no place to add them when checking out except a note section that doesn’t specify since they are free. We add a couple of extra kids & they have to know when they are onboard.

Great excursion out to Ship Island. Nice calm boat ride out there, and then you are free to roam the island to hang out at the beach or check out the fort. They have restrooms on both sides of the island, and they have a gift shop/food located near the beach area. Cool marsh area to look for birds and snakes. Lots of fun seashells in the sand, too!

The crew were great with a very easy and streamlined check in process. The boat ride was very smooth all the way to ship island and back. We also did see many dolphins on both trips to and from.
Would recommend renting the umbrella and chairs on site, that’s just less things to carry as it’s a pretty far walk from the dock to the Gulf side of the island. Very enjoyable trip and would recommend!

This experience exceeded our thoughts of a beach to walk on and enjoy, the seashells were AMAZING, the chairs and umbrellas a great addition for enjoying the day and the concession and bathrooms didn’t disappoint (clean and good food and drinks). Provided a history lesson about the Fort Massachusetts. What a memorable day! We’ll be back!!

Such a fun trip! It was a last minute decision to go and we didn't bring what we normally would, but they had drinks, food, sun screen, sun glasses, everything we needed available to buy on the island as well as food and drinks on the boat. The boat trip is about an hour long each way. We saw dolphins on the way up and the way back and while we were on the beach. Be prepared to do some walking, only one set of bathrooms were open and it was a good little walk from the beach side. Chairs and umbrellas were nice to have for rent. Definitely buy the cup for $3 and get $1 refills.

This trip is an absolute blast! Saw dolphins coming and going from the island, and the staff was awesome as well.
Pro Tips:
Pack light, the more you carry, the worse you’ll feel.
Prepare for a 15-20 minute walk in the heat once you arrive/depart the island.
Ultimately, this is worth every penny you spend, plus some.

We went on a dolphin watching cruise and happened to see few dolphins. The crew was very helpful and supportive. It was a 1.5 hours ride and drinks/snacks available on board. The crew used to announce on mic if they spot any dolphins. It’s around 25$ for adults and 14$ for kids 3-12. It was safe and fun filled trip and finally watched some Dolphins. Our trip started at 4. To 5.30 and we booked online around that day morning, tickets were available even it was the Halloween weekend. Worth a try

The water is a bit cleaner than the mainland. The snack shack had horrible food. Don't expect much. They did have necessary things if you forgot them at home. Suntan lotion, bathing suits, souvenirs, shirts, drinks and snacks, cold beers. Nice people. You could rent a boogie board for $10 or buy a raft for 7 or a tube for 5. You can also rent chairs on the beach for $5 and an umbrella for $15. Which you will need if you didn't bring any cover. The fort is a cool piece of history to visit and take pictures. The ferry ride was smooth and we saw a few dolphins along the way and some jellyfish. There is a snack bar onboard inside with cool air, with minimal seating, so if you're looking for a cool place better make it there first. Settle in cause it's an hour ride there and back.

This was an excellent day and Ship Island Excursions is a 5-star operation. First about the company, then the island. Reasonable prices for return fare to Ship Island - about $44 with taxes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have loaner coolers at no charge and all of their beverage and food prices, including on the island are *fair*. A cheeseburger on the island is $6 and a beer is $4. Wonderful to see a company not gouging tourists because of a monopoly. Ship Island is wonderful! Clear water, lots of wildlife, great, quiet beaches. We saw crabs, stingrays, dolphins, many species of birds, and tons of fish. One of the best days on the Gulf Coast that I’ve had. Ship Island Excursion was absolutely fantastic!!!! I was alone on a trip for the first time in my life! Talk about scary! Being on a boat with complete strangers and being completely alone! But when I went aboard everyone was so nice! I sat by a woman who was very friendly and we made fast friends! From there the whole day just got better and better! The staff was could not have been nicer! They are knowledgeable and friendly! They know everything about the island. The snack bar is amazing and fast! You can also purchase souvenirs if you wish! You can also rent beach umbrellas and chairs for a very reasonable price! The day I was there it was overcast but I still got some sun and just a little bit of a burn where I missed with my sunscreen my lower leg! So don’t forget your sunscreen and sunglasses!!!! And have fun and collect seashells!

We booked a last minute ride to Ship island for their last return of the day. For this you pay half price of the normal rate since it’s the last trip of the day. You can’t get off the boat it’s just a round trip but, the best part of that is you have the boat all to yourself on the way there. It’s perfect to get on the water for a couple hours. The captain was very friendly and so were the staff we encountered. I accidentally paid for my 2 yr old grandson and they refunded me immediately! So friendly and a great time. Will definitely book again when in the area.

The employees are super friendly and helpful, there is plenty of parking and for the non-smokers that don't want to be around cigarette smoke, they have the smoke free side called Beach View. They have a great selection of slot machines, older ones and newer ones. I love the older machines. The food is great at the different eateries. If you want friendly service and are looking for more free play, $99 rooms, and free food get you a players card and you will really enjoy this casino.

I'd like to say that my experience here was extraordinary pleasant! Lots of slots to choose from! What I liked is that they have fountain drink machines located at different places thru out the casino floor making getting a drink easy! The cocktail waitress was very polite and always right on time for me. I give ISLAND VIEW CASINO a very high 👍 up!! Thank u to all staff and security I had an amazing visit!!

Great quality for the price. Excellent service - everyone from the housekeeping, front desk, security, etc. was very friendly and helpful. Really nice, fun place to stay! Lots of dining options available inside.
Having a non-smoking side was great.
The only negatives would be that the room had some beaten up things and weren’t the cleanest (stains on the towels). Also, it seemed that not all the elevators worked… it took forever to wait on them.

It was excellent. Beautiful inside. The staff were on the spot with our drinks and whatever came across. We had dinner in the buffet and it was absolutely amazing..not crowded at all and very quite. We enjoyed our time and stay.

My party of four women decided to dine at your restaurant, Island View on Saturday. Everyone was nice. They greeted and seated us quickly. While dining we noticed some commotion about four tables in front of us. This lady was upset that they were going to seat two ladies with their “service” dog beside her. The lady insisted they not seat them near her. The hostess proceeded to seat the two ladies with their “service” dog beside our table. I did not have a problem with the service dog, because she had him/her in a zipped up stroller. The problem arose when she unzipped the stroller and proceeded to feed the dog from her plate!!! The manager (a lady) proceeded to inform the women not to feed the dog from their plates or security would be called and they would be escorted out.
Needless to say the women continued to feed the dog from their plates and security was never called nor were the women asked to leave. This continued until we departed about another ten to fifteens minutes (could have been longer, but we let before dessert).
There are many diseases carried by animals that can be transmitted to humans through salivary glands. The process of feeding the dog from contaminated hands to handling the serving utensils has a GREATER risk of infection. Not only do we have to contend with COVID and the flu. But this cross contamination does NOT have to be another! Animals clean themselves by self licking!!! Imagine that!
If you LOVE dog hair and animal contamination in your food this is a GREAT place to eat!!!!

When I made reservations I requested a non-smoking room, king sized bed for two adults. When I made the reservations I booked four nights and told the man I was entertaining “my Valentine”. 💘
When we got to the room I thought I was walking into a hospital room for TWO PEOPLE as the room had too much furniture in it, a lumpy mattress, a dirty coffee pot and a perfect view of the rooftop (we requested the “Beach View Tower”); Instead we had a “Roof View”!

This is a nice casino. Have seen some decline in the upkeep in the most used restrooms. Machines are not kept as clean as when I first started going there. Beach rooms are better than tower rooms. Tower rooms are dated. Prime cut restaurant is the best restaurant on premises in my opinion. Excellent service and outstanding food. Most of the slot machines are set up where you don't feel like you are stacked on top of other people. Walkways in between allow you to walk around without bumping into others.

Hubby took me here after he earned some free hotel nights and dinner points. Nice place to eat, play and sleep. We lost some and win some at the casino. Liked that they had a non smoking casino & hotel but we stayed at their smoking hotel since the other was full. Free parking. Great food at their restaurants. Great drinks. Had a great time.

What's not to like? Machines appear to be winning to me they were paying out. The food is great. There is no snow crab leg buffet any longer but the selections were still enough to hold my attention and I am a chef so do yourself a favor go gamble and eat and have fun here. It was worth the trip.

Still not used to smoking after having not been around it so long. However, and thankfully, there is a non-smoking side and it's a lot calmer. The pool setups are different on the smoking and non-smoking sides though but the non-smoking side has a view of the Gulf. I'm not a gambler but I signed up as a new member and was given a $20 credit and had fun spending someone else's money. All staff was nice and everything was open. Their food prices are great and that breakfast buffet was very reasonably priced and has good offerings. I'd come back here just for that! Having the two sides and it being clean, on both sides, is great. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. Room service was courteous and prompt.

Right down by the beach! This was the first casino of our trip. One of the managers stopped by to check on us and knew our names. She was really sweet and wished us luck. We were new rewards members, so we got $20 in play credit and $20 food credit, which was awesome! We spent our food credit on the buffet, and it was pretty good. The Italian bar was the worst one. It was as if the food had sat there for hours, and there was no attendant in that area. Every other section constantly had someone.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful and got me and my wife checked in to our room quickly. The room was nice but just that, nice. There was nothing special about the room, quite ordinary really. The gaming floor offered a large selection of slot/video poker machines, but the table games selection was limited. Cocktail waitresses were very friendly and, for the most part, very timely. There are always people cleaning the casino floor and restrooms. They have multiple restaurants/eateries that have good food to choose from.

Went on a girl's trip and stayed here for the first time. It was great! They have a side parking lot behind the nonsmoking side so you can go the beach, the pool on the smoking side is GORGEOUS. There was live music while we were there on Saturday night and the shops stay open most of the day, even a couple of them are 24 hours like the Casino part. Four of the girls on our trip won at least $400. Rooms were clean and stocked. Great time overall.

One of the nicest casinos 🎰 I've been to and the one that I go to the most. The slot machines are always changing, meaning they always have new machines being installed and old ones removed. The comps a pretty decent even having a low Players Club card. I'm only on Plus in my comps are pretty good.

We came to Island View on a vacation because our past trips here were enjoyable. We checked in 3/26/24 and the casino seemed dirty some of the machines were sticky from other patrons when you touched them. The trash bins were old and dirty. The buffet last evening at 6:30 was not good its like the food was reheated from the day before and desserts dry and tasteless the fried foods were dark like the oil in the fryers needed changed. Very disappointed. Also a dog in a stroller was allowed in the dining area we didn't feel that was appropriate.

The 2 main buildings are joined by a walkway over hwy 90.
The casinos are large and takes lots of time to see all the rooms, restaurants, bars, pools, decks and casino areas.
The older building is a locals favourite and it is busy. Be aware that the casino has been smoked in for over 20 years.
The newer building has a wonderful harbour view and the Gulf and it is smoke free.
They have an excellent new player offer for food and free play.

This casino and resort is the bomb! Their hotel rooms are very nice, and there are definitely enough machines and tables for all their customers. My time spent viewing the ocean was an awesome one! Although I didn't get in the water, because it's winter, it was such a beautiful and peaceful place. I highly recommend going here, especially for vacations! However, I think it best to visit during the summer months so you can further enjoy the ocean waters. 🏄♀️🚣♂️🏊♀️🎰🚬🎲♠️♥️♦️♣️🃏🏤🧳🌊💰💲💳🧯🚻🔞☮♻️💯♿🏳️🌈🇺🇸

Best Casino we’ve been to so far in the country, including Vegas! They give fantastic comps! Comp points add up quickly to use for free dining, or play money! Always great give-a-ways, cars, trucks etc. We enjoy the variety of drinks offered, and the many “Senior” day give-a-ways!! Can’t beat their breakfast buffets! Rooms always clean and ready. Staff always pleasant and helpful! Hotel on the beach, one side smoke free! We look forward to our visits there every few months! Can’t beat the value we get!

