Sargassum seaweed covers the beach sadly. Trucks come in and take it away every couple of days and inflatable buoys try to stop it from coming to the shore, however the water at the shore is a stained red instead of a beautiful turquoise blue. If you're looking for the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean you'll need to go to Macao Beach which is mostly sheltered from the seaweed.

Beach is magical, but there are so many seaweed. It could be challenging to find a sandbed and there is no shade. The best white sand I have ever stepped on.

It is Punta Cana’s main beach and is one of the largest and most popular beaches in the area. The town of Bavaro is lined with small shops and dotted with luxurious all-inclusive resorts. No trip to Punta Cana would be complete without some time spent on its gorgeous beaches. Playa Bávaro. It is one of the most popular shorelines in Punta Cana, with its powdery sands, swaying palm trees, blue waters, and a bevy of amenities, including water sports rentals, dining options, and nearby accommodations. there is so much confusion about where it starts/ends, and entrance to public beaches as 80% of beach areas are occupied by resorts. The beach stretches for 12 miles between Macao and Cabeza de Toro, but keep in mind that there are just four public access points at Corales, El Cortecito, Jellyfish, and Bibi Jagua. Bavaro Beach has several subsections that all have their name. However, they are all connected and you can explore them walking consecutively. El Cortecito and Corales are two of these stretches and are very convenient The clear waters off Bavaro Beach make it ideal for snorkeling, and many hotels on the strip include snorkeling equipment during your stay. don’t imagine it to be a crowded beach. There is always something going on, people are enjoying their beach walks and locals are sitting in the sand, but as the beach is extremely long and wide, you always have more than enough space, and it NEVER feels crowded.

The beach is nice and the water is clear and blue. Some difficulty in getting here if not a resort client as it has many uniform employees people going around and questioning you We got in fairly easily however the access is restricted by barriers See photos attached

Loved the beach! They do their best to keep the seaweed to a minimum and there are plenty of lounge chairs for you. Would highly recommend the beach for your vacation needs. We loved it and felt safe with the security and the life guards. Can't wait to go back!

This is just a picture perfection beach !!! Sand is soft and white , water is clean and warm, and the sky is amazing. After the storm is full of seaweed but you can always find a clear spot. Great for walks ! The big minus to many people hustling around. Good luck with having a peaceful time alone.

It’s a nice beach, sometimes sea weed sometimes over ran by tourists and hustling vendors. Last we went the water was very clear (no pictures) but extremely crowded. Drinks are good. But the beach over all has been exploited.

Beautiful beach, but way too crowded for a weekday. I can only imagine a weekend. As long as you can overlook that, it truly is a beautiful beach with stunning views, soft golden sand, and water that always feels nice. Very low algae if any, and plenty to eat and drink on the strip-but prepare for USA prices. Everything here is overpriced on DR standards, so try to eat before/after. They have plenty of parking if you drive, but we chose to come as part of an excursion. Definitely a great time.

It is an absolutely gorgeous beach!! Only 30 minutes away from Punta Cana. I highly recommend visiting this beach. It's my favorite beach in La Altagracia province.

The water is SO clean and warm that I wanted to stay there forever. Really good. When I visited, there were big waves which was fun. The beach is also really clean and pretty calm. I highly recommed it. I also recommend buying some cooktails there, they're good too.

Beautiful beach! We walked to the end of the beach where the “cliffs” are. The water is a little calmer there, and one of our group cannot get water in their ears. The rest of the beach was beautiful with small waves. Enough to body surf or do beginner surfing lessons. The calm area is perfect for families with small kids. There was very little sargassum. We walked around the cliffs in the water to another smaller beach that’s otherwise inaccessible. We had to put our stuff up on rocks so it wouldn’t get wet from the (very small) waves that came up on the sand. But it was worth it to not have vendors coming and trying to get us to their restaurant or selling trinkets or beach toys. It was peaceful, beautiful and we got to see some turtles swimming around. Unfortunately no good snorkelling here.

If you can get here, do it! Absolutely one of the most gorgeous beaches I have been to. Restaurant, bathrooms, the scenery, waves, water. Highly recommend. We came in as a stop on our jungle buggy excursion and we're covered in mud. Would love to come back just as a stand alone day trip.

All beaches in Dominican are public, so there is no cost to access this BEAUTIFUL beach! If you are staying at Ocean El Faro, I recommend taking a taxi trip to the beach. It costs $50 round trip. The waves are still large, however the beach is much better than the beach at Ocean El Faro. This beach now has a very special place in my heart.

This beach is FREE and really beautiful. Easy to park. The waves are strong so careful if you come with children. The water is clean. The sand could be better IF PEOPLE PICK UP THEIR OWN TRASH. Bring your own food and water, it is expensively expensive.

It’s a beautiful beach with no worries of seaweed. Very clean and a great place to relax. If you are staying at the hotels, there are security to make sure you have peace of mind and not bothered. If you choose to interact with the locals, there is a beach bar and restaurant. The horse ride along the shoreline was also a treat.

It is much quieter than Playa Bavaro, and it is worth visiting, especially if you want to try awesome freshly caught fish at affordable prices Entrance: Google search for Restaurant El Fogón de Doña Mery, that’s your entrance. Parking: some guy will stop you at the entrance, and he will guide you. Parking Fee: As per guard wish ;) try 50 or 100 Pesos.

I really enjoyed my time at Dolphin Explorer, the experience was amazing! It was a little pricey for the amount of interaction time. I think if they had smaller group sizes it would be better but it's still worth it. They do get you on the pictures a little bit, you have to get a package, not just one or two pictures with the dolphins. I definitely recommend going if you love animals and have always wanted to swim with dolphins.

It is always nice to see dolphins. I am on the fence about this type of activity. I don’t like the dolphins in captivity but since they are I allowed my son and his friend to participate which is a very unique experience that one does not forget. That being said. They do a good job with the training and the instructors seem to care for the dolphins and treat them good. My biggest issue was the photos. The staff take all the photos and at the end it’s over 200$ usd for the whole package. That does not include the pictures with the sea lion. The video includes the whole group you were with as well. They do offer individual pictures for 15$ each. The food is not bad and there is also a small gift shop. Staff don’t speak much English so be prepared for that.

It was the best experience we ever done. The dolphins are really friendly, the trainer is friendly and helpful. You can dance play and sing with the dolphins. We have done the most expensive package but is all worth the money. At the end you can buy all the photos (about 80) and the video for $150 a little bit expensive but they're in a good quality Highly recommended

Omg. Those poor Dolphins I feel for them this is a super scam we paid $870 Canadian to see dolphins That's not including alcohol drinks or food. Also an additional $270 American for the photos and the uplink for digital pictures it was myself my wife and two little girls. I took out my camera and started snapping pictures of the Dolphins but soon as my kids got involved I thought I was going to get killed in Dominican Republic. This is such a scam we ended up paying $870 Canadian and we didn't get to take any of our photos and her memories with us who is the most disappointing thing I've done in a long time I don't know how many of my money back and I probably never will don't do it. This was my 1 pic with my little girls.

It is so worth going here, I had so much fun. They shot a video and take pics for you, which u can purchase after the day is done. There is also a seal and bird show included in the package. You don't get any food, so bring snacks. Also it really helps if you know how to swim, because you have to do the activities by yourself, however you are provided a life jacket. So if u don't its not that big of a deal.

Dolphin experience was good. Was not able to take my own camera or even a head mounted go pro. This was so the only Photos available were the ones they took, which were very expensive for our family of 4 costing $260 us. So, unfortunately, I can't share any photos.. 😥

I gave it a three because although the dolphins experience was amazing and we had a ton of fun, they were very strict about no cell phone pictures. Then at the end they wanted $150 for pictures and a video. And then another $15 per picture of macaws and a seal. The macaws they don't even warn you like 1,2,3 smile.. nothing they just snap and go, Like an assembly line. We paid $220 to go on this excursion and then couldn't take our own pictures so if my husband and I wanted pictures of any of it we had to buy what they had.

Great experience. Ability to swim is necessary to enjoy the full experience. Pictures sold afterward are extremely expensive, $$$. Kinda have no choice since you are prevented from bringing cell phones. Price is based on how many people are in a party. Video is of everyone, so not specific to your group. Suggest joining in with other groups to buy video. All in all, it was a great time with the ocean wildlife.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Radisson blue hotel and went here. I absolutely love this place ! Probably the most amazing experience of our lives, it felt amazing to interact with these beautiful creatures and the experience was in no way rushed. Great experience, but overpriced. I wanted a unique experience for my family while in Punta Cana and this was extremely close to our resort and highly recommended by staff at the resort. Swimming and interacting with the dolphins was amazing and trainers did a great job. But weren't allowed to take any photos and the photo packages they offer were extremely expensive, over $250 for a link to my photos. I've done plenty of other excursions where you can take photos of you own and at the end pay for the "professional"ones but never at that price. Would expect $50-$150 depending and quality and qty.

Total interaction time per-person with the dolphins was less than 3 combined minutes. Two stars because at least we DID interact with a dolphin. This is typical high-priced tourist mill made to shuffle as many people through in a short amount of time as possible. If you want pictures, as you are not allowed to take any, they start at $95 per person all the way to $200 per person. Plan on spending minimum 1k USD for a family of four.

