(Translated by Google) I listen to it every year. I've been listening to them for the past 15 years. I am a self-proclaimed professional mandarin orange hunter.
In the past, when you came home from the farm, you could have tea and pickles, and it was a homely place where you could sell the mandarin oranges by weight to take home and pay for them, but since it was introduced on Corona Vortex TV, it has become a normal tourist mandarin orange picking farm. Come to think of it, the number of people working on the farm seems to have decreased recently. They don't seem to sell pickles either.
It's not expensive even now, but if you think about it from before, it's a bit expensive. It can't be helped because the farmers are aging and the husband was injured by falling from a tree. Was it an unbelievably low price before?
In 2023, the price is 650 yen for adults. 950 yen per souvenir. This year, I got a 50 yen discount for registering as a LINE friend, and 2,500 yen for 2 online souvenirs. In the past, annual information and discounts were posted on postcards, but now they are online. lol
1 net contains 30 pieces of S size. I feel like the price won't go up any further. At the site, I ate about 10 mandarin oranges while searching for delicious mandarin trees to take home as souvenirs. I usually collect it from the same tree every year, but this year the tree in the photo with the steel tower was delicious. Perhaps it was a little early, but the mandarin oranges were inferior to last year.
When looking for a mandarin tree, look for a tree that bears many fruits of S size or smaller, which are oval in shape, have a thin inner skin, and are sweet. The tree is almost delicious from every angle. You can drive here without making a reservation even on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. I think it's still a hidden gem as it's close to the city center.
It's all you can eat, but I want you to eat carefully. Also, the rule for souvenir oranges is that the net can be closed, but if it's small, it can hold 30 oranges.
Every time I return to the farm to return the scissors, I am praised for my skill.