Very new, clean, and spacious. Nice machines... good when you walk out two hours later in the plus column! It's also a plus when you get a dining credit that pays for your meal... it was all good, and non smoking, too... we will go back if we are in the area again for sure!! Two thumbs up!! 👍

Let me just begin with "What is up with the pillows?!?!?" On a queen bed, there's an "oversized" polyester fill and a "normal (read "tiny" ) polyester fill. Come in, now! With the income from the casinos and food, surely better AND more pillows can be purchased for guests. Other than that, the rooms are clean and the location is convenient to gambling, the beach, and just a short drive from a variety of less expensive restaurants and retail shops.

We stayed on the beach side and rooms were nice. The gambling here is horrible on the beach side. Never could cash out anything, not one ticket. Cannot recommend this casino at all. Staff was not pleasant and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. No smiling faces must hate their jobs. Won’t be back ever!! The old casino was more fun. People a little friendlier. Do not eat at the buffet on Monday evenings. The price was $27.99 a person and all three of us could not eat any of it. It was disgusting even the desserts were terrible. Have never eaten soft, mushy boiled shrimp before. Even the lettuce in the salad was old. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Great Casino, with tournaments and lots of promo games! Awesome selection of games to choose from with 2 sides, smoking and non-smoking! Rooms on Ocean side are beautiful (5 stars) and have a safe, Smoking side of Casino (Beach tower) rooms need updating and definitely a safe added! Coffee staff is wonderful, also at the Carson’s Steakhouse Bar! I will be back, but only if I can manage to get a room on the Isle side. A favorite spot since I come from Las Vegas to gamble here at least 3X a year!

Island View has lured me down there and promised on the phone that if I returned and got 500 points they would allow for comp rooms then they changed their policy, the swim up bar is a joke, and very nasty. The guest relations office are unprofessional and do not meet the standards. 6 years as a patron and they did not allow the comp room they promised. Go to Treasure Bay it has the best perks now. Whatever you play as a new member you get it back the next day.
Island View has started to downward spiral and they do not take care of patrons that come all the time. See response below after I got a personal call from a host who had me come back then denied my rooms.
Their response to a weekday room that is fully available at this time as no one is selling out rooms all over the coast so n a Wednesday.
Good Afternoon Mr. Jim,
Thank you for contacting Island View Casino again.
As stated before, the 500 point offer does have to be booked in advance and the point have to be made during the stay.
You have from the moment that you check in under that offer until midnight to make the 500 base Points to make the room offer free. The points on your card presently do not count toward the point requirement.
We apologize for the misunderstanding.
At this time, we are not able to book a complimentary stay at this time.
Best Regards,
Guest Relations

I love Island View. I have been going here to gamble since 2017. I love the rooms and the beach side because it is smoke free! Once it opened I stay on the new side. The people who work the tables are very nice. I wish that if you have a longer stay that they would let us replace towels, give toilet tissue, and take out the trash. Our trash was over flowing. They dirty towels we had we were told by the cleaner to leave them on the floor so we had a pile of towels that were dirty after we asked for new ones. We also, had to ask for tissue multiple times throughout the stay.

I have never been in this casino in my life until today and it will be my last time going. I was out with my husband and 1 year old after seeing the aquarium. My dad and grandma were inside at the casino and told us to come in to the buffet. My dad met me outside and carried our one year old inside and we were greeted with an extremely rude older security lady that said no kids, EVEN TO EAT!! This is absolutely insane because no other place has this problem. We left after she was so rude. My dad went back inside because my grandma was still in there and the same security guard told him he had to leave because he was caught “on camera” holding a baby. HE HAD ALREADY BEEN IN THERE with my grandma for at least an hour. These people don’t care about you or your family. Strictly money is all they care about. Will never step foot in this place again and neither will my family. Definitely not kid friendly. Did not appreciate being treated like a criminal for bringing my kid in to eat.

My favorite casino on the coast. Comps are great, there are two Casinos. On on the beach-view side is no smoking. Island view is good also and has smoking. Walking indoor Bridge between them. Restaurants are really good. They have The Steamer across Street on the Island side-high end seafood. They have the Grille in the Casino decent food and big portions. Carter Green Steakhouse -delicious. There is a diner on beach side that's really good also. Table games and slots on both sides. Highly recommend. Employees very nice. Didn't stay in Hotel as we already had a place.

My husband and I got a room here a few weeks ago. The girl who checked us in was rude.and not welcoming or friendly at all. She was very soft spoken, which is fine but we had to ask her what she said numerous times and still couldn't hear her and she got an attitude and rolled her eyes instead of raising her voice. Neither one of us are hard of hearing. We just couldn't hear her over all of the noises from the slot machines. The room was nice, however, when we tried to sleep in the bed the sheets and comforter were so cheap and uncomfortable that we laid there and could not sleep because both of us started feeling itchy scratchy sensations on our whole body. At first I thought maybe it was bed bugs but we didn't see anything and thank God didn't have any bite marks. We ended up leaving because there was no way either on of us were going to be able to sleep in that bed. During checkout we told a different girl at the front desk why we checked out early and she never acknowledged what we said. Never apologized for the inconvenience or anything.
Also, I never win anything there. I realize casinos are meant to take your money, but after never winning anything after the money I spend in there, it doesn't make sense to keep going back.

WTH? I just called to reserve a room and they can't guarantee your bed type. They said that is first come, first served, so get here early.
We always book a king because my husband prefers the extra seating in the room. Imagine if you had 4 people to a room and you ended up with a king? Wow.
I really wanted to try this casino resort, but with my luck, we'd end up with two queens. Very disappointing.

I was there gambling for about 3 hours, 3 nights ago. Played slots for around 2 hours, then went to the 3 Card Poker table. about 1 hour into me being at the table, I was approached by a female SECURITY employee and asked to take my sweatshirt off or turn it inside out because it had a 4 letter curse word on it. I wasn't bothering anyone. No one had complained, to my knowledge. I am curious as to how out of hundreds of people in the casino, I was singled out......especially after I entered the casino passing through the SECURITY check-in podium. I was told it was part of their "rules" that no vulgarity was allowed. Inside the casino ??? Where everyone is 21 and older.....getting drunk, smoking and gambling ??? There were no signs posted. So how was I supposed to know ? I wasn't at the table cursing or being belligerent. It was printed on my sweatshirt. And I definitely wasn't about to take my clothes off in the middle of the casino. So I waited to finish my hand, took my money and left. I have been going to this casino for over 13 years and have never had an issue. I realize to some, this is nothing, but to me it was ridiculous. It definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and I will think long and hard about coming back.

There’s a reason pretty much everyone I met in this building spoke wistfully of their plans to move out to new housing. My first warning is that multiple people I know here have gotten sick from mold (which your A/C unit *will* have, and the showers are not properly ventilated). At least a couple rooms were prone to flooding during rainstorms. The rooms vary quite a bit in size and the rates for what are basically dorms are high compared to what you can get in other places in the area. There is the advantage of living within walking distance of USM and being able to socialize with other students, but during my time here I found that that these benefits did not outweigh the negatives.
You will have RA’s and depending on the appointed RA the amount the place is cleaned will vary *significantly,* and sometimes it got so dirty we’d crack jokes about it. There has been a toxic living environment here for a while with interpersonal drama that, in my opinion, at least partially stems from the unprofessional behavior of various staff members. The problems with the physical building can be at least partially attributed to poor ownership. I recommend only moving here if you have absolutely no substitute, and in that case you should treat it as a stop on your way to a better place. It’s unfortunate that there aren’t many housing options for students on the Coast.

I felt very uncomfortable as a woman in this building as there are known predators. I felt quite unsafe. The staff is often times rude and dismissive. I’ve put it multiple maintenance requests that were mostly ignored. Locks work, sometimes? Would never recommend.

Security is not that good and has mold problems that have gotten me and my friends sick in the past. A lot of drug and alcohol problems with the residents that are not addressed properly even though it’s prohibited.

Combative staff, odd residents, not great security. Took a long time to get my security deposit back. Most of anyone I knew was unhappy in the complex, and past residents have preferred being homeless rather than moving back.

As for the two reviews below, here is my overall experience at F.O.V. I'm currently a resident and student at USM. The owners are not just understanding and flexible when it comes to maintenance and other issues. I've never experienced a rat infestation or being robbed. If anything, this apartment complex has a communal kitchen that includes a fridge and stove, a spacious laundry room with four washers and four dryers, a fenced-in pool area that includes pool furniture and grill area, reliable internet service, (I'm a psychology and sociology major and all my classes are writing intensive), fun events planned for the residents (we have movie night every Monday in the main lobby and bonfire every Wednesday night), and security services every day of the week. The best advantage of this apartment complex is it's literally behind the USM Long Beach Campus. It takes me no more than 5 minutes to walk to class and back. I know for certain that I will be living here until my education is completed. I feel safe and happy here.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a place. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed.
We had a fun time as we rarely go to casinos and are responsible with our money. Through the club points we had two free tickets to the buffet featuring Shrimp and Fish. We enjoyed the dinner.

This was my second stay at the park. I stayed this time to enjoy the casino. I was cheated out of my free buffet comp for first time sign ups. The lady at the players counter told me I had to earn 100 points in the first 48 hours to qualify. I did just that x10. When i went to kiosk it was not there. I came back two days later to see if it was on my account it was not. I explained it to the lady at the counter and she refused to do anything. I am a frequent gambler and only came back to this park to enjoy casino. Comps are an important part of a gamblers incentive to visit and return. To be cheated the very first visit out of a simple buffet voucher is crazy when I gambled/spent hundreds of dollars with you. The math does not add up on your end.

We were treated to a trip to the all you can eat seafood buffet. The food was cooked perfectly and seasoned to a perfection. The Snow crab and Dungeness crab was fresh and had not been sitting on the steam table long. Our waitress was busy but attentive. An excellent deal for seafood lovers, many other foods were available as well. My only complaint is that you have to walk through the smoke filled casino to get to the buffet, very strong odor of cigarettes. The buffet itself is a non-smoking area.

My friend and I visits the silver slippers occasionally to enjoy the buffet. This time we went the 4th of July and was enjoying until a lady walked in with a large dog and took the dog from station to station as she got her food. Whether it’s a service dog or dog period it should not be allowed in a buffet . Everyone should not be exposed to this while trying to enjoy a meal . It instantly made me nauseous knowing she was petting her dog then went touched the utensils on the buffet.

It's confusing when arriving. Not clearly marked where to drive in order to park. Only Valet parking. Casino, nice, a lot of smoke throughout the casino. Had a lot of slot machines but not real loose. Played $150.00 with no take away. Had the Buffet, 50.00 per person isa bit much. Not worth the price. They did have 4 types of crab legs and several shrimp choices, but the rest of the food choices were extremely limited. Deserts were very good and several choices. Overall 3 star out of 5. Zero stars tonight if I could. We have been staying at the SS for a few months now, every week. We reserved our room and got there around 7, to which I’m being id’d to go inside. I’m 40 years old. Again, we have been here for a few months and I’m just trying to go to our room. I show my id, which it’s expired( expired on my birthday and I just found out). They refused to let me in. I understand that if I won, or I I was trying to get some sort of service, I would need a valid id, but my husband reserved everything in his name. Mine clearly shows I’m over 21. Very rude security guard and staff. I won’t argue with you about spending my money there. I won’t be back.