OMG AMAZING!! Great price 4wat uget, I was a spectator (as I'm disabled) with wifey &son in water with dolphins, I was told I wouldn't b able 2c dolphins but I saw everything! What ruins the experience is that - before you swim with the dolphins - for a long time you have to stay in line in the heat for some stupid pictures. Because you can’t bring your phone and they need to take photos of everybody. To me this feels like a scam. The pics itself are of poor quality and not very professional. After the visit I have the feeling that this machinery not really cares about the dolphins and is just there to squeeze out the most money from the tourists. Not recommending going there.

Cons: PHOTO PRICE WAS A RIPOFF. The company refused to disclose the price beforehand even after asking several times. Once inside, you must lock your phone. No personal photos allowed. About $50 per person to get photos of the dolphin experience of your choice + video. The sea lion kiss is an additional $15 per photo - firm. No combos, no discounts. One photo is $39. Pros: Great experience with the dolphins, out in the ocean in a secured platform, our guide was friendly. Overall we left feeling like we fell into a tourist trap.

The biggest scam. You end up paying more for the digital photos than for the actual excursion itself, and no physical pictures are provided. Some of the pictures were blurry. They push not using your phone so they can overcharge for their own photos. Charging $40 for just one digital photo is outrageous. I strongly advise against using this company.

The interaction with the dolphins were great. Really incredible experience. However the handlers would continually remind everyone to "look at the camera, look at the camera" instead of letting you just enjoy the interaction with the dolphins. This was to sell incredibly overpriced pictures after ($300 USD for a family of 5). To me, it is an easy decision to not buy them, the experience was still great, the kids loved it. I was prepared for the picture thing since every review complains about it. They should really offer a smaller package with a limited number pictures for a reasonable price, but I'm sure they have crunched the numbers and enough people cough up the money that it makes sense. It definitely left a bad taste in our mouth.

it was absolutely great. You can take pictures of what you want and also shoot after the dolphin program. You must not have a phone or camera with you during the program. It's so you don't hurt the dolphins. so you depend on their photographer and cameraman. The price is not so tragic $ 80 for photos and video. You will get all the photos you are on. The video is common, so the others will be in the footage as well. If you want a photo with a lion, you have to pay another $ 15. A set of photos and videos costs $ 80 per head, which means that if you want photos where you and your partner are or you have photos together, you have to pay $ 150. That's why I recommend taking pictures of yourself when you have a bunch of your photos, your counterpart will sometimes also pay a joint check for two heads and you will pay $ 150 and you will get, for example, 90 to 100 photos. You will receive a website and a password where you can download photos within 15 days. There is also a souvenir shop where prices are very favorable. Water - BEAUTIFUL turquoise colour and so clean you could see the ground so clearly 😍 we saw dolphins on the way back too ❤️ but the beach 👎 I think the company (TORTUGA) paid for the cheapest spot on the Catalina island and they took us there . It’s NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES THEY SHOW YOU or you can see on Google. That must be other part of the island. Not enough sun beds and the ALL INCLUSIVE was actually few drinks (rum and coke or rum and sprite ) that you can mix on the beach yourself. And ….. half of white sandwich with a tiny slice of cheese. Just awful. Also no catamaran only speedboat. Except of the dolphins 🐬, it wasn’t worth the money. Go with different company and go to SAONA I highly recommend 😍

What an amazing day! Some of the best snorkeling. We took a day trip that we booked with Dive Klub at our resort. The pickup was a little discombobulated, which made us nervous, but it worked out great. We had a traditional Dominican lunch that was delicious and we snorkeled for most of the day. We saw an octopus and so so many unique fish. We were well taken care of and returned to our resort safely. Take your own towel. They have everything else including all the drinks and food. Shout out to Naldo…thanks for so much fun and care.

I like this place a lot not as busy as Isla Saona, great for snorkeling, swimming and paddle boarding. Perfect spot for relaxing in a tropical island away from the crowds.

Beautiful island and probably the best place for snorkeling in the Dominican Republic. We took an excursion from Punta Cana and it was definitely worth it. It was a bumpy ride back because of the high waves but we had fun drinking and dancing. Blue crystal water with white beaches, palm trees, souvenir shops, and some restaurants. We saw some fishes and beautiful corals while snorkeling. Overall a great experience.

Welcome to this private island... designated by its owner, the Dominican Republic, as a National Monument... Therefore, unlike other islands where you can simply take your own personal boat and visit, you either need to be on a cruise ship, or get government permission to go... Once there, its been historically known for its pristine beach and clear waters, and a simple relaxing vibe with not much else to do but swim... but as of lately, beachside art galleries and shop stalls have been under construction... eager local stall managers are anxious to solicit your business now, just like other Carribean island destinations... special shout out to stall #15, "Danny's Shop," who gave me a free wooden souvenir necklace as a welcome... HIGHLIGHTS: a big dance floor hut with awesome music if you feel the need to bust some moves... and a local crew of dancers and singers who are at the dock once you arrive...

This was a wonderful trip to go snorkeling and spend the day on the white beaches and turquoise warm waters. Our vacation tour was with Jac Tours, they felt disorganized in an organized way and we eventually got our chance to be out there. They made sure we stuck together and not get mixed up with others. Everything was safe and sound. Q. Why were we accompanied by guarded policeman? I was happy to have him their but is this normal?

Island is beautiful. Fantastic place. Would get 5 stars but the best snorkeling was in a place where lots of boats come to drop people of. We'll worth a visit.

Very disappointing. During snorkeling we saw more garbage underwater than fishes. They drop you on a piece of beach filled with people where you need to eat at a specific time and fast because after half an hour there's another group coming. Snorkeling from the beach very disappointing as well. Don't waste your money on a tour here.

Some of the most pretty water in the world. Luckily each excursion has their own private areas. The beach chairs, food, and drinks come with the tour. (For us, for most i assume). Good place for snorkeling and swimming). No real privacy here, but the water is well worth it.

Pricey but well worth the money for the memories and adventures. The Hoya Azul itself is about a half mile walk up into the Jungle. I would also suggest going on the hottest day possible because that water is ice cold. Definitely bring swim shoes and comfortable walking shoes because the scuba shoes hurt your feet on the trail. Please note this is not a park for the faint of heart or young children under 12 or so. With that said there is a lot here to do and see if you like extreme adventures.

Only thing to add to existing good reviews is that now you need to wear a helmet. As said before it get crowded and some crow management would be great

Perfect blue waters, It's exactly as seen in the pictures. You'll feel like flying, Prepare to walk for a while and be mindful that's a bit small. It was crowded when we went, so we had to wait in line to jump inside, but it was totally worth it. #recommended @Aventure.dos

Great time for our family!!!! Bring sun screen, bug spray and water to drink. Price was reasonable for what we were able to do all day. Guides and staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Our family of six were able to park for free. Pay and get in the park very quickly. The staff will convert your payment into Dominican pesos quickly and let you know what you are spending in dollars. My favorite was jumping into the “Oyó Azul”. Cool and refreshing. Bring walking shoes that can get wet. Towels, backpack and a credit card were safe in the lockers that were guarded by a staff members. We had fun and felt safe as a family!!!!! Grasias para todo. Lo pasamos muy bien.

Rip off, you go there and they say “ we don’t know prices”. They say “ we’ll let you know the price when you get there ( you have to drive 15 mins) just to find out prices. Definitely not going there. Not recommended just because they try to rip you off.

It's worth seeing but probably not worth spending a ton of time at. It's fun to jump (10 feet?) into the water, but the water is cold because there is no direct sunlight and the swimming space isn't very big.

I went here on an excursion. Spent a lot of time getting there. I was a little disappointed. It's kinda small and when I went out was very crowded. Little room to swim or enjoy it. It was beautiful but not what I expected.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part about this resort was the beach and beautiful ocean water. The water was crystal clear, during our stay the early part of May 2022. Everything else was good, but not amazing. However, we were with friends and had a great time, especially when the bars had Patron Tequila - but that was more miss than hit. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed their pool/beach activities and evening shows. Scooby made sure we had fun, also giving answers to our questions and letting us know about resort events. Our room was nice and the food was fair. We did win some money at the casino, only for the house to win it right back.

The Hard Rock was definitely a fun experience! If you prefer your vacations to be filled with lots of activities and people, this is the place for you! We enjoyed all the restaurants and events throughout the week, but just prefer a more low-key vacation. You definitely get what you pay for here - there are a lot of bars, restaurants, and things to do that are covered in the all-inclusive package so would recommend going that route. The grounds were well maintained with a lot of staff always around cleaning and keeping the place looking nice! Everyone was friendly and helpful as well. We worked out in the gym every day which was very nice to have on-site. Wished we could have checked out the spa but it was a little overpriced for us. There was always plenty of towels and chairs at the beach and pools which was nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have kids or a large group who enjoys having fun!

4 ⭐! The resort is large and the trolley cart helped getting around at times. The restaurant options was limited (couple were under construction). The food was good at times. Service was okay so was the hospitality. Activities was good and good options. Pools, water park and beach!! Did the ATV (ATV company was a bad experience) but location was great!!

Felt super safe and lots to do, not a bad choice if you are traveling with Children and family. Lots food options and entertainment. Probably would’ve able to do more than 5 day here. The transportation around the resort is not consistent at times waiting about 20 min for a ride for it to only be full. The gulf carts rentals were sold out. Basketball hoop had todays that we were chasing down the attendants. The ac isn’t strong enough, our group had several rooms and we all had the same complaints. The food is okay, the sandwich shop was probably the best, zen was okay too. Long lines for quick bites. Some vegetarian/ vegan options. Our teens enjoyed the night life, I felt safe with them roaming around the resort without us. The staff is very nice and helpful. We will return because the kids loved it.