On May 1, 2023 my husband & I paid $156.00 + a $50.00 deposit for incidentals. Room had bare essentials. Quite disappointing. NO MICROWAVE OR MINI-FRIDGE. Beds were unbelievably hard and uncomfortable. They were lumpy even with my topper from home. We left at 10 pm that same night. Spending less than 30 minutes in room. Contacted administration through survey with no response as of May 10, 2023. I am not a complainer; but, the bed was just terrible.
A positive note: the buffet was very good. The crabs were fresh and perfectly seasoned! Deserts were fresh and spectacular. I encourage you to go. A bit pricey at $50 a plate.

Went and gobbled down as many crab legs as possible at the buffet. My uncle had some comps. It was great! The only thing that was lame was the time it took to get in to eat. The line was several miles long...or so it seemed. But it was Saturday night...couldn't be helped. I rambled on and on about whatever while we waited in line. The food was worth the wait. The staff was friendly. At one point I dropped a cherry tomato from my salad onto the floor and it rolled slowly and comically out into the walkway...some of the servers were congregated at their station near our table and they saw the whole thing. They laughed; and I laughed as I got up and ran to grab it before someone stepped on it. It was a funny, memorable moment. After we finished stuffing our faces; we set out to try our luck at the slots. Our luck sucked! Didn't win, but didn't spend much. A fun cool night altogether. Thanks, everyone at the Slipper! 😁🥿(that's a blue slipper...there wasn't a silver one) heeheeehahaa

We’ve been going to this casino for over 15 years now. It’s close and small and my husband just likes it. But we’ve never won anything over a couple hundred dollars. They cater to certain people here. It’s always the same ones winning and I know because unfortunately we go so much. It’s really sad they can’t see the value in their regular visitors. Overall this really isn’t a nice casino. It’s dirty. The bathrooms are horrible and the hotel should be torn down and rebuilt. We haven’t stayed in a few years but I hear how nasty it is. I recommend choosing another casino. Most people have already done that because we can see a major difference in how busy they are according to a year ago.

This my 2time to stay at Silver Slipper both nights we enjoyed out stay and we are pleased, the views it so pretty to see the water front and it’s so peaceful. The House keeper is friendly. I will be back again because I love to come to eat their sea food buffet .
PS. I would like to say a big thank you to Mary in the front desk for helping me, to make it possible to have a none smoking room. I really appreciate her help. Thank you again and again.

Camping, fishing, disk golf, nature trails & more on 400-acre park on the Gulf.
Front gate ladies were awesome!
The site we had reserved was too tight for our 5th wheel. They were able to find us a few alternatives to choose from and got our reservation changed. Beautiful and well taken care of Park. Was able to ride bikes down to and along the beach.

This was a terrible 3 days for over $50/ night. I'm camping right by the gift shop/ store and they have 2 ice freezers and don't sell ice. Plus they're to cheap to turn lights on in game room & pool is closed & locked with chains! No one around. No fire pit rings no tables or grill. It Sucks here! I Feel like they Ripped me Off! I'm happy I'm leaving tomorrow morning!

Nice well maintained park. We were here in Feb. '22 and it was steadily busy the whole time, I have to imagine during the summer this parks packed. The little nature trail in the front is a bit muddy and buggy so plan accordingly but not too long or bad. The pool and water park both look nice, they weren't open while we were here but looked nice. There's a nice playground and and frisbee golf as well, so plenty to keep everyone entertained.

The park is well kept and sites are nice. It's big rig friendly. No hiking trails and no park amenities are included in your stay or discounted which is kinda a bummer but I get it.
The issue is the park rangers park whereever whenever. Mainly at the exit, they just park their truck without thinking hey... Can an RV get past me to leave... Because you can't get past them so twice we've stayed here and had to lay on the horn until someone came to move the ranger trucks. What's frustrating is they're less than 6 feet from open parking spaces dedicated to park rangers! Like why block the exit when you have parking spots at the door.

We just discovered this place and absolutely love it. My 4 year old has the best time. Get there early if you want to rent a cabana or snag a table with an umbrella. There aren't alot of shaded areas.

Spent a month here in the winter season.
Park was less busy through the week and more busy on the weekends.
Lots of walking roads.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Wi-Fi is perfect. lots of antennas in the sites. Good speeds. Could stream movies.
Nice dog park, It is clean and lots of room for them to run.
Park is across the road from the Gulf.
We played Disc Golf several times. They have an 18 hole course.
There are also playgrounds for kids.

Mostly quiet campground, except the two or three trains that go by each night. The sites are spacious and have plenty of room between campers. We went before the wave pool and camper pools opened for the year. The noseeums, a horrible Toby flying biting knats, we're out in force. It made it impossible to stay outside.
John Mason-Smith — Google review
The park was easy to find. There is pavement all the way including the interior roads. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic.
Our site, 24 in Loop 1, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is good as a State Park should be. Some sites had a vegetation privacy barrier. Each site has a table on a concrete patio and some have a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was well laid out, nicely groomed and a pleasure to be at.
There is park included wifi but it was weak and often impossible to log onto. Our Verizon hotspot worked well. We found a number of OTA channels and satellite should not be too difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean.
There is a Store, Games Room/Arcade etc available (in season). Disk Golf and a Playground and laundry facilities are always available. There is as a Water Park and Wading Pool as well but only during season and it is an additional cost to use them. The beach is a little far to walk to but there is parking available should you wish to drive there.
There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but about a 15 minute drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a good base to use visiting the local attractions. We paid $34.24 per night (inc Taxes) and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

Love Bucaneer but they need more maintenance people. We only had 1 bench on our picnic table. It was that way last year too. Nice laundry. Store and game area. They aren't picky about rugs and driving or parking in grass.

I am so glad I found this place online. It is the nicest state park I've ever stayed in. They have a Fenced dog park. Great laundry facilities., Swimming pool which I didn't use. Because it is the winter and Ann incredible view of the golf coast. Everyone was so nice. I was so happy there.

Wonderful campground! Negatives: they DEFINITELY NEED SIGNS ON WHERE CAMPERS CHECK IN. We pulled in, no one in the first small building, no signs on what we needed to do or where we needed to go. So we hopped back into the truck and just kept going. While we were staying there, we saw and talked to many other campers who had the same issue. Also, the back end of the park needs attention. (Roads and sites, very worn compared to the front of the park) Management- do a better job with park signage, please!

Beautiful view!
We stayed in a Gulf View site (at the front of the park, separate to the main campground) and loved having the view. There is some road noise, not bothersome at night. Concrete sites are clean and level, with grass on each side. Very generous spacing between sites, which we enjoyed. Probably the biggest spacing we’ve had in nearly a year. Good base for touring the area.
Great water pressure, plenty of room to spread out on concrete pad, Starlink worked well.
If staying in a Gulf View site, take note you must register at the office toward the back of the park, but the turn-off to the sites is at the front of the park, as if you’re heading to the water park’s parking lot.
If you’re into fishing, you’ll literally just have a short walk across the road to the Gulf. A small beach and a long concrete walkway make for easy access.
Veness Travel Media — Google review
Great park! Across the road from the beach. The campground sites are at the back of the park, so peaceful. Park is kept mowed, bathrooms are clean but dated, they have a disc golf course in the park, a pool (open seasonally), a store, laundry and game room, plus trails to walk and plenty of road for biking. We stayed for 3 months each the last two winters. We love this park!
Nikki Chitwood — Google review
The camping spots were great. Plenty of room cement slabs made parking better. My complaint is that the pool and store closed for 6 pm. When it’s 100 degrees you want to wait until evening to go out by 6 because it stays light until 830 maybe they can change their times during pool season. The beach is within driving or biking distance
My family and I wanted to get out of the house and get some walking in, this place was perfect! We got to also window shop without having to worry about the 3 kids touching things. So much fun, we found a few things we wanted and got some much needed walking in! The layout of this makes it perfect to walk, also.

The Gulfport Premium Outlets is not quite as large as some but is every bit as nice or nicer than any other we have visited. Almost all of the major brands are represented. The grounds are kept very clean and well manicured. All of the store staff and mall personnel are very welcoming. A fun place to shop.

Good sales in Bath & Body Works, Under Armor, Nike, etc.

Recently, I have fallen in love with Coach handbags and accessories! So when I traveled to Biloxi and Gulfport recently, I decided to visit the outlet mall and the Coach store. The sales reps were very friendly and I found a cute crossbody to wear on the remainder of my trip. This store is much bigger than my store in Leeds, which meant more choices. Overall, I had a great experience here and plan to shop here again on my next trip to this area.

Gulf Islands Waterpark is a magnificent seasonal aquatic park boasting an island theme with numerous slides, rides and pools. It also offers cafes and cabanas for rent. The park is highly popular among families as it provides endless entertainment to children, making them wish to visit every day. One can opt for a summer pass which proves worth every penny spent, thus justifying the drive from Mobile.
What a fun and family friendly water park. This place is fun and has a good selection of things for the family to do. It is not the biggest water park but the lines are short and the staff here are nice and friendly. The season passes are the way to go if you even think you will come more than the one day.
Important notes: Make sure when you visit you wear water shoes. The pavement gets really hot during the day and you don't want to be walking on that all day. Also bring cash if you plan on using the lockers, much faster and easy to get you locker deposit back.

My kids love to go to Gulf Islands Waterpark. For those children under 42 inches tall there are two different splash pad areas. One area is more of a wading pool than a splash pad. There are two small slides in the wading pool area and four bigger slides. My three year old goes down all of these by himself with no trouble. Then for those over 42 inches tall there is five slides that are much faster. In addition to all of this you have the lazy river that also has a wave pool included in one part of the river. They do have food and drinks but, you can also bring food and drink and leave it in your vehicle. You just have to go in and out to eat/drink. There are cabanas for rent as well as chairs under large umbrellas. All in all a great place to spend the day.
Rex Hartfield — Google review
This is a nice spot. There were about 6 water slides, a wave pool, and a lazy river. Lines weren't very long. For younger kids, there are also two areas. They offer a combo package that includes a meal, which is a great idea. The food was actually good. The fries were seasoned well, and my grilled chicken sandwich was tasty. My kids said the burgers and tenders were also very good. Free fountain drinks with admission. Various sizes of shaded cabanas were available for rent, a little pricey but worth it. The only downside was the restrooms. It's not very big and not very clean. And there is only one inside the park. Just buy your tickets online a couple of days ahead. It's saves you about $20 per ticket.
Sonji Moffett — Google review
This is a great place to take kids in the summer. It's no Disney world or XL Waterpark but for a low key place for family to beat the heat.
Tickets are sold based on height not age* factor that in cost. Advance tickets will save you money if u plan far enough ahead. Tickets cost 45$ at the gate for ppl over 3 1/2 ft tall
You can pretty much float around the entire park or walk. There's only about 5 rides besides the huge slide in the back majority of those are split into 2 sections but it's fun enough.
I don't really think the locker rentals are necessary tbh. You should prob already come with swimwear on... Locker rentals cost 8$ + a 7$ refundable portion
Theres food courts but I always avoid them in places like these as the cost is usually exorbitant.
Theres no need to bring extra stuff like goggles or flotation devices... The park provides floaties and life jackets. The water at best generally is never more than about 4ft deep I think. (I don't think they allow that stuff in anyway)
Lifeguards with noodles are stationed round the entire park along with multiple on each attraction.
The air brush place charges 5$ for shirt then random cost for the designs they have up.... So any design it's about 30+. They will up charge you for more than one word tho since I asked for a appropriate phrase for the design chosen. Definitely more expensive than some of the other places I've done but the qualitys nice so I won't complain. They even leave care instructions

This place use to be a cheap alternative to Blue Bayou in Baton Rouge years back. A good nice small fun water park, not much to do but still enjoyable for your kids and you get your money’s worth. Not anymore!!! I know prices all over has been on the rise, but $186 for 2 adults, a 10 year and a 3 year old toddler is too much money for 4 water slides and a lazy river!!! That’s Blue Bayou prices and you get way more things. Even though my family enjoyed themselves it’s not worth the price. The bathrooms are nasty, some of the showers don’t work and the food is overpriced as well. Until they lower their prices or add more attractions to justify their high price we won’t be back. We’ll be going to Blue Bayou from here on out. More bang for your Buck

It's small, but the perfect size! The food prices are high for sure. I'm def packing an ice chest and bringing the kids to eat in the car. $9 cheeseburger and $10 chicken tenders are outrageous. Cut the price in half, and I bet EVERYONE would eat. Other than that, the restrooms are clean, a variety of different areas that you can go to, the lazy river is awesome, and they don't make you use a float. We will be back for sure!