We had a great time at the hotel. The room was great. The only thing that sucked was the 1/2 mile walk from the room to go get food at the main lobby...bring sneakers!! They had trolleys to go to the pools and restaurants not in the main lobby. Food was good. They had a bunch of different liquor and drink menu. It's a 50 dollar cab ride from the airport if you don't have transportation included. Staff were helpful. I highly recommend going to Cocoa Bongo for the show it was incredible!!!

This all-inclusive resort offers most of what you might need on vacation. The beach is clean and beautiful, with bathrooms close by. It is a large facility, so the tram is available to move around the facility efficiently. Our group of 150 was lodged in different buildings spanning the entire complex, so it was not as easy to interact as we had hoped. The main building felt like an American mall with the conference meeting rooms on one end, the market cafeteria in the middle, and a casino on the other.

In comparison to many of the reviews. I really enjoyed my stay but I guess its because I went during non-peak time. Check in and Check out was smooth as well as our transportation from and to the airport. Housekeeping came every day and the staff was also very helpful. Food was good and so were the drinks. Overall had a great time and cant wait to come back with my family.

We had a couple's trip at the hard rock Punta Cana, it was tons of fun, and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were good for the price. The food was very average, but we had great pool food at the Eden pool (fried shrimp was one of the best things we ate). The entertainment was fun/engaging and made the experience so much more enjoyable. I wanted to Highlight one of the staff that works at the main pool. His name is Ramon, and he was the nicest man and provided the best service I have ever had in my whole life. We didn't have to ask for anything he would read our minds and bring us whatever we needed. He made us all feel like family and took excellent care of us the whole week. I would come back to this resort just because of Ramon! The other staff at the resort was great as well! If anyone from management is reading this review, I want to make it clear that Ramon is one of the most hardworking people I have ever met, really cares about the guests and deserves a huge raise. I will be back to this resort because of Ramon, he left us with such a great experience.

The room we had was incredibly clean and had a stunning view of the sunrise over the ocean. The service was friendly and fast as well - room service typically arrived within 30 minutes (and tasted great!), we didn't wait too long for drinks, check in and out went smoothly. We had good experiences at the Spa as well. The resort is HUGE so be prepared for a lot of walking or taking the trolley. Get to know the map and you'll find little short cuts. We weren't there long enough to experience everything, and it was a work based trip so dinners were planned so unfortunately I can't comment too much on the food. Lunches were great at Med Bistro and Stacked. We did purchase food at the Casino late one night and it was fantastic. The espresso martinis at the Casino were also delicious, although obviously you have to pay cash or card (not included in all inclusive package). There was tons of stuff to do for families and kids. I wish the beach was a little cleaner, we had a lot of seaweed and even trash and things we kept stepping on, but it was not a deal breaker by any means.

This place has so much potential, however, failed so miserably. When you first enter in, the staff greet you with incredible warmth. Unfortunately, after that, it all went downhill. Let’s just start off with the pros: the rooms were spacious, the pools were decent, and overall the place is clean. Let’s get to the cons: the staff is incredibly rude. I was ignored countless number of times. Simple things like asking for milk, utensils, or even a napkin can take you ages to get. The food (understanding that it is an all inclusive.) was pretty bad. The food was always pretty cold and again very late. The only place I truly liked was Zen. And let’s not forget about that seminar! I’m happy to say I didn’t fall for it. I was there from 10 AM to close to 1:30 PM. I was told it was for 90 minutes however, it went way overboard! I didn’t know how I can say “no” in so many different ways. They pass you around to at least three people, And to top it off when I was checking out, they hounded me once again. I was so annoyed! The drinks were pretty bad! I’m not even sure if they use real alcohol. If you are there, just stick with wine at least you know it’s coming from the bottle, … And I’m just gonna say it … last but not least the staff was a bit sassy. Not incredibly nice however, not rude, a lukewarm “you’re here, so I have to deal with you!” Save your money, there are tons of resorts and inclusive’s that will treat you better that are for way less.

Overall, the rooms are awesome! Very spacious but not a lot of closet space. The food is just OK. It's not the highest quality, but average. The weather is great at this time. Very little rain and for a short period. The shows are pretty good. The Michael Jackson show was the best. The service is great but the language barrier (english) was tough at times. This caused service to be slower than needed on a few occasions like meals and asking for items over the phone. The water park is pretty good as there are no line ups. The pools are all nice, well maintained and there is great music and a foam party which makes it fun. The beach is very nice! Just some seaweed but otherwise, very high waves and the kids loved it. Beach volleyball was also fun!

They dropped the ball on the restaurants and food. They have great location bomb pools and beach location is so nice. But the food is horrible. So let’s get into it. They have things like bowling , laser tag and even things like escape room! But you have pay for them so don’t get it confused with it being apart of the all inclusive. The drinks are like mid. The staff and language barrier is present! However the room is bomb they have really nice bathrooms and the tub on the patio is so nice. Overall I enjoyed the trolley taking you around the property that’s super large. They have fun activities on site. It’s kid friendly as well as couple friendly.

This was a really good trip with friends and everyone seemed to have enjoyed their stay. Grounds: The resort was very clean and well maintained. It was really nice to walk around and enjoy it either during the day or night. This property is very big and covers a great deal of space. There are shuttles that go around the resort to pick you up and move you. They do have a golf cart rental that’s available ($100 per day), which is a nice option if you don’t mind spending the money. Casino: The casino isn’t part of the resort. What do I mean by this, you can’t bring food or drinks from the resort inside, you must get them from them after you go through a search by security. What was frustrating though, we were riding screw drivers for about the first 4 days and out of no where, we were then told that orange juice wasn’t included. So we had to change what mixer was being used, not really sure what happened there. Restaurant(s): Overall, the foot wasn’t bad, better than some other resorts. We didn’t have any troubles making reservations and really didn’t have any issues with staff or food. Room: The refrigerators in the room were stocked daily, which was nice. The rooms were clean and also maintained each day. If we needed something like the pullout bed made up, it was done within about 20 minutes. Service: We didn’t have any issues with people who worked there. Alberto by the pool was amazing and always made sure to check in on us. Pools: There are several different pools to choose from and at no time did we ever feel crowded. Plenty of chairs around the pools made it easy to get settled quickly. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay. I do know one of our groups was contacted about every morning around 8am to do the vacation package sales. They want to go over packages that you can purchase.

My husband and I visited the resort the week of Thanksgiving. When we arrived in the evening the lobby seemed incredibly dark and initially I was unimpressed with the overall appearance. Additionally, during check in process we found out that our room was on the first floor (my husband specifically requested a room NOT on the first floor when he made the reservation). We were told that another room wouldn’t be available until the next day. Our first floor room was a bit more noisy and the bathroom smelled like mildew and the showers weren’t very clean. We ended up having the same problem with the shower in the second room we moved to, so it didn’t appear to be an isolated incident. We also had issues with our A/C unit in the second room. In the middle of the night the room would start to get hot. We figured out the trick was to open and close one of the doors to the outside and the air will come back on. There appear to be sensors in the room, which is great for being energy efficient, but is incredibly inconvenient when you wake up sweating in the middle of the night. The next day we were met by someone who tried to sell us a membership. It was a high pressure sales pitch and we were told it was a one time offer. I told the person than I wasn’t interested in buying into something that I hadn’t experienced before nor researched. I went through several iterations of saying no, they kept decreasing the cost, etc. I was very unhappy that I spent so much of my first day listening to a sales pitch. I had no idea this would be involved with this trip. After giving a firm no and saying I was done, I was permitted to leave after having to speak with a manager. Again, this really soured my impression of the resort. The food was mostly sub par, either being over cooked and or not seasoned well. The staff was very friendly and most tried to go out of their way for us. I sincerely appreciated that. There were some areas that needed improvement. When we requested the room move, we were told a bell hop would come by our room in twenty minutes to assist us with our baggage and they didn’t show up until an hour later. This caused us to miss our dinner reservation. We were told by the front desk that they would move the reservation back for us, but instead they canceled it. The check out process was chaotic. My husband had to make multiple trips back to the front desk to get everything squared away and get our passes to get on the shuttle back to the airport. The check out process NEEDS to be streamlined. I don’t understand why so many tickets are needed to check out and get your luggage on a shuttle to the airport. The resort is nice looking, staff is friendly, but overall my experience wasn’t great.

Despite being almost new, things seem to be falling apart here. There are shuttles that go all over, but they are horribly loud and squeaky. If you are unfortunate enough to be able to hear from your room, you won't sleep between 6am and 1am. In the first 4 days of our trip the thermostat broke twice, leading to the air completely shutting off. Even when working, it runs (loudly)constantly and wouldn't actually get the temperature. Bathrooms are in various states of disrepair, most of the toilets I used were broken(wouldn't automatically flush, the button was also not working, toilet seat unattached). Various bathrooms were also shut down, leading to long walks to get to another. This place is huge and crowded! Anticipate a wait anywhere you go to eat unless you have a reservation, which only 2 restaurants take. Also, the food is not very good, so if you're a foodie, be warned. LINES! Get ready to wait, even grab-n-go food by the pool for lunch will take 20/25 minutes. Bars too. There are sales people who hound you constantly, the picture guy, the vacation club, locals on the beach. From the moment you get there, they will insist you need to meet with the vacation planner to make dinner reservations(you don't) and pressure you to immediately sit down with them. It was overwhelming after a long flight with kids. Also, there are numerous pools and bars that only VIP guests can use, they aren't well marked so you might wait in line only to be turned away. Or finally find seats, and be asked to leave moments later. Work on your Spanish before you go, most employees know very little English and communicating was difficult! Check in seemed to be roughest for guests who weren't fluent in Spanish. You won't get to swim at the beach! The life guard are intense. Most will let you go to mid-thigh deep water, but one day the guy wouldn't let us go past our knees! Was rather ridiculous and not very fun. The surf and rip tide are extremely rough, red days every day. Even booking and paying was a hassle, it took almost 3 days and multiple international calls to pay the remaining balance the week prior to our trip! They sent an email stating the balance must be paid 7 days prior, but gave no way to make it. We had to reach staff on-site to generate a link which took hours on the phone. There are much better resorts at this price point, and this is definitely one we will not be returning to.