Took a group of 136 Louisiana middle schoolers for an end of the year trip. From booking to the day of, we had an amazing experience. Mrs. Terri was great at getting us booked and suggested renting the pier house and additional cabanas and I’m so glad we did that! The kids had a shaded place to rest occasionally. We hardly had to wait for food at all and had 258 meal vouchers that included unlimited drinks. My students made memories to last a lifetime. Better than the Six Flags trip we took last year!!! Thank you for an awesome experience!

Excellent park! The perfect place to bring your family in the hot Mississippi summer. This park has attractions for all ages and is conveniently located near several hotels, local restaurants, and downtown Gulfport.
The prices are fair, but the season pass is a steal if you plan on going more than once in one year. If you want to buy a ticket for just one day, I highly recommend buying online and in advance as prices will be MUCH cheaper, even 40% cheaper than they will be at the gate, the day of your visit.
The slides are tons of fun, but I really love just sitting in a tube and going around the river. Weekends are very busy, so I do recommend going on a weekday for a calmer experience.
There is plenty of public free seating, as well as cabanas and locker rentals. Life jackets and inner tubes are also free. Even (unlimited!!!) soft drinks are free which is a huge bonus!
This place has wonderful customer service, with friendly employees who clearly enjoy working there. The park seems to hire a lot of local teens and it’s nice to see that they’re giving back to the community by providing kids with work experience and training them to have such great customer service skills.
I really appreciate this park and Gulfport wouldn’t be the same without it.

It is a good place for families and for all ages. They have ample seating and many shaded areas to escape from the sun or to cool down. The attractions were fun and plenty to choose from. They are good for little kids or adults. They have a restaurant inside, good grilled items, soft drinks funnel cake, ice cream and more. You can even order from their app and have it delivered to your location inside the facility. They have spacious changing rooms and restrooms. They have plenty of lifeguards for safety. The lazy river was fun and it has a long trail and can accommodate many people.
The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because we came on the weekend and it was very crowded, and I assume they don’t limit the number of people inside. But all in all it is still a fun place to go.

Nice time with family. The only thing that I did not like was how nasty cabana 10 was. Although it rained, all the other ones were clean and that one was full of mud. Not a pretty picture when your sitting there trying to eat your food. Burgers and fries were ok, chicken tenders were good. Bathroom changing area was very nasty as well. Stinks and smelled like urine. Overall, we enjoyed it!

We stayed a couple nights and enjoyed it. If you have children this is a really good place for families. Some casinos along the coast don't allow minors on property at all and they're missing out. Great pool area with music and lazy river to lounge around and pool bar. We had the buffet with crab legs and was pricey but really good. The room was very nice and clean as most nice casinos hotels are. As far as gambling they have a nice selection of old and new slots. All in all a great getaway.

First time going here & won't going back. Room wasn't cleaned good when we arrived. You can tell only the bed was done & trash can was empty. You can tell room wasn't vacuumed. Trash was still on floor next to trash can in room. Kleenex was on bathroom floor under counter. Socks were dirty just from walking on floor. Hair was all over in bathroom, in sink, floor, tub & on toilet. A dirty washcloth was hanging over shower rod. Decided to deal with it since I didn't trust anyone in my room while I was out. I complained when I checked out, didn't hear back from anyone. Service was good at Epic restaurant. Food was ok. When I checked out, was the only one in line. 2 girls were working & both looking down. Not positive, seemed like they were on their phones. Said sorry & that they didn't see me. Don't know how they didn't see me. The most disappointment was how dirty the room was. The best part was the service the workers gave in the Epic restaurant.

Felt compelled to write my first review ever. This hotel should be so much better than it is. The location on the bay watching the sunset and being near The charming town of Bay St Louis was great.
But..the hotel needs some help. Staff didn't seem to care about anything. The TV in our room was 20 years old. I had to request a refrigerator (a first for my 36 years on earth). Not only no microwave in the room, none in the whole Building for the paying customers to use. That was the final straw to leaving this review.
We also overheard many older guests complaining about my kids in the pool as if we had no right to be there. Also the kids were not aloud in the pool after 6. So my family essentially had to retire to our room by 6. Pretty ridiculous.
TVs are cheaper than they have ever been. Buy new TVs. Buy some bleeping microwaves. Buy refrigerators.Change your pool policies to accommodate families. Consider new tactics with front desk staff. Consider ending the smoking policy. Place smells like 1982.
This establishment fella like they are at a make or break point of existing moving forward. Either full scale policy changes and physical updates to the building or fold.
I've stayed at Red Roof Inns that seem state of the art compared to this place.

It’s pretty nice hotel for a night or two. Our room unfortunately didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave and we tried to call the receptionist and they put us on hold and never called us back. The pool area is beautiful and the outside is peaceful at night. This hotel doesn’t have complimentary breakfast and depending on what floor you are on, you can hear the casino music from below. The hotel and casino staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and put together nicely.

I booked this room because of the pool and lazy river for me and my 15 & 18 year old children. At check-in, you have to walk into the stinky, smoky casino area to get to the front desk. Front desk clerk was very friendly. When we arrived in our room, we had a very unattractive view of the roof (see picture). The floor between the beds was soaking wet. Front desk does not answer calls. The room was grimy. Soap dispenser was filthy. TV didn't work. We saw a bug on the floor. There were lots of sketchy characters from the time we walked in to our next door neighbor. We left early. I had to walk down to the front desk to tell them everything that was wrong. They offered for us to switch rooms, I opted to leave. They were very nice and did issue a full refund. We never even made it to the pool or lazy river. We were all just aggravated, uncomfortable and ready to go home.

I was having a great night then I went to Hollywood. First off it's impossible to get a free drink plus I put 20 free play in a machine but only used 5. They kept the 15. Scheduling and check in was great. Housekeeping brought us extra coffee and pillows. They were very accommodating. Where the trip fell short was the front desk staff. At checkout, we called for a porter and cart. The lady at the front desk was rude.. Being elderly and disabled, we had to load our bags on the wheelchairs. Upon reaching the lobby, there were two empty luggage carts. Also, they need to rent electric, mobility scooters like the rest of the casinos.
Another big downer was the buffet. It costs $49.95 per person. However, the Cafe had great food.

Me,my wife Tia and my best friend Sean ( who is sick and dying) enjoyed our stay there the rooms were ok, a little disappointed no fridge or microwave, i am not a gambler but my wife is and she's a winner, she won money there but lost her id on the trip so they gave her 90 days to return and pick it up. She put the paper in her book she told me, but she had 6 strokes in 2022 we are heading back to the casino this weekend cause i am holding her id to pick up her winnings. A hell hole. I don't care how many renovations they attempt to do; it is a disgusting pit of pain and resentment for staying. Do not bring your children here. They dislike kids, make you feel uncomfortable, and suck any joy you could have had. Stay somewhere else for your sake, especially if you have children and care about your dignity. Can't wait to never see this place again... and I have been coming here for over a decade. Never again.

I highly recommend the poker room to any fans of the sport. It's a very friendly, relaxed game, you'll have a good time while you hunt for pocket rockets and dodge bad beats. There are other casinos you could go to with better promotions and this probably isn't the room if you're looking to win high stakes. But if you just want to have a good time while playing the game you love, don't sleep on this poker room. Steve, who runs the room, is friendly and accommodating. He worked hard to try and get a no-limit game going for me. Kristen and Bridgett are a blast as dealers! They'll do their best to keep your spirits up even if you're getting cold decked. And another dealer, Matt, has an incredibly depth of poker knowledge. Along with the cocktail waitresses making routine rounds to the poker room, they have free hotdogs and popcorn in the room for poker players. I'll make another trip down for sure! Would love to see them host a tournament.
The hotel itself is somewhat standard, but they are doing renovations that sound nice. The buffet is pricey, but you'll enjoy your meal and won't leave hungry. The steakhouse is also good. Celebrity Grill is basically cafeteria food at above cafeteria prices.
Front desk staff for the hotel could more a little more friendly. And putting refrigerators in the rooms would be a nice touch.

I walked back downstairs asked why our key cards did not work. They did not have an explanation. I asked to be moved from there...and for my Grand children asked if we could get a Suite to make a special memory. The manager said yes. So we moved on up to 9th Floor a Suite. We enjoyed it and the jacuzzi bath tub.
Thank you for the great time and memory Aug. 3, 2023.

Not far from downtown Bay St. Louis, which was adorable with many delicious restaurants and great scenery!
The lazy river was awesome and inviting!
The “deluxe” rooms were basic, bring an ice chest so you can have a “refrigerator” for your drinks.
Celebrity Grill has basic foods, but the burgers were surprisingly delicious.
The casino was okay, some of the machines need better maintenance.

I loved my stay there. The food was A1 and the gaming was great. I won some then lost a lot, then when I was about to call it quits I hit the jackpot! Left there in a great mood, having just about broke even altogether with gambling, food, and shopping combined. Definitely will be returning as soon as I can.

Came there for expensive snow crab legs at Epic Buffet. The price is $49.99/person. No more LOBSTER! ☹️The thing is, their crabs are always, always very salty! I drank more than I ate! Maybe that's how they wanted it. Lol.

Broken-outdated- and smelled bad!
This place smelled horrible like a urinal. The staff was less than helpful when explaining how to use Penn play we actually left not spending my husband's free money because all the machines were broken and would not connect to the phone. When we asked for assistance, he had made a comment about going to the slipper and the team member said I would go to I don't blame you.

this place sucks terribly! i put a 1000 dollars in a dragon cash machine and not a single bouns nor any orbs. everyone else around me is hitting but my machine. the service is terrible takes forever to get a drink and not to mention the people in there taking machines with absolutely no money in them and employees do nothing about it! i would rather take my business to the silver slipper! have gone to hollywood 2 years straight and not a single handpay or anything. i wouldnt recommend this casino too a blind and deaf person!

SIGNIFICANT False advertising on the website, no kids arcade, no handicap access for pool and more.... Not a single person here except for the super awesome guy that is mopping the floors incessantly is worth much. Terrible service, from start to finish...go elsewhere unless you are looking to gamble.

Casino needs expanding bad….not enough games for the amount of people. Too many penny slots. Not enough video poker. One bar to get drinks which is the only video poker bar & it’s also attached to the band stage….so you have a bunch of regulars taking up the seats and not playing (to dance and listen to the band). Which is cool, but bad business! Separate the two so people can play. Good Lord, a lot more $$$ could be made and played with better oversight. Place was clean and didn’t smell like other reviews I read. It was a casino, not a church. Of course there’s going to be smoke! End of day, won’t be back but hope they figure out a few simple things to make customer’s experience better.

If you are looking for great meal than Epic Buffet is where you need to go . Everytime we come to town we come to the Hollywood Casino in Bay Saint Louis, Ms. and always eat at the Epic Buffet. Than we always ask for Ms Jessica to be our server because Jessica is just simply amazing !!! She is the sweetest , kindest person. She is just super fast and I do mean SUPER FAST at making sure that your glass is always filled up and getting used plates out of your way . She is always asking if there is anything that she can get you.She is the BEST ! So go to Epic Buffet and ask for Jessica. You will not be dissapointed .

Like some of the other reviews said already no refrigerator, no microwave, my friend and I stayed 4 days. They did give us change of towels but they would not clean room till we left. I thought that odd. I was on 11th floor the ice machine did not work..so went to 10th floor did not work. Finally,9th floor worked. When we called to ask for towels..toilet paper.. they were very quick to serve. The phone stand was broken phone kept falling off the hook. They are remodeling. So hopefully next year when we return it will be better. Oh yes little coffee shop needs more help. It took forever to get a hot dog.

To echo the sentiments of other guests, this is the worst hotel/casino I have ever been to. We reserved a king room and we're given a double. The room was dirty and shabby. The rest of the casino and hotel were not much better. We made reservations for dinner at Bogart's. Don't waste your money! The chef cannot season his food and is offended when you require salt and pepper to even eat it. It also seemed that when it came time to talk to somebody in charge that no management was ever available to speak to in person.

I would’ve chosen 0 stars If it were an option. They are crooks and have proven it many times. Do not go here! Worst Casino on the coast with absolutely no upside. You will regret going it. No covered parking, it stinks, The food isn’t good and most of the machines are broken or outdated. Over the past 12 months, the payout was 1.5%. The more you play here, the worse it gets. I will drive an extra 30 minutes if I want to gamble before ever stepping foot into this dump again.

Worse casino ever!! Never was charge a puppy fee up until now. I was unaware of the fee, and the lady still charge me after stating that I would not be charge since I had no clue that they even charge a dog fee! He ALWAYS comes with us and never heard such of a thing. NEVER was a charge a dig fee!!! They stated he bark so they charge us a fee and he was only there a few hours because we drove two hours to take him back home. Worse customer service ever!!! Spoke with the manager and nothing was done about the employer lien to us. Don’t tell me one thing and do another!!!
One of the Top 10 Golf course I've played in the world. The best exferior clubhouse design that fits in perfect with its surroundings. One a Ceasars property you knew it was always in great condition. Now a Vicci property you can expect top quality golf, service, and food. Also the new home to the PGA Champions Rapiscan Systems Classic. You may even encounter some deer while playing.

Absolutely beautiful course. Extremely well planned out and fun. While not extraordinary in difficulty it does have some challenges and the greens are pure. The crew keeps this course in amazing condition. Every green was running smooth and fast. Bunkers were well maintained as well as the fringes. Fairways were tightly mowed and a little muddy but still amazing. The staff was amazingly polite and accommodating! If I had any one negative it's that they don't like it when singles call to book times, but that's a lot of big courses nowadays. Hopefully get back next time I'm in town.

Not just the quality of the course which is equal to any country club, bit the facilities clubhouse all top notch especially the friendliness of all the staff. This was one of the best golf experiences I have ever had. Every aspect of the course was immaculate, and the staff was top notch. Sam was absolutely incredible. He made us feel as tho we were the most important people to ever play at the course. It was a true 5 star experience, and I will definitely be back.

I came to MS for vacation and decided to stop by for a round after seeing how good it looked in pictures. It’s just as pretty in person. Absolute 10/10 experience. The clubhouse is incredible, the staff were fantastic, and the course itself is as nice as it gets. The pace of play is excellent and it truly seems like you’re the only one on the course. I loved it so much I came back the next day. Pro shop was filled with great brands and the bar was solid too. Couldn’t leave without a Peter Millar polo of course. All in all I couldn’t recommend it enough and I’m dying to come back.

Great experience. Played June 29 and 30, and the course was in splendid shape. Manicured well, greens had barely a mark on them, bunkers played true. Highly recommend playing Grand Bear. Our second day there, Sarah helped us with the cart and ran cold towels out to us... she made a difference - thank you! BONUS TIP: get a breakfast sandwich from the restaurant...they are outstanding!

Fantastic golf course with nice open fairways, well kept greens and no houses or roads to contend with. Lots of nature to enjoy, deer, birds, alligators and other local creatures of the woods were evident and observable. Club house was great. Service was excellent. Clean locker rooms, spacious common areas and a nice bar with good food. Really enjoyed our experience there

Awesome course and very friendly staff. Worth every penny. Had a burger after my round and it was awesome. Well maintained course. Will be back

This is a really nice course that is pretty difficult. The greens are amazing. I love putting on them. it was really tough on some of them to get your ball to stay on the green from the approach shot. Beautiful course, but be careful going into the woods looking for your balls. The thorn bushes will get you.
Amazing buffet! Stuffed crab, fried shrimp, hush puppies, fried catfish, grilled salmon, seafood ravioli with lobster cream sauce, fried okra, crawfish macaroni & cheese, smoked mahi dip, shrimp & orzo salad, peel and eat shrimp, Faroe Island Salmon-Wild Mushrooms and grilled vegetables! Good news: The wait staff was extremely efficient, most of our food was very good, as were the bar drinks, and the manager checked on our table.
Bad news: The redfish I ordered was very "rubbery." I asked for it to be grilled vs fried, so I'm not sure if it was overdone or just not fresh. The staff, although efficient, was not very personable. On their website, the dress code does not mention that men can not wear hats/caps inside the Oakwood dining room. Something that should be stated as the description says it's a "casual" atmosphere.

Although Biloxi, MS is best known for its beaches and casinos, its appeal to golfers and golf travelers is growing quickly. Coastal Mississippi has some amazing and stunning golf courses, with plenty of courses for the public to play, numerous restaurants to eat at, and the opportunity to win big at one of the many casinos. It’s a chance for a hole-in-one and a million-dollar jackpot all in the same day! There are 12 courses immediately in the Biloxi area; several more if you don’t mind putting a few miles on the rental car. Here’s my take on a few of them.
Diamondhead Country Club is one of those courses that take a little longer to get to but is well worth the trip. Diamondhead has 36 holes of challenging golf. The Pine Course is skillfully carved into rolling terrain that is rarely seen this close to the coast. It features strategically placed bunkers and water comes into play on a number of holes. Diamondhead’s Cardinal Course is more wooded, with less undulation in the terrain. You’ll find no parallel fairways and several extra-long sand bunkers that seem to appear from nowhere. If you’re looking for scenic beauty and some of the best greens on the gulf coast, come on down! Diamondhead also has the only indoor/outdoor Golf Academy along The Secret Coast.
When it comes to dining options, you can’t go wrong with what each of the casinos has to offer: incredible buffets as well as high-end steakhouses. Get outside the casinos and head into the towns of Ocean Springs and Biloxi and I have a couple of suggestions. Patio 44 in Biloxi is known for its fresh take on classic Creole-style dishes that incorporate the freshest ingredients available from the Delta and Gulf Coast regions, dishes like shrimp and grits, fried catfish tacos, and seafood gumbo. The Buckhead Certified Angus Beef they serve is aged for a minimum of 21 days. Patio 44 also offers one of the most unique – and delicious – appetizers I’ve ever had. Their Debris Fries are a “southern take” on Canadian poutine. Perfectly cooked French fries with braised beef trimmings, brown gravy, and melted cheese, garnished with green onions. It’s a must!
Maison de Lu is Ocean Springs is another great choice. New Jersey native Luann Ellis left the snow and headed for Gulf Coast over 20 years ago and now calls Ocean Springs home. Maison De Lu is located in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs and serves some interesting creations. The Goat Cheese Torte is delicious; layered with sundried tomatoes and pesto and served with warm pita chips. The New Zealand Rack of Lamb is sliced into chops and served with the sauce du jour. The side dishes are amazing; Roasted Red Beets, Roasted Mushrooms and Onions, and a great alternative to potatoes, Twice Baked Cauliflower.
This is just a brief glimpse into everything Coastal Mississippi has to offer golfers. From great drives on the course to short drives to everything you want to do off the course, The Secret Coast has got you covered.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good time or community to raise kids. All around spice of heaven.

Diamondhead Country Club boasts impressive courses and a beautiful landscape. The staff is mostly welcoming, providing a good experience from start to finish. The courses offer variety, catering to both novices and experienced players. While the club’s amenities, including its dining, are commendable, there's room for a tad more refinement. A great golf destination overall, with minor tweaks it could reach perfection. Worth a visit!
Absolutely breathtaking Course. The turf is manicured perfectly. The greens have a subair system so they’re always in great shape and run quick as the day goes on. I wanted to make sure to write this review as there are not too many on this course. Go ahead and book that tee time. It’s worth every penny.

A few of the courses are owned by casinos. Fallen Oak is by far the crown jewel of golf in the Coastal Mississippi area. The course is owned by the MGM Resorts International and is available exclusively to guests of Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. Designed by legendary course architect Tom Fazio, Fallen Oak has consistently ranked as the best course in Mississippi by Golf Digest and Golfweek and since its opening in 2007 has held the No. 2 position on Golfweek’s Best Casino Course list, trailing only its sister MGM Resorts International course Shadow Creek in Las Vegas. Fallen Oak is enjoyable regardless of your golf capabilities. Beginners will marvel at the playability of the course while seasoned golfers will enjoy the challenge. Both will be consumed by the aesthetic beauty of the course as you make your way around. Stay and Play golf packages start at $180/pp, double occupancy.

This is a beautiful course. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The course is tough but really well maintained and gorgeous. My only small complaint is that they take your driver’s license when you rent a cart and we forgot to get our license back at the end of our round so we had to drive back out the next day. Visit the bar area and back patio as well; it’s stunning.

The property was nice and secluded and the creek was really nice for the kids to play in/enjoy. The cabin was clean and rustic; just our style! The WiFi worked great (not that it was a dealbreaker, but I did have to get some work done while there) and they had just about everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They did a great job communicating the check-in and out process, as well as what all you can do there.
The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is bc the water smelled like eggs! Thank God we brought our own water to drink bc I definitely wouldn’t have drank the water with the way it smelled.
The only other thing I would say that wouldn’t affect my rating but would be more of a suggestion is that I think the playground area/recreation could be improved. We brought 4 kids all under the age of 10 and they got bored pretty quickly with the small playground area. I just think there is a lot of potential there to make a really nice recreation area with a larger and better playground area. I noticed there used to be a ropes course there but unfortunately isn’t in service anymore…it would have been cool for the kids to experience some of that even if it was just a smaller version.
Again, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning, we just wish there was something that could be done about that egg water smell!