My first experience for an all-inclusive resort. Food was substandard - - think mass produced-- as is th service. The rooms are great. This Resort is huge and it's a half mile walk to the beach and all in the same complex. Not convenient. Rooms do not have great views But the rooms themselves are really really wonderful. Mattress was great as were the pillows. The employees manning the stations for the food, ice cream and coffee place think they're doing you a favor by serving you.

We stayed here for one week and the resort is amazing. It’s very big but there is a train that takes you around. Restaurants and food is nice and the staff that work there are so friendly. Amazing hotel staff. I am pleased I stayed at this hotel. The pools are amazing and the entertainment at the pools is great. The room and grounds are well kept and super clean. The only cons I have is that the beach has the most strongest waves so if you have kids they cannot swim in the beach and when we was leaving no one came to collect our suitcases so when our transport coach arrived to take us to the airport we did not have our luggage. However, again the staff were super helpful and went straight away to get it from our room. I would recommend this hotel if you go Dominic Republic and would like to thank all the staff that work there.

I went for a wedding and it was a great time because of great people. The Hard Rock is pretty standard. Well-maintained, they have ample pools to choose from each with a different vibe. It's family friendly and children were mostly well entertained with the water park, arcades, activities and separate pools. Service is lacking, some at the lobby desk were plain rude. Food is average and nothing to rave about. The place is huge and you're reliant on trolleys. Everything has an add-on price (including coconuts!). The gym is very nice. I don't regret my stay.

Absolutely gorgeous here. Ugh it's a dream and I met a celebrity whom was staying at the same time I was!! Service is impeccable, drinks and food is so good, rooms are gorgeous, the entire resort is beautiful and fun! Beautiful beach, clean, sanitary, helpful and friendly staff. The little lizards that climbed the walls were adorable. Heat was amazing too oh my lord. The ac in the rooms worked amazing. Clean water though they advised not to drink it. Perfect for showering of course. Live shows every night were amazing. I loved this place and would go back in a heart beat!! Side tours like on the ocean, out into town, etc is beautiful.

I didn't stay the night but was there with a day pass from "Legendary" (time share scam I fell for). The resort looked really nice and was very big. I would have added more greenery but that's just me. Their open bar drinks were OK, some were hit and miss, other resorts did drinks better. Presentation, size and taste could have been better. Staff was not super respectful and didn't know common drinks. The food at the buffets were warm but not hot and sometimes was sitting out too long. Better food than other resorts but still but to the quality as the US. I didn't go to the restaurants were you have to pay extra. Beach was good, pools were good, towels were hard to find. I LOVED that the buildings had AC, it was SO nice. Cool memorabilia on the walls.

The aim for the 1 Star is for you to be cautious on the legendary membership. It is LIFETIME regret you will subscribe yourself into. They stage their meetings and audience and will lure you into their scams. They will go down to anything to sign you up. Oh and all their staff have two common examples to lure you: 1. They will tell you the car you drive is not perfect but you still drive it! 😂 2. They will say Coca Cola is bad for health but we still consume it! 😂 > Shady marketing techniques… Overall: Good hotel, you will enjoy their amenities, facilities, service and amazing beach. Very clean. Worth the visit!

I give it 3 stars because the place is amazing, the environment is very welcoming, and overall very clean; actually one of the cleanest resorts in Punta Cana. Unfortunately, their customer service needs a lot of improvement. Trying to get help from anyone resulted in everyone acting completely clueless! This makes me to never want to visit the place again. I expected a lot more from this place as I have been to their restaurants many times in the United States and always a great experience, but here was not the same. I hope management sees this and corrects the problem.

I’m still here. I’m happy with almost everything. Unfortunately the waves in the ocean are very big the last 4 days so we are only allowed to go out to our ankles. We made a mistake in booking the date for leaving and need another night. We were told to phone in where you book the hotel from home. We did, and they said $330. Rip off! We are going to rent a room near the airport for $80. Also, I left my glasses on a chair by a pool. There were only about 10 people there. I was gone for half an hour, then went back to look for them. The drink server and towel man said no one handed them in to them. They told me to go to the main lobby and ask if they were turned in. Apparently not, although they told me they had lots of sunglasses but I couldn’t look at them to see if mine were there. I’m thinking there weren’t any there because they would have been taken by whoever they were turned in to. I know there are some good staff here but there are also some that wouldn’t hesitate to keep them. I suppose there is a chance a tourist picked them up, but somehow I don’t think so. I’m very disappointed.

Rooms were spacious, updated and clean. Honestly I was surprised how nice the rooms were! The restaurants were also decent for an all inclusive and the bars offered a good selection of premium alcohol brands and great service. The Mediterranean restaurant was our favorite. Amenities were great as well. Everything felt new, clean etc.. while the resort is family friendly it also had a great energy for traveller's looking for night life. Lots of people who weren't staying at Hard Rock came in to the night club, casino etc.. so definitely a fun vibe in that area of the resort. Almost feels like there's something for everyone. Overall one of my better all inclusive experience!

Love this resort! Have been going almost every year for 14 years. It has lots to do for all ages - volleyball, golf, basketball, bicycles, spa, tennis, water park, kids pool, fitness centre, casino, night life. They have THE BEST beaches in the area (large, clean, gorgeous white sand and surf to play in). Restaurants are fantastic with lots of variety. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Every year my family looks forward to returning.....it's like a second home.

A bit dated . The All Inclusive aspect of this visit is intriguing. Food is hit and miss as to quality, but they do work to bring variety and some good food can be gleaned from the experience with a bit of effort in trying the various choices. Sadly, some of the "better" restaurants seemed to deliver the lesser experience. At restaurant Toro, I ordered chefs signature short ribs, the flavor was good but the rib meat was a bit dry and chewy and the fats not rendered. Potato puree was cold and hard, Creamed Spinach was borderline and not chopped so again the texture was off. Desserts were cheesecake and a lemon mousse cake thing. Cheesecake was hard, not fresh and the lemon cake, tasted good but nothing special. The service was good and the staff do work hard to deliver.

I didn't take many pictures since I threw this review together. But I'd stay away from this resort until they get the food situation under control. Anyone who says the food is better than mid has probably eaten fast food their whole life. That's not to take away any of the hard work the populace does, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. But hard rock execs need to take responsibility for making sure their staff is prepared. It's almost like they said...here's a bunch of trash Americans like to eat...figure out how to make it. Hibachi, pizza, burgers, Italian, steak, etc...all great ideas in theory but if the Dominican staff is unprepared there's no way they can make pasta or a burger! Duh! It was literally dry and overcooked food everywhere. Those foods are not a part of the local cuisine so it's not crazy to think they would struggle cooking it. Would have also been cool to see a Dominican restaurant on site.

I had quite a bit high expectations before I came. The food was so poor, I actually didn’t enjoy one meal the entire trip. All the lunch spots are basically the same. Some of the food at the buffets look untouchable. The dinners were decent. Im my opinion this was the most annoying part, was all the people in the lobby try to do is sell you on becoming a member. One after another. They claim they’re your “representative” but in reality they try to sell you. It’s quite annoying. We had someone tell us if we met someone down in the morning they would give us 50% discounts on all excursions or everything not included. When we get down there they said we had to do a 90 minute lesson with them to earn the discount. We said we didn’t have the time so we finally agreed to do an hour. Salesman after salesman after salesman, we finally get to book a cabana bed on the beach and we’re only able to book 1 day for $50 off, when we wanted to do all 5 days. And when we got to the counter she said since your rep only wrote down 1 day you can only do 1 day. It seemed all they cared about was trying to get us to become members here. And they continue to call your room and try to meet with you. On to the service. The service really was not great at all. The guys work hard, but they have a very hard time understanding you if you don’t speak Spanish. The waiters and waitresses at the resteraunts were also very sub par. A simple request can be very difficult. We had to call down multiple times to have our room cleaned and give fresh towels, when they clearly stated every morning someone will come make up the room.

We stayed here for a little over a week. Fantastic rooms, amenities, and entertainment. Their spot on the beach is fantastic. Drinks and food are top notch. All we've heard from people who stayed at other all-inclusive resorts is how bad the food is. Not here! So many restaurants to choose from. Months later we're still talking about the Mexican restaurant and the hibachi. There are tons of help desks to make sure you get signed up for whatever excursions you would like.

Hard Rock Punta Cana is a massive resort. We stayed here for spring break. The kids had a blast. The hotel is very strict with under age drinking. There are plenty of dining options but the food isn’t great. I think the small Mediterranean and Italian restaurants were the best. The buffets are just OK. The beach is awesome. The sand is perfect. Safety was never a concern. Be patient at the pool bars. The rooms are very nice. Room service was good. The Casino is a great place to get away from the crowds.