Couldn't be happier with our experience! We brought three boys under ten to complete the Mockingbird course. I took 3 of my grandchildren and my daughter, they loved the course, and I could see the confidence grow as they progressed through the course. It was not only fun it gave the kids are sense of confidence in their physical abilities. I thought that the orientation was excellent as were the guides. My group went through the Kingfisher course and they all want to go back and do the Osprey course. I highly recommend Elevate Red Creek for a family outing. We are going back.

It was Awesome! Had my grandsons birthday party there. They have three courses and the people who work there are amazing. The price is too. Reasonably priced. Very safety oriented. Nice to unwind for a few days! Service was spotty but we needed that to relax! We drove to a boat launch about 20 min away but there was one closer for any sized boat. We rented both Scarlet, and Magnolia for Mothers day weekend. It was reasonably priced. The staff was wonderful! We plan on making it an annual tradition! This place is so peaceful, and they have excellent fishing opportunities!!! Each of the two cabins we rented holds up to six people each, they are very quaint, cozy, and feel like home (or they should be home) the moment you walk in. They also have a larger cabin that sleeps 10. They have a couple of obstacle courses, zip lines, a volleyball area, footballs to toss around, and plenty of sandbar on red creek to keep the kids occupied. There is a grill, picnic table, and fire pit area at each cabin, and even with campers and day trippers coming in and out of the other areas, you don't even notice they're there because of the privacy of the cabins and their own (shared between the two) sand bar.

Nice place off the beaten path, quiet and about 30-40 min away from major areas. We parked our 40' fifth wheel here for a week as we journey across the country.
**NOTE** the rope/tree course is CLOSED. A hurricane came through and tore it all down around Nov. 2020. Not sure if they will be fixing it, sad as it looks awesome.

This place is awesome. Just wish we had something like this closer to home. This was our 2nd visit to Elevate Red Creek and we will be returning again next year. It is quite a challenge but well worth it. Even though I wasn't able to complete the course this time, it will not stop me from trying again. The zip lines are worth the challenge to get to them. Keep up the good work Elevate Red Creek!
The managers went above and beyond to be helpful. As a relatively new shooter I appreciated the time she took to walk me through some home safety and concealed carry protocol. This is my new favorite place to shoot. Can't wait to come back.

I actually was brought here by a buddy of mines and when I say I had this was the best time I’ve ever had at a range in my life. I can’t speak on the instructors too much because I hadn’t any interactions with them personally but, I have noticed how well they do their jobs. I have spoken to the owner and is a very knowledgeable man. He helped me learn the basics.

Not a professional organization, can't get anyone on the phone and when you try you get blocked apparently. I will wait for honey island to open back up. I had just gone to the atm for the range fee and even a six month membership fee but after calling to find out if they sell targets on site I am now blocked.
If this is what passes for customer service then what passes for training there?

Even though it's an hour drive each way for me to go to this range, versus the one that is 5 minutes from my front door, it's worth it because there is nowhere else locally where you can shoot and move, or shoot from unconventional positions (prone, on your back on the ground, from behind cover, etc.), and as a member you have 24/7 access to the range.

Nice Range so I went ahead and became a member. separate 50yd, 100yd & 200yd with good berms even running on the sides of every bay. 25yd Pistol side and action bay are nice as well. Still a fairly chill range, just follow the rules. Tends to be busy on public days and usually some training classes going on so just have to be courteous. If rainy then expect mud. Only wish it had steel targets setup.

I have been to this range roughly twice a year or more since 2017. Its a quite a drive for me but has and still is worth the drive for me. I love being able to zero in rifles at 200yds, the personel staff has continued to be welcoming and educational and has surpassed my expectations of hospitality. A big thank you to you all at M.C.T.A.

I am a Black guy and I went here with a Black woman and we had an excellent time. Best range in Louisiana... Too bad it's in Mississippi. Great price, great people, best range. The girl I went with even got a pair of free electronic ear muffs from a white lady who just wanted to be nice to her. If someone had a bad experience then they were either unsafe or disrespectful.
A state-run water park on the Pascagoula River Basin offering fishing, swimming, boating & more.
AWESOME ENVIORNMENT. We tent camped in April, it was great but the bathhouses were not. My only complaint! Take your own TP and don't plan on a shower.

Place is nice and nature is beautiful. Our camp sites grill must have broken in the past and they removed it and have not replaced it yet screwing up our meal plans. Also for some reason they decided to renovate the bathrooms and showers in April. I don't know why they didn't do this during the winter season when no one would have been here.

We stayed in rustic cabin 7. We payed over 100 a night. The air vents looked like that through out the whole cabin. I didn't know the couch had the furniture nails hanging out till my 17 month old daughter ran to me holding her little hand. The batteries in the thermostat died. We Had to replace them.. This place was a wreck. Called and went to the main office and never got hold of anyone. Was the worst experience I've ever had.

Wish they gave military discount. Other than that the lake is nice well kept up. But they have a lot of those weeds that makes it difficult to fish. Very quiet

Completely disappointed in the camping situation here, there is no pride at this campground. Watched the people who permanently live in the "first come first serve" camp sites drive around and take firewood the was left for the next camper. The site we rented was absolutely garbage and trashed, easter toys, candy wrappers all over the site A WEEK A after Easter. Fire pit full of trash and cans, broken glass bottles, unlevel rv pads. Was told Over the phone it was the newest camp area they had and had the nicest bathrooms which is frightening considering the conditions , the gravel road through the camp had major wash out and if you had a low car it'd be impossible to get around. There were toilet seats ripped off in the bathrooms and literally feces spread on the wall that WASN'T fresh. I won't be back here and I'm going to make sure everyone in my network is aware.

Great place for RV Camping, tubing, boating and hanging by the water. Multiple little beaches throughout the reservoir. Several boat launches. Some camp sites are full hookup. At least 150 rv/tent sites with water and electric. Very shady. Cabins available to rent too.

Great day swimming with friends! Wear sun screen!! Bring a canopy for shade in this crazy hot weather! Don't forget to bring a float to relax on! It says no alcohol but we saw someone get off a boat with a beer bottle in hand! 🔥

This is our first time visiting and camping here. It’s huge.. two swimming areas… one swing set that needs updating. They are updating two of the bath houses.. the bath house that’s by us in the Seneca area, is very small. There’s 2 toilets and 1 shower. There’s no soap or paper towels in bathroom. I’m giving a 3 star cause we’re in a pop up camper, with two children on this trip with us, and require at least a two shower bath house when when have all 4 kids with us. You’d think with as many camping spots they have that they’d actually have plenty of showers and all for everyone. That was the only bummer. The water park is a nice little set up though. It’s $2off the wrist bands if your camping, so it’s $10 wrist bands for sliding and $3 for observing. You can’t bring any outside drinks or beer into the water park, which I think is great since it’s kid friendly. I also think they should have an adult section for the adults to hang out in water. I did enjoy the fact that the water park didn’t use chlorine water and used lake water instead.

Update: Came back for our yearly august trip that got delayed due to the temp and burn ban. Burn ban was unfortunately still in effect and it got chilly enough a campfire would've been nice. Also we were not able to get our usual sites together and we're spread through the park. It was still a good experience, as always we stay in the RV section but only have tents. One group does rent a cabin, but I've never been in one. I didn't hear anything bad other than bring your own bedding and maybe a mattress pad/topper. Sites were clean, although the one I was staying on was hilly and basically ended up in the drainage ditch (def checked the weather). We had several families between 3 sites, with one by the beach. I'm guessing it's being remodeled, but the restroom by the beach was locked up the duration of our trip. The other restrooms were in cleanish, working conditions. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Between here and PBJ, this is by far the superior campground. The sites looked better and we're not as close together. Even with a mostly full park and ppl even having Halloween decorations out, it felt less cramped. Interactions with the park rangers were night and day. They were helpful instead of harassing us. We were admonished for not having our dogs on a leash, but that was it. Saw them driving around but they let the guests be. No complaints about 'too many units(tents)' @our sites. Everyone agreed this was the better experience, and a highly recommended campsite in general.
My first time here. Just did primitive camping with several groups. The group I was with does this every year. Got a site next to the beach. We brought all our gear but there are rentals nearby. Except for all the canoeing, jogging, kids and dogs it was very relaxing! One odd thing was while there were plenty of birds, we did not notice any squirrels or raccoons.

The Waterpark was fun and clean but that's the only positive part of my review.
We stayed in a camp house for 2 days and it was miserable. There were German roaches, the ac unit barely cooled down the cabin and it was super small.
The reservation lady told me that pots, pans and dishes were included but the cabin was bare when we arrived.
We were constantly cleaning and killing german roaches.
The flooring through half of the cabin was missing.
The bunk beds had cracks in the wood that held it to the wall.
The doors had zero weather stripping so the cool air was being sucked out as it was blowing.
The sink had a leak in the cabinet below.
The stove fan did not work.
I know the TV was a bonus but the speakers were busted and the TV was the size of a laptop.

Avoid the lady at the front desk at ALL costs. She was rude and very obnoxious. When we went to this Fling Creek Waterpark at around 6pm, she asked us very personal questions as if it matters..?! She proceeds to ask us what our friends’ last name were when we told her that our friends were already here. And asks where we were going when we told her about 3 times from the very start. It was very weird. After that, she told us that we were only going to stay for 10-15 minutes before getting kicked out. We did NOT get kicked out, and got in for free. At the end of the day, it was very enjoyable at the Flint Creek Waterpark. Everything else was nice and I do recommend coming here. That rude lady ruined my mood tho f her

Love staying at cabins every year. Had a few slight problems. A family members stove burners not all working and also one of the families fridge freezer in the cabin didn't ever freeze. Also could had used some bush trimming and weedeating that obstructed the water view.

I went in to get a shampoo and cut. I broke my arm a couple weeks ago and haven't been able to anything with my hair. Of course it had to be my right arm ugh.. sooo...I needed to get my hair washed and cut so that I could take care of it myself. Got about 6 inches cut off. So much easier! So A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO AUDRA! She did a wonderful job! I love the cut! She saved my life! I'll be going back to see her again in a week to get a new color.
Paul B Johnson State Park is a vast area of over 800 acres that offers camping, swimming, boating, fishing and more. Visitors can enjoy full hook ups with water, electric and sewer for $28 per night. Additionally, on site laundry machines are available at each shower house which operate via coins. The park has a scenic trail along with lake activities and disc golf course. Visitors can take advantage of plenty of space between camp sites ensuring privacy from neighbors.
$28 a night for full hook ups with water, electric and sewer. On site laundry machines at each of the shower houses, the laundry machines are coin-operated. We had plenty of space between our site and our neighbors. The park has 1 trail, lake activities and a disc golf course. We loved our stay at Paul B. Johnson State Park Campground in Hattiesburg, MS.
Very peaceful and quiet location except for the geese at night. 😆
We had great cellphone service. (Verizon)
We camped during the winter months when bad weather was moving through to the East Coast. Had a bit of rain. Cold and windy. We were unable to go on any trails and too cold to do anything at the water.
We had views of the beautiful lake from almost every window in our 5th wheel.
We didn’t use the facilities or see any of the rangers/hosts.
The site we had was a back in site long enough for our 34’ 5th wheel and GMC 2500 diesel truck. It was partially paved and almost level. Had a slight incline. The site was equipped with 20/30/50 amp full hookup w/h2o and sewage.
The campground was relatively clean and well maintained. It had a charcoal grill and picnic table. There is no fire pit at the site. Someone had burned directly on the grass and pine straw. Which was stupid because it obviously burned way out of hand since about 12’ of grass/straw had been burned. So dangerous. They left their firewood remnants. (No host/ranger removed the debris.) We only stayed one night, so we didn’t care because we didn’t really use that area. However, it was quite unsightly.
This location is very convenient to just about everything. Downtown Hattiesburg restaurants and shopping are within 25 minutes. It’s less than 2 hours away from New Orleans, LA and Jackson, MS.
We were surprised at how quiet and peaceful this location was considering that they were at about 75% capacity. Very surprised at how many people were there during winter months with overcast weather. We got a good nights sleep. Very pleased with our stay.
Would love to visit again. ❤️

Our visit happened in the winter and the lake levels were really low. But this is a wonderful park for fisherman and boaters. The park has bath houses, laundry facilities, cabins, super sites, primitive sites that are wooded and secluded. We were not so close to our neighbors and plenty of room to keep from disturbing them. There were many families in the park that were preparing for Christmas dinner.
The park is rather secluded but we took the hour’s drive to the gulf coast and 20 min drive to eat Mediterranean food in Hattiesburg.
Our site had sewer, water and electricity. The pad was asphalt but it was crumbling and we had to be careful exiting our camper. It was quit a drop down. There is a very nice visitor’s center that we frequented and a boat dock near the visitor center. Don’t forget your fishing license.
We saw the park ranger but not the camp host but it was winter and close to Christmas.