The resort ir beautiful! Unfortunately, we ended up with a room that got flooded when using the shower. They were quick and moved us to another room, but that took time out of our vacation. The food is great but they need more people to work their bars it took a long time to get drinks. They also need an adult bar, at night there's too many teens running around.

Nice park, small not too much walking. It was very hot, they don’t allow food in so of course the food and drinks were over priced. There are people selling souvenirs so you may feel a little pressure into buying. I thought it was a 3 hour excursion but it was 5. The buses dropped us off and there was not other way to get back to the resort, I was ready to go after 3 hours. Overall my daughter enjoyed her self and the animals and that was the point. We didn’t pay extra to swim with the dolphins and I was glad, they were in a small pool.

If you really love animals - Don’t go to this place. Dolphins should swim in the beautiful Caribbean Sea and be free like other animals. Don’t support animals in cages. Instead go to Samana and watch whales from a distance and appreciate the animals in the wild where they are happy.

In A Nutshell: -Went to Manati Park during a rain and it was still open. -Free parking is available. -As soon as you buy your entrance ticket and enter, you will pose w/ some models and parrots for photos. -The park is not very big and can be explored in an hour. -You can decline a tour and just explore on your own. -They have a variety of animals and some are in large groups (i.e. the iguanas and guinea pigs). Overall, this is a good place to take small kids, but don't get your hopes up if you expect a nicer park.

Slim variety of animals. A lot of birds. Manatee and dolphin show a hit! Trainers have clear devoted relationship with animals.

I was so disappointed with this place. Some animals (bull, dolphins) had very small enclosures and some, like the rabbits and guinea pigs, were filthy. A few rabbits had raw wounds on them. We were told it would take about 4 hours to tour and watch shows. My husband and I left after 40 minutes as we were disgusted.

If you love animals and want something to do other than lie on the beach everyday, this is a great experience. Our guide "Antonio Banderas" made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. The park isn't big but with the little shows every hour or so you had plenty to keep you busy. Even the food was good! If you have a chance, swim with the dolphins, the trainers are very good with them.

A beautiful place that offers a variety of content and a rich program, is what to see. I recommend visiting anyone who is able to! Transportation from hotel to park and back is free!

individual shops has AC. secure mall with many security. very quiet with abundance of place to sit and sip on a coffee and have a chat. they have a bit of everything with a nice grocery store (prep meal also available.) we went there for Papa John’s and it was delicious. overall i prefer blue mall.

We decided to come here because Melia Properties owns the Resort we stayed at as well as this mall. They offer a free shuttle bus to this mall , which is about a 15min drive from the Paradisus Punta Cana. If you come here in off season, you will find it to be an absolute ghost town. Half the stores were vacant but there is one decent grocery store. We did the one souviner shop at this mall to be the best priced one, as well as have the best variety as compared to the ones at our resort and and at Plaza San Juan Shopping Center

Mostly touristic shops with high prices. Nothing useful really. ATM is useful and there is a big supermarket with great variety of products and food. Note that Hard Rock doesn't offer the restaurant anymore!

Nice stores with prices for tourists, no locals here except for the bank and supermarket. It is conveniently close to the Melia and there’s a free shuttle going around in case you catch it. We came for the pharmacy and the supermarket. There’s also a few restaurants if you want a break from the hotel buffet.

They have a few different beach wear shops. Hard Rock Cafe store, Swarovski, Pandora Jewelers closed🙁

The shops are closed. Don't go.I came here at the end of 2018 and at the beginning of 2019. It was a very nice shopping center. The pizza was great. There was a great ice cream shop. It had a bank. It had ATMs. I came in February 2022, everything was closed. It stands as a building, but you are afraid to go inside. Here, hotels used to provide transportation to this market by shuttle vehicles. So if the customers wanted, shuttle minibuses would go to the market 2 times a day and would bring you back to the hotel 2 hours after shopping. Now no hotel takes anyone there because it is closed.

This mall is a bit deserted, it has some offices left here and there maybe a restaurant or 2, theres a supermarket near by

This shopping centre was a stone throw from my hotel and I did some shopping here. For someone that loves plantains; I could not resist taking a photo of these. I like that they have a few food places here. They have a Payless store, souvenir stores to get stuff, a bureau de change inside the supermarket( best rates) ; and you may also change money at the Western Union inside the pharmacy, a spa, and my favourite empanadas place ❤️❤️❤️

We visit Miches from a pick up hat plaza San Juan shopping center to Miches city tours . And had a great time .

Had to make a quick stop in for an emergency pair of (inexpensive) shoes. Great location, lot's of business and very clean. I would recommend.

It was my first time visit this shopping center. Overall it is safe and can walk around without any problem. There are security there so you feel a bit more safe. There a few shop hear and a mall which we like a little better because it got AC in and you can explore. Next door to the mall is Jumbo which is a grocery place that you can get really good local fruits that is really fresh. It totally worth the visit. It cost us only $10 for taxi driver to go there and $10 back. We ask our taxi driver to wait for us and we pay him after he drop us off at the hotel. Gratuity is a must to get great customer service so bring many one dollar bills, it does make a huge difference.

Great dental office. Just remember to have your vaccination card with you and I'd or passport to go into the grocery store. Uber is cheap there. Don't us the taxi because it's like twice the price specially from the airport

Very nice plaza. Has everything a tourist needs. We shopped in Super Pola and this store was enough for our 1 month stay. I used a shuttle bus that this mall offers. Very convenient.

This shopping place is one of the largest in Punta Cana aka Bavaro. They have the big grocery store LaSirena and the Jumbo nearby. Also they have some other smaller shops and one small size IKEA. Also there are some good local restaurants and a regular Pizza hut. If you like entertainment - there's a Caribbean cinema. All around there is a huge parking lot for everyone. Only the traffic outside is a little bit rush and crazy.

This is more of a shopping center for locals. It does contain the Caribbean Cinemas at one end and IKEA at the other end. In between are a variety of stores that are delivery stores or craft supplies (although the craft supply store has some really cool backpacks for elementary school kids!). There are 2 shops in it if you're a tourist - one selling women's clothing and the other selling tourist stuff - both have prices in USD so you can get better deals elsewhere. There's a Puma store located in the parking lot as well. There is probably the largest and nicest grocery store in Punta Cana located next to the IKEA so if you need groceries and want a large selection think about taking an Uber to the grocery store! If you're a tourist looking for a mall then go to Downtown Mall located right next door for more shops. It isn't like an American mall but does have several small shops in it.

Not enough parking... Every time I visit I have to spend time looking for parking. Other than that there's plenty to do once you're inside, from gym, to pizza, café, bars, supermarket, everything but parking.

Plaza San Juan Shopping Centre has oodles of things to offer. From restaurants, supermarkets, farmacia, pizza hut, burger king, IKEA etc etc. The location is fantastic. Just off the highway and colocated with Coco Bongo, Hard Rock Cafe and many others. Uber operates in the area and many people who work here speak at least a little English, which is a massive assist, being as my Espanol is muy mal.

Was easy to get to by local public transit. Everything you need is there, cheaper then buying on resort

Cons: rather boring/abandoned place, many shops closed or shut down, many ATMs (several of them not working). Pro: many fast food restaurants. Two large supermarkets with good variety. Advice: take Uber to get to this place to avoid being ripped off 😉

Very nice, well kept, secure location for shopping. Several restaurants and banks and other specialty stores, including Ikea, Jumbo(grocery store), and a well placed movie theater.

I travel as VIP and I may say the room was really nice and clean. Also a beautiful bouquet of flower was welcoming me! Very nice staff and in general people are very nice there. They all made my stay and my sister very relaxing. Entertaining was excellent!! I recommend this place, so much fun for kids and adults! Thank you to Omega for making us feeling happy!

The resort is very attentive and friendly, great environment for adults, kids, and family. Rooms are clean and organized and In love with the views from the resort completely!!!! They have some many great activities for family. Overall is was a great experience. I highly recommend. Also the food is excellent!!!!!! Would definitely come again.

Stunning location with the beach on our door step. Entertainment team are amazing, always spreading positivity through the hotel. Keeping everyone happy and involved! Verity of food from American, Chinese, Mexican and Italian. All inside the hotel.the rooms are not that great at all we had two small double beds and I'm away with my 2 kids and it's a struggle sleeping in the bed air on and tan are good pools lovely and very warm plenty of sunshine too. Rambo was so nice and positive loved the guys getting us up and getting us involved

This hotel is beautiful and has many activities for all ages. Unfortunately when I compare the service and attention with other hotels in the DR, it is not among the best… The rooms are very comfortable but the air conditioning did not cool much in our room. There were too many mosquitoes and the heat was very strong for the number of fans they have. The beach is not the best… The service received was poor… The employees in the buffet area are nice but being short-staffed they cannot give you adequate attention. Do not bother to book in the restaurants as the food is not of quality. We went to the Brazilian and the meats were tough, rubbery and dry and the desserts were the same as the buffet... We also went to the Italian and again the food was not of high quality... The service and treatment in these two restaurants was not the best... We could not go to Japones since it was “full” (they had no employees)…. but they say it's good… The bartenders in the disco and pool area are good but the ones in the lobby are not very nice or as friendly as in other hotels in the DR. The entertainment group is great!

Great beach, nice pools. Rooms are very basic and, depending on which building you are in, can be a VERY long walk from resort amenities, especially with kids. Food is below average, even for an all-inclusive. Service is either non-existent, rude, or inattentive. Over 5 nights, not once did we see a server at the buffet. The only specialty restaurant worth going to is the Japanese.