The lake and the grounds are great. They’re well maintained. The disk golf course is exceptional. The cottage leave a lot to be desired. Just don’t have your expectations too high on the lodging. I would recommend a tent. We will likely go back but not for an overnight. In case that’s what you’re planning. I don’t want to bash the place too bad. The park is a 5. The cottages are a 1.

Enjoyed our visit in June 2023. State Parks really are a great deal. We had a 2 room cabin on the lake with its own pier and small sandy beach for much less than any two bed hotel would have cost. Master bed looked out over the lake. The usual bare necessities were present in the kitchen, and appreciated.
Staff was friendly and even found a discount we had not seen or was not available to us online for 100% Disability, which was credited back to the account we made our reservation on.
While we only brought kayaks, we saw others in several types of watercraft – so if that is your thing be sure to look it up.
Sadly, you can hear the nearby Highway 49 – but we didn’t find it too distracting. We also got to watch, but not hear, several aircraft land at the nearby Camp Shelby.
Get your head out of everything having to be “top end” by staying in a fancy hotel and instead enjoy a much larger private space and an outdoors to die for, right out the back door.

Beautiful lake. Lots of camping sites. Many cabins to rent from. Main house has a room that can be rented for meetings/reunions - accommodates about 50-60 folks. Restrooms. Several individual, covered picnic areas with grills. Main house has about 6 video games and 2 pool tables. Coke machines. Splash Pad. Good for biking and fishing. Disc golf course. The day I went they were having a disc golf tournament. Gas station right up to e road for fuel, snacks, ice etc.

This park was an unexpected gem! We are snow birds just migrating from one warm state park to another and we try not to have any expectations from any, but this one definitely exceeded them! Roomy full service sites, beautiful lake views, well kept grounds and facilities. Very accessible roads, full Internet/cell access, and within half hour to a delightful city, Hattiesburg, where there is everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back here, but will stay a lot longer!

You only get to make your first skydive once. I'll never know how other organizations treat you, but I couldn't imagine being happier or being treated any better.
I went on a very busy weekend. They were raising money for the Wounded Warrior Foundation (which was my first clue they were legit) and there were quite a few people - many more than normal from my understanding. It took only a few minutes to check in, then after a short wait watched a video, some ground training, met my tandem instructor, and was in the air in less than an hour. I never really felt that I had any reason to worry - other than that first half second that I was in freefall... I'm sure you understand!
Everyone was welcoming, kind, and quite professional. I recommend you drive the extra distance to do it right. I don't know how soon I can, but like Arnie once told me "I'll be back!"

This place was amazing. They did a really good job of not only telling the story of all the Mississippians who served throughout history, but also of how Camp Shelby itself has been an important part of our nation's defense. The exhibits were well designed, and who doesn't love real helicopters and tanks! And to top it off, it's free!

This museum rivals those much bigger! Impressive exhibits and I love how most tie back to Mississippi's own historical figures. My favorite was the story of a champion (woman) welder. Vera Anderson was a beast Welder!

The best museum we have been to in a long while. Many military equipment is on display outside, various monuments are also displayed outside and the interior is set up from very early military campaigns through Desert Storm and Afghanistan. This is a definite go to museum for anyone.

It is like no other museum you would ever visit. It takes you through every war in US history. Most of it consists of Mississippi 's Mississippi Rifles contribution to all the wars except the Revolutionary War as they was not formed until 1798. They were an attachment to the US Army. Go see for yourself, and see the helicopters on the side behind parking lot.

If you have never been to Camp Shelby and a civilian, you will need to check in at the visitor center (just to the right of the gate) with your DL. After that, ask the guard at the gate how to get to the museum and it’s very easy to locate.
Well worth the drive. It is free to tour, but there is a place to leave a donation - which you should do. This was a great museum with so much to read and learn. I grew up in Mississippi and never knew about some of the events that took place in my state. My 12 y.o. boys enjoyed every square inch. It was very chilly inside, and a little jacket or sweater would be needed if you tend to be on the cold-side. Outside, we wandered and admired the vehicles. There was a small gift shop, too.

I really enjoyed this museum. I came to Hattiesburg on a day trip and saw that this was recommended on a travel site. I did not know that the Mississippi Armed Forces Museum was actually on base. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Even had a few jokes about my AL tag. Anyways, I learned a bunch from this museum. As crazy as our history is, I think if you are interested in the military and previous wars, this would be a great place to visit. If you can't stomach the brutal truth, then maybe you should check out something a little less honest.

Clean, modern brewery. Not much signage on the outside and appears as an old building. Inside, good lighting and comfortable seating. Lounge in the front, restaurant style by the bar, and beer garden seating outside. Mosquitoes were swarming outside so we sat in the dining area (the lounge was full of people for trivia night). Order your beer and food through online app. Beer options were unique but a few of them were reproductions/reinventions of their other beers. We had the Boudain egg rolls and they were good. Overall, a nice facility but their beer options were a little limited for my taste.

Ordered the “Not a marg” and it did not come with a salt rim like the description said it would. Was disappointed by this as that’s part of the reason I ordered it. Waitress did not seem too thrilled when I asked for a new glass. It tasted like lemonade/limeade, not a non alcoholic margarita. The s’more beer was delicious. It was malty and thick.
To order you scan a QR code and your order is brought to you, there is no regular service. Does have a nice outside seating area.

As far as breweries go, this is a great one. Their food is really great, and the service is amazing. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The beers are better on draft than what you can buy at the local market, and they offer more than you see at the stores. Food and beer prices are comfortable. When you drive up, it doesn't look like the right place, but you are, and the inside looks better than the outside.

Walking in from the outside for the first time, this looks like a very boring place. But, luckily, first looks can be deceiving. There is a great initial room with tons of sofas, chairs, coffee tables, and amusing art. Then there is the bar area with more basic seats. And there is an outdoor area. We arrived at brunch time and were told to use the online ordering. It was a little confusing since the brunch came right up but not the other options. After getting that clarified, food and drinks came quickly. The drinks tended to be VERY sweet. They had 3 stouts---and they were all sweet. At least have one be a non-sweet stout? But the biggest disappointment was the food. My son and I shared the pork belly tacos. My son complained (correctly) about how salty they were. And the pork belly didn't really look edible even in the dim lights. My boyfriend had a better cooked sandwich, but it was also oversalted. I'm not sure that the ordinary cooks were there the day we visited--at least I hope not? In short, great atmosphere--I would just eat somewhere else first or hope we just came on an off day

This place totally surprised me. I heard they were serving food and a wider variety of drinks so we tried it and it was far beyond my expectations. The interior atmosphere is wild. One area has a giant screen with tranquil underwater scenery and relaxing music. Extremely chilled out room and I’ll always aim for this. There’s a wider, brighter and more upbeat seating area too. You can also sit at the bar. Can’t lose. The food was off the charts. We had the pizza rolls and again was pleasantly surprised by that. Will definitely order it again. We had numerous items and every bite was carefully crafted and well prepared. Fine and delicious, nothing short. Their food and drink ordering system is completely digital and far and away the most efficient method I’ve ever used to order from the bar and/or kitchen. 5 plus stars. Will go back, often and will recommend to anyone I see.
The Hattiesburg Zoo, located in Kamper Park, offers visitors the opportunity to view over 75 different animal species. This relatively small but entertaining zoo features a carousel and train rides for kids, as well as various activities. The Lights of the Wild light display is a popular attraction during the holiday season with Elsa, Anna and Olaf from Frozen available for pictures. Treats like popcorn and hot cocoa are also available at designated stations throughout the zoo.
Absolutely loved the Lights of the Wild light display at the Hattiesburg Zoo. This is the first year I have attended the light display at this particular zoo. They did an amazing job. Elsa, Anna, & Olaf were there to take pictures with the kids. There were stations setup to purchase popcorn, hot coco, and other treats. The line for the train ride was long but it moved relatively fast in my opinion. I would recommend and attend again!

Not the biggest zoo by any means. But what they do have is a nice zoo. The animals seemed to be well taken care of. Every enclosure had a fan blowing towards the animals to help cool them off. They had plenty of food and water & none seemed to be distressed.
The admission price is very fair as well the train ride tickets.
Free parking with shade is readily available. It's easy to get in and out of. All of the staff we encountered seemed to be in good spirits.

Pretty cheap for a zoo. Once we entered there were a lot of signs that said due to the extreme heat a lot of animals would be inside. It would have been nice for that to be posted outside the admissions area so we could have chosen if we wanted to go in or not. Or even tickets to be discounted due to that. It was kid friendly as they had a splash pad and everything for them, even some tent shades for the adults. The workers at admissions didn’t care to be nice but all other zoo crew we met were nice. It would be cool to have each animals story posted on their cage given most are there for rehab. Overall it’s something fun to do but not sure if we will go back any time soon. Maybe once they change exhibits or it gets cooler but too small to continually go back.

I had a blast at this zoo. It was on the small size, but there was lots for the little kids to do. We got there right before the zoo opened and there was already a small line of people waiting, this was on a Saturday so maybe the week days are less busy. We right away rushed over and bought tickets to feed the giraffes, they only sell a few tickets day of. It was so cool to get to feed them, staff were super outgoing and made sure everyone in the group was included. I paid for the sloth experience which is $50 but did include admission to the zoo. Again, that was a very cool experience. The sloth I met was Molasses, and she was so sweet and soft. I am very glad I paid for the experience! Finally the food was surprisingly delicious. We had lunch at Ladha’s Cantina and they had a special spring break menu with a Luau Burger 10/10 amazing burger. Super pleased with the whole day! We got there right before the zoo opened so we had no troubles finding a parking spot, however when we left at 2pm cars were fighting to find a space.

Not a huge zoo but a very fun one with a decent variety of animals and very reasonable prices. It is well laid out so you don't spend tons of time just walking without seeing any exhibits. I definitely recommend it.