It’s are second time to this resort. Food is good always found something to eat. Rooms are nice and comfortable only complaint is never having face clothes. Night life is awesome! Renovations to the sports bar are awesome. Pool and beach and are nice and clean. There is always something to do! We love omega!❤️

Pros: Beautiful beach, great staff (everyone was kind and friendly), rooms look nice, pools were clean. There were plenty of activities and entertainment which was a highlight! There was a lot of activities for children. The staff here all work hard to ensure you have a good stay! The water park was decent, it was fun for a bit, but definitely didn’t feel the urge to return; however still nice to have as a part of the resort. Cons: Sometimes difficult to get lounge chairs. Drinks were ok, it sometimes took a long time to get drinks. Bad smell coming from swim up bar and the one buffet in the main lobby area. The fruit in the buffet by the pool was crawling with flies and should maybe be covered. Food tasted average however; a large group all got diagnosed with food poisoning and some had to stay overnight in the hospital, (not from the tap water as we all avoided it). Be very careful when choosing what to eat!

This has been such a great experience the staff are top notch and friendly. The restaurants have been wonderful and food experience has been so tasty. I would definitely come back. This was my first vacation with my kids out of the country and such a memorable one. Great entertainment at night time and lots of snacks and drinks throughout the day. The Waterpark is so much fun!

Great location. Entertainment team is a great bunch of people and very professional and fun. However staff could be a lot better especially with the buffet as they’re quite lazy and careless. I was having a great time here until I saw a huge cockroach on my son's bed.. my husband called down to the lobby, they said they would send someone and never did.. so reading over reviews I see this is a common issue. I think overall the cleaning of the rooms isn't good. (Edit: seems to be getting better as the days pass..) Otherwise I was having a wonderful time here. The location of our room is good, the food is good, I am not sure why they are negative thoughts on the food. Every meal we have something good. No problems with the beach or pool, except people hogging chairs at the pool and the beach. Amenities are good, service is good. The activities they have going on all day are great for everyone and espcially kids. The entertainment at night is great especially the live music they have. I am

Honestly, I was a little nervous after I booked this resort and reading the reviews. Upon checking in the staff was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my group of friends had everything set up and ready. The pool was clean, as was there ocean area. I was nervous for room situations after reading other reviews. but in all honestly the rooms were super clean!!! Outside of the rooms takes you directly outside so I can see why people may have had issues in other reviews. The only thing that wasn't too great was the food and alcohol, I just felt like there could be more variety. The alcohol was not too strong. Although it was very clean!!! This resort is really nice and good priced. I just want to take a moment to thank the staff and front desk members so much!

I am going to start my review by saying that I give all the stars that exist to this hotel, I have really had the opportunity to travel and stay in different resorts but the Grand Sirenis has been the best so far, its facilities, the variety of restaurants, The food was delicious, fresh, its flavors, every day there was a different theme of food in the buffet. the cleanliness both in the restaurants and in the rooms and all its facilities I recommend the suites. every night a different show, its dancers, singers and very professional actors, they make you feel like in a dream and even more magical is the attention and the service of the hotel staff is unique, they make you feel at home, they care that you always feel good and always be satisfied in everything. I stayed 5 days and the truth seemed like a very short time to be able to enjoy everything that this wonderful hotel offers. I am already planning the next trip for the year 2023. I plan to go with my whole family since when you like something a lot you always want to share it with the beings you love. I really recommend this hotel 100%. You will not regret it, I guarantee it.

This place is amazing, very clean resort. Shows are brilliant. Food & drink, we couldn’t ask for anything better. Omega & Laila are perfect company, look out for these guys. Would highly recommend, will definitely return to this beautiful resort.

Amazing hotel so much too do brilliant water park too so much food and food for everyone animation team are fantastic so positive and happy and always getting you up and doing things weather is beautiful too! Pools warm so nice to swim in and so much to do! Rambo (entertainment) is one of the best, always brings joy and a great vibe round the hotel! Very nice resort. It’s more for families but we came as two adults and enjoyed it as well. You have the beach and pools. I really enjoyed the animation, which is not only for children. Very nice animation team. Would recommend coming here.

Had a great experience at this all inclusive. Would highly recommend. The water was warm in the ocean and the pools. The beach was nice and long you can run 2 miles+ in either direction of the resort. The service was great. If you like drinking rum and smoking a cigar, you’ll enjoy this place. The rooms to me were just average and the beds were very hard but everything else made up for it.

Second time staying here. We came here 18 years ago. We decided we should come back here since we enjoyed our first trip here and now having kids thought the water park was a great idea. There is no reason to leave the resort with all the activities to do. Renovations since our last visit are amazing really updated the resort. Pool is really large never felt like anyone was on top of each other. Food was good we could always find something to eat and the staff are great with the kids especially at breakfast. A lot of walking but nice to give you something to do.

Another excellent trip at Sirenis Punta Cana, we had a great experience, the people really make a difference and make you feel like royalty. The food was excellent and the activities great fun and for all. You can rest in quiet areas or get involved in the more involved areas if that’s your thing. There is also a great gym that’s fully equipped for most gym users. Will be back again

This is a nice place to stay. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, great views. Our concierge Juma was always happy and helpful. The drinks were great. The only reason for 4 stars was the food. The Japanese restaurant was really good. The breakfast buffet was good. The buffet for the rest was iffy at best. We could always find something, but there were more misses than hits. Other than that, the resort was great and we were asked a lot how things were going, and if we needed anything.

Sandy at the front desk was great. Easy check in and out process. Nicest resort we have been to. Jimmy at the lobby bar was top notch. Only complaint was the room cleaning. I think they got to our room while our child was sleeping so room was only cleaned once or twice. Beautiful beach and pool . Food was good

I normally NEVER write reviews but this is totally necessary!!! This hotel looks great on paper, but don’t be fooled by the photos, or the reviews! For starters it took the staff 4 HOURS to check us into our room. We also were eaten alive by bed bugs while sleeping! It was absolutely traumatizing. And when we proceeded to mention it to the staff, they did nothing to accommodate us and also acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I came home so itchy and had to disinfect all of my belongings. This wasn’t a vacation at all. I also feel like the reviews are somewhat rigged.. The hotel has a wheel that you can spin, so you could win things… but you have to leave a good review first! Sound fishy, but also makes sense why there’s so many great reviews. The food was just mediocre.. Please be cautious about booking this hotel

Come to this resort 4 times. I love the environment so much!! The food is amazing, variety of different restaurants available all the time! The workers make the place lovable !! They are so energetic and kind. I became a member the second time we came, and the privileges are amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is really great for the price! The beach is protected from seaweed so you can swim without worrying about it and the pools are good too. The rooms are kept really clean and they restock as much as you want. The restaurants are great and and booking is really easy. The buffets are not always the best but overall great for what you pay!! Also the disco at night is super fun and definitely a party. If you want good service, tipping is a must and sometimes the wait times are high for water/drinks when you sit down at the buffet.

We had an amazing time at Grand Sirenis. The staff especially made it a great stay. Everyone was so helpful and friendly - especially Emilio Reyes, Luis Arias, and Heriberto. They were assigned to us as our personal concierges, and they would always take care of us immediately if we needed anything at all. The pools were expansive, the beach was nice and clean, the rooms were very nice. The room service always kept our room nice and tidy. The variety of on-site activities was great - especially the evening shows. We will definitely be back soon.

I visited with my family and friends and had a fantastic time. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the top floor room was lovely. The buffet food was very nice and had a massive selection. We tried the restaurants and we’re not disappointed. The staff were friendly , accommodating and very hard working. The entertainment team were outstanding, very energetic and great fun. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely recommend a visit.

My wife and I spent an incredible 8 days at Sirenis Punta Cana Resort. The food was a highlight, with a fantastic variety at the beach and different restaurants. The staff, from waitresses to entertainers, were always smiling and attentive, even during busy times. Our experience was slightly affected by an encounter with the quality manager during a club membership presentation. His approach felt dismissive, particularly when he commented on our Eastern European background and our decision to carefully consider a $25,000 investment. Despite this, the overall experience was wonderful, filled with great entertainment and amazing staff culture. We eagerly look forward to our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were fantastic. Service was phenomenal, and the employees were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here. The pools and beach’s were great and this is a kid friendly resort so if you have little ones I would recommend Grand Sirenis in Punta Cana.

El Ranchero and the Mediterranean restaurant were very good. Resort is clean and nice. We were with a group of 12 and everyone had a good time. Upper/mid tier liquors are available at the bars if you give tips and request them. Food was significantly different than we experience in the states, sometimes good sometimes not great. Overall I would recommend this for a family stay for a week.

A lovely hotel, clean and grounds are very well kept, the beach is beautiful. Staff are extremely friendly and fun to be around, lots of activities for the kids. Lots of choice with the food can’t complain. Would definitely come back again. The only thing that I was unhappy about was the slow check in after a long journey.

I travel 4-5 times a year, and this resort is one of three places where I would like to come back. The beach is gorgeous. Water is just perfect. The resort is beautiful and unreal (!) clean. Food is delicious. I traveled with 7y. o. twins, and I would say that the place made above and beyond to make them enjoy their stay. I can’t find right words to express my feelings about the job that makes Miss Sugar from the kids’ entertainment team. She is amazing. Whatever she does, it feels like she does it from her heart! I could find small things that bothered me during our stay, but it didn’t affect my feelings of being in the perfect place for vacation.