All of the animal enclosures were very clean and the animals were obviously well cared for. They have fans all through the zoo and they put up umbrellas on the sunny walkways for extra shade these 2 things really help with the heat. My kids loved the rope course and getting to pet the goats in the petting zoo. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will go again one day.

Gemstones, 4 story high rope courses, creatures galore, trains, a carousel, snowcones, all day popcorn....just go it's a blast. There's also a splash pad so just wear you're swimsuit. This is not frowned upon in MS (it's too hot to care 😂)

Been there twice this month. It's great. It's smaller than some of the other zoos, but makes up for it with its laid back charm. Kids love that it has a splash pad and a nice cool down area. The drinks and food are good as well. The electric train was cool.

It was actually really fun and a lot of new stuff there. My children enjoyed themselves. I took lots of pics, but I'm only posting a few. They had a Renaissance fair going on there when we went, so that was cool too.

We went to the zoo on a field trip for my daughters school. Compared to the zoo in New Orleans I was highly impressed (our last trip to Audubon zoo was HORRIBLE) several opportunities to get up close and personal with animals, and the up keep of the zoo was just fabulous. Interactions with staff were all top notch; friendly professionalism. My daughter really enjoyed the obstacle course. Overall I would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful gem! It's got some truly awesome animals, is small enough to see everything in just a couple hours, and they provide plenty of fans/shade along the routes. Don't forget to get your Dole Whip while watching the giraffes!

It’s a lot smaller than I thought. However, it’s also more kid friendly than other zoos I’ve been to. The carousel was fun. Overall, everything was cheaper than I initially thought it would be. My kids had a blast. It was really clean and there are frequent restrooms.

We love the Hattiesburg Zoo! Our kids love the animals, the splashpad, and the other interactive and unique attractions that they have to offer. Most importantly, though, it's cheap! Definitely worth the visit.

Nice zoo that seems to be still expanding. Expected the splash pad to have fixtures, but it's just water shooting up out the ground. It cut out while we were there. I don't know if this is normal because this was our first visit. The train however needs to be replaced. It's leaking and just looks old as heck. There's a new looking train that was parked while we were on something that sounded as if it would give out at any moment. It has a decent amount of animals in nice enclosures. There were a lot of them not on display however. No tigers and the were a few others not there. I have been to a lot of zoos, this one is at the bottom of the list. I'm used to seeing way more animals. This zoo may be a contender in the up coming years. They are building a water park. Never been to a zoo with an actual water park.

I loved the zoo! Definitely would recommend to stop by if you happen to be in Hattiesburg. There’s lots of beautiful animals, they seem to be good taken care for. There’s good options to stop by for a drink or a snack. Lots of places for kids to play on. It took me 2 hours to go through the entire place.
I loved the decoration they have for each display, related to the animal’s original country/part of the world.
The Christmas/Holidays decor was so cute! All over the zoo the were lights and decorations. I would’ve love to visit in the night time.
10/10 ⭐️

LOVED OUR VISIT!!! The people were super friendly. Prices amazing. Piña coladas and funnel cake fries were to die for! Animals were active and beautiful. I’d give it 6 out of 5 if I could.

In all the years I've lived here, I've never been to zoo lights. It was an amazing experience to get to ride the train, see Santa and Mrs Santa. They have food, games, animals and excitement. I can't wait to do it again.

You have to buy tickets, but it is well worth your money. The zoo offers as much as others do. You can walk to see the exhibits or ride the little train. There is a playground area in the rear for your kids. There is what was once a place for bands and dances in the big pavilion by the restrooms and playground. On the other side of the zoo is tennis courts, a baseball field, a walkway between the tennis courts and an exercise walking trail. There is plenty of shade trees for an old fashioned picnic too.

We visited On a Friday night and only 1 staff member on the floor. I witnessed adults throw a baby on to air bag while staff member played basketball, then he went into dodge ball leaving whole floor unattended and played dodge ball. Bad thing I paid full price for only part of the park to be open. Ninja and trapeze was closed. The only time I heard the staff member blow his whistle a 3 year old climbed the trampoline in 6 and under area.

Great place for kids to have fun and work off some energy. They have an obstacle course (similar to a ninja warrior training course), trapeze, laser tag, and arcade in addition to trampolines. There's a parent lounge and massage chairs for the adults to enjoy. There are several seating areas where you can watch the kids. They have sanitizer available to help stop the spread of germs.

This is a very fun place to bring the kids! It has lots of space, multiple different sections including arcades, Lazer tag, 2 dodge ball areas, a beam over a foam pit, slam dunk basketball cages, ninja warrior course, a low trapeze with a full time attendant and I'm probably leaving something out. We love it! It's good for all occasions. It can be very dangerous to fragile little bones if you let your little ones get in too close proximity to the bigger kids when they're jumping, so keep a close eye out and keep your todlers in the toddler area. Besides that, this place is a blast!

ZERO STARS!!! Highly do not recommend! Extremely rude and disrespectful staff! The manager, Abbie, was constantly yelling at toddlers!! She also very disrespectfully approached me for having a closed bottled beverage in my hand! I told her I was not a child and she will talk to me with some respect! She then proceeded to get the police officer on duty and lied on me saying that I cursed out three people! I was escorted out of building before my children jump time was over! Worst experience ever!!!!

The kids love going here. You can do one or two hours. They have a few arcade games. They also have a small concession stand. Have things like pizza and cokes. Not a lot of options, not that you need a lot of options when your kids are just jumping away. You must buy or have the jump socks. All in all it's a great place to let kids expend some energy.

Great place to stand in line. Kind of like Disney only much dirtier. Four registers and one person running one. Need better management and restructuring of staff responsibility to maximum income flow rate, and environmental cleanliness which should lead to better customer satisfaction.

First off I could have let it all go if it wasn't for the lady employee who wants to yell at my kid because he was sitting. He’s autistic and does not fully get social cues and he was tired after having a fun time. So here goes..! Employees are extremely rude. They’d rather yell at you from across the room than come talk to you directly. Handmade handwritten signs everywhere “no this… no that.. don’t do this.. don’t do that…” What was the point in signing a waiver?!?!? Or the photo I have added that says “JUMP AT YOUR OWN RISK”. If I want to jump close to the sun, then let me. Lord knows I paid a whole light bill to get in here. Oh and whatever you do, DO NOT!!, I repeat do not… sit down for one second on the padded portion of their trampolines. For some reason, standing is okay though. My advice, go to the zoo!

Leaving 1 Star because I cannot not leave any. This is the WORST place to have a children's birthday party. The staff was rude and very unorganized. I paid over $500 for a birthday and the service was terrible. There were about 3 other parties going on at the same time and instead of them having us a place to check all of our guests in and situated, we had to wait in line with the other guests coming in for the day. My jump time was supposed to begin at 1PM, and we all arrived at 12:40PM but because we had to wait in line with the other guest it cut into the jump time. They allow you to decorate but don't give you anytime to go inside the party room until MAYBE 10 minutes before and they didn't let us know when the room was ready. I asked 3 times about the room and they told me you can't go in until 1:50, then it was 1:50 and i asked if we could go ahead and go in to decorate and was then told that the party time isn't until 2PM, then I responded letting the lady at the front counter know that she told me I could go in at 1:50 to decorate and now she's saying I have to wait until 2:00. She then told me "just go ahead" and finally told me the party room number (which had been empty the entire time we were there), when we got in the party room my pizza's were not ready, I paid for 12 pizza's and only received 10 when I needed to find somebody to inform them of this, there was no one around. After about 15 minutes someone came in and told us that they didn't have a party host for us either. At the end of the party, a staff member walked by the room and told some people outside, that were not apart of our party that we need to get out because they needed to decorate for the next party. The staff members here are rude and have terrible customer service. I requested a refund because half the children didn't get to jump very long or at all because of the long line we had to wait in to be checked in and they said they couldn't process it right then so the manager would have to do it when they came in. Do not have a party here, you will be disappointed.

My kids enjoyed their time except for a couple of bad kids that wanted to pick fights. They need a little more staff walking around to watch the. Some of the parents never check to see what their kids are doing. Besides that, great place to go.

Wish I could give this place no stars. Staff is rude. Front desk offered me a wrist band for my 9 month old during toddler time which I declined because he can't walk yet. When we got to the jump floor and sat him down to crawl around and one of the other staff insisted I buy him a wristband and socks he can't even fit TO CRAWL ON THE FLOOR. It was three other kids in the building so I thought it wouldn't be an issue with him crawling around me while I jumped with my daughter. Won't be back. And I believe they called the police on me after I questioned them about why I needed to purchase socks for him to crawl because coincidentally they were talking to the staff about five minutes later.

Just wanted to give a shoutout and thank Peyton for helping me out today when I brought my granddaughter to Updown. I had paid online and didn’t know what to do after that. She was very nice and helped me out. Thank you very much Peyton.

Came here on a Saturday (2/17/24) from out of town. I was unaware that jump tickets sell out and they have time slots throughout the day. Came here and had to find something else to do for 2 hours and buy jump tickets online. The front desk only had one person working so checking in was slow and spent almost 30 mins waiting in line to check in. Mind you my kids jump time was purchased for an hour. I didn't get her name but the young lady working at the front desk was extremely rude. Will not be back and will take a ride to Baton Rouge instead.

Front desk blonde girl is on a power trip. There’s a sign that says black or green sock but one of mine had black socks but they made her change to a pair of green one. She was having a fix over an unopened drink insisting it had to be taken outside. Get over yourself girl. Facility is dirty and doesn’t look like it’s cleaned daily.

They have an area upstairs to watch your little ones play and also big screen tv's with live feed video of each section. It has comfortable seating as well.. An arcade is also upstairs with a few video games, basketball shoot, and the claw machines that never grab anything.. Concessions available with tables and chairs, but the best part is the massage chairs!

Bought a party package, paid extra for someone to serve drinks and food. Staff was very rude, acted like everyone there was an inconvenience to them. Facility was dirty to include equipment, floor and bathroom. The equipment was also run down/old. Even visible broken springs on some trampolines. One dodge ball area was closed off and the entire room where the ninja warrior course is was closed. Will not visit again.
Lots of variety and great brand's offerings. Nice place to have great shopping for all your desire.

This mall is mostly set up for young people. It does have an okay food court &movie theater. The shoe store near the food court has a decent selection. Dillards is the only nice place for women’s clothing though.

They have great hours but some of the workers are very rude. Their only concern is their money and not the patient care! I received a call from a young lady that was calling to verify my appointment and my insurance. At the time I received the call I was at work, with a patient, and I made it that known to the young lady. I told her that I could give her a call back with the correct policy number. After calling back to give her my information she had done cancel the appointment.
I ate at the Cajun grill today and I believe I got food Poisoned . I have never felt this way after eating something. I do not recommend eating here for no one .

In this shopping mall covers a large area of communities for Mississippi so a diverse food court and expansion to bargain apparel to consumers. One path to limit online shopping. Malls make majority of their profits from families of four or larger. Malls provide accessibility, convenience no waiting to arrive by mail service. Returns are a hassle to larger families.

It is a fairly decent mall. I have been going here off and on since I was a child in the late 90's and I have seen it at its best and worst. I would say the hey days are gone but I do like that they seem to be doing ok. Hated to see the book store and FYE go.

I don't really enjoy going to the mall much anymore its usually crowded and bathrooms are only by the food court so thats a huge problem when your at the other end of the mall. Some stores may have there own but I'm not aware of them. But I guess if your into the mall it would be a good place to hangout, eat and shop till ya drop. Movie theatre is great and has reclining seats!