The entertainment is very good. Everyone is able to participate and it is always fun. The staff are very welcoming and make the experience even better. Gasoline and Vanilla are very engaging and ensure that they include everyone in the games. All around very pleased with the variety of activities provided and the quality of them.

Resort was nice with a great view of the ocean. The food was good and had a variety of many things. The restaurants all had great food, much entertainment from the pool to the stages. Walking was not horrible and could get around easily. Rooms you could tell were outdated, but I think this was more of the weather conditions of the area. Staff was attentive, but many you could not talk to or would understand you. I had better luck with communicating in the States. All in all, a great stay for the 5 days we were there.

Booked a Mother /Daughter trip here for a week , staff have been really great ! Iris and Jefferson had us laughing at check in and supper at the steak house ! Met Joker on beach and had no pressure to leave a review . They do ask a-lot for excursions, but are not rude what so ever when you decline . I will definitely come back ! Food was amazing! Stunning atmosphere! The staff was excellent. It's a family friendly place. The accommodations were well above expectations. The only thing that I felt was disappointing was the food. The food was well below my expectations. It lacked flavor. The place by the pool was the exception. It was very reasonably priced. They will try to sell you a membership.

3 stars only because of how hard this information was to find. We could not figure out if it was possible to visit here without an $80 guided tour ($40 if you stay with specific hotels) and eventually we did find we could walk the grounds of the park for $10 per person for a day pass or $20 for a week long pass! The tour price was prohibitive for us so we were very excited when we learned out the $10 passes. I also posted a picture of the pricing because they may be different if you are not staying within the Puntacana Resorts area. Possible $50. We told them we were staying at Tortuga Bay and they didn’t verify. The fact we got around by golf cart made it obvious we were from the resorts area. You must buy tickets at the main store (see pictures). If you are driving from the east, there will be signs on the road for the main building of which is blue and red (but you can’t see from the main building from the road FYI). The location is called Fundación Grupo Puntacana on Google maps. Walk in the front door and then go left a bit to a small store at the end of the hall. Card and cash are both accepted. We were given yellow wrist bands for a 1 day pass and pink bands for the week. Then get back in the car or golf cart and turn right on to the main road. About 2 min farther down is the main entrance to the walking paths with the pools you can swim in. In Google maps, this entrance is called Indigenous Eyes Ecological Reserve (Reserva Ecológica Ojos Indígenas). The entrance is marked by the large indigenous wooden figure, that forms a gate. Sometimes someone is staffing the gate where you should check in but other times we just walked in. They ask you write your name down and take a picture of the map so you know where you are going. Between 10am-12pm we noticed lots of tour groups go through from many different companies so swim holes may be a bit busy. Last entry is at 3:15pm. (It says 3:30pm on the sign but they told us 3:15pm.) One more note, the map at the main building (last picture) is obviously not to scale and extremely hard to follow. I wouldn’t recommend trying to follow it at all. The lagoon map is pretty helpful though. The trails are lovely and shady and swimming in the lagoons is wonderful! If you are calm and not swimming, you will possibly see turtles and lots of fish.

Amazing place to get in touch with the nature and have a refreshing swim in one of the lakes, the water is super transparent and clean. Go early in the morning and you will find the place almost empty. Note: don't feed the animals you may find (fish and turtles)

We visited Indigenous Eyes Ecological Reserve on April 7th, 2024, where we encountered recent changes to the entry process. For tourists staying at Marriott properties such as Westin, Four Points, and Tortuga Bay, the entry fee is $40 per person. People staying at villas in Tortuga Bay can get entry fee of $10 as it is considered short term rental. The Ojas is nestled within the gated resort premises, making Uber transportation to the site feasible, but return rides are prohibited as Uber cannot enter. Walking back to an Uber pickup spot can take up to 20 minutes, making booking a tour the most convenient option. We arranged for a shuttle from Four Points to Ojas, paid the fee at the gift shop, and met our guide who led us through the Ojas. The walking path was manageable, taking approximately 5-7 minutes to reach the first Lagoon. We spent 30 minutes exploring before continuing to the second Lagoon, a 5-minute walk away, where we swam for 10 minutes. Our tour guide was both knowledgeable and friendly, engaging even our 5-year-old companion. We were part of a tour group that included another family staying in an Airbnb, who paid $80 per person for the experience. Exploring the lagoons was truly rewarding. Although the water was a bit chilly and deep, the beauty of the surroundings made it worthwhile for swimming. Unfortunately, we didn't spot any fish or turtles during our swim. It wasn't a busy day, with only a few locals present. In summary, I highly recommend visiting the lagoons at least once, and I strongly advise taking the tour to ensure a hassle-free experience.

$50 (usd) a person is on the high for this activity but it does keep the traffic out. Beautiful swimming lagoons and an easy hike.

I had the time of my life here. Free entry if staying within Punta Cana resort and club. Beautiful waters, plenty of space to explore, and the walking was all fairly flat, which was important as my grandparents do not walk well. Lots of turtles and fish, butterflies, birds, and one large iguana! My family and I spent over 3.5 hours swimming and exploring. Truly beautiful

One of the hidden gems of Punta Cana Definitely worth a visit but few pointers ahead. It is inside a resort and you need to pay the ticket all the way on the entrance to the resort. It s a bit expensive 50 USD but still worth it. When we visited it was almost empty and we has the pleasure to enjoy the refreshing turqoise waters all by ourselves.

Horrible! They wanted 80$ per person to get in. All the reviews are true. The photos are beautiful but can you even enjoy it fully when you can only get in with a tour and have limited time? Nature should be free for everyone, not as a part of some stupid posh resort.

Dazzling and indigenous place no wonder they were happy. It feels magical! It's so beautiful even the roads. The natural subterranean water pools are amazing. The turtles and fishes comes to welcome you. Not sure if you can feed them, we didn't just in case but I guess you can ask at the reception. There are 3 lagoons in which you can bathe or swim and only at the last one, the big one (Guamá) you can jump from the side deck. This one also has 2 round floats because it's the deepest one. We loved it! You can see it for yourself in the pictures added. Just a couple reminders: You have to pay for entrance usually between US$50 and US$90 for private tours. Better if you make a reservation. And if you have friends or staying at one of the hotels around you can get in for free or paying US$15 each person. Can't forget your goggles, mosquito's repellent, sunblock and water shoes. Go as light as you can because you'll have to walk not much but at least 10 or 15 minutes. I upload a map photo of the whole place. They give you 3 hours to do it. You can choose the best way to go but I recommend you go 1 by 1 and then enjoy the last one. There's a way where you can get out of the reserve and go to a beautiful cove beach, the one in the photos below. The customer service given by Ángela was 👌🏾 And just be open to the embrace nature at it's best! Totally recommended!!!

They no longer allow you to pay entrance fee and walk the trails at your own pace. You now must pay the tour fee $80 USD and attend the tour and tours are only at 10am and 2pm. And if you want to wait at the resort till the next available tour time it is $100USD per person. If you don’t mind being part of a tour probably would be for you. If you like to move at your own pace probably skip and just go to scape park. Lots of activities and choices and overall something to do for everyone.

Came here horseback riding while on vacation , great place to check out scenery while riding , great value also and they take amazing shots of you ,great service and down to earth employees that go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied

We have been all day there. Definitely it isn't best place in Bavaro but once you can try it. Biggest problem this place is you not allowed going in by motorcycle. Doesn't matter which motorcycle you have. We parked well , got taxi 10 dollars one way. Same taxi took us out. Little hi prices for drinks , depend on drinks 😜, meals ok. Beach isn't best definitely, just my opinion. I would suggest others beaches of Bavaro. Totally we happy!!! Vision, resorts!

Was beautiful. The absolute most beautiful beach I've ever been on. The weather was perfect. Now let's talk about the food. The hamburgers were AWFUL. they are the hamburger in my adult life that I didnt finish. No one at our table finished anything they ordered except the fish, it was good.

Great food and lovely staff. There’s no minimum consumption to use the sun beds which is amazing, we went there almost every day during our holidays in Punta Cana. We’ve been recommended the Mojitos by a local and we can confirm they are the best in the area! Chicken quesadillas were my husband’s fave and the pizza margarita was mine. Wouldn’t go anywhere else if we were back! Juanillo beach is beautiful and peaceful and having Little John’s service there is just amazing - much better than the resorts area

Totally worth the price and experience! We stayed at a resort that offered a similar experience but at a MUCH higher price. My wife and I had massage tables next to each other and received their relaxation massage. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our massages; especially with the soothing sound of the ocean right in front of us! We had made a reservation the day before to ensure that we were on their schedule and did not have to wait once we arrived. This is a MUST DO!

Tropical Treasures is a small beach front massage and gift shop. It's located between Exellence and Secrets Tides. The lady who owns and runs it does a nice job of coordinating everything. The gift shop is cued in his lots of local items at a reasonable price. The only thing preventing me from giving it a five-star is that it is not a spa experience. That being said, it is a tremendous value! The quality of the massage was as good as I've had anywhere. However, you are tightly packed in with others. If you can get past that, close your eyes and drift off into the peacefulness of the waves, it is well worth it.

My wife and I stumbled upon this spot during our walk and it was the best decision we made to get massages. It is literally on the beach and extremely relaxing listening to the waves during the massage. The local massage ladies were excellent at their expertise and made us feel comfortable. Definitely recommend their services as they offer reasonable prices for the amazing service given. They also have a gift shop with a wonderful selection of gifts to take back home. 5/5

Definitely must try. It was a relaxing experience to have a massage while hearing the waves crashing, and feeling ocean breeze. I recommend this spot which is just a very short walk on the beach from The Finest Resort . Hope to return one day.

I am staying at Finest, and I went here per a YouTube video I saw. I was blown away and so impressed by the business’s hospitality level. The owners were extremely lovely, calm, and helpful. Within moments I was being massaged by Ana who was wonderful. It’s extremely calming and her technique was great. Fair pricing as well. Please note- it is not a private massage - so if you are uncomfortable with that just be mindful, or you can ask for more towels maybe to cover up. Also important to be quiet as other people are getting massaged in a group atmosphere.

Great place for a massage in the beach! Highly recommend I had two there and they were both very good. My friends complained that the girl they got had really rough hands so sometimes it felt like scratching but I didn’t have that problem either time. So I can’t speak on that I thoroughly enjoyed my massages and would go again! The prices were really good and the massage on the beach with the waves crashing was the most relaxing ever.

The massage was so incredible. There are about 9-11 massage beds that are very close to the ocean, as you get your massage the sound of the ocean is an absolutely incredible sound to listen too. The massage is NOT a normal deep tissue massage that most would be use to. It is a full body rub down that is an hour for $35 plus if you wish to tip. The experience was really relaxing and definitely nice. The resorts my be more expensive and could be a deep tissue massage that you would normally get and so the price may also reflect the true quality of the massage that you are actually getting. But still worth a relaxing hour and would go again. Just this is what I found to be m experience. Cheers

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting here to browse the gift shop during our holiday. It's at a great beach side location and walkable distance to many hotels. It stocked a huge range of gifts that were much better than what was available at the resort at much more reasonable prices, and we bought most of our gifts from here. Be careful when trying to find this place as some of the neighbouring shops will shout out claiming to be tropical treasures. The staff were not pushy or trying to force you in like many of the other places, which led to a much more relaxing shopping experience.

Ah-mazing!! We booked a massage here while on our girls vacation visiting breathless... Then we booked 2 more! So relaxing! They are so professional and the massage by the water is heavenly!! Can't wait to go back tomorrow and Wednesday!

So much more than just a souvenir store. They have massages that are phenomenal and very reasonably priced too! You need to make an appointment but it’s worth the wait. $35 for a full body massage and $55 for a deep muscle massage. If I’m ever back I’m going here again.

This massage place is really a treasure! I had 2 full body deep tissue and 2 leg/foot deep tissue. It was amazing. They also offer relaxing massage. Will definitely recommend! You may wanna make a reservations as this place get busy

We were a couple with a deep tissue (USD 45 ea) massage booked online and had a mixed experience. One of us had an outstanding massage with the requested ('hard') touch applied while the other had, at best, a mediocre experience. The 'hour' was actually about 50 minutes. Recommended but choose your masseuse carefully.

Very nice shop, much less pushy than other shops, very helpful, nice ladies. Also reasonably priced, my sons flip flops broke, we paid $45 at the resort but this shop was selling better ones for $15. I bought quite a few keep sakes, and pointed many people from our resort (grand sirenis) their direction. It was about a 15-20 minute walk. One thing to watch out for is there’s a man walking around with 2 parrots and he doesn’t ask you before putting the parrots on you (or your kids) and tries charging $20

I would give more stars if they were available. This is the best massage I've ever gotten! I had a 60-minute relaxation massage for $35. My hotel would have cost $80, and the cost at home would have been $150. However, I question if either would have been the same quality. I can't speak highly enough of the quality massage I received. We were recommended this place by our guide, Punta Cana Mike(check him out for amazing tours) and wow what a gem! Shop is reasonable, everything has a price tag. We had a nice massage on the beach for 35 USD, our hotel charge over 120. Would highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

This is an absolutely amazing place for massages. We've been multiple times on our trip and each time it was outstanding. This rating relates to the owner and the front staff, which is shady. We attempted to purchase jewelry and were told by the owner there was a Christmas sale. When we went to purchase, the sales clerk quoted us the full price with no Christmas sale. When asked, she told us we should "look to purchase smaller stones if we aren't able to afford it". We asked to talk to the owner and were told she was in Germany, even though we spoke to her an hour earlier. When told that, she told us she was actually at lunch, not in Germany, and we couldn't speak with her. We later found the exact same bracelet in the airport for 60% of the price in their shop. TL:DR: massages are amazing and worth your time. Front store staff is full on SCAM.

Excellent low stress, affordable and high quality experience. I had a massage here yesterday for a fraction of the cost of the resort prices and it was great. Contact them on WhatsApp and they will send you a price list and, if you want, make an appointment. Nice attached store with good quality souvenirs and clothing, all marked with (fair) prices. Non of the nonsense of negotiating blind at other shops or with beach vendors. Highly recommend. They will get all of my massage and souvenir business on our future trips. Only wish I had tried them sooner. This is not at all like the other beach shops - much more than meets the eye. Pop in and have a look for yourself like I wish I had years ago when we started coming here.

A very nice beach but erosion dictates when you can walk it. With the tide out the beach is great for a stroll, when its in there is not much beach at all. Also, the prevailing winds make for a nice breeze but all but preclude water sports in the ocean. It is a very nice place to come to warm up from a Canadian winter. I look forward to my next visit! .

Beautiful sandy beach, I love its warm water, get up in the morning to capture the gorgeous sunrise and take a walk on the beach, my second time there, will definitely come back! Punta Cana is the best!

One of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen, pure carribean flair, rarely some seaweed but thats natural, sand is like a carpet, feels like paradise

Pristine blue waters yet waters can be climactic.Jagglers will ask for pictures with monkeys and the toucan pics.

great beach, full of very soft white sand, waves are strong if you look for chilling in the sea even on very good weather. if you are staying at a resort, in the direct beach access section almost no one is trying to sell you stuff outside of some guys with monkey and birds offering you pictures.

Great view. Beautiful beach, great for swimming. Offer water sports and yours. I did parasailing and it was awesome. The guy with me in the picture is "Cubano" and he's very helpful with the water sports! The view from above is pretty cool.

It’s most fascinating to watch the white sands beach with crystal clear water of Arena Gorda Beach on the side of which there is Roy Palace Punta Cana Resort is situated. The palm and coconut trees on the beach adds splendid beauty to the landscape. One can enjoy endless time from sunrises to sunset.

Stunning beach, you can walk for miles in either direction. There was seaweed on some days but it doesn't spoil the beauty of it. It didn't stop us walking along the beach or swimming in the sea :)

We were at the restaurant for breakfast, and it offers a view of the pool and the beach. It's a great place to start the day. The staff are friendly and helpful and after a few days they remember your preferences.

The rules for blackjack is quite decent compare to those in Canada. No CSM, 6 decks, Dealers pay 3:2 on blackjack and stand on soft 17. DAS, early surrender. They serve cocktails and drinks for free (you will give 50-100 pesos as tips of course) and the only minor drawback is somehow they ask me to pay $5 (300 pesos) for beers.

It is an ok casino to spend max 2hrs in. Do not think that if a roulette table is full, someone will actually open the 2nd one to be able to play. They don’t act like they want or need your $. After asking 2 supervisors nicely to please open the 2nd roulette table, as the 1st one was full, they refused to open it so we left. Poker table if full the same story. Takes long to get noticed and served a drink. The staff is not friendly and they don’t care if you’re there or no

Worst casino ever..Do not play blackjack they make their own rules up such as if dealer hits 21 you cannot try to push the dealer. The slots are rigged too max bet is around $20 but the highest jackpots in the casino were $2900 and impossible to hit. Save your money and go to Hard Rock!

Don’t come if you’re a tourist. They make you pay cover to come inside. The club is absolutely dead (3 people inside) and then tell you that you can only buy a bottle.

As a customer from Grand bavaro princess I was supposed to get two drinks which I was denied but they let me in that night. And the next day I try to go but I was denied entrance and told me there was only space for the VIP which requires a minimum consumption of 500 dollars which sounds exaggerated for me. This review is for the disco inside the casino, not for the casino which I didn't use the services for. The casino in the other hand was very crowded which seems to me as a very attractive place to visit.

Avoid the night club Management didn’t care about your satisfaction either. We went inside for exactly 10 seconds and after being told we can only buy bottles we wanted to leave and we’re told no refunds. 10 seconds inside and they refuse to return the money. Sad behavior. Especially when we gambled 3k in the casino. Not coming back tomorrow not coming back Friday jot coming back in a year 2 5. Long story short. Keep the 20 but when business becomes slow don't blame recession

They have only 4 poker's machine and 3 is broken. You don't win often

Don't play black jack, they have taken like 20 face cards out of the shoe. This totally swings odds to favor the house. If you are to play, make sure you always hit 12s, pulls the odds back slightly for you.

Horrible experience. No attention to service. No one asked me and my fiancé if we wanted something to drink. I asked about a drink and I was told that it’s $8. When you’re gambling, the drinks are supposed to be for free (not my first time in a casino). Then I went inside the nightclub and I was told that we could not buy drinks, but only bottle service. How these people stay open for business is beyond me! Would never recommended this casino or nightclub. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Me and my friends went here for a quick play since it's located in the hotel we're staying at. Was a bit disappointed cause the casino was very small and only have a few tables open. Me and my friends also works in the casino industry so we know how it works, staffs aren't friendly and looked like they didn't wanna be there.
